The Banana cream cookie was so good and my favorite out of the selections I tried. It wasn’t too bland or too sweet, but a nice balance of flavor. I love a good moist cookie and appreciate the packaging that it arrived in. Individually wrapped and sealed. Excellent cookie👍🏽

Google
Any place that gives me a free sample of a Franks Rec Hot cookie gets 5 stars. I will never buy that cookie but it was fun to try. I enjoyed stop in here over the mall stores as it felt more like a local neighborhood place. My kids used their BOGo library coupon as well. It was the only reason I stopped in. Great service, Good cookies, and imaginative taste buds

I placed an order online with Cheryl’s cookies because I have the celebrations passport membership. I used to have great experiences but the last two orders have been a disaster. Honestly I am shocked at the poor customer service. I won’t get into all the details but the short story is: no deliveries and lies about the situation. Very disheartening since I’ve been a customer for so many years. I just want to warn all new customers to think twice about placing an order. There are other companies out there who offer better service.

Took the kids inside to use their coupons from the library reading event! My daughter was thrilled and sat at the table and chairs while I paid.

Bake sale today !! Fantastic value on family favorites. These store incredibly well in the freezer and my son swears the chocolate chip are better fresh from the freezer! Either way, these won't last the month- all the kids that pop by with my son enjoy a quick treat! They had some amazing deals on holiday cookie jars and items.

Was lucky enough to visit flagship office during annual cookie sale! No samples but so many types to choose from. Facility clean and organized. Staff were incredible, especially Sheila.

You never know what you're doing to find in here, but today I got two boxes of 48 mixed cookies for$25 each, and one box of Easter iced cutout cookies that were $40 for 100 cookies. Fantastic deals, but you've gotta catch them while they're still available! If you've got an event, it makes sense to stop in and see what they've got!

Google
Cheryl’s Cookies: I was on a QVC Auto Delivery order for your cookies. Then I received a notice from QVC that my order could not be filled due to lack of product. Only a few days ago did I see your company on QVC taking orders for the Easter Cookies, the very ones that you informed QVC were “out of stock” and the likely possibility that my order would be cancelled. It’s only good business to see that the advance orders (which is what an Auto Delivery order is), should be filled first. This has left a very bad impression of your company policies. I realize one customer is not going to hurt your business, but it’s left me feeling that no cookies are worth doing business with you. Both now and in the future. So, whether you delete/ignore this message labeling it as not important, because it’s only one customer. So, obviously I have cancelled all future orders from your company. And just a FYI, the cookies I received for Christmas were crumbling like they weren’t fresh. Maybe in the future I’ll get a chance to speak on air when you’re on QVC.

Yelp
Cheryl's Cookies has existed for over 40 years. The business sells sweet treats such as cookies, brownies, cakes, candies, chocolates, etcetera. For years, I have placed orders on Cheryl's website to buy thank-you gifts for coworkers and service workers. I thought that the prices of the products were high, but I felt happy with the selection and the speed of shipping. Most recently, my next-door neighbor bought me a thank-you gift from Cheryl's. The Thank You Gift Tin Tower consisted of dozens of pieces of chocolate chip cookies, buttercream cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, sugar cookies, chocolate cookies, pretzel clusters, blondie walnut bars, toffee crunch bars, chocolate fudge bars, chocolate-covered pretzels, etcetera. I enjoy the flavors of most of these sweet treats.

Yelp
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They do not answer calls, and when they do, be prepared to be on hold for over 2 hours then be hung up on. You will not receive a confirmation of your order if you call it in. When you call to request a copy of your receipt, they will cancel your order. We placed an order for our corporate clients to say thank you over the holidays. It was supposed to be a Happy Holidays Tower. What Cheryl's cookies decided to send was 12 cookies in a Sympathy Box and charge us for a Holiday Tower. It was embarrassing. No one knows what they are doing at this company. Please spend your precious time and money at a company that is worth it because Cheryl's Cookies and Harry & David are a joke.

