I recently discovered a tiny pinhole leak in the refrigerant line of my Samsung fridge. I needed to replace the fridge immediately. I've worked with Cherin's before so I walked in and explained my situation. I met Alex and he could not have been more helpful and professional. He's very transparent with pricing and the performance of the different selections that they have. He took the time to analyze the measurements of what I needed and compared it to some compatible models. He recommended a GE fridge that suited my needs. Since I needed it immediately, he set it up for pick up and I went over with my truck and a friend to get it. Everything went smoothly and the fridge fits perfectly. I am so thankful to Alex and his team. This was a no hassle experience and the customer service I received was heads and toes above any big box appliance store.

Cherin’s is the best for appliances! They carry brands that the big box stores don’t have and their staff are wonderfully knowledgeable to help you figure out the solution you need. Appreciation also to their delivery crew (Juan and colleague) who were timely, knowledgeable about the install, and who navigated a lot of stairs.

I just got off the phone with Dean from Cherin's who helped me with a dryer enquiry. This is how all businesses should be run. A true professional. I will be going to Cherin's for all appliances and recommending them highly from now on. Many thanks!

Absolutely horrific service. Juan gave us half an hour notice before arriving for a delivery. Was never told the date beforehand. When he arrived, I told my disabled relative to do their best to come downstairs, but he called again angrily and told us that he would leave if no one could meet him in the next minute. When I tried explaining the situation, he hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous.

It took several emails and phone calls to Cherin's before I was connected with a rep who actually did business with me. They were extremely professional and helped me find a new refrigerator (my goal) but never got back to me in a timely manner. The biggest reason why I'm marking this review as two stars is because of my poor experience with their contracted delivery/installation vendor (Apogee Delivery & Installation). They didn't set clear expectations with me, and didn't communicate clearly and effectively with me. And above all else, didn't own any of their shortcomings.

They are a slimy sales team masquerading as an appliance company. I hired them to survey my kitchen for a possible upgrade. Instead of measuring my vents, they took away and destroyed my downdraft, then insisted that I needed to replace the entire ventilation system. Two separate teams they sent were unable to locate my existing fans, but sales insisted they were obsolete and incompatible with any modern device they sold. I hired someone independent to look at my setup, who found my fan in 5 minutes flat, then showed me modern compatible brands with my setup. Brands sold by Cherin. Models that they weren’t prepared to discuss until I brought them up.

Amazing experience! I worked with Bobby Brown and he was exceedingly helpful. I honestly did not expect to call and get every single appliance I wanted for my remodel, considering everything is usually out of stock, but they had it all! The prices were very competitive. He was able to provide great advice too on what we might want and what would work best. If you are worried about the level of service and delivery you might get from a big box store, then I definitely recommend Cherin's. Shop local! All in all stoked!

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from them a few years ago, and it was a good experience. I went back a couple weeks ago to replace my range - I had a $3,000 budget and pretty much knew what I wanted, and since my experience at Cherin's was so good a few years back, there was no need to go anywhere else. If only I could have gotten somebody to look up from their paperwork while they were seated at their desk and give me some sales assistance. I wandered around their very small showroom for 10 minutes without once being greeted or acknowledged. I left the store and dropped $2500 at Lowes about 35 minutes later.

Called in to get a price on a fridge since their website says to do so for a price comparison. In the 5 minutes I talked to someone, I was 1) accused of lying about the price at another store (I was not) , 2) told I was in the wrong for calling around for price comparisons, 3) not given a straight answer about cost of delivery even though I gave him all details of the path from the door (it was up to me to figure out if my delivery qualified for free delivery because the union had "rules" ( sorry dude but you're more familiar than I am ). So yeah, I'm just calling for my own diligence. I'm not the bad guy here. Get over yourselves

The sales help I received was great. Just couldn't deal w big box store. Jared helped me, he answered all my questions, explained the mechanics and differences in dishwashers and range hoods. He actually submitted for a somewhat complicated rebate for me so I didn't even have to email anything. It was like the old days when floor salesmen knew about their products. Oh, and installation was fast and professional! Loved the installation guys too.

I came back a few years later for the stove and the dishwasher that I wanted. When I reached out to Bobby, he immediately remembered who I was, and did everything he could to help look into how we could make my situation work. We ended up getting it installed (very promptly, and with great help). Post installation, I'll occasionally message Bobby for help on how to do certain things such as, what's the best way to clean certain parts or various other questions I have. Bobby has been a tremendous help with the various appliances I've installed. Greatly appreciate his and Cherin's help and recommend working with Bobby for all your needs!

