Seriously, the coolest Ice Cream Place I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Not only is the outside decorated for the holiday season, but they also use Vintage Decorations, Decorations from Older loved Holiday movies and they have decorations that Move!!! Honestly it was a great start to the holiday season for our family. They also have Collectables like an amazing Barbie Collection in the Women’s Bathroom, and the men’s bathroom is all clippings from magazines and such. Coolest bathrooms ever. Their ice cream looks good, but at $6.75 a scoop we just couldent take the leap with a family of 4 to feed. So in saying that, it’s not a cheap place for ice cream. But still, worth the trip out, as you will see from my pics and video, you don’t need to even like ice cream to visit! Just go for the Decorations and wonder of it all. Will def come back as I understand they also do the decorations up for Halloween☺️

The line is long but ITS SO WORTH IT. The decoration is so cute and spooky and so is the music. Staff is lovely and knows how to control the crowd flow. Ice cream is always overpriced anyways but the flavors were so variated and flavorful. I also brought my doggie and I think it was the owner but they gave him a free little pup icream, so nice and kind! A really nice little family date for tos spooky season

It was my first time visiting this ice cream restaurant, and I was amazed! I’ve never seen so many Halloween decorations in one place it’s like a spooky museum. We waited about 30 minutes to get in, but it was absolutely worth it. The ice cream was delicious sweet, rich, and definitely worth the calories. Highly recommend visiting! Bring your kids, but keep in mind some decorations might be a little scary for them.

Such a cute place! The Christmas decor was sooo amazing! The ice cream was good. Had the Dulce de Leche. Big crowds right now as everyone wants to enjoy the Christmas Decor but the line moves quick. Totally recommended.

Cherry Smash is amazing. The ice cream is good and they have a lot of flavors. The ice cream is not what we go for, it is the experience. Every holiday this place is decorated to the max. It truly is worth it.

When you go to Cherry Smash you get more than an ice cream you get an experience. I went when it was still decorated for Christmas and I believe it is impossible to see all the decorations. I enjoyed seeing all the families having a great time. Service was pleasant and my double scoop cone was presented to me quickly. They have several flavors of ice cream as well as seasonal flavors. They have cones, sundaes and desserts. I enjoyed my cone. They have a take out window. They also have an ice cream truck that can be hired for events. I will visit again during another season to see different decorations

This place was absolutely adorable! Every inch, inside and out, was decorated with festive holiday décor. We arrived around 6:00 PM and had no trouble parking, no wait, and no problem finding a seat. By the time we left around 7:30, the line was out the door and down the parking lot, so we definitely beat the rush. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating and have a great variety of ice cream flavors and toppings. There are plenty of sundaes and milkshakes to choose from. I ordered the turtle sundae, which came with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate and caramel sauce and pecans--more than enough for me and absolutely delicious. One friend had a mint chocolate chip sundae with a few toppings and loved it, and another got a milkshake that was huge and impressive. I also heard they decorate for Halloween, which makes me even more excited to come back and check it out again!

If you're looking for the best ice cream float in south Florida, then look no more! Every time I try an ice cream float somewhere else, I end up comparing it to this place because they always fall short of the standard cherry smash has set. I always go with vanilla ice cream and coke, the amount of ice cream you get is a lot and it's soooo good. It comes in a chilled glass and with a scoop of ice cream on the top of the cup. It's truly the best. They always decorate and have a really cool interior with a bunch of antiques so it's a very cool vibe. Perfect for date night or family outing. The service is amazing as well, 10/10 would recommend!!

Cherry Smash is a MUST!! With every holiday, you have an ice cream experience. Right now it's a winter wonderland with an interactive encounter. Besides the ice cream being extremely delicious. Many many flavors to choose from. Decorations galore outside with photo spots. It was even snowing while we waited in line. Be aware that during the holidays you'll have to wait in a long line. The inside has so many unique antiques and holiday decorations. The wait is worth it because you will see Lionel trains, Reindeer, Santa Claus, Mickey Mouse, expensive collectibles, etc. I definitely will be back soon and for sure the next holiday to see their decorations. Of course, don't forget the ice cream.

