The Best Kid-Friendly Restaurants for Families in Phoenix, Arizona | Eater Phoenix

"Kids are often unable to resist the homemade French fries at Chelsea’s Kitchen. This Phoenix bistro uses organic ingredients in its nachitos, vegetarian black bean burger, and crispy chicken sandwich. The entrees for kids include macaroni and cheese, chicken tacos, and a fish plate. Outdoor seating is lively and open. For those who are not too afraid to let kids eat dessert first, there are cookie samples as soon as diners walk into the restaurant." - Rudri Patel

"Chelsea’s Kitchen is often recognized for its lush, tree-shaded patio which features an outdoor bar, colorful chairs, and, of course, its large fireplace. Phoenix’s Best Chicken Sandwiches | Eater Phoenix

"Chelsea’s Kitchen is an Arcadia dining mainstay just as well-known for its delicious American fare as it is its chic atmosphere and beautiful patio. Its variation of the chicken sandwich isn’t technically spicy, but its spicy aioli adds a welcome kick when combined with the flavors of the sweet granny smith apples and slaw. Most importantly, the chicken is consistently crisp. Chelsea’s Kitchen offers dine-in, curbside pickup, and delivery." - Jamie Phillis

Stopped here to look at menus after I got off my flight but wasn’t too hungry so I was going to leave. I heard someone say “I saw you looking at the menu” and I told him I wanted something light. He said they had yogurt with fruit and oats. So I went and checked it out and glad that I did. It was so yummy . Saw they had this Phoenix drink that I wanted so I stopped on my way back home. Had that and an appetizer. They both were delicious also. Everyone was so nice and food came out quick!

This place was confidently located from where I needed to be in the airport. I wasn’t too hungry so I just got fries on one occasion which were $9 which was pretty crazy and another time I got soup which was over priced as well. Wasn’t a fan of the soup but I guess I shouldn’t have expected much. The avocado in The soup was good though but there was pretty much no chicken in it which was disappointing. Also got what were advertised as mimosas here with me girls and turns out the were small premixed drinks that were overpriced at $20 a piece. And our server was almost non existent. I’d suggest a different option for anyone thinking about it.

Sometimes airport restaurants are overlooked and it’s a shame because there are lots of good ones out there. Such as this Chelsea’s kitchen here at Skyharbour airport. We had a few hours to spare so we set up shop here and had a couple of delicious burgers. I indulged in an espresso martini and it was great! I will return in my next layover. 😎

HANDS DOWN the BEST airport restaurant at Sky Harbor. The food is delicious and the service, even better. Special thanks for Mi for making our 14 hour day of travel relaxing and pleasant. My husband and I shared the guacamole/salsa and chips. Yum! My vegetable tacos were AMAZING!!! Loved the kale salad on the side. If I fly into Phoenix again I’ll go out of my way to eat here.

Before the security gates, is this nice restaurant. We had the soup and salad, and the Nachitos. Being on the appitizer menu was larger than we expected. We could have split either one. Both dishes were excellent. Roberto was our server and he was excellent. We need more servers like Roberto.

We've become somewhat "jaded" when it comes to airport restaurants. This place was a genuine exception. Food was great, service was exceptional (thank you Brittany). We were there around 3:30 for a late lunch and it was (thankfully) not crowded. When traveling through Sky Harbor (it's our local airport) we will definitely return to Chelsea's. The food isn't inexpensive but you do get "value."

Nachos were delicious! Margarita was strong, you can taste the tequila but not the prickly pear. It looked good. Service could have been better.
