Google
Solid spot for shopping-over a hundred stores like Nordstrom, Zara, and Lululemon, plus great food options like The Capital Grille. It's clean, central, and got that classic mall vibe.

While the Cherry Hill Mall doesn't offer a particularly wide selection of stores, and the atmosphere seems a bit "heartless," the mall does have its advantages: There are no parking problems, and it's not overcrowded, so you can shop in peace. It's definitely suitable for a relaxed, stress-free shopping trip.

It's the holiday season! The mall is packed with last minute shoppers. But the holiday atmosphere is warm and cozy. Loved Apple Store and the welcoming and helpful store assistants. As soon as we stepped in just to look, we were greeted by Andrew and then we got whatever our questions answered. Then Justin helped us solve some problems. Thumbs up for you guys! 👍👍 Hot Topic is my daughter's favorite store. And Food Court is the place we would grab a quick meal or drink. There are stores big or small that will fill your needs.

Google
Cherry hill mall is a very nice mall always plenty of parking and it’s kept very clean. there were plenty of people walking around the mall doing mall things. It’s always a very good experience.

Pop up shops for minority business was so nice today! Would love to see these everywhere!!

I have been going to this mall since childhood and the mall is still as wonderful as it has always been. If you’re looking for an upscale shopping experience this is the place to go!

Google
My boyfriend and I came here a couple months ago to browse and to go Bath and Body Works and it is a very nice mall and it’s also very big too with plenty of stores of different types. My only complaint is that it was kind of hard to find the food court area when me and my boyfriend were looking to get some food but we were luckily able to find it. Would definitely come back here again in the future.

The mall isn't what it used to be when I was growing up. The stores are great, but a number of customers are a major problem. I was at there on Monday, and I saw multiple teenagers (probably about 5-6), and other young adults in various stores throughout the mall harassing employees, trying to return things that were damaged, or which they did not have a receipt for, or something that they didn't even purchase at that store. I couldn't fathom going in there and doing that to someone. The employees were trying to do their jobs in a professional manner and stay focused and vigilant despite this, but these people kept up the act. In Macys, I saw a group of teenagers/young adults harassing/threatening one of the employees at the register saying that they were getting "ripped off" while trying to get money for something that they bought elsewhere, and everywhere they walked it stank like weed. Security and the police need to be more involved in giving legal consequences to these individuals, and protecting the people who work here, as well as the regular mall-goers who are just trying to shop with their friends and family and not bother anyone. Something needs to change

Yelp
At food court for lunch , having a Charley's cheese steak and fries with sis, Theresa. Plenty of choices at the food court which is nice. Plenty of stores to shop at which is nice since many malls:mall stores are closing. Festive atmosphere with pleasant shoppers and store staff. Variety of stores with a variety of prices. Check them out this holiday season for last minute shopping and beyond!

Yelp
The bathrooms here are atrocious. I had to run my toddler to the bathroom and had to take her to six different sinks to get soap and the bathrooms look like they've never been cleaned.

Yelp
Huge mall anchored by a Macy's, a Nordstrom and a J C Penney. Many escalators and elevators and seating throughout the massive walkways. Large loud foodcourt with all the expected offers, nothing spectacular. Gigantic parking lot with many HC spaces. Great place to entertain youngsters with sights, sounds and escalator rides.

Yelp
Mall at Cherryhill, NJ, First time being at this mall to exchange clothes bought from the Uniqlo. It was nice to see Zara and Nostrom, banana republic, J Crew, Crate & Barrel , Apple and many more stores. I saw a sign that Kooma Asian Fusion & sushi bar is coming soon and like to try when it is opened.

Yelp
Nothing special, just a regular ball at some interesting cosmetics and skin care stores but besides that nothing special.

Yelp
this mall was pretty nice. They had a lot of stores even the expensive high-end ones the most pretty big as well and lots of parking. Also good food options around.