Do you feed sad and had a bad day? Don't feel that way, go get some ice cream. Believe it or not, I think no day can be sad with some ice cream and a good company. Of course I ordered the top one, brownie and ice cream and cherry it's a big cup so you definitely share it! It was amazing plus the Halloween decorations. Service was fast, but it's busy so be ready to make a line (20min) specially during holidays. You also can order to go if you don't want to go inside the store. If you wonder if was worth it, yes! It was. Waiting wasn't that bad and if you have a child spirit haha you will enjoy it! So no regrets.

A delightful find! A nostalgic experience! I am not an ice cream person but decided to stop on a friend's recommendation! Ambiance - It was a Christmas wonderland both inside and out! It reminded me of younger days when ice cream parlor's were a thing. Ice cream was fabulous - I had the sugar free black cherry excellent flavor for sugar free! Service was on point.

We like visiting Cherry Smash with the family to see all the beautiful seasonal decorations. The sweets, treats, ice cream are decent. There is one thing that makes me not want to visit more. It's super difficult to determine what they sell or what the prices are.

The shop looked so cool. I tried coming in October but the lines were too long. It wrapped around the building. I loved the decorations. This place goes all out when it comes to Halloween and Christmas and everyone looks so happy. It looked like a perfect holiday place. I came on a weekday. I noticed the long line growing outside the building . The window shop has another option. A window that you can order from. It had a much shorter line and so I missed out on going in and seeing the decorations inside but I gained time instead lol. The way the window worked was you place and order and that person goes and makes it. One person working it. No greeting when I placed my order and she shot the window on me without a warning. I later on learned this is how they do things. It didn't make a positive impression. I got two things. A milkshake that had cheesecake, caramel, strawberries and chocolate. It tasted good, when I mixed it. It was not well mixed when I got it. I literally tasted the different ingredients lol and The ice-cream has tiny pieces of ice. The hot chocolate was not hot or warm. Funny i saw her put it in the microwave but it did not warm up. It was room temperature. They use the power stuff for chocolate. The ratio was off as to milk to power stuff. It didn't taste very chocolatey. It tasted like milk when sipping, then I tried a straw. I got a big gulp of the dry powder stuff not mixed well. It wasn't very sweet. I don't recommend it. I didn't have a good food experience. The shop does have a great holiday spirit. I think the shop was understaffed and overwhelmed by the big crowds. Quality is being overlooked.

We were introduced to the delicious Dubai chocolate sundae. WOW what a treat, a little expensive at $20. dollars for a one sundae but good. Service was fun and entertaining with the girls behind the ice cream counter making jokes. The place is over the top with Halloween decorations. It really puts you in the Halloween mood. highly recommend this ice cream parlor as a fun and creative place to go.

Halloween Season full force at Cherry Smash! Cherry Smash is a really popular spot for their seasonal theme and vintage decor. Their store offers a variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. You can choose from one to three scoops sundae or cone and pick your own favorite flavors. We opted for a banana split this time which included pistachio, rocky road and dulce de lece with pineapple and hot fudge toppings. A burst of flavors for a $14.00 banana split. Their seasonal decor includes Christmas, 4th of July and Halloween. They really go all out with their theme decor from the interior of the store looking like a real Haunted House to the outside area all deck out with lights and all the popular Halloween characters from Beetlejuice, Nightmare before Christmas to the spooky and scary Annabelle. Great place to bring the whole family as you can enjoy delicious ice cream while enjoying all the seasonal fun decor. Be prepared to wait in line. We were there on a Friday and the line was out the door all the way to the parking lot. Place is small and a bit tight to walk around inside. We didn't want to wait in line for entry to the establishment so we ordered at the Walk-up window very convenient. We took a quick walk inside for photos then ate our ice scream at a table outside. The staff was great. They were very patient and friendly. I will come back in December to check out the Christmas decor.

They are known to go all out with their seasonal decor and it never disappoints. Great ice cream shop with the nostalgic feel and you get to immerse yourself in their seasonal decor with every inch and every turn inside and out. The fun starts as you pull up but be prepared to wait to get in on a Friday night or weekend at this popular joint. Seating is available inside and out. Our little hack is to order from the take out window and as you wait you can head inside to tour the ice cream shop and enjoy the amazing decor. Entire staff were friendly and very helpful in explaining the menu options. We ordered the banana split with 3 scoops of your choice and 3 sauces. Great variety of flavors to choose from. It was made fairly quickly considering how busy they were that evening. Homemade Ice cream was good, creamy and smooth. Definitely come for the sweets and enjoy a memorable experience as the cherry on top!

