"This spot’s 2,500 square foot dog-friendly patio is a favorite of Knox-Henderson residents for being a calm, quiet outdoor oasis — with plenty of space. Try one of the spring cocktails, for example, the Hugo Spritz, which is spiked with cucumber-infused St. Germain. This is where the young West Siders love to hang out, a patio to see and be seen on. It offers valet most of the time." - Rachel Pinn, Courtney E. Smith

"It’s tough to beat brunch at this spot. Order up a plate of beignets to start (and maybe a skillet of artichoke dip, too), and chase it with crab cakes Benedict, bourbon pecan french toast, or the cheddar and jalapeno biscuits and gravy. Or fall into a big, gorgeous pizza — something for which Chelsea Corner is well known." - Courtney E. Smith

"A Dallas staple that’s been recently renovated and is now better than ever. Located on the outer edge of Knox-Henderson, Chelsea’s Corner is a bar/restaurant that turns into a dance party by night. Originally opened in 1974, and formerly known as Corner Bar, the recent enhancements have upped the game by modernizing the interior and adding a dog-friendly patio with an additional bar in the back. It’s a big spot with multiple areas that’s a got a little something for everyone — outdoor drinking, billiards, and dancing. Come for drinks, food, or both." - MATADOR_NETWORK

It offers a vibrant gastropub experience with a menu that blends upscale dishes with classic pub fare. Lively atmosphere, great for catching up with friends or watching games on their many TVs. The patio is a popular hangout especially weekends. Brunch is good, must try out the options. Servers are good and friendly.

We are visiting from several states and went for Sunday brunch. We ordered a lot of food and a bottle of Prosecco with the juices. Great deals and overall pretty affordable experience. There were some mix ups with what we ordered but they made sure to correct those. This is a must try!

If you want to watch a game but don’t want the trashy sports bar food and drinks, you have to try Chelsea Corner! An elevated sports bar with absolutely incredible food and appetizers. We wanted to watch the NBA game and enjoy dinner and this was the perfect place. Highly suggest the buffalo chicken dip, probably the most creamy and flavorful buffalo chicken dip I have ever had! The pizza is quite popular here and it was worth the hype, I highly recommend the hot honey pizza!

8/10 I highly recommend!! Drinks were very good and they had a large selection. Food could’ve been better. Affordable though.

Found this place online thinking it would be a nice new location to try.. they seemed to have a good amount of people but nothing too busy there was 3 hostess in which one directed me to the outside seating area which i enjoy, I waited for nearly 15 minutes in 90+ weather when i realized a waiter was never gonna come I kept getting over looked as i was sitting alone. Went back to the front and asked hostess who was my waiter they hesitated to tell me that Stephanie was the one that wasn’t gonna show up.

Yesterday was my third time at Chelsea’s. We came for brunch and it was a beautiful experience as always. This restaurant has a way of making you feel good while you’re eating, I mean they really understand culinary arts. I had a craving for the Cheddar Jalapeños Biscuits & Gravy, my favorite meal on their menu. When we arrived, the waitress pleasantly informed us that they were out of gravy and biscuits. I hesitated, wondering what else was there to eat..I mean I’ve been day dreaming about those biscuits, they were just that amazing. Realizing how I felt, she immediately said we have something that isn’t on the menu, the hangover skillet, I think you’ll like. I decided to give it a shot and my husband got the Texas Steak Benedict. A few minutes later the chef came to our table and apologized for not having what I wanted on the menu. He asked if there was anything else I found appealing on the menu and that he would personally prepare it for me. I wasn’t sure and said the waitress took our order so that was okay. He then said how about this, I’ll prepare a few meals and have you try them all at our expense. At that point I was so surprised. I’m an avid restaurant goer and I’ve never experienced such in my entire life. The level of service at Chelsea is astounding. I mean everyone, from the valet staff, to the ladies at the reception, to the waiters and chef are pure perfection! They prepared a feast for my husband and I and it was incredible. 10/10 Chefs kiss. Our Feast: Texas Steak Benedict Crab Cake Benedict 2 Side orders of Bacon 2 Plates of Hangover skillet, one was made with French fries and the other with potatoes. And a bottle of Wine to go with it. It was finger licking good. Will I keep coming back? Absolutely!! Chelsea’s Corner is just that great. Not sure if they’ll see this review but I just wanted to say thank you for always making us feel special when we come to eat. May Gods blessings continue to flow in your business.