Yelp
I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order!!! I ordered something for my mom for a special Valentines, and what she got was not even close to what I ordered and the card I paid extra for was not in the package. I reached out to customer service (proflowers) and I was advised they would replace the order, and it would ship out the next day. A week later the package still has not arrived and upon reaching out again to customer service I was advised it would not ship for another 2 weeks now - I am so disappointed in the service and the quality of product!! I will never order from here again.

Yelp
Cookies are fresh and always taste great and everyone loves to receive them as a gift. I also love the sugar free cookies and brownies.

Yelp
Glad to have this in our neighborhood! Our 4 kids have always liked getting cookies for grades! Their location at Tuttle is closed. We were greeted at once. It was well organized with sanitizer and masks and distancing! Everyone was working and it was a streamlined experience.

Yelp
Around the holidays, we get a lot of treats at the office. Especially sweets. On Friday, December 15th around 2:15pm, we were shipped a holiday tin from one of our talents. Inside, there were cookies, chocolates, covered pretzels, etc. I ended up trying one of the frosted cookies. (I think it was buttercream?) Reminded me of those crack cookies you buy at the grocery store. You know the ones. The soft sweet ones that come in a dozen in different colored frostings. The cookies from Cheryl's were a little crumblier as the cookies weren't quite as chewy, but they were comparable. Decent option for a gift if you're looking for something sweet. Everything is individually packaged, which to me, is always a plus. That way, items stay fresher longer. There are better cookie options out there, but Cheryl's will get the job done. Especially if you like those grocery store cookies. Any fan of those will enjoy these cookies as well.

Yelp
Visited Cheryl's corporate office for the first time this evening and was very impressed! Love their individual cookie assortments you can purchase for $1.79 as well as their packaged gift sets. They also have a seasonal section with tons of Ohio State Buckeye merchandise including serving-ware, football cookies, wall art, etc. I got a very nice Buckeye sign for $30 which was very reasonable! They also offer story time for children every Weds from 11am-12pm, and they have a room available to rent for birthday parties. Its $15 per child with a maximum of 16 guests. Each child receives 6 cookies to decorate and keep. Also included is a free gift tin and an apron. You can bring in a birthday cake as well. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I placed 2 orders for Father's Day cookie shipments and requested a delivery date of 6/15/22 for both orders. When you place your order, they give you the opportunity to select a delivery day. Of course, to enhance the surprise, I chose the date closest to Father's Day. Well, they shipped the cookies early and they were delivered 1 week early. SO MUCH FOR THE FATHER'S DAY SURPRISE. I can understand arriving a day or 2 early but a week???? I called and spoke to someone from customer service who had absolutely no explanation for why the cookies were shipped early. This customer service person must have been taking calls from her home as I had to speak exceptionally loud in order for her to hear me as her dog was barking loudly in the background - REAL PROFESSIONAL CHERYL'S. The person said that there was nothing she could do about the delivery and offered me one $10 certificate toward my next purchase. Really???? The same certificate that is shipped along with the box of Father's Day cookies that they include in order to encourage a future sale? There was no offer to refund or even offer anything other than the worthless coupon on a future order to make up for the shipping error. I had another bad experience similar to this a few years ago and hadn't ordered since but decided to give Cheryl's another try. What a mistake! I can see now that NOTHING HAS CHANGED. The customer service still STINKS!!!! I agree with the many other reviews that Cheryl's is and continues to be extremely unprofessional and a complete let down!!

Yelp
Corporate holiday gifts are tricky to nail with both varied tastes and budget requirements to meet. Cheryl & Co delivers well presented individually wrapped (nutritional info and ingredient list on each, I didn't look, it's the holidays, what the hey...) old-fashioned cookies, cookies my Mom would have loved because she didn't have to bake them. I sampled the Gingerbread-Butter-Cream-Frosted. It was yum, moist, ultra sweet, memorable only in that the sugar rush/crash ended, as expected, comparable to a slice of white bread on the glycemic index. Not for Macaron mavens, nor Moose Munch fans, you just might have a client who'd appreciate these traditional bites. If so, "bookmark" for next year...