I needed to replace my laundry unit, and I initially went to Lowe's to purchase one, but I had so many issues with Lowe's that I ended up canceling everything. After making calls and asking around, Cherin's Appliance saved me. Dean was so patient and helpful with me, and the entire process was so smooth. Within a week, I had a new laundry unit installed. Juan who delivered and installed the laundry unit is a superstar! They are the best!

My partner and I got near every appliance for our remodel from here. Jared was so excellent. Guided us through the pros and cons of each model/company, and continued to follow up with warranty and cosmetic damage help after initial purchase. Even had some recommendations for other appliance repairs outside of our initial purchase. Greatly appreciate the service.

I got Bob who was professional and accommodating and helpful in choosing our Bosch dishwasher. It's always better to use a family owned business to get things done. Carlos the installer was also a pleasure to work with and installation and take away service all went smoothly.

I am so sorry such a greatold family owned business has fallen so far. Went their for an appliance to avoid the big box stores and regret it to this day. Spent big and thoughtn I was buying some follow thru but once they got my $$ they had no interest in addressing any of my problems with the item or the installation...very disappointing. Don't kid yourself...it's top $$ and the same as all the big box stores.

I called today to order a refrigerator that is out of stock with a long wait. My order was complicated, archaic color, lots of stairs, need the ice maker installed same day as delivery, etc. Bobby was a gem to work with. He was candid, informative and was able to expedite my order that is going to take several months to receive due to a back order situation. We've purchased appliances from Cherin's for many years and have always been happy with their services. I also want to support our local businesses and Cherin's comes through with high quality products and exceptional service. I like their accessibility; you call and someone answers the telephone. They also personally know their installers (e.g., my ice maker) which is a plus. I thought I'd try Home Depot and the other big box stores to save some money (not much); there is no one to talk to and they don't install the ice maker. I didn't want to spend several frustrating hours on the telephone and perhaps not get what I needed. I highly recommend shopping at Cherin's for any of your appliance needs.

Raul was a great resource and was able to quickly find a replacement model for our disconiuted stove top hood that fit the space. He also introduced us to Mullen Construction for the install.

I needed to replace my defective Samsung refrigerator because it wasn't keeping my food fresh and the icemaker was leaking. (Samsung refused to do anything about it.) I didn't have a lot of room so my choices were limited. They recommended a Fisher and Paykel. I had never owned anything by that brand but it did have exactly what I wanted (stainless, interior ice maker, exterior water dispenser, freezer on bottom). At first we thought that it would have to be backordered but a customer canceled an order and I was able to nab it. The store referred me to a delivery service and that went very smoothly. They were on time and very careful. They also hauled away my old defective fridge. Overall, a great experience. They also have a small parking lot which is very convenient.

I have purchased all of my kitchen appliances here: dishwasher, oven, and washer/dryer. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. For my most recent purchase, a combination washer/dryer, I went into the store asking for one that I had seen in a friend's house, made by LG. The salesman told me straightaway that they do not sell LG products because LG does not offer service for their appliances in the USA. I thought that that was a good reason to shift my search from LG to another brand. I gave the salesman my space parameters and he found a GE machine that filled the bill. I paid for it on the spot. The salesman told me it would take two weeks to get to me, and that is exactly what happened. He also recommended an excellent service for the installation. All in all, it worked out well. Truth be told, you will more than likely pay more here than you would at Best Buy, Lowe's, or Home Depot, but for me, it is totally worth it to support a locally owned business that has excellent follow-through on whatever they sell.

You do not often have a great story about buying an appliance, but I want to shout out to Cherin's in SF. This is my second time using them, and they are fantastic. Such great customer service! I needed a new fridge, and they were so nice. They used an equally lovely delivery company. You speak to the same humans who are timely, caring and professional. The fridge was cheaper than the price at any of the big box retailers, and even if it was more expensive, I would pay more so as not to deal with Home Despair/Loweslife shitty customer service...especially after 4 months of utter hell with Samsung last year!

The sales person was able to explain the differences between the different models of the dishwasher that I was looking for and was able to get it delivered quickly. The installation techs were knowledgeable, skilled and able to finish the work quickly without any leaks. I would recommend Cherin's Appliance. The prices were in line with other vendors and the service exceptional.