Yelp
I've been coming to this mass for about 25 years. It has a new side and an old side. I actually don't know which one I prefer. The boogie side with Micheal khors and the higher end stores or the cheezy side with old navy and the hood stores. They have a few great restaurants and it is well kept.

Yelp
Been here a bunch of times and it seems this mall is heading to the same fate as all the other malls in America. Stores have turned over since the last time we went and empty stores litter the mall. The kiosks have been cut in 1/2 and the foot traffic for this time of year was abysmal. The mall it's is clean and well maintained but it's starting to show it's age. The service in most of the stores is pretty good and some not so much. There's a large selection of shops but the days of the high stores in that mall are gone, now littered with crappy low end stores to fill shop space, most of the mall is not very interesting to me or my wife anymore. The value of the mall isn't there anymore, we used to go and feel like there were stores there that we didn't get at our mall or around our area, more high end stuff. But now it feels more and more like the mall we already have, ghetto teen stores and 50 different shoe stores and don't forget the 20 sports stores now . It's just not what it used to be and the temptation to drive over an HR to go there has faded, the Apple store is the only thing that will keep me heading that way.

Yelp
I love going to the Cherry Hill Mall a lot to walk around, enjoy a variety of stores & also to get bubble tea or something to eat in the food court. It should have a mall like this in Burlington Township, but it doesn't. It's okay, I'll still go to this mall more often than usual.

Yelp
Just let your soul glo... If you haven't seen the movie Coming to America, or the sequel, then you probably haven't heard of McDowells. Cherry Hill Mall did a pop up of the fictional Restaurant with a beer garden and I am all the way here for it! I bought tickets for the first day of the opening because I already knew tickets would sell out quickly. I bought the VIP ticket which came with a hamburger, Fries, soda, chocolate shake, and a T-shirt. The Sexual Chocolate shake was extra and comes in a souvenir glass which has a delicious piece of chocolate cake on top. I also bought a Sexual Chocolate T-shirt and can't wait to wear it. It's not located inside of the mall but right next to the front entrance of Macy's. You can buy merchandise that's in the front area but you can't go in or purchase any of the food without purchasing a ticket online first. Because it's a pop up, it's only here for 2 weeks and most of the tickets are sold out, but there were still some week days available if you wanted to stop by. People showed up and showed out! People were dressed up in the McDowells attire like they really worked there. I even seen a couple with custom McDowell's plaid sneakers and jackets on. They have a few props for photos which you'll probably see all over Instagram. The food was nothing spectacular, It was pretty much a Big Mac and fries from McDonald's but it was still a fun day out. I'm not a beer drinker but I love souvenirs and couldn't pass up picking up a 4 pack of the Soul Glo. It actually tastes really good. You can taste hints of the peach/ grapefruit undertones which was lovely. It's a Hazy IPA by Forgotten Boardwalk. They have 2 flavors which you can pick up from the pop up or Forgotten Boardwalk's actual location. Add them on the gram and me too :) (New page) Add me on the gram: Soooomuchfun

Yelp
This mall is BIG!!! If I knew this mall was down the street from the hotel we were at in New Jersey. I would've been there everyday. This mall reminded me of the mall in Atlanta not to far from kennsaw Ga. It was so clean.
google avatar

Yelp
Large mall with almost everything you need. Here, you will find Macys, Bath & Body, Forever 21, Guess, JC Penny , Nordstrom, and so much more! The mall also features a nice size food court with adjacent restaurants such as Maggianos. This is definitely my go to mall.
google avatar

Yelp
Never really been there, or at least can't recall!! Sounds like a good mall. Just don't like having to go out of state.
google avatar

Tricia G.