Yelp
Adrian was amazing! Everything he recommended was good. Braised short ribs, egg rolls, spinach dip, harvest bowl

Yelp
Location Knox-Henderson section of Dallas-northeast Parking Look for the complimentary valet. Atmosphere Historic, classy, upscale Seating Bar, tables, booths, large second room in back with pool table, outdoor patio, large tv's throughout. Service Immediate and friendly-from valet to hosts to servers-great! Menu Note-This review is for the happy hour menu. There are alot of drinks and one food item-pizza-choose-we had the farmers which is a meat lovers-loaded, thin tasty crust. Yes, we ate it all-so yum! We had the aperol spritz which came in a large goblet. Very refreshing! The texas tea was good. Summary Great location, outstanding service, excellent happy hour menu. Love this place!!

Yelp
This patio ROCKS! For a long time this has been my favorite brunch spot but I hadn't been in a while. This last time though my espresso martini was SUPER strong caffeine-wise. Other than that, the vibes and atmosphere yet again did not disappoint! My only drawback is the super strong caffeine from the espresso martini...I like a more mellow caffeine from an espresso martini. I pretty much couldn't even feel the alcohol bc the caffeine was so strong...and it made me shake Otherwise, keep doing what you're doing Chelsea Corner! Y'all rock!

Yelp
I came here for happy hour with coworkers. Parking can be a bit tricky but we came early so found street parking. Woo hoo. They have drinks of course and then pizza on the happy hour menu so we did get some. I am not much of an alcoholic drinker so this will be about pizza because food makes us happy as much as the numbing effects of alcohol. Too much of either is a downer ;) This place has a nice ambiance. We sat on the patio right next to the fireplace which feels nice, but for a while. There was a reason that spot was open. It's pretty jam packed inside, i definitely prefer the patio which is more open, presuming the weather is cooperating. I would also like to acknowledge our fantastic server who was very attentive and always fun. Pizza! It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best pizza in the world either. Very much a good pizza for which i am glad to have paid happy hour prices for. I would sum this place thusly. I'd come here to hang out again, and have the pizza while hanging out, but i wouldn't come here especially for the pizza. I think they have other stuff on the menu though so the food might be awesome for all i know :)

Yelp
Went with a friend on a Sunday for brunch. On the way there I got on the wait list that said it would be an hour wait. We almost switched locations but decided to still check it out. The valet was on it. Once we told them we were on the wait list they took care of us quickly. Once inside I informed the lady at the front desk that I was on the wait list and how long would it be. She said we could be seated now. So glad we came anyway. The restaurant itself is really cute. Plenty of seating with good music and sports on the tv's. We were seated kind of on an elevated seating area that kind of let us look out over the whole restaurant. There was plenty of food to choose from and what I really liked from looking on the menu online there were pictures of the food options. We decided to try the chicken eggrolls for a light appetizer and it was really good and filling but not so much that there was no room for anything else. The star of the meal for me was the bourbon pecan french toast. These was lots of fruit on top and the pecans and sauce took it over the top. Plan on going back for dinner with hopes that it will be just as good

Yelp
The food was wonderful, the waitress was great. We both had the braised short rib for lunch and it was a great portion.

Yelp
A group of us from worked stopped in for happy hour on a Tuesday afternoon. We planned on getting drinks and dinner. Our drinks came out quick and were tasty. The happy hour selection is a bit limited, but fine. At the suggestion of a friend, I had the cheeseburger. It was quite good and very filling! The service was a bit slow. We waited some time for our server to take our dinner orders. Then we waited longer for our food to arrive. We had to ask to order more drinks, to get water refills, and for missing silver ware. In the end, we were there for more than 2 hours. I'm glad we started early.

Karen W.