Yelp
While their products are amazing, customer service was a joke and after ordering from them for a few years I will not be returning as a customer. This holiday season, Cheryl's royally screwed everyone over, including me. Long story short, my orders I placed over 3 weeks ago still haven't arrived, I was lied to (given 2 different stories) about what happened to them, Customer Service initially didn't even charge me correctly and when I pointed it out, it took them 45 minutes to realize their mistake. We're still waiting for our holiday orders, which are now useless to us because they were for the office and our co-workers we were planning on gifting these to have already left for break. There was no confirmation email, no notice of the delays, and no refund or attempt to make things right. We ultimately had to call our credit card companies and explain the story to get reimbursed since we never received the products we paid for. Blame it on "exceeding Holiday expectations" or on "FedEx for not delivering on time"... Once we dug into the problem, it came down to your company failing to work out the logistics and communicate to your customers. For folks interested in reading more about how this company performed over the holidays, check out their FB page. Thousands of complaints from angry customers who paid for a product that was never received... Don't care how great your cookies are. Your business royally screwed your customers over.

Yelp
I received a shipment of these sweet treats as a Thank You gift and... Man, were they delicious! Soft, chewy, sweet and packed full of flavor. The packaging was fun & festive -- bright Autumn colors wrapped together by a nice bow. The Cookies & Brownies were individually packaged, labeled and nutritional facts/ingredients are even added to the back side. There are definitely an assortment of flavors, a little something for everyone or maybe just for yourself + your sweet tooth cravings. Great gift idea of any occasion! You will LOVE THEM!! Thank you Cheryl + Doug for these scrumptious treats! #winningwithDELIVERIES Note: These are fresh baked cookies, they are perishable. Follow instructions to best preserve them.

Yelp
Every so often we get Cheryl's cookies, and I realize why we don't go more often. They're good, not great- a little sweet, pretty plain, and nowhere near as good as a really good cookie from almost any local baker, of which there are plenty not only in Columbus but even in most smaller towns. Years ago, they were often the best available, but the competition is so much better now. Still, they're not bad, and sometimes they're handy. Plus, they do have some nice gift ideas if you need one. We have a cookie jar and a few other things from them. Today we went to the headquarters, for their fall festival. I didn't even know they were based here, and that there was a store attached. The store is mid-size; busy during the festival, but plenty large the rest of the time. The building is large, and there's a big parking lot and lawn, perfect for the festival. They had exhibits from the zoo, local fire and police, etc., and the kids loved it all. Pumpkin decorating, cider, a maze, other stuff to do. Baby K liked it, though she was not fond of the huge cookie mascot.

Yelp
Staff member was very rude to me today as I entered your location to place several holiday orders. As I arrived there was a family ahead of me asking a lot of questions - I waited by the door because if I was to move forward we would not be 6 feet apart. A middle aged woman with blonde hair yells at me - you need to sanitize your hands to me in a loud and not nice tone of voice. I could not get to the sanitize station unless I violated the families space in front of me- I chose to leave. I then called the 1-800 flowers number with a very nice girl who struggled with names as well as the English language - everything that your website said was available - she said could not be shipped to California- after 25 minutes and non of my orders placed she said a specialist would call - which has not happened. I then called back to the 1-800 number where I was being helped by a nice girl with a very loud rooster - going off in the background which she apologized profusely for - between the rooster and her lack of understanding we could not get an order placed. I use your service on line or in person at your stores for many occasions- but am extremely frustrated with everything I have gone through today - you have taken the Merry out of Christmas - I will look for another company to utilize for family and corporate gifts. All the best.

Luanne M.