We checked out Cherry Smash after hearing many great reviews and it did in fact live up to the hype! Our sundae was great and the atmosphere was fun and themed for the holidays. But pro tip: don't go on the weekend or late at night as it was EXTREMELY packed as you can tell in the video. We ordered the s'mores sundae with two scoops and it was a pretty good amount of ice cream. Will be going back!

The location is great, though parking is definitely limited, so plan ahead. The moment you walk in, you're hit with a full-blown Christmas explosion -- lights, ornaments, vintage decor, and holiday magic everywhere you look. It's fun, nostalgic, and absolutely over the top in the best possible way. A quick warning: if you're sensitive to lights or easily overwhelmed in tight spaces, this may not be the place for you. It is very compact and very crowded, and you will wait in line. But once you reach the counter, have your order ready -- the line moves quickly, but the staff is incredibly kind, patient, and cheerful even in the chaos. They were more than happy to answer questions and never lost their friendly vibe. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Sundae, and wow -- it did not disappoint. It was everything a deconstructed Dubai chocolate bar should be in sundae form: creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced with pistachio cream and kunafa. Absolutely delicious. My husband ordered a strawberry shake, and it was smooth, creamy, and served with a jumbo straw to help you scoop up the strawberry chunks at the bottom. Topped with whipped cream and a cherry, it was refreshing and so good. Cherry Smash is a delightful, nostalgic novelty spot -- the ice cream is excellent, the staff is fantastic, and the ambiance is unlike anything else. But because of the tight space and intense decor, it's probably a "one and done" for us. Check out the photos and you'll see exactly why. That said, every Yelper should experience it at least once. The service, ice cream, and ambiance were all amazing. They go all out and decorate for the holidays. They have such fun decor even when it's not a holiday season. The ice cream was great. Fun place to bring friends and family.

This place was awesome! I wish I would've gotten more photos of the outside, but the decorations are incredible (I hear it's even better at night). There was a little bit of a wait but it went by quickly. Once we got inside, there were several young ladies behind the counter, ready to help everybody to move the line faster. We ordered a banana fosters, ice cream nachos. They had tons of different ice creams to choose from including recommendations on the board behind them with some of their specialties. We found a seat in the one small side room where a lot of the Halloween action was taking place. Our kids really enjoyed it and it was fun to see everybody's reaction when they came in and some of the decor jumped out at them. This was a fun excursions for us on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

Finally made it to cherry smash. Its interior is really amazing with all the nostalgic pieces on the wall and the holiday themed decorations. Service was quick when we got inside and ordered but we did have to wait a line for a little bit before entering. Overall worth the wait and glad we went for some good ice cream, it was delicious.

Pros: The decor was amazing, they truly go all out, perfect spot to get into the holiday spirit! The ice cream is good, and there is free parking. Cons: if you want to sit inside during the holidays season, be prepared for a long wait, about an hour. The to-go window moves faster but there is still long lines.

Great experience and really nice place. Ice cream was very flavorful and tasted homemade. They have several different types of Sundays and they are all good. The place seems like it would be larger from the outside it can be a little tough to get a table inside. There's a line outside and they let in a few people at a time and sometimes it's a little difficult to pick in a reasonable amount of time your flavor and dish and I did feel slightly rushed. The people behind the counter were super friendly and helped us out. The cappuccino chip was outstanding as were the cherry smash and s'mores sundae. I must also mention the Christmas decorations as they really go all out for the holidays. On their website they also have an incredible Halloween display that I did not get an opportunity to see but if it was as good as the Christmas display it is something to be behold. Cherry smash is great I would definitely recommend it.

So many unique and delicious flavors and they are constantly changing an updated From standards like chocolate to a cherry swirl with chocolate pieces in it or a pumpkin pie Friendly staff to the Max! They are patient and knowledgeable Crazy awesome decor Semi reasonable pricing Extremely delicious ice cream choices. It was definitely ice cream, but almost gelato consistency. It was a great experience.