Yelp
Decor is lovely but next time I'd love to either sit outside or closer to windows. It was a bit on the dark side once the blinds were pulled down. Our server was attentive but not intrusive. He was super patient with us (catching up with an old friend) and didn't rush us at all even though we noticed several groups waiting on tables when we were leaving. We tried the crab cake benedict. We were told that it's the most popular brunch item but I wished it were a little bit brighter and lighter. As far as benedicts go, not bad. Will be back to check out their happy hour. We didn't do our research beforehand but apparently there's street parking not far away but with the construction around the area, we just used the valet. It's complimentary so don't forget to tip.

Yelp
Prepare your taste buds for a journey to brunch heaven, because Chelsea's Corner is not your average breakfast joint - it's a culinary rollercoaster of flavor and fun! Picture this: you stroll into Chelsea's Corner, and suddenly, you're transported to a whimsical wonderland where brunch dreams come true. The ambiance is cozy yet vibrant, like your favorite sweater infused with a pop of color. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh boy, where do I even begin? From the moment you take your first bite, you'll feel like you've hit the brunch jackpot. The menu is a delightful mix of classic favorites and unexpected twists that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance. I mean, who knew you could fall in love with avocado toast all over again? Chelsea's Corner takes this brunch staple to the next level with creamy avocado, perfectly poached eggs, and a sprinkle of magic (okay, maybe it's just some fancy seasoning, but it tastes like magic, trust me). And don't even get me started on the pancakes. These fluffy stacks of goodness are like little pillows of happiness, topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a cascade of maple syrup. It's like eating a hug from your grandma, but with a side of Instagram-worthy aesthetics. But the real MVP of brunch at Chelsea's Corner? The bottomless mimosas. Yes, you heard that right - BOTTOMLESS. It's like a never-ending stream of bubbly goodness that'll have you feeling like royalty (or at least a brunch champion). So, if you're looking for a brunch spot that'll tickle your taste buds and leave you smiling from ear to ear, look no further than Chelsea's Corner. Just be warned: you might leave with a serious case of brunch-induced bliss. But hey, isn't that what Sundays are for?

Yelp
It's the first time I go for happy hour and it was so worth it ! This is one of my favorite drinks here and I didn't know it was on the happy hour menu!!! The ambiance here is amazing, there's different sections with different moods. Super nice staff. If you go make sure you try the artichoke dip IT IS THE BEST!! By the way... I'm patiently waiting for them to bring back the Chicken Parmesan Pizza !

Yelp
It's unfortunate that what seemed like a promising spot for watching sports on TV turned out to be a disappointing experience due to unacceptable rudeness in service. Having heard positive reviews of Chelsea's Corner, my significant other and I decided to give it a try last Sunday to catch the Formula 1 race and enjoy a few drinks before heading to another establishment for dinner. Upon arrival, although the restaurant was somewhat busy, we managed to secure spots at the bar, perfectly positioned in the corner to watch the Formula 1 race. However, our enjoyment was abruptly interrupted when the TV suddenly switched to another channel. Upon politely requesting to switch it back, we were informed by the bartender that another patron had requested a different game to be aired, likely the gentleman beside us. While we understand that requests are accommodates based on demand, what was particularly disheartening was the subsequent lack of action. After the gentleman beside us vacated his spot after not too long, I approached the same waitress to request the channel change once more. Despite her initial response of "I can check," she neither made an effort to do so nor communicated any updates. Instead, she engaged in conversation with a gentleman whom I assumed was the manager, both casting furtive glances our way multiples times without addressing our request. The only saving grace came from a kind, seasoned bartender, who promptly fulfilled our requests to change the channel without hesitation. Regrettably, this occured after a considerable delay following our initial inquiry. While her swift action was commendable, it was overshadowed by the sour taste left by another bartender's dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior, which included gossiping in front of patrons. This experience has unfortunately deterred us from considering a return visit.