Yelp
Borderline overwhelming mall - I don't know where ANY store is in here. I go in like a deer in the proverbial headlights! I LOVE that they still have a big Build a Bear store, East Meets West, Old Navy, Game Stop, Hot Topic, Spencer's and a really cool toy store!!! We had a great time - hit MANY stores, and the food court, which we all thoroughly liked. The mall itself is modern and laid out nicely. I dislike that there is only JC Penney, in addition to Nordstrom, for their department stores. I was hoping for Bosvov's. Hey, I'm honest, I can't afford Nordstom's. I think their swanky mannequins even make more money than I do ;)
google avatar

Cathy W.

Yelp
Nice and clean mall. They definitely improved and remodeled over the yrs, including their food court too!! Stores are changing up too! It's nice to spend a few hours here shopping in the mall. Only one suggestions I would have for this mall is they need a kids play area and some more family changing room and/or nursing room. It would be a great enjoyment for the kids plus their parents, especially mom with kids like me. =P

Yelp
One of my favorite malls since I was a kid - even though it has changed since the 80's. The change wasn't a bad thing, though now it's more "high end" stores and all that come with it. As far as variety goes, there is plenty in here. You get the normal mall fixtures (like Hot Topic, Lids, and the Foot Actions/Lockers) and you also get the "higher end" name brands and all else in between. Some malls lack variety, but this one has plenty. Cosmetically this mall is nice looking. There's the typical mall food court with some decent choices, depending on your tastes. There's also a few restaurants on the outside of the mall or connected to it to choose from. Too many businesses to list here, but they have an online directory. And it's huge. It's two floors and if you like to walk, then this is a mall for you. Parking lot is also large and depending on the time or day, it can be harder to find a spot in some places. I've never had an issue, but I also like to park farther away from the stores. Overall a great mall and one that has plenty of options and variety. Most should find something they like. If you have to go to one of the many malls in Jersey, this one is one of the safest bets.

Yelp
What's there to say, it's a mall containing all the usual suspect stores and all the usual traffic issues along Route 38. My thought in 2020 was to be a contrarian for the holidays and go exclusively brick and mortar in order to support local jobs. And... to simply ignore any logistical hassles that may result from the normally nightmarish parking and traffic logjams that make the Cherry Hill retail corridor legendary for acid reflux and road rage. The result is definitely mixed. Traffic volume remains robust while mall traffic is noticably down, making the usual mayhem far easier to navigate. The downside ten days out from Christmas is that the physical stock and popular sizes have been depleted in-store while remaining plentiful online so... my original objective was not entirely successful. As for the Cherry Hill Mall, like I said, a mall is a mall is a mall - Hot Topic and bad Chinese food, what's not to love.

Yelp
[1103] 5/2020 Plenty of parking at this large mall. The online map is HORRIBLE. I was not able to figure out where to park in order to quickly get to a specific store so I had to park .. go inside.. look at map and then move my car to the other side of the mall. It was nice and clean mall. It's inside so my time was limited. I will be back

Yelp
Cherry hill mall is okay! Great way to do a quick mall run with the kids and to get out of Philly for a quick sec!

Yelp
The mall was actually better then I remember it being so that was a nice surprise! I had to go to my favorite place ever Lush and was definitely sad to see the pizza cone place was gone! It was very clean, no one harassed me to try their products and I was in and out with everything I needed in about an hour!

Yelp
This was my 1st time at this mall and I have to say I was pretty impressed! I came here because I was in the area and since I've been wanting to come here for a while- I figured I would see what it was about. I have a friend who lives in the area that said this mall was really nice and so therefore I decided to stop here. This mall stood out to me as one of the nicer malls that I've been to. I am not a fan of JC Penny's at all- but this JC Penny's at this mall had some nice trendy clothing that I would consider wearing. Zara International is a store that I absolutely LOVE but lately I haven't noticed anything I've liked in previous malls- whereas this mall I did! This mall is very clean; although the set up to me is a little weird- it is still a very nice mall. This mall has a lot of the common stores such as "Apple", "Express", "Foot Action" "Nordstrom" and "Macy's" just to name a few. The only reason I didn't give this mall 5 stars is because there wasn't a lot "high end" stores such as "Gucci" or "Louis Vuitton" although they did have "Coach". On top of that, the food court was lacking to me- in my opinion not a lot of great options. Overall, I have to say that I really like this mall and would even go so far to come out of my way to come back (I do not live near this area). It is very diverse, clean and has some pretty good stores to choose from!
google avatar

Jose T.