Love love everything about this ice cream shop. At present its totally decked in monster size Halloween spooky characters. So much to see, great for fun for the whole family. They have so many ice cream flavors its hard to choose but I went with a classic sundae, vanilla, hot fudge, it was huge and the ice cream was premium, so yummy!!! My hubby had a vanilla & chocolate syrup milk shake. He was so excited to get the left over shake like back in the day. The portions are plentiful & the service is super helpful & friendly. We will definitely drive 30 minutes for this place :)

What a great concept! We took the 45 minute drive to Cherry Smash on a Sunday night around 5pm. The decorations outside were great and definitely picture worthy. We waited in line for 1hr, but the time went by quickly. The line is constantly moving. Once you get inside you're instantly in a time capsule of Halloween movies. It was really cool and the kids loved it. The ice cream was AMAZING. Probably the best ice cream I've had. We go the ice cream nachos with cookie dough and pumpkin swirl. The pumpkin swirl is out of control good. I highly recommend it and everyone should go take that drive.

Amazing atmosphere! Such a cute hole in the wall, an old-school ice cream parlor. Lots of seating too inside and outside. Ordering is also inside and outside. They currently have all their Halloween decorations up and they definitely went all out! A ton to look at and everyone was taking pics of the decor, simply amazed. A great spot for couples, family's and groups.

Cherry Smash is hit every time ! This place is full of swonder. The ambiance of this place amazes every time I walk in, it's like a whole other world inside. When I'm getting an order to go I stay for a while and see if I see something that I haven't seen before! On this visit Halloween came early and they did not disappoint. They brought out all the monsters and ghouls and adorned the place in spiders. I couldn't help but be surprised seeing the giant clown and werewolf! I usually get regular ice cream but today I was feeling nostalgic and went for a root beer float. Which was exactly what I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth. The service was so amazing I even got an extra can of root beer , you can't beat that !

All in all, it seems like this ice cream parlor was a place not only for great ice cream but also for embracing the charm of bygone eras, creating a unique and memorable experience. Not only is the ice cream the best in town but during the holidays, EVEN BETTER! We went on a Sunday night which meant the line was down the parking lot! But we decided to do take out and just walk inside to see how cool it looks. It's decorated so beautifully and so detailed, great for kids, family, date night you name it! There are some tables outside you can sit. There's a snow machine that shoots out suds that look like snow and the grinch made an appearance. We would definitely come back even after the holidays!

Cherry smash has a variety of flavors . There is inside and a little bit of outside seating. They have the Halloween theme going on right now. However, it was quite packed for it being only 15 minutes to closing . The seating inside was full so I sat outside dodging the rain. I had a pumpkin flavored ice cream tasting like pumpkin pie with some sweetness. I made a pumpkin pie ice cream myself last year and it tasted similar to this one. If you like Halloween check out the decor. I was hoping for a fall theme but I guess Halloween came first. The cashier was friendly for check out even though the customers in front of me were not moving out of the way for me to pay, she asked them to move forward nicely. The others serving just asked what I wanted and what size and handed me the cup and didn't seem as friendly just rushed to serve. Looking forward to seeing a fall theme or maybe it just might skip to Christmas .

Decided to try this famous ice cream parlor to see and experience their Halloween theme decor! The decoration it's on point very much out there full Halloween theme inside and outside of the establishment, was super cool and interesting! Came here on a Saturday night and the lines were out the door both to order from the little walk up window and to go inside . The have around 10 Sundays options and good amount of flavor of ice cream to choose from . You have a good options of topping for gummy bears to chocolate chip . The favorite was the gooey banana with caramel on top , it was delicious! Good to come with family and friends ! You might have a smaller wait time coming on a weekday but it's something fun to do .

The decor here will blow you away! Service is fast and friendly. Ice cream is tasty and creamy, definitely a step up from your regular ice cream chains. Not much seating inside so be prepared to eat standing outside if you can't find outdoor dining seats. Lines are typically out the door, so be prepared to wait.

BRAIN FREEZE ALERT !!! So many wonderful reviews from this old time themed ice cream parlor in Coral Springs. Some of our Yelper friends told me that the ambiance is crazy here and its a must see. There is no way to miss the front of the building that is lit up with an enormous Christmas theme covering a majority of the Cherry Smash sign. Quick easy parking near the front doors and after taking some exterior pics I walked inside and was immediately smiling. Christmas theme filled the entire place including a giant teddy bear that closes its arms when you hug it. The front room had candy and ice cream for sale. The ice cream server prepared a brownie sundae with caramel ice cream topped with whip cream, chocolate drizzle and a cherry. I sat at a back table overlooking the motion Christmas arrangements and next to an old piano and a scary Jack Frost standing over me. Got a brain freeze from eating too fast. This place did not spare any space including the women's bathroom that had authentic barbie dolls on the walls which were pink pink pink. Super fun place to eat retro ice cream sundaes with friends and family.