Yelp
Another update : we came back. And we had the burger again, days later. Sunday was very busy. They quoted us an hour, and we put our names on the list. It was 20 min if that. We were seated in the back by the second bar. Our server, super sweet, was too busy to be a good server to us. I requested a straw. Never got it. I had to get up and approach the bar to ask for a straw and silverware. It took a while for a refill to get there. Then, it was taking a while when we requested the bill, so we we ended up getting up and going to the bar to checkout. I'm pretty sure she's a good server on slower nights, but not brunch hours. Anyway, I will still return because the burger is still consistently good. As an update. The SMASHBURGER HERE? I can't wait to get back to have it again. Easily one of the best burgers I have had. I really hope it's consistent when I come back. Because I will be back. Seated quickly Our server was a vibe Happy Hour is Mon-Thu: 4-6:30pm / Fri: 11am-6:30pm We got there before happy hour was over. Aperol Spritz $8.50. Hell no. Not again. Margarita flight ($18.00) scratch margarita, blood orange jalapeño margarita, and hibiscus margarita. They were super small and not worth the price imo. The regular was the best one. Hibiscus tasted like raisin water. Don't ask. Texas Tea $8.50. She ordered 2. Safe to say it's good. That burger was a 9/10 for sure. Fries were good but nothing that would compare to the burger....hot, melty.... If it would've had a sprinkle of seasoning salt , I would've done a happy dance. We both enjoyed that burger and have talked about it since. I'm Coming back whenever I want a burger. I should've noted the name of the cook that night. I'm not trying to be disappointed..... because I would be.

Yelp
First time here and truly enjoyed brunch with a friend. Fantastic all the way around! They offer complimentary valet service and this team knows what they are doing. Professional, friendly and efficient. We were greeted with smiles and took two seats at the bar. Superb service from Mary, Liz and Lily (thank you!). Our food was delish - the biscuits & gravy and the avocado toast. Hands down, the best avocado toast I have ever had. Don't miss this fabulous neighborhood gem!

Lauren B.

Yelp
Really loved this place for a GNO. My experience was (mostly) positive, and I would definitely return if in the area! The restaurant is really cute and has a bunch of holiday lights inside. The food and drinks come out super quick, and I thought the food was notably good for an upscale "sports bar" environment. My aperol spritz was great (+ reasonably priced!) and I got the harvest bowl, which was fantastic. We also shared the dip trio, and I would get this again. Our server offered to bring out more chips when we ran out to finish the dips, which was appreciated! Negatives - They only have valet (though complimentary), and we ended up waiting in the rain because when we were ready to leave the wrong car was brought out. We were seated at a half circle booth near the entrance for a party of 3 - it was difficult to talk across the large booth/share an appetizer especially with football going on. People were also waiting for their table right next to us, up against our booth. When we checked in online, it gave us an estimated 15 min wait, but it was actually 35 minutes. Sitting on the bench outside the front door results in you getting hit with it every time someone goes in or out, and that's the only seating to wait for your table. Overall, I would return during the week or at least when football isn't on. All of the negatives are pretty minor and I still enjoyed my experience.

Tamilah K.

Yelp
I'm gonna keep this brief -- IF YOU WANT FOOD SO GOOD IT MAKES YOU WANNA SLAP YA MAMA, then Chelsea's Corner is the play! Open until midnight during the week, affordable prices and the cuisine is the real deal! This is NOT your average bar menu - buffalo chicken dip is ridiculous and the smash burger was too good to put down! I needed a wheelbarrow to get me to the car LOL No drink on this trip but the level of service was excellent and the complimentary valet was a GAME CHANGER! Noise level was perfect and the atmosphere was a vibe. I'll be back

Ashley G.

Yelp
10/10 brunch vibes. Make your reservation online before coming and you'll get seated quickly! Great service and the food was equally as great.

Celeste M.

Yelp
We arrived and out our name down on a Friday evening and the wait was an hour so we opted to sit at the bar. After about 15 minutes of waiting my husband and I found two seats at the bar. The bar staff was very attentive and we quickly out in drink orders. We decided to out in an appetizer which I don't have a photo of but it was the queso and chips. We thought it was lacking flavor and would order something else next time. We can during March madness so that's probably why it was such a long wait. My husband got the friend chicken sandwich which ch he really enjoyed and be both loved the ranch fires they came with. I absolutely loved the fish tacos and would 100% order that again next time I go. Minus two stars for the lackluster nachos and the long wait. Atmosphere/ambiance was great especially during the game. It was lively but not overly crowded like some sports bars.

Chelsea M.

Yelp
Great food, ambience and service for work related dinner; parking sucks for happy hour.

Melody P.

Yelp
Really cute brunch spot! We got seated right away after joining the online waitlist on a Saturday. I ordered the s'mores espresso martini, which came out nice and strong. The crab cake benedict was nice and flavorful! My bf ordered the hot honey pizza, which was a 10/10!