Cherin's delivery and installation is half the reason to shop at Cherin's! They sell good products and their delivery and installation people are top notch! My uncle had a dishwasher installed a couple of years ago from a different company. The technician that installed the last dishwasher took a long time and told us that it was a very complicated job because the plumbing was so old. My uncle wasn't fond of the dishwasher and bought a Bosch dishwasher from Cherin's. It turned out, the difficulties with installation had nothing to do with the plumbing. The technician simply wasn't trained properly. Juan Lopez,who delivered the new Bosch dishwasher from Cherin's, was very knowledgeable. He said there was nothing wrong with the house plumbing but that the other technician had installed the previous dishwasher incorrectly. Juan was able to quickly remove the old dishwasher and install the dishwasher in 1/3 the time that it took the other technician. He made sure that the dishwasher was straight by using a level and checked that the dishwasher ran through the test cycles not once but twice. He also walked us through the product and how to use it correctly and how to clean and maintain it. While he was checking to make sure that it was properly installed and wasn't leaking, I mentioned that I was worried about the water pressure in the kitchen being too low for the dishwasher to operate. (I had recently been told by the plumber that installed the faucet a couple of months ago that there was a problem with the angle stops and the back of the cabinet would need to be cut to improve the water flow.) Juan looked at it and fixed it in literally two seconds. My low water flow was normal. I couldn't believe it! I was so impressed by Juan! Based on that experience, I can't recommend Cherin's enough. They hire good people, who are very knowledgeable, hardworking and committed to making sure their products are installed correctly! Thank you Juan! You've made our lives so much easier!

Like most new home owners, I wanted the best quality appliances for my new home. I bought the Asko washer and dryer set in 2019 and a year before I bought a GM fridge from them. I was happy with the service until yesterday..... My Asko washer lost its control and parts started to flow out and the entire washer was smashing against the two walls on each side for like 10 minutes. I thought it would catch on fire and almost called 911. Thank goodness it didn't. I called them today and asked for my receipt and asked for sales assistance because I was told Asko my best choice when it comes to washer & dryer. I wanted to know why would they recommend me something that almost caught on fire in my condo 3 years after my purchase. The lady on the phone said once you bought anything from us. It's between you and the manufacturer. There is nothing they can do about it. My advice for you all shoppers! It's better to find appliance store that will give you honest recommendations. Maybe these fancy brands don't really worth the extra because pricing is just another sale strategy to make you believe it's better quality.

I bought a new Bosch dishwasher 800 series about three years ago, and a Bosch range during Covid, there was estimated an 8 week wait in the range and it came through in 5 weeks, everything went smoothly. My experience was great, prices were lower than the online prices and as a first time appliance buyer, I was helped with information that mattered in making my purchase. I'm looking to buy a refrigerator now, and will go here first.

We worked with Reece to replace the clothes dryer in our building. He was very polite and helpful to work with. The dryer was delivered in 2 days--as promised. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We purchased a new set of kitchen appliances from Cherin's including a fridge, range, hood, and microwave drawer for our home remodel. We chose Cherin's based on a recommendation from our builder/contractor as well as wanting to support a local business. Overall we had no issues during the buying process and appreciated the chance to see and discuss new appliances at their store. Unfortunately our problems came when we finally received our appliances and got them installed. Our newly installed Thermador microwave drawer would turn on but not heat up any food (basically dead on arrival). We have to push against the microwave door in order for it to even heat food. We contacted Cherin's to let them know based on the advice of our contractor. I've been frustrated with a lack of support, empathy, and very slow response despite our appliance being considered dead on arrival by our contractor (who came over to confirm installation was proper). Cherin's website claiming they "help you get it right the first time" but they barely reply or get back to you. I later was told that I need to work with Thermador directly to try and repair this before they can exchange the microwave but Thermador can not send someone until over a month since I initially contacted them. I do not recommend Cherin's if you are looking for the assurance that your brand new appliances will be working or expect to get help if it is not. You may be left on your own to try to resolve things and spend months without a functional appliance.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. I purchased a refrigerator from them in May 2024. Today is September 18 and I am still waiting for a repair.

I bought a new fridge from Dean, he was very helpful, kind knowledgable. I had a photo of my old one, which he was familiar with and could advise me on which would fit in my spot. Mr Cherin is also very kind. Loved supporting a local company and NOT buying from a big monster chain. Price was reasonable. The guys who delivered it were also excellent. (Don't blame them for graffiti on glass- great family run business.)

