Cheondonga Jungmun

We found this restaurant on Naver map app while we are browsing where to eat around the Lotte Jeju Hotel that we are staying at. It's less than 10 min drive from the hotel. Their meat is on point and very tasty. Their staffs are very kind and friendly. We have a relatively large group with 4 kids and they are very accommodating. It's very spacious in there as well. Get their steam eggs and definitely kimchi stew which we are craving so we go back there the second time the night before we leave Jeju. Their pork meat is so juicy with good balance of fats and the sauces and condiments that come with it go really well. They prefer cash payments but we do not have any so they accept our credit cards (both times). The lady who serves us remember us the 2nd time we go back there and remember the exact order we had to our surprise. The owner gentleman gives an ice popsicle to our kid as present before we leave. They are so kind and make the kids very happy. :) We will definitely go eat there again if we are in Jeju next time.

Had a wonderful experience here. The pork belly is a must have - but the outstanding part is the service! They cut and portion the meat for you and also explain different ways to enjoy it.

Food was delicious! Servers don’t speak much English, but are still super kind and helpful! They cooked the meat perfectly. We loved their pork belly and shoulder, as well as their self serve banchan

This place was AMAZING. Definitely get the aged jeju pork shoulder (different from black pig), which I haven’t seen at any other jejudo kbbq spots. The owner carefully grilled for us and taught us all the best ways to eat with different sauce combinations. Their sauces are very unique and loved every single one. The meat is so JUICY. I’m drooling just thinking about it. Kimchi jjigae had a deep flavor too. Highly recommend this place!!

great experience! they cooked the pork very skillfully, and the meat was high quality. really recommend the pork shoulder if you’re someone that doesn’t like meat that’s too fatty.

Amazing restaurant! Staff were very attentive and friendly and showed us how to eat the pork. The food itself was also amazing. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great location, too. Love it!

Hands down the BEST KBBQ experience in my life! We had aged black pork tomahawk, Jeju black pork shoulder & pork belly, and they were all amazing - so fresh, so clean, so juicy. The boss was very friendly, he helped cook all our pork to perfection and taught us how to pair them with all the delicious ssam & banchan. The banchan! Omg. From anchovy sauce to fish roe & garlic sauce, everything was an umami bomb. We also had their famous black pork kimchi jigae, the flavour was deep & hearty. Their steamed egg was also cooked beautifully, so soft & jiggly! Overall, 100% would recommend to anyone visiting Jeju! Fly all the way here to have this meal 😍

very good experience at this black pork restaurant!!! loved the attentive way they grilled and taught us how to eat it. great prices and charcoal grill is a plus!