Jack B.

Yelp
This place is awesome !! You go inside in think ok this is nice a place , a few TVs ( to watch the Mavs-Celtics game) but then you walk through a door and there's a bar and golden tee and a pool table . But wait there's more ! You walk outside and there is tons of seating outside with televisions and everything. THE ATMOSPHERE It was amazing especially when it's a Mavs Celtics Game 1 . Wait time It was about 2hrs (but it was game day ) But for the quality of the food I don't care how long i waited , because there was a bar and golden tee inside to pass the time . The food The food here is Excellent, I got the fish and chips , And I got there pretzels as an appetizer which was AWESOME

Nancy B.

Yelp
10/10 from valet service to vibes to food and service! Went for a Saturday morning brunch this spot was def cute and seemed like a great brunch spot with lots of mimosas flowing around! Alll of our brunch dishes were delicious and hearty! The biscuits and gravy were *chefs kiss, the French toast was sooo good but will def ask them to go light on the sauce. Will for sure be back with my girls and family again.

Paula C.

Yelp
Went here today for a girls brunch. Immediately ordered coffee. When I got it, there was lipstick on the mug (I don't ever wear lipstick) Disgusting! It was replaced as soon as I pointed it out but just watch your mugs!!!

Priscilla A.

Yelp
We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for brunch. There are no reservations ( for parties less than 6 I believe, we were only 4) so there was a small wait. We also added ourselves to the waitlist to mitigate having to wait for long. I highly recommend doing this when you're about 25 mins out, because even with us doing this we still waited about 10-15 mins. Our server was cool, we were an indecisive bunch and she remained patient the entire time. The crab cake Benny was flavorful, light & enjoyable. The homefries were also good. The star of the show however is the French toast! I was torn between the two and decided to get the crab Benedict's, however next time I go I would do the French toast for sure. I couldn't recommend it more. The drinks (not pictured) were also good!

Ashley P.

Yelp
I can't believe it took me this long to check this place out! Everything was amazing from the food, service, and ambiance. We started with the Stuffed Jalapeños ($14 for four) which were amazing and would highly recommend. I thought the Salmon Caesar salad ($21) might be a bit boring, but I would go back to that place just for that salad. Based off the quality of the food, I don't think you could go wrong with anything on the menu. It is a bit overpriced in my opinion, but nonetheless, great food To top it off, we had the sweetest server! This is making my list of places to bring friends and family when they are in town. (I have also been out here at night once and it was a lot of fun! Especially having different areas that meet whatever vibe you are going for.)

Stacie A.

Yelp
Great bar/restaurant with great food and drinks! Not too divey and not too pretentious...just right! They have a Friday happy hour special featuring the hot honey pizza (so good!). And the short ribs nachos are bomb! I just hate the parking situation though. You have to valet since there's absolutely no available street parking nearby.

Kayla S.

Yelp
Regrettably, I must share a disappointing review of our recent bar experience. The service was exceptionally poor, with noticeable disparities in treatment between regulars and new customers. Staff members appeared distant and unfriendly, making us feel like an inconvenience. While the food was commendable in quality and freshness, the abysmal service overshadowed any positive aspects. As someone with industry experience, I found the overall experience deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend sitting at this bar to anyone. Despite being inquiring about bars across Dallas, this particular establishment fell short. It was disheartening to observe managers exclusively catering to regulars while neglecting newcomers. The lack of basic hospitality, such as providing coasters and water, was glaringly evident.

Melissa C.

Yelp
Beautiful outside seating, umbrellas, misting fans and shade. Cool on a hot day. Also plenty of indoor seating. They have some fun refreshing drinks. Usually do an appetizer. If queso and guacamole my fav. Great vibe fun to hang. Service is usually good.

Vincent F.

Yelp
What a gem of place in Dallas. Great atmosphere, quick and accommodating service. Great menu and even better drinks.

Anna C.

