I love it here I just wish they would put cameras in the hallway on each floor people like myself can’t even have packages delivered because they are stolen before I get home from work and I don’t think that it’s fair to me that I stay here pay rent faithfully on time and I can’t even have my packages delivered to where I stay at that’s the only frustrating part for me

I have been living here for 4 yrs now and I have enjoyed my time living here except for the noise and racket the people under me make. Working night shift, I sleep during the day and I am woken up everyday with the same excessive noise from the people under me. I have complained many times and at one time the noise stopped but it always start up again. I am afraid to go on the balcony because they let kids jump and do whatever out there and it shakes the balcony. Everything would be great if people actually respected others space. I don't care about what people do in their apartment but I don't want to hear it. I never hear the people next to me, its always under me and that is just weird to me.

I've been living here for 4 years now. What I have noticed and experienced within my time being here is that they have changed managers at least three or four times. I do feel like the new managers are better than the ones before. I feel like they truly care about the community but sometimes I feel like I can't go to them for certain things because I won't get the help that I need. For example.. the neighbors are allowing their dogs to poop right in front of my patio porch instead of at the areas designed specifically for that. And I always try to do what I'm supposed to do as a good respectful neighbor so I let management know, but I'm told that if I don't have proof there's nothing that they can do. Okay I get that BUT.. they have put up cameras in specific locations and there is a camera located in the hallway of the exit doors and that's exactly the door that these people continue to use to take their dog out. So what I don't understand and it actually kind of hurts especially being a tenant who also cares about her environment and the people in it as well, is that.. why do I have to get the proof for you. What are the cameras for if I call and say that an incident has happened and I can give you a direct between time of when this happened and all you have to do is look at the cameras why not do that.. instead of allowing your tenant to live like this. And with management telling us tenants that we have to provide proof.. it can cause issues amongst neighbors depending on what kind of person you're dealing with and that can bring unnecessary and unwanted problems within the community. It would be more professional to let management handle it. Just look at the cameras. I could absolutely understand the tenant having to provide proof if the incident took place in a location where there weren't any cameras. Yes the camera is at the exit door so once you get outside I'm not sure if there's a camera there or not BUT.. if we can tell you the time that it took place then why not just look at the cameras and you would clearly be able to see whoever exited the door at that time. I can't even open my windows on nice days because the smell is HORRIBLE I can't even use my porch because of that. It's not okay..I haven't been able to use my porch since I've moved in. I just want to be able to fully enjoy my home.

Apartments are very nice. I haven't had any problems here. So far my neighbors are really quiet. I'm hoping management gets the concrete hallways cleaned so that the complex will look better. I'm not sure why some of my neighbors drop paper and trash in hallways and parking lot 😒

The ladies in the office are very professional, friendly, and efficient. Whatever I may have been missing or was having trouble verifying, they help resolve the issues in a timely manner. I look forward to my stay at the chestnut flat apartments. : )

The ladies in the front office were very welcoming, very bubbly and just filled with excitement and good energy. They were very friendly and talked with me as if we’ve known each other before upon my first time meeting them. Amazing experience!!

The new management is a breath of fresh air! Brittany and Alex are working hard to correct alot of things wrong with the property. Sadly, after 5 years my time at this property is coming to an end. It is not kid friendly, the residents and guess fly through the parking lot as if no children are playing out there. There is always trash, urine, or poop from a dog on the elevators. The trash compactor is always overfilled due to improper use, the stairwells are disgusting, there is no sense of real security due to all the the doors on the outer sides of the buildings being broken and only 1 gate that let's you drive into the parking lot. There is no gate protecting the back and sides of the buildings. I am very sure, things are going to change and change for the better now that the office has some really amazing ladies running things! Keep up the good work ladies!