Yelp
This is a nice mall. Plenty of choices for lunch or dinner. A great selection of wardrobe and sneakers. All kinds of sneaker stores. Whatever you need they probably have it here. I did not see a GameStop though. Luckily I did not bring the wifey or I would be broker than a joke. They have a whole Sephora and a M.A.C. store plus they have a Michael Kors. Overall it is a nice spot to shop.
google avatar

Crystal S.

Yelp
This mall is huge! They keep it nice and clean, especially their food section where everyone reside. There are a bunch of stores to shop from, so you can buy anything you can imagine. The stores range from your typical brick and motor to your "retail giant." I tend to try my best to support local shops and find arts, crafting material and other unique items and finds. Then, I might stop at your typical clothing store to get some old navy or another dress for a date night. Overall, I really do enjoy just visiting the mall, walking and eating around.
google avatar

Allie A.

Yelp
I really hate malls. While I grew up in Cherry Hill surrounded by so many different malls, I've spent the last 20 years living out west where I pretty much avoided them at all costs. But now I'm back in the area, so it's a no brainer that at some point, a mall visit is required in order to get to a specific store or restaurant. Parking here is a nightmare. Best bet is to come early or after 7 PM. Some of the restaurants have valet parking. PRO TIP: This mall is huge, so if you are looking for a specific shop, go to the website and find the nearest anchor store so you can figure out where to park.
google avatar

Yelp
This mall is always busy, especially during the holidays. The mall size has a large footprint, the majority of the mall is one level (with the exception of their last renovation and the large department stores) and it has plenty of stores...all the big name stores and some smaller name places too...all-in-all no shortage of choices. It is one of the larger malls within the South Jersey area. They also have a good variety of restaurants in or connected to the mall. There is a large selection of choices in the food court too. My favorite years ago was Bahama Breeze, but their service is not the same lately. So, my new favorite is CPK...always great food and service. Additionally, across the road (Route 38), there are several other big box stores and an AMC movie theater.

M C.

Yelp
How about some landscaping outside? These stores are paying rent so you can afford regular upkeep of the outside.
google avatar

Chris B.

Yelp
This mall is between two of our personal training studios so my family visits it often. We did a lot of our holiday shopping there and they really did a good job with making sure none of the stores were overcrowded with workers keeping count in all the busy stores. Chris Vtrainers Personal Training.
google avatar

Tamika B.

Yelp
It's one of my favorite malls! It's big with a lot of stores! Can it be a bit better? More than likely but it works for my shopping needs lol! It has most stores that I frequent at -- especially when I do not want to order online. It's nice to shop around, dread trying on clothiers in the fitting room (but go anyway), and say, "I look pretty good in that outfit"! Sold! Anyway, I like this mall...a lot!

Wayne N.

Yelp
6:30pm. Six days before Christmas and we tried to take our 9 and 4 year old children to get pictures with Santa clause. We were turned away twice by a rude employee who said our kids could not have there picture with Santa because they were not accepting walk ups. There were maybe 8 people in line total and nobody checking in. I made her tell me twice because I couldn't believe they were turning children away. I would not recommend this mall or there Santa set up based on this experience.
google avatar

Matt ..

Yelp
I've been going to the mall my whole life and it has certainly changed. It used to be a place where anyone could go and not be intimidated, but has changed severely. They've spruced it up and made it more modern, but it's clientele has changed pretty severely and has, in a sense, gone downhill.
google avatar

Scott D.

Yelp
This place.... Is kind of a dump. It may be 1 of the larger malls of south Jersey, but that's about it when it comes to this place.
google avatar

Dave L.

