"The pair at the helm of this compact restaurant in Pigalle are chef Bruno Laporte and front-of-house manager and sommelier Florentin Fraillon, who have both graduated with honours from Ze Kitchen Galerie, William Ledeuil's "training ground"! Here, they are going from strength to strength, with dishes such as the plant-based starter (butter beans, fava beans, peas, leaves and fresh herbs) – given a boost by its rhubarb juice sauce spiced up with chilli in the style of a beurre blanc – or the delicious wheat dessert, oozing childhood nostalgia. a small, intimate place - but with very interesting cuisine and a good selection of wines. all very good and worth repeating. the only warning - if you make a reservation - make sure it is not only for 2 hours and then someone else comes to your table.

Phenomenal dining experience! Intimate dining area, delicious dishes (the beets were the highlight) with a good variety of ingredients and textures, tasty wine pairings and cocktails, and high level of service. Very accommodating of food allergies. Would come back any time we are in Paris

Celebrated my birthday here, and it was a culinary delight! The set menu exceeded our expectations with creatively crafted dishes, and the wine list was impressively well-matched. It was a truly memorable evening, thanks to the wonderful team.

As much as I wanted to love Chenapan it was a little lacklustre. While everything was cooked and served beautifully, none of the dishes were memorable in my opinion. The restaurant vibe as a whole is also a little confused. C Grade furniture, with Jay Z playing but 5 star priced dishes - they need to pick a lane. You can still have a R&b/Hip Hop vibe, but the song choices were really something special. I enjoyed my visit, but I don’t think I would recommend or venture back.

A hidden gem in the 9eme neighbourhood of Paris. Excellent food in a very small and intimate place. The menu was excellent, well balanced, full of flavours. The service was great and very attentive. Only ”negative” point I’d say: the place may be slightly too small and tight. With pleasure again 🙌

Everything was outstanding. Atmosphere was very cozy with open kitchen, outstanding service, every food served was explained in details and also how to taste it better. And food itself - amazing. That was perfect ending of our Paris trip! Thank you!