Bought a new Thermador 4-burner gas range at Cherin's in 2019. (Thanks to their patient and freely given assistance, did extensive pre-purchase comparison shopping of alternatives before deciding Thermador.) The stove's been great. A few weeks ago its broiler igniter gave out, replacement needed, I undertook do-it-yourself. Temporary removal of oven door is a step of it. All went fine until time to put the oven door back: turns out there are non-obvious details of door hinge prep for putback that I didn't have. I read the manuals, talked to Thermador support, searched youtube; still stuck. Finally called Cherin's and Michael suggested - come into the store, we'll look at a Thermador floor model together, we'll go over oven door takeoff and putback. I did so, he showed me the "trick" I was missing (would never have found it on my own). Had the door back on 5 minutes after returning home. What a superlative customer service experience. Thank you Cherin's!

I was looking to replace my aged oven/microwave and cooktop with new appliances. I did a lot of checking online and then went to Cherin's. Jared, the sales associate there, was excellent. He was deeply knowledgeable about the choices and made good recommendations that fit my needs while offering competitive prices. After I ordered the pieces he recommended an installer. Then, when that installer was too busy, he recommended a second installer who did an excellent job. After the oven was installed, there was a problem with the fan. Jared stayed involved until it was fixed. Overall, my experience was very good. I recommend Cherin's and Jared.

They seem knowledgable in the products they are selling. No pressure tactic or push toward a particular brand. Their pricing is inline with other stores (read price control by the manufacturers) so it comes down to services and delivery. The big chain store no longer provides free delivery and haul away of your broken appliance. I was looking for a washer and they had the brand as well as having it in stock. I was quoted $75 for delivery and setup. Went ahead with the purchase thinking it was the Cost of the washer, tax and delivery. I was told the invoice would be emailed to be later in the day. The next day I called to confirm whether the order was placed as I had not gotten a receipt/invoice by email. The salesperson stated he would look for it and email it. Later in the day I get the invoice. It was different from what I was quoted. They added two hoses for the washer that was $26 as well as they include taxing the delivery/setup charge. So my total cost was higher than what I was expecting. I didn't get the receipt till the day before delivery otherwise I may have cancelled it. Get you total cost before scheduling delivery. The delivery workers were awesome and I would give them 5 stars.

Jared was very informative n helpful with information for our upgrade of refrigerator n dishwasher. We had purchased home appliances from cherin's in the past. Been satisfied with product availabilities n service. Our recent dishwasher delivery/installation was a little bumpy. Not the product or cherin's but with the installer. The guy was a bit tasty. Overall, I would recommend business with cherin's n Jared. Prices are competitive and fair. Cherin's knows home appliances. I felt comfortable working with them n I hope they will be around for a long time

I have been doing business with Cherin's Appliance for 50+ years...I'm not a member of the family but i feel like one...when someone delivers an appliance, you can be sure they've been doing it for many years... I just had a SubZero installed. The guy, an independent, has been doing installations for Cherin's for 39 years...it's as if they send a family member to the customer's home. Nothing but good to say about this outfit.

Initially- a great and very helpful experience ordering an exhaust hood... Then it went down hill Hood arrived damaged... they replaced it and their installer put it in (after we had to have someone else prep area to their specifications- not explained clearly) The installer crammed in the stainless steel panel duct over (over the hood) and had to bend with his pliers leaving noticeable marks behind. He even said..."we will get you a new one- this isnt fitting- I will call Dean (salesman)" He even took a photo. I followed up with an email, then another amd another. I left several messages with other staff, my husband called as well. Nothing.. no response for weeks. Finally on a Saturday Dean answered the phone amd was beyond rude when I questioned why all the silence on their end. Completely speaking over me and wanted nothing to do with just replacing the $200 cover and installing more carefully. I was very upset by the unpleasant conversation and said i see this will not get resolved ill take my business elsewhere- then conceded and said he would reach out to installer. Still nothing... more messages and emails left unanswered. We even tried installer.. no response. Very very disappointed and awful follow up- We will buy our new viking stove elsewhere.

The lack of exterior upkeep is an indication the management is neglectful or having problems. It is disturbing and an eye sore.