Yelp
Great service and fun atmosphere. I loved the patio area and it looks surprisingly like a fun place to watch sports. They had their holiday decor up and cute seasonal cocktails- be careful they are STRONG. I ordered the winter wonderland martini which was basically an icing flavored martini decorated with sprinkles. If you have a huge sweet tooth, this is the drink for you. It was just a litttttle too sweet and strong for me, but it was really cute! I also got the salmon Caesar salad and tried some of my friends queso. The queso was delicious and the salad was good but the salmon was a tiny bit undercooked.

Damond F.

Yelp
A fantastic experience. We went for a quick bite to eat and some brunch drinks. Ended up staying an hour or two longer than we expected. Our waitress was great and let us enjoy our time. It seems she fits into the vibe of the place during brunch-people looking for a chill time and fun. At one point, my colleague kept ordering a Diet Coke, and our waitress just brought out a huge pitcher of the drink for her. I think that helped what we tipped at the end. :) We started with the Chelsea Carafe and the Rose Gold Sangria Draft. The Chelsea Carafe comes with a bucket, your bubbles and peach juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice. Both the Carafe and the Rose Gold Sangria were delicious. We each ended up with up with our own sangria AND another round of the carafe for the table. For food we got for the table, the beignets, the Buffalo chicken dip, the charcuterie baord, the Trio Dip, and the bites. As a son of the South, the beignets were good but not quite that traditional beignet taste and feel. Everything was delicious. One of my colleagues got the Avocado toast, she really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend Brunch here. The Chelsea Carafe was a huge bonus and a must. The Buffalo chicken bites were my favorite food items, perfect for soaking up the carafe.

Charity C.

Yelp
I came for a book club brunch, and it was okay. Our server didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing; she kept disappearing. The food was alright; nothing had a wow factor to me; however, the food was hot and fresh - it just needs some more flavor. The prices are the best part. Also, the BBQ Chicken Pizza is hype, don't believe the reviews. Bacon Jalapeños - 8/10 Egg Rolls 1/10 - What did I just eat? #HardPass Charcuterie - 6/10 Buffalo Dip - 7/10 Spinach Dip - 8/10

T.r B.

Yelp
Cutest little spot! We sat in the front patio. It was like being outside and inside at the same time. The food and service were awesome. We got the slider flight and had them cut in half so we could try them all. We also had the barnyard pizza. Absolutely delicious! The drinks were good. I'll definitely be back!

Sampson T.

Yelp
I sat at the bar tonight to watch Game 7 (Denver vs Minnesota). Juliette, Liz were bartending. They are very pleasant, courteous and professional. Come to Chelsea Corner. Enjoy the great staff, food and drinks

Melanie B.

Yelp
I have been here a few times and the service is good depending on the size of the crowd. I came here during a Dallas Mavs game one time and it was packed!! They weren't expecting the crowd so the service really suffered, but the Manager was so accommodating and even comp'd my chips and dip. They have an extensive menu that will accommodate any die restriction. They also have THC mocktails which I thought was so interesting and different. They have a back patio that is outside and it is big. Easy to miss - because the first time I visited I stayed up front and didn't do a lap. It's actually quite a large restaurant. The only drawback is the parking. They have valet and there may be a few street parking spots. If you live close enough, I recommend that you take a rideshare or carpool. Overall, a solid place for a date, brunch or a sports game.

Victoria N.

Yelp
FOOD INSTAGRAM: @northtx.gemz **** WHAT THEY'RE KNOWN FOR: seems to be a Dallas local favorite. There were a lot of regulars who came in the staff seemed to know by name. THE VIBE: it's surprisingly more of a sports bar vibe. It's still very cozy inside but I thought it was a modern brunch vibe from the outside but it's really more of a sports bar type of look especially with the employees they have. PRICE: ~$32 + $6 tip WOULD I COME BACK? Yes!!! **** Overall Rating: 11/10 - I haven't had a good meal like this good in such a long time!!! Me and @fatimaramos___ were blown away how delicious everything was. Definitely a reliable food place I recommend going to! - @the_real_slim_foodie has a collaboration pizza here which the hot honey pepperoni pizza and OMG this pizza was SO good. Yes it's a greasy pepperoni pizza but IMO it was the perfect amount of grease on this cold snowy day. The pepperonis on top were bite sized and perfectly crispy and chewy. If you don't eat pepperonis, they have a hot honey fried chicken pizza version we were debating getting. - THIS ASIAN CRUNCH SALAD WAS SOOOO GOOD. Those little peppers were actually spicy and sweet! This whole entire salad was perfect and I was happy they split it in half for us. This was the perfect amount of food. This salad was sweet and savory as Asian style salads are but the vegetables were clean and crisp! - The prices tho???? This place was SO cheap. I can't get over how good this place is. No wonder is a local favorite people must go here multiple times a week!

