Choosing Chef’s Dinner Table was the best decision we could have made for our wedding day! Connie and Ronnie were both extremely helpful, professional, and kind. They made sure to stay in close contact with us leading up to event, and made sure everything was set up and carried through to perfection on the big day. The venue itself is incredibly elegant and intimate, and perfect for any small weddings or events. The layout of the space from the kitchen to the dining room to the living room space made our reception a personal experience that all will remember. The wait staff and Connie attended to every need of ever guest and made everyone feel truly at home. We could not have asked for a better space and better staff to help make our wedding day something truly special. Our wedding reception exceeded all our expectations, it was perfect !

The space is beautiful and the team a delight to work with! My company conducted product tastings at Chef's Dinner Table in May of 2023 and worked with Connie and Ronnie; they were incredibly responsive, reliable, accommodating, and helpful plus delightful to work with. The space is extremely well equipped with kitchen equipment, dish wear, and comfortable, plus the exposed brick wall, light fixtures, and appliance finishes contribute a very stylish vibe. I just returned from a wonderful team-building, pasta-making event here with my work colleagues, and we would all agree that the space and staff are top notch, and the experience well exceeded our expectations. The venue is elegant and very well-stocked and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Don't be put off by the hidden elevator entrance -- I think it has a real downtown NYC sort of vibe and is definitely something to talk about! This place would be perfect for gatherings of anywhere from 10 to probably 35-40 guests depending on the type of event.

Ronnie, Julie, and the entire team, I just had to once again thank you and your wonderful team. Everything was absolutely perfect and spot on! Thank you for making it, “The Best Day Ever” for my little girl’s wedding. Congratulations and wishing you continued success in all you do. This place is simply magical for any event.

Where to begin? Absolutely perfect from start to finish - the atmosphere, the vibe, energy, intimacy, service and FOOD were literally perfect for our 20-person event. SO happy with the ease of communication, planning and personalization. Couldn’t recommend more.

Gorgeous space with all the comforts of home, but a thousand times more elegant, well-appointed, and well-stocked than my home could ever dream of being. As owner and host, Grace couldn't be more appropriately named: She's gracious, attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to jump in and help. The rehearsal dinner I attended was an experience I'll always remember, with delicious food and wine, warm decor, and excellent service. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Book 'em--you won't regret it.

I hosted a surprise dinner here in January, and needed a space that felt exclusive enough for the New York crew, yet had a cozy vibe for a close gathering. This place delivered above and beyond, and the layout was great to flow the guests from the pre-surprise mingling at the kitchen counter to the intimate dinner in the dining room. The experience is truly one of a kind. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a warm, special place to host an event.

I hosted my birthday at TKT for about 30 people and it was an absolute dream. The space is ideal – great location, elegant, warm – and Grace’s recommendations for everything from a caterer to flowers were perfection. My friends and family were ready to move in by the end of the night!

They took care of everything and ensured that all aspects - from the food to the ambience and seating to the execution of the dinner itself - were flawless. AMAZING space for a small 20-30 person event! The venue is very intimate yet spacious. I was lucky to be invited there for a Heineken Thanksgiving Event. It was sincerely a delightful experience! The thanksgiving meal was beautifully curated, plated and served. I'm not sure about how one would rent the space, cater and staff the event but the service I had was incredible. I found it sorta amusing and cool that there was an elevator on the street level next to umbertos to enter. The venue broken down to it's elements, it was as comfortable/welcoming as being in someone's home but without the little stress of prepping, cleaning and serving.

"The Kitchen Table" certainly looks nothing like MY kitchen table, at which I currently sit, because I am a "freelancer" and have ultimate freedom and can work anywhere, so naturally I choose my own kitchen table, the tradeoff being I will never be able to afford a kitchen table half as nice as the one found at "The Kitchen Table". I walked in to this spot for an event with my esteemed, magazine-editing lady, she naturally the recipient of the invite and I the appreciative Plus One, and in my angsty dissociative overstimulated state muttered "It looks like a real nice kitchen in here." I'd forgotten the name. Between the elevator ride up and the little hallway journey to the door, it all felt very exclusive. As far as the venue itself, I couldn't imagine a more comfortable, conversation-inducing spot for an event than The Kitchen Table. I pray I somehow get the opportunity to return to this neat spot.

My company, Spring Street Social Society, has held several events at The Kitchen Table and found it to be the perfect setting for a lovely evening. Grace and her team are exceptionally gracious hosts, making sure our needs are met and we leave satisfied. It was very easy and a lot of fun to work with them. All of the in house materials are classic and simple, allowing us to decorate around what is already there and have a really full and gorgeous event, without us having to provide everything, which is a huge help. When I walked in the first time, the first words out of my mouth were, "Oh my god, the le creusets all match!" which sounds silly, but it's true. Every single detail is thoughtful and considered. It felt like being in the fancy yet comfortable home of a childhood friend, in my case, Cherry Beth Cockrell. I half expected her mother to walk out and offer me a bowl of her famous white chili. So easy to feel at home there. I can't wait to get back and make something special with them again!

Had brunch there today and everything was tasty and fresh! Really loved the rhubarb scone and I'm kicking myself for not taking an extra one for my flight home.