Yelp
Worst shipping practices in the history of mankind! Ordered July 6th and still waiting for the delivery. I'm embarrassed to have these cookies delivered at this point since it so after the fact. This company does not take these horrible reviews with any seriousness nor do they implement any effective changes regarding delivery date requested. Don't understand how they remain in business. Steer clear. There are many other options

Yelp
There was a time this was a 5 star review. I was first introduced to Cheryl's almost a decade ago when a friend shared one of their buttercream frosted sugar cookies with me. She said they were her very favorite cookie. I almost refused, but she was so excited to share i accepted. It looked typical. It was anything but that. I simply couldnt believe how delicious they were. A few years later before cancer treatment, someone sent me a tin. The other flavors I had were excellent. I think we had key lime, banana nut, along with chocolate chocolate, chocolate mocha and a few others. They looked so simple. They were nothing less than the very best cookies I ever had. They were so good the next year, my husband's not small business ordered them for all their clients. A couple years ago, I ordered some of their frosted buttercream cookies for my little sister who loves sugar cookies. There was no gushing. I was confused. Last year, my husband ordered some for me as a surprise but they were not the same. The frosted sugar cookies brought me here and now they changed the dough on the frosted cookies and they call them "frosted cut outs." DO NOT GET THIS KIND OF COOKIE!!!! IT IS A 2 STAR COOKIE AT BEST. IT IS BAD AND WILL RUIN YOUR MEMORIES OF A ONCE WONDERFUL, DELICIOUS COOKIE!!! I'm not imagining it because I called a store to ask and they confirmed the dough on the cut out and sugar cookie is different. Now I'm worried they changed the dough on ALL of the cookies. You get a 1 star rating because I'm trying to save you from yourself. The cookies we tried are thoroughly mediocre and there's no room for that in a market where Trader Joe's sells thoroughly decent cookies for a couple of bucks. Your edge came from being the best. The people who ive dealt with who work for you are all very, very nice. Very nice. You should keep them. A word of advice: the reason See's candy has been around for so long is because the old products taste the same as they always have and the new products are just as good. Don't shoot yourselves in the foot by taking whatever advice some stupid business consultant with a BA in who knows what from some fancy school told you. Cheryl's cookies became a thing because whoever Cheryl is or isnt, s/he knew how to make a darn good cookie. If I don't see the round "frosted cut outs" changed to "frosted sugar cookies" we won't be ordering again. And I'll get a test box to make sure that the recipe is back. We'll order a mix box to make sure those cookies don't taste like garbage either. If they do taste mediocre, we'll go back to See's where we know what we order will be delicious. Best regards.

Yelp
Oh no, I forgot to write an update. I called customer service (which I should've done in the first place) & they sent out a replacement & expedited the order. They were very nice & helpful & seemed concerned that the order did not reach the recipient. They took care of everything with one phone call. I was told that the cookies were delicious as were the chocolate dipped pretzels. So this experience turned out very well indeed.

Yelp
Dangerously, dangerously, dangerously DELICIOUS!! Christmas is here and I guess we'll be eating a few of them goodies. Each cookie is package and sealed in their individual bags. Each cookie is soft and melts in your mouth. Just be careful not to go overboard. Check out their websites for all the goodies! They're expensive but they are are worth it! mmm, thinking about it makes me drool already. http://www.cheryls.com/

Yelp
Our office was surprised with a delivery the other day. It arrived in a box and felt heavy. We opened it up in anticipation and were greeted with a nice Halloween themed tin. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/cheryl-and-co-westerville?select=FXXnUREKyQYIYmWw2E91gg#FXXnUREKyQYIYmWw2E91gg http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/cheryl-and-co-westerville?select=h3z3NqPeixfZVmYiakvyWw#h3z3NqPeixfZVmYiakvyWw We proceeded to open the tin and discovered a variety of Cookies....yeah! http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/cheryl-and-co-westerville?select=WmiGJZd5cJD5fe3snpHDVg#WmiGJZd5cJD5fe3snpHDVg I quickly sorted through the Cookies and picked out two that I thought would taste great. I'm a big fan of Sugar Cookies and couldn't wait to give them a try. They were individually wrapped and had survived the journey through the mail. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/cheryl-and-co-westerville?select=dU4oAJr5c1FeN_bWuJAsvA#dU4oAJr5c1FeN_bWuJAsvA http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/cheryl-and-co-westerville?select=b66Hjao58pXc6LHr_mi5mw#b66Hjao58pXc6LHr_mi5mw I went to my office and devoured both of them within a few minutes. They were awesome. I especially enjoyed the plain Sugar Cookie. It was moist and buttery....aw yeah! After the office ravaged the tin like wild hyenas, we tried to figure out who sent these to us. There was no card or note in the tin. We finally opened the packing slip and there was a thank you card in there from one of our clients. That was nice of them, but I think Cheryl's should've put it inside the tin or on top of the tin. Most people don't look for notes/cards in the packing slip plastic on the exterior box. I'm glad they sent these to us because it's introduced us to a really good online retailer of gift box cookies. We'll probably use them for some of our clients as well. Return Factor - 80%

