This used to be a nice place with good food, good service. It’s now fallen off a cliff. Their weekend brunches are like being in a warzone, with food items going out of stock regularly. Outside of that, they have only 1 wait staff most times and he tries bravely to manage but the waiting times are inordinately high - eg., min. 30 mins just for a plate of idlis. The kitchen is similarly understaffed and the food isn’t as hygienic as it used to be. The owner doesn’t give two hoots about customers. It’s such a shame. We were regulars. We’ve now sworn to never go back.