This place is very busy and lacks customer service! I was told two fridges would be delivered to a large property-Apartment Building-and they not only brought one but didn't bother to put handles on fridge-too lazy to follow my advanced directions ! What happened to other fridge. I was told delayed but yet when i ordered both were in stock! Obviously they may have given to someone else! Finally a week later got the fridge to find out window if time 12-5 comes at 4 pm damaged! So off they go to another job and the boss made them come back with a new fridge! The delivery drivers were rude and lazy-all three of them! Watch out and good luck with this place! Too many other choices for appliances and won't ever return to this unorganized place!

Reece was today's savior... Had an order cancelled by Home depot at the 9th hour, in the middle of a remodel. Every store miraculously went out of stock of the needed product. My odd sized 28" fridge. ... Referred to Reese as the go to guy...so grateful for the easy demeanor, helpful customer service. He took the extra initiative and called the warehouse...I'm so grateful!!! They will be able to deliver in 2 days. Thank you Reece...I really appreciate your help. Sharine D....confirmed purchase.

The salespeople are extremely helpful; you really feel that you are getting a straight answer rather than a sales pitch. Because of supply chain issues, my washer and dryer took a few months to be delivered -- they warned me about this. (Fortunately I anticipated this and ordered before there was a crisis.) When they finally came, the guys who delivered them were just great. As I was getting ready to clean up the area under the old washer, one of the men said "we are full service, I'll take care of it." The entire experience could not have been smoother. I cannot give them a higher recommendation. There is a good reason they have been around forever.

I was reassured to see that the negative experience I had with Cherin's wasn't a one-off. I wanted to patronize a local business but ended up buying from Friedman's in Concord after the following conversation with a salesperson (unfortunately, he didn't provide his name, nor did I ask): Me (politely): Hi, I'm calling to check on availability for Miele appliances. Salesman (in a rude manner): Well, without knowing what exactly you're looking for I cannot help you but, in general, you're not going to be able to get any Miele products for 8-12 months. Me (matter-of-factly): Okay, I have three model numbers for you. Could you please let me know if you have them in stock? Salesman: Well, I could write them down and do some research, which will require making several phone calls, so I may be able to get back to you by the end of the week. (I called on a Tuesday) Me: ...umm... Salesman (even more condescending tone): Would you like me to do that for you? Me (matter-of-factly): No thanks. Salesman: Hangs up phone. I immediately called Friedman's and ordered the Miele range, dishwasher, and vent hood. Range and dishwasher will be delivered and installed next week. Vent hood on back order. And, no, this isn't an ad for Friedman's :D Sorry, Cherin's, I know times are tough and you may not have inventory, but as a business, customer relationships are key. NPS = 1.

Another great experience with Cherin's! After buying a dishwasher online at Lowe's, trying repeatedly to get ahold of someone there to install it only to realize they delivered the wrong dishwasher I finally went to Cherin's. They let me know when the dishwasher would be in stock, I bought it and they installed it the next day. Amazing! I will buy every appliance from them from now on.

We first visited Cherin's about two years ago. At that time we were planning for a complete kitchen remodel in San Francisco but it went south (no pun intended) and we decided to move to San Diego instead. As we need a new dishwasher, I started investigating here in San Diego but was unable to find the kind of support I expect. Salespeople simply look stuff up online. Well I can do that! So I decided to contact Cherin's since they had been so helpful prior. I reached Dean, and first asked him if I could buy the appliance from them and have it shipped to San Diego. But there is a problem with warranty and repair coverage areas so I couldn't. Still, he agreed to answer my questions which was extremely nice of him. He certainly did not have to do that and I kept my questions short as a result. Still, he gave me more information than I even asked for and was just completely helpful and kind. YAY DEAN! This is probably the best appliance store that I've ever visited so if you're in San Francisco and you need an educated selection for your home, please contact these guys. I love the owner too, and all the sales people are uniformly intelligent and responsive.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Alex and Juan for helping me through the laundry dilemma I was going thru in my unit. Alex guided me through the limited options that were available to me for my very challenging space in my flat. Juan came by to survey the space beforehand to make sure the new laundry center I purchased would fit with gas lines, etc. I make this sound really easy, but it caused a lot of angst. All in all, the appliance itself was competitively priced. Both Alex and Juan were very responsive throughout the process. I did have to pay for the survey and for the complicated installation, delivery, recycling - as you do with everyone else. It was not cheap. But had to happen. There's no way I would've made it across the finish line with a big box store. I'd probably be stuck with the wrong appliance sitting in my garage. Cherin's problem solved, and I am happy.