Yelp
By far my favorite spot to get delicious fresh baked cookies! Not only is the staff positive, friendly, and knowledgeable, management is great! Sadly, many of the reviews I've read on here don't reflect this store but rather other business entities of the company. Give this store a try, and you can't go wrong! All the deals change weekly, and if you follow them on Facebook, you'll be up to date on when all of their super fun and awesome events are! From Bake Sale, to Fall Festival, to their annual Holiday Party, its a great place to take young and old alike, have great snacks, and get gifts nobody will turn down!

Yelp
I work in a nursing home.Had never heard of these cookies. Our unit recieved a box as a thank you at Halloween time from a residents family. Delicious and made many fans.Glad I was introduced to this company.

Priya J.

Yelp
Customer service is non existent. Completely helpless. My dad was supposed to have his cookies on the Friday before Father's Day. It's now Tuesday and they still have not been delivered. Customer service just apologized and said fed ex may have had an issue with their package and delayed it. What? You're a delivery company so you would think they know how to package things so that they don't get delayed in processing. Severely disappointed considering the price of cookies in a box. Use them at your own risk!

Freddie F.

Yelp
I placed one order totaling $174.88. The funds were taken out of my account immediately. While checking my account the next day I noticed that another $174.88 was debited from my account by this company, totaling $349.76. I immediately contacted the company and was told by the representative that they take out the second funds to insure that there is enough monies to cover the order. WHAT? Who gave them the right to remove funds from my account? The first amount had cleared and there was no reason to remove additional funds. In my opinion, this is stealing and financial fraud. After a brief conversation with the representative attempting to convenience me this is what they do, I requested the order be cancelled and was told it would take 3-4 days for the funds to be replaced. 3-4 days? They took the funds immediately and it would take 3-4 days for them to refund my cash. I than requested the corporate office number and the representative hung up on me. I'm done with this company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Yelp
I am so angry and disappointed in Cheryl's. On September 28th I placed two orders "The Halloween Cookie Decorating Kit" and an Additional Childs Apron for my Niece and Nephew who live in Kenai, Alaska. It was suppose to arrive on October 28th. I was sent a confirmation of my order and a receipt that they charged my PayPal account. So on October 21st, the day that it was suppose to ship to Alaska I received this email from Cheryls Customer Service "Thank you for ordering with Cheryl's. I apologize that gift number 165071 HALLOWEEN DECORATING KIT BOX and 165101 HALLOWEEN CHILD APRON are no longer available. I have cancelled your (2) orders and issued you a refund in the amount of $71.98. Please allow 3 business days to review your credit card account. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Michelle B Cheryl's Customer Service 1.800.443.8124 I called customer service and spoke with Monic, only to be given an empty apology that my order got overlooked and offered a gift certificate for 20 dollars on my next order. LOL, like I would trust them with any future order after what they did with this order that I placed well in advance. Now I have 2 small children in Alaska thinking that their Aunt forgot them as there is NO TIME to place an order anywhere to make it in time for Halloween. I was even told by Monic that they would NOT express something for me and that I could order something else but it would arrive AFTER Halloween, REALLY !, thats like Santa forgetting about you and arriving on the 26th of December. With them in Alaska and the rest of the family in California they get forgotten enough but I have always, always made sure they always rec'd a gift from there Uncle and I.