My company just hosted their holiday party at The Kitchen Table and couldn't have been happier with the event! Grace was a joy to work with - friendly and responsive - answering all of our questions and meeting all of our needs. She and her team flawlessly executed a wonderful evening for our group and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a versatile venue space. As an executive assistant, I know how much it takes to plan events like this, and Grace truly made the planning process smooth and enjoyable. I only hope I can find a reason to visit again soon. Every year, I organize a trip of friends and family to travel to a destination for fun times and fine dining. This year, with a group of 24 people, we chose to visit New York City. With people coming from all 4 continental US time-zones, it is difficult to organize and maintain a cohesive group. Our only rule: There needs to be one meal where we are all together. And that's how we came to find The Kitchen Table. And, honestly, it was the best part of our trip. Do you know how hard it is to find seating at restaurants or locations for 24 people in New York? Of course you do. If you're reading this, there's a good chance that you're from New York and you know all this. I'm from Minnesota. I don't understand things like 'lines,' 'insufficient seating,' or 'above freezing temperatures.' So yeah, no. All of a sudden, we get this idea like, "Hey! Let's try to find a place where we can cook ourselves!" So we start looking and Boom, The Kitchen Table pops up. Awesome. I called them up to see if they had availability and Grace told me yes, they did. Then she quickly ran through what I was looking for and told me about all their options. They'd make the place available for us and, for a very reasonable price, they'd even cater and cook for us! Are you kidding?! That's amazing. We just show up to this extremely stylish location and sit down to a fantastically prepared meal, just like a an old-fashioned family dinner! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Grace and her team were absolutely top-notch, and the customization options of both the space and their services was like an extra helping of gravy for the Type-A controller part of my brain. And for anyone looking to organize an event for either a company function, clients, or friends and family, The Kitchen Table offers an array of service, options, and friendly hospitality that really can't be topped!

We had our small wedding at The Kitchen Table a week ago. Let me start by saying, it was an amazing experience from the day we decided to book the venue up until the last minute of the event. The service. Grace, the owner of the space is a true pleasure to work with. She helped me find my coordinator, recommended kitchensurfing.com where we found our incredible chef, organized the service staff and was there for all of my random questions. Let me also say, the staff she works with was some of the best service I've received. Our glasses were never left empty and they were friendly yet non-intrusive. The space. Is gorgeous and quintessentially New York. It's modern yet comfortable and Grace even provides lighting and candles that elevate the intimacy of the space. All in all, I received raving reviews from our guests from the aesthetic to the service, our event went off without a hitch. If you are considering having an intimate wedding or any event for that matter, don't think twice, go to The Kitchen Table!

This is such a cool space and one I would love to book in the future. I came for a birthday party this past Friday and it was the perfect venue - it felt homey and cozy. There was room to sit down and relax, as well as room to move around and mingle. The passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious, as well as the crudite, charcuterie and cheese platters. Would love to host here in the future!

I just hosted a bridal shower with 26 guests, the space uniquely combined a living room area with table space for 26. It was a perfect place to for people to mingle and then sit down to great dining space. Grace Park and Chris the on-site manager truly made the entire time effortless! I highly recommend!!

I was invited to a rehearsal dinner at The Kitchen Table and it was EVERYTHING. Intimate, chic, the chef hired made a delicious 5 course meal. If I ever need to plan a sophisticated event, I'm definitely going to book this space.

Held my bridal shower at The Kitchen Table over the weekend and all 19 girls commented about how much they loved the space! The Kitchen Table is a state-of-the-art kitchen facility, equipped with bar, dining area, and living room that you can rent out to host a party. For my event, we brought in a professional chef from kitchensurfing.com, who was also tremendously impressed! The owner and host of the space, Grace, is very detail oriented and tends to all your guests wants/needs. Moreover, all the little details the venue offers -- from the bar stools to the plates to the exposed brick -- creates such an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere that you and your guests won't want to leave!

Phenomenal in every way. Kitchen Table was the PERFECT rehearsal dinner spot for us. The space is even more beautiful and romantic in person, and Grace was the perfect host. This is essentially the ideal space for the most memorable and beautiful dinner party you have ever thrown, in the house you wish you owned. Every detail is flawless, from decor to music to presentation dishes and lighting. The kitchen is 100% jam packed with everything you could need to cook (I did a couple of dishes because I wanted something homemade at the party). Completely professional from start to finish, Grace helped out when we were running behind (slicing bread, arranging flowers, plating dessert, etc) and generally went above and beyond again and again to make our party fantastic. Our two servers (Brandon and Chris) were friendly, experienced and professional the entire night. They weren't obtrusive at all, but they kept things neat and helped guests feel at ease. They made coffee, got drinks and generally made the experience stress free. I don't know what else to say except that this was probably the best splurge of our wedding. Just about every single one of our guests (of all ages and most from out of town) commented that it was the best rehearsal dinner they'd ever been to because it was intimate and comfortable and elegant all at once. Grace is incredibly responsive, friendly and kind. I hope her business thrives; she certainly deserves it. (Y'all don't go expecting miracles, but I can't leave off the last and best example of the kind of service Grace gives. I left my cell phone charger and Grace delivered it to our hotel uptown along with some incredible cookies and a sweet note. She is the best!)