Yelp
Cherry Hill Mall has changed leaps and bounds since last I was there. Its post-construction facelift and additional amenities - carpeted relaxing areas being my fave - are much appreciated. This mall's convenient enough, with parking, lots of eateries, and a variety of stores for shoppers of every persuasion. (Anyone else find it funny that the Apple Store there is next to a MAC cosmetics?) Worth a stop if you're in the neighborhood.
google avatar

Gerald N.

Yelp
Pretty nice mall with lots of restaurants around it. There's the usual shops around but inside them are usually well kept and organized. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. The mall can get crowded on the weekends. The halls itself are wide and very clean. The crowd is mixed bag of young, middle age, families, and kids. Overall, it's the best mall in the area of Cherry Hill.
google avatar

Lurine J.

Yelp
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this mall I hate that it's located so far from Fort Dix however upon entrance of the small I realize that I was in probably one of the nicest most that I've been to in a very long time. This mall has all the essentials shops bath and Bodyworks Victoria's Secret's the Apple Store and a host of shoe stores. I also was excited to try one of the shops that were in the middle of the stores that sold macaroons probably not the best dessert confection I've ever tasted but still the Coldspring needs to buy something out of the middle of mall. I found this small things to yelp and decided to give it a whirl since I was eating dinner at Maggio's that night anyway. I really like that this mall has several points of entrance and that you can pretty much get in and out! It was extremely crowded when I went and the parking was scarce which is sad because the parking lot is huge but you have to remember it not only accommodates the mall but the eateries around it I know there's probably not a lot that can be done about that but hopefully in the future they do clean that up a little bit. This will definitely be my mall when I am at Fort Dix.
google avatar

Kathleen D.

Yelp
Like any mall, avoid this place on weekend nights unless you're between the ages of 12 and 17 and like walking in packs. Otherwise, this is probably the best mall in South Jersey in my opinion. Great stores and restaurants all around.
google avatar

Jenny B.

Yelp
The Cherry Hill Mall is the biggest Mall in the area. With it's array of stores and never ending updates, it's a destination spot for most shoppers. In addition to the many stores, Cherry Hill Mall has plenty of great food options. Most of these can be found along the outside of the mall, but there are also a few good spots inside. While the Mall is easy to navigate and well maintained, the parking lot is not. Your best bet is parking at one of the department stores then making your way to the rest of the mall.
google avatar

Cheri M.

Yelp
Janitor manager or whatever he was was yelling at an employee completely humiliating her I'm the cafeteria. Prior to this while we were eating... the same man swept at me and my friends feet completely not six feet apart. Telling us to move our feet while we were eating and he swept!! Disgusting man.
google avatar

Alan J.

Yelp
Americas first mall. Wonderful place to go shopping!! Along with you will be supporting a lot of local employers. Giving local people jobs and paychecks. Come to south New Jersey and see the first mall ever in the United States!! A piece of history!!
google avatar

Ashley T.

Yelp
This mall has all the go-to stores one could possibly need to shop at including its main department stores of: Nordstrom and Macys. Overall there is plenty of parking all around the mall. Where parking can be difficult is if you decide to look near the restaurants attached to the mall as anytime after work (happy hour to dinner) the parking lot is packed. In the past few years only a few stores in the actual mall have closed and have been replaced with other stores. There are plenty of little kiosks in the middle halls and plenty of go-to food options as well. Overall if i need to get something I head over here and i'm rarely disappointed.
google avatar

Angela L.

Yelp
All essential stores I need located in one place? I'm a happy camper! After their remodeling, the mall has been transformed to a modern shopping attraction with great restaurants conveniently located all around the mall. It's a place to eat, shop, and be merry! This calls for a celebration that the Cherry Hill Mall has thrived and attracted shoppers from all over... But the down side to this? - crowded on holidays or that certain stores (in particular clothing) can sell out of the item or sizes. - you'd expect the food court to have a wider selection of food choices for this populated mall, but sadly no. Hoping it expands one day. Do look for food vendors throughout though like Bistro, red mango, auntie anne's, etc.
google avatar

Piper F.