Yelp
Have ordered 3 times and my message to the people were not included. Complained each time and they don't seem to care.

Kim A.

Yelp
Ordered cookies for a friends birthday. Cookies were never received but I was charged. Called customer service once and was told they could not find record of my order. I spelled my name 4 times and I still don't think they got it right. Called again and they found record of my order but couldn't tell me who signed for it or where it was delivered to. Again, dealing with someone who Doesn't speak English. Never again.

Pam S.

Yelp
Cheryls customer service used to be so good...they have contracted out and now their representatives don't really understand English and when you make a change to an order it gets all messed up. If you order a card with 2 cookies it takes almost 2 weeks to be delivered by USPS. The order sits for several days before being processed. I find Cheryls cookies to be unresponsive. Very dissatisfied with everything...

Ursula C.

Yelp
I have not visited Cheryl's store, BUT I have been an on-line customer for 10+ years. Ten years is a l-o-n-g time and, of course, there have been some problems but I always felt they were handled fairly and respectfully. Well, that observation/customer treatment apparently was the past. I placed an order on 10/12/21 for Halloween delivery. One of my orders was through the Harry & David entity ... it was the only one that was handled properly. Three out of four of my orders were for children, 2 orders each were for 20 Halloween cookies and pretzels, spoke with one family, their little girl received 12 cookies and no pretzels. The other family, I have not spoken to BUT I certainly don't feel at all good about that conversation :-(. The other cookie order was for my own 3 grandchildren. I order the Classic Cookie & Pretzel (instead of Halloween) since my daughter doesn't let her children open the box and eat till whenever. I had them delivered to me since I knew I would see the kids and would pass on their treats. Well my three cookie boxes (30 cookies and pretzels) were thrown into a much larger box, no bubble wrap or paper or anything to protect, the outside box was badly damaged as were the inside boxes and cookies. I called customer service, spoke with a gentlemen (check your computers) he was apologetic and said I would receive an order by today (10/30). INDEED a order arrived, each box contained 10 pale green iced cookies and 10 white chocolate pretzels drizzled with pale green and chocolate icing ... not anything like the sumptuous ones shown in the corporate description. Pictures of the ad and the "spring" assortment I actually received. Actually, I also spoke today with a young woman who offered to cancel the charge for the 12 cookies, no pretzels. I am so sorry to say, my Cheryl Cookie orders are most likely over, IF any of my earlier orders were handled so poorly there never would have been such a long relationship.

Yelp
Gourmet quality sweets and great customer service. Brand new store opened a year ago and still looks brand new. Very friendly staff and convenient location.

Yelp
Oh my gosh. Cheryl's cookies are so good! The reviews are a little sadly undescriptive to what my perspective is. I am a kid (LOL) and I get their 3 for A's program. You can pick any cookie you want. It had a wide assortment of AMAZING (and I mean AMAZING) cookies, brownies and pretzels. Now the service. The service is really knowledgable, nice and positive! The price is a lil' high for one cookie ($2) although I think they are SO worth it. I really love Cheryl's and would come there a lot.

Yelp
Wow! I LOVE this company! The associates at Cheryl's are seriously the best and have the customers best interest at heart! Each associate is incredibly respectful & knowledgeable. Weather it's a phone order or in store purchases, they're amazing! Some of these reviews don't accurately represent the store as a whole. This store strives to give each customer a unique experience! They have soo many options and daily specials, which i appreciate as a customer! They can make any idea you have come to life & if you have an idea for a gift, they can make it happen! They frequently have events and big sales! You can have an awesome birthday party here! There truly is something for everyone! Go to Cheryl's now to see what I'm talking about!

Nancy T.

