"Beginning on Thursday, August 29, the rooftop lounge nestled in the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, will begin serving a Parisian-style brunch overlooking the Fountains of Bellagio. Brunch comes with avocado croissants with soft-boiled eggs, smoked salmon served on a bagels with heirloom tomatoes, Dungeness crab Benedicts, Japanese soufflé pancakes, and steak frites with hand-cut fries.