Yelp
Won't close during COVID-19, leaving employees and their families at risk. Never implemented extra cleaning measures they claim to have made. Disgusting and shameful.
google avatar

Nancy N.

Yelp
The nicest mall in South Jersey. They definitely upgraded and have awesome stores. Their food court is weak, but there's so many restaurant options around the mall that you can walk to that the food court is irreverent. Basically the mall is sparkling and shiny between Macy's and Nordstrom. That area has the best stores and I only go to that side of the mall. The JcPenny side is weird and I never go there. The JcPenny side does have Doc Popcorn which is so delicious and fresh, so maybe i go to that side of the mall... rarely. My usual stops here: Nordstrom Forever 21 Henri Bendel H&M VS Express Macy's This mall has the best Macy's location. So much product, so many brands, and they've recently remodeled. It's so nice now!!!
google avatar

Vince S.

Yelp
I kind of like this mall, not completely sure why. It may have something to do with the abundance of restaurants situated along the perimeters. All places that I've never tried but at least not all your standard mall offerings. And the one restaurant located in the literal middle of the mall( sorry, I can't recall the name) and wafting a wonderful garlicy aroma throughly that corridor. The mall seemed to be thriving on the Saturday late afternoon that we visited. And the energy of the crowds even prompted me to consume. I bought a much needed pair of dress slacks( or trousers if you prefer) And may have even bought more if not for a dinner reservation elsewhere. I hate to say it, but I'll probably be back for holiday shopping. 3.5 herd mentality Yelps

Yelp
This mall is the popular mall in the State of New Jersey in the region of South Jersey. Other Malls such as the Moorestown Mall was not fine. Quaker Bridge Mall and the Cherry Hill Mall are popular in South Jersey in Lawrenceville, Trenton, NJ and Haddonfield Road. The reason that I like the Cherry Hill Mall is the Apple Store and the Nike place even other Hypebeast Stores. People from the State of Pennsylvania visit but they are from Philadelphia. This mall has to allow Yelp Reviewers allow at all times. Yelp Reviewers who visited the Cherry Hill Mall are allowed to bring Walkie Talkies and Badges.

Yelp
Life saver, I was visiting my family in Camden and we had a big house party but I forget my camisa, so I didn't have a good flow to go to the party. My cousin took me to this mall. Went to a few store and after few minute i was able to fine my new flow to go to my family party. Thing that i notice: Parking is not that big, not sure if because they are more mall around our what reason. The selection of new stores is great! It makes it easier to find a specific item or gift you may be looking for they have almost all standard store and a good food court. I also notice a few new store that i have not seen in mall in NYC. Cherry Hill Mall have a lot to offers next time I am around i will take a better look.
google avatar

Mustafa A.

Yelp
This mall, is very clean in New Jersey. However, their was political face masks, and the Apple store, is nice.
google avatar

Michelle B.

Yelp
I enjoy this mall as it has the one anchor store I so dearly love, Nordstrom. My second favorite is the Apple store. It is a plus as they have several different variety restaurants juxtapose to it that range from chain, medium to higher end dining cuisine. Something for all budgets.
google avatar

Dharmesh T.

Yelp
Not enough employees to serve you. Great collection, good pricing, sometimes hard to find parking most restaurants are closed. Try avoid going on Saturdays, security are very helpful in any situation. Shopping could've been better experience is there was enough employees to serve.

Yelp
The mall is so much better than Hamilton mall in Mays Landing, NJ. There's so much more shops here and it actually feels like a mall, unlike the dead and empty place in Mays Landing. It was especially clean as well. Providing charging stations for the Public was a great idea especially for me since my phone is always constantly dying. So it is nice to be able to shop and have my phone safe and charging.