Yelp
My favorite place to go for gifts. I call ahead and give my order. Sales person always helps me get the best price. I time of COVID home baked cookies are not always acceptable. When ordering for large groups I plan on two cookies per person. I always get their famous iced cookies. Plus chocolate chips ! Then I say give me a variety to complete the order. Another tip pull up website and order cookies for a collection listed. Staff always friendly.

Yelp
If I could give this company a big fat zero if I could! I have been a dedicated Cheryl's customer for years. They screwed up big time this year. I should have read the reviews. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This year like as in the past, I ordered almost $1600 dollars worth of cookies for Christmas gratuities and gifts. It is now days before Christmas and 14 of the 18 gifts went undelivered and never arrived and it wasn't due to COVID! I called customer service and remained calm and understanding at first. I was hung upon 4 times and put on hold 3 times in excess of 1 1/2 hours!!! when I finally got through to one of many representatives they were confused and unable to help asking if they could call me back when they could figure it all out. I called back again only to be told that well perhaps I would be getting a refund but not for at least a MONTH!! SERIOUSLY???? I will NEVER EVER shop with company again and will encourage every friend, family member, employer, and coworker to absolutely find somewhere else to do their cookie business. Technical issues my A$$! They couldn't even find the receipt of my order. I had to send it to them. WARNING!!!!! READ THE REVIEWS! LOOK AT THEIR Facebook page! DO NOT ORDER!!

Yelp
I just had a bad experience with Cheryls Cookies. We were charged multiple times for a single online order and have been bounced back and forth between customer service for Cheryl's and Proflowers. Not a happy camper.

Yelp
I visited the kiosk at Polaris Mall Parkway and when I got home I noticed that some of the product was covered in what looks like phlegm and mucus. I called the 800# and was told to call the Mall or return to that location (35 miles one way). I reached out to Cheryl's on Twitter and was told the same thing. I am offended and disgusted to find what looks like human bodily fluids on my products, and more importantly I feel brushed off and dismissed when I attempted to alert them to a potential health hazard.

Yelp
Hoping our package gets to Alaska but I have serious doubts. Manager has been working with the same customer for over 20 minutes.

Yelp
Eh, you know, not bad. Our office had the buttercream cookies today for treats. They taste fresh enough to me, but not what I'd call fresh baked. I would just rather buy fresh baked cookies from a local vendor. I guess these are for folks who want to send gifts to family or friends not in the local area.

Yelp
Christmas was a dangerous time. With clients shipping us all sorts of goodies at work, I was floating on a sugar-induced high all of December (tempered, of course, with lots of booze). It was the month of sugar. (And the month of drunk, but that's another story). My heart would skip a beat, though, when I laid eyes on a Cheryl & Co box. These pretty little cookies were just fancy enough to draw you in, but sugar-laden enough to keep you coming back for more. Icing on top of soft, slightly chewy cookies? Yes, please. Icing in sandwiched between two little piles of love? Brilliant. I stocked and hoarded these little babies like it was December 1999 and I was expecting the Y2K bug any moment. Talk about partying like it was nineteen-ninety-nine!!!!

Yelp
I placed two Christmas orders on Dec.9th for delivery on Dec.15th to FL & GA; FL received their cookies on Dec.28th, GA received their cookies Jan.2nd. I give them one star because they did ship the order, but I won't order from them again!

Yelp
Bought a dozen buy one get one free sugar frosted , very disappointed had been waiting to buy for so long. Taste was doughy, gummy like they were not done. I have had them before at work and they taste delicious. So disappointed.

Yelp
I sure wish I would have read all the horrible reviews this company got before I tried to send a box of Christmas cookies to our grandson in the military in Okinawa. After 3 tries with ordering by phone (because the website is not user friendly to our military) I thought I was talking to someone that understood how to send a package to an FPO address. The service rep read the entire address back to me after my cookies were paid for and I was satisfied. Then when my confirmation email arrived the address was WRONG!!!! I called back to try to correct the address and ended up being transferred to 3 different service reps trying to find someone that knew what they were doing to correct my address!!! After all of this my newly corrected address is now more wrong than ever and I really can't see how it could ever be delivered - there's no such address!! Horrible service to our men and women in uniform - HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! TOTAL DISRESPECT to those that keep us SAFE AND FREE!!!!!!