Very cute and yummy spot! I went on a Sunday during the cowboys game and it was very busy but still the service was great and the food was even better! One of the best grilled cheese's I've ever had! The pesto makes the sandwich! Also the Tomato soup was amazing and made for the perfect pairing! Definitely recommend this spot for their food and environment!

Yelp
My wife and I were in the area for the Mavericks game and stopped in the next day for lunch. They had a phenomenal brunch menu, we got a smash burger. Couple of the appetizers. We also had a couple bottles of mimosa crafts, which were truly reasonably priced, we will be back for sure. Great staff and awesome bartender.

Yelp
This has become one of my go-to Dallas spots. Whether it's for brunch, happy hour, or dinner, their menu choices are great. I haven't had a bad meal or drink from Chelsea Corner, and the staff is always attentive. The ambiance is great as well - I love sitting in the front patio, at the bar, or out back.

Yelp
Food; 8/10 Service; 9/10 Ambiance; 9/10 So good! Fun staff, good service, good drinks, delicious food and way more space and cute spaces than you'd expect! Definitely a great happy hour/girls lunch/group hangout spot to hit up!

Yelp
Trendy yet approachable! We dressed up for dinner here but it has a laid-back atmosphere where we could have dressed down too. We tried the avocado hummus, pot roast, and pizza. All very good!

Yelp
Love the vibes of this place! Such a fun outdoor patio area with couches and tables. The cocktails are super yummy and they have great happy hour deals! My friends and I always order appetizers like the cheese board, and garlic fries. They always hit the spot perfectly! If you drive there- it's valet parking only- but it's free you just have to tip!

Yelp
We love Chelsea Corner! Recommend checking in on the waitlist before showing up, especially on warmer days on the weekend. We love hanging out on the patio, bonus that pups are allowed! It's a fun environment, has TV's to watch games at, and has great food and drinks. The service is always quick and friendly too!

Yelp
Great food, drinks and vibes. Our server was attentive and made sure our glasses were never empty We sat inside, which was great but the patio area is where I want to sit next!

Yelp
Recently came here with a girlfriend for brunch without a reservation and was seated almost immediately. Valet and 2 hour street parking is available close by. There was plenty of street parking around the restaurant when I arrived promptly at 11 am on Saturday. The food was rich and decadent! We shared the crab egg Benedict and a caramel apple French toast. The eggs were runny and perfect! The French toast had an abundant amount of caramel and apples on top. The French toast was a little too rich for me so I wasn't able to finish it, but I typically have a sweet tooth! We also got the beignets and an alcoholic drink. The beignets were a little dense and not as fluffy as the ones you'd get a cafe du monde, but I realize that everyone's definition of beignets are different. They were still tasty! We did sit adjacent to the bar, but didn't feel like it was too loud like the other reviewers had mentioned

Yelp
I have been to Chelsea Corner twice for weekend brunch. I have enjoyed it both times. I am not fond of valet parking which seems to be the only option, but the food and atmosphere have been so great that I can overlook this. They have numerous brunch options. I saw people dressed nicely and people dressed in yoga pants, so either is appropriate. I have had my daughter both times and she even likes going there.

Yelp
Wow! Wow is the best way to describe brunch. The food is amazing, the drinks were great, and the service was excellent. We will definitely come back in the evening to try it out...and we will be back for brunch. Try the charcuterie board. Every item was fantastic!!!

Yelp
This place was great. Good drinks, good food, great atmosphere. Just would recommend going online and getting your name on the list before hand as it' gets pretty busy

Yelp
Where's the brunch pizza?? Can I still order it? We got the margarita pizza instead, plus the short rib skillet...still amazing. The churros were so good! I tried to book a reservation on open table for brunch but none available, we went at open, & even when we left it wasn't terribly busy. Wonder if they block out reserving at brunch time