Sadly Cherin's doesn't seem to want to stay in business. We've purchased : laundry machine and dryer, plus a refrigerator and stove from them in the past. But recently I can't seem to even get a call back. I understand it's COVID and things are on back order for six or more months, but it would still be nice to speak with a salesperson. This " five person strong " company never bothered to return my calls. The person who answered the phone repeatedly interrupted me to repeatedly say things were on back order ( even though I acknowledged at the beginning of the call I understood things were6-9 months delayed ).Save your time and energy and go elsewhere.

Very poor service with minimal support. Very brusk and insulting sales personnel who are willing to lie about the status of your purchase. Cherin's is one of the few stores selling Sub Zero appliances. Their lack of help turns me off from purchasing any more Sub Zero, albeit we were considering a Sub Zero cooktop. One salesperson to avoid: Dean Ziegler.

This is a review for my friend who is too upset to post one herself. I recommended this place to her because of a good experience I had two years ago. She wanted to keep her business with a local merchant so went to Cherin's to look at washer/dryers. Some employees in the store were making anti-Semitic jokes loudly and the person helping her took no action. Enough said. Don't shop here.

We ordered multiple appliances for a kitchen remodel. Cherin's was helpful in the ordering process and extremely responsive in keeping us apprised of supply chain delays. But unfortunately the delivery of one appliance - the refrigerator - was problematic. Given the size of the refrigerator and the steps up to the front door Cherin's in-house delivery service wouldn't handle it and they referred us to a third party to do the delivery. We had several issues with that delivery person. And because our delivery agreement was with the third party, we had no recourse with Cherin's. So, although I would recommend Cherin's in general, I cannot for appliances they will not deliver to your property.

Cherin's to the rescue. I tried calling HDepot, Lowe's, Sears and no one could get a slide in range to me within a couple weeks. I get it, we're in a pandemic - but I was in a panic - I could not repair my Bosch range (2 year-old piece of junk) and tenants were moving in. So, I recalled that someone told me they always used Cherin's. I called and spoke with Bobby who recommended a range - I took it without looking it up. Couldn't believe they could deliver it in four days, but they did. Carlos was an efficient, craftsman when he installed it and incredibly nice! Thank you Cherin's, Bobby, Carlos, and the Universe. This is a five star company and experience.

Cherin's Appliance helped me out in a pinch after my oven died...the night before the mandatory shelter-in-place. I was (not so mildly) panicked that I wouldn't have a way to cook while the city was shut down. (Don't get me wrong, I love supporting our local restaurants but my wallet and waistline can't afford to eat out for ever meal.) The associate who answered the phone was extremely helpful and was able to talk me through options, make a recommendation based on my preferences, and close the sale over the phone - all in under 30 minutes. Delivery was seamless and I am so happy to have a functioning oven. Cherin's really helped take stress out of the process and the week. Thank you Cherin's team!

I just had one of the worst customer experience services of my life. Dean at Sharon's appliance ignored my phone calls and emails for five days after initially promised he c could help us to buy a new washer and dryer. He was rude on the phone and in emails. He said to me he was too busy to help us purchase two new units. He also mentioned that nobody in San Francisco would be able to help us. We live in a high-end luxury building and I find that very hard to believe. The attitude I was just given up on the phone and his email was very disgusting. I do not recommend this company. Their customer service is horrific.

Truly the worst customer service. I needed to purchase a new dishwasher and a new washing machine. I was planning on buying from Lowe's but decided to try purchasing at Cherin's since it is my local store and I wanted to support a neighborhood business. On two occassions I called, gave all my information to the sales person, was told I would receive pricing information via email, and never heard back. When I called back the third time to try to get some pricing information, I asked if I could talk to a different sales person the receptionist was shockingly rude. I'll be taking my business to Lowe's (or any other appliance store with a competent / friendly staff)

I have used Cherin's for over 25 years. I love using independent stores that specialize in customer service. My old fridge from Cherin's died in July, 2020. Because of the pandemic, manufacturing has shut down and there were no refrigerators that fit my bill available. Jared was able to secure a loner for me as well as a small freezer to use while I waited. Today, almost 10 months later, I got my new fridge. The installers were patient and persistent and had to remove my front door and the fridge door to get it into my small 1908 home. Thanks so much, Cherin's.