Yelp
I grew up right around the corner from Cheryl's so I've basically grown up loving their cookies and brownies! They have an amazing variety of flavors - although their frosted sugar cookies are always a safe bet! I love their themed boxes for the holidays. Cheryl's is a great company to go to for shipping cookies and brownies, as they are all individually wrapped. The cookies also freeze very well- and still taste just as fresh when you are able to enjoy them! And a HUGE Thank You to Cheryl & Co for free shipping to APO/FPO addresses!! My boyfriend is currently deployed and he & his fellow sailors love when I send them Cheryl's!! (:

Yelp
Had my first Cheryls cookie today. I am a big sugar cookie with frosting fan. Everyone thinks I make the best cookies. Mine do not compare to these. They are worth the money. So fresh. So good.

Yelp
I'm super disappointed in their CS. I ordered A holiday cookie sampler to be delivered to my best client on November 23rd and received notice that they would not be delivered until 12/21-12/27. This is for the holidays and now my gift might not make it in time before they go on break. That being said I waited for almost a half hour to see if I could switch my arrangement to one that would arrive earlier and they made no effort to help. I asked for management and they said they spoke to them and that they could not do anything to help. Once I pushed for the management to come to the phone they said management is not there and they are working remotely. So not only are they slow at delivering, but they also lied to me. I will not order from Cheryl's again and it's a real shame since I was planning on using them for all of my hundreds of clients. I hope someone reaches out to me to make this better. TERRIBLE OUTSOURCED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
Cookie good. Service good too. Very good price. Will be going there anytime I need cookies.

Yelp
They really need to work a lot on their customer service skills, no greetings from anyone, I wait for two minutes to pay (nobody in line) and two girls in the front desk

Yelp
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a cookie tray with a promise of a December 13th delivery date. My confirmation email said on or before the 13th. The tray was for a Christmas party I was attending on the 14th. No cookie tray came. I tried to call and sent 2 emails. I had no cookies for my party. I called today (Dec.16th). The service representative said my order would arrive by the 13th. I told her today was the 16th, I had not received the cookies, and no longer needed them. I told her I spent around $60 dollars. She told me I only spent $52 (rudely). Then she tells me I would get them by Christmas. I said I did not need them any more. She said they would be coming tomorrow and I would get 20% off. Ugh. I will not use this company again!

Yelp
I wish I could give this "0" stars. The worst !!!!! I placed a Birthday order on 12/5/17 and received notification all was good and delivery would probably be 12/7/17 . So here it is on the 8th, the birthday ! an no delivery. They said it was their mistake and it would be Tuesday before anything could be delivered. the customer service rep is horrible. He just keeps saying it is their fault. Great, I don't care, just send me an item. I now have a supervisor is on the phone being just as ridiculous.

Yelp
Ordered the BOW GIFT BOX - 24 HOLIDAY CLASSIC COOKIES. Received 36 frosted cutouts. Not even close to what we ordered. Cheryl's did not email or contact us in any way in advance to alert us to the substitution. Apparently the company felt giving us more of the wrong cookies would make it right. The "classic bow gift box" is awful - it's a shipping carton, not a nice presentation for a gift at all. Called customer service to request a refund. They are offshore, and she did not understand what I was asking. I repeated my issue and request 3 times; she kept repeating, "You ordered the bow gift box 24 holiday classic cookies." After 15 minutes, including 2 lengthy holds, I gave up and will call corporate HQ instead. Now, not only is my order incorrect and not satisfactory, leaving me without the nice gift I was planning to give, the company is wasting my time. On a side note, we live in northeast Ohio, less than 200 miles from Westerville. Can't figure out why it took them 4 days to deliver the cookies! Ordered Dec. 15, delivered Dec. 19. Last time we order from Cheryl's. Another case of a company that has gotten too big and left excellence in customer service behind.