This place is an experience! I came in by myself and with my husband during Halloween season, and the place is completely decked out in wall-to-wall Halloween decorations, down to the employees wearing costumes! I really enjoyed the atmosphere/ambiance. What a great place to bring kids. The ice cream is very good quality, especially the plain vanilla and the pumpkin swirl/stripe ice cream. I really enjoyed the Belgian waffle and my husband enjoyed his brownie sundae. When I went with my husband I ordered the s'mores sundae which was good, but too sweet for my taste. I would 100% return to Cherry Smash to try other things and will maybe bring some kids next time :D

What an experience my grandchildren absolutely loved this place and the ice cream was great. It's on the expensive side but worth it for the experience you receive.

Great little hidden gem to splurge and enjoy Halloween decor. Drive from Miami to Coral Springs and it was WORTH it. There's a variety of ice cream flavors, toppings and menu items. Went on a busy day, and staff always happy to be helpful. Definitely recommend the drive to check Cherry Smash.

During our last visit, there was quite a line outside (probably because it was Sunday), but it moved quickly and the staff was very friendly. The kids were both thrilled and a little spooked by the Halloween setup -- my oldest even said we have to come back for Christmas "when it's not so scary." Such a fun and cozy place for families!

The restaurant is really cool inside. They have a lot of novelty items around. I got the Cookie Monster cone while my girlfriend got a cup. The staff was nice and I would go back if I was in the area.

The decor at this place is amazing! i love how it's decorated for halloween and everywhere you turn there's something there! I will say we went at a pretty busy time so we had to wait outside for a while but the ice cream definitely made up for it. another thing, if you don't like noise places then i would probably not recommend it, it gets a little rowdy there. The ice cream was phenomenal by the way

I must say I love this place I had seen reels on social media and heard from people who had visited this Ice Cream shop, but I was not ready for the amazing place this turned out to be. I went on a Saturday as I had told my grandkids I had a surprise for them and the surprise was me.. LOL. They turn the ice cream shop into a Halloween show so spectacular that you will want to visit many times during Halloween. There are so many animatronics and decorations that make it a really fun visit. The kids loved it and asked when we were returning. The ice cream was delicious and made in-house and they honor the 2 free toppings for Yelp which my little one loved because he got to choose his 2 favorites for his chocolate ice cream. I chose a cone with my favorite Rocky Road. the staff was amazing and their spirits made it more enjoyable all in character. The line moves fast and at the time we went was not too long even the rain did not stop people from visiting when we left was a different story as the line was pretty long but as well they had great control at the entrance. you have the option to buy the ice cream at the takeout window outside and then go in and enjoy the show. They have ample parking and seating outside. I will definitely be back.

On vibes alone, this one is five stars! Cherry smash is a smash up of pop culture and nostalgia and the decor is guaranteed to give you whiplash as you discover what's in every nook and cranny of this ice cream shop. And if that doesn't do it, the list of home made ice cream flavors in every conceivable color and combination from mild to wild with intriguing and playful names certainly will! Luckily they offer free samples, so explore away! Seriously that's the best way to start an ice cream experience, and best of all, the friendly staff is happy to help you find your flavor. I landed on Purple Haze, a combination of blackberry ice cream with chocolate covered blackberries, and the espresso chip which had real espresso beans! The ice cream is rich and dense, and the half and half small cup is more than enough for one and maybe enough for two. But who are we kidding? You're heading there and definitely ordering for yourself! Can't wait to see what you discover here!

What a fantastic ice cream parlor. The decor is wild and fun and the ice cream is absolutely fresh and creamy. The staff is super efficient and friendly. This is why family owned shops are the best!

Old-timey ice cream parlor & candy shop packed with nostalgic memorabilia. Although it's been around for years, we went for the first time this weekend and wow! During Halloween they go all out with spooky decorations that make the whole place feel like a fun haunted candy dream. A super cool spot for all ages, sweet, quirky, and full of character. The ice cream's good and they decorate seasonally, so it's worth visiting throughout the year!

One of the best spots in Coral Springs. It has fun decorations, tasty ice cream, friendly employees, and is reasonably priced. I have never had an ice cream flavor I did not like here. My favorites are Birthday Cake, Cookie Monster, and cotton candy. I highly recommend.
