Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked into Chewy Boba and waited at the counter—no one was there. After standing there for about 4 minutes, a girl finally came out from the back. I politely said “hello” and she completely ignored me. No greeting, no smile—just a rude “what you want??” Excuse me? Is this how you treat paying customers? Unbelievable. I walked out immediately and will never come back. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that actually respects their customers.

Very bad ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the customer service at Chewy Boba Company on Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. My group and I stopped by to enjoy a fun outing, but the experience was anything but pleasant. We waited around 10 minutes at the front counter with no one in sight, and when a female employee finally showed up, she acted like we had ruined her day. Her attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional—completely uninterested in helping us or even being polite. It felt like we walked into the middle of someone’s bad breakup. Absolutely no customer service skills. We will never be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a friendly or welcoming environment.

I only came here because my niece Sasha wanted us to come from the boulevard Mall. It seems nice enough easy, simple, turn everything on the menu seems to be between 5 and 8 dollars. There's no music playing inside the place which they should change, and maybe add a little color to the walls but it does what it's supposed to do which is give you a place to sit down and have a boba tea. It's right directly across the street from the University Student Union. In the same plaza as the US Post office. I would definitely recommend this for a student or somebody that has to get a passport and wants to sit down and fill out some paperwork. I took a picture of my receipt so I can remember what to bring the babies if I want to surprise them,

I have been here before. It’s been a while and I’m still satisfied. This time I request my Avocado 🥑smoothie with boba 🧋minus an ingredient. 😜yummy! Thanks for always making my day awesome! Love the extra look in store as well. I do enjoy the wall artist 👨‍🎨 he does do awesome work!

Super cute shop and the menu was easy to read. I got the mango smoothie and one of the maroon (matcha latte). The smoothie didn't taste artificial and tasted pretty close to mango. The maroon was fresh and melted in your mouth.

Price: Take all my money. Food: The boba is sweet and chewy, just like the name! The Vietnamese coffee is a favorite, along with my go-to honey green tea. Service: I’ve been ordering for pickup a lot so I’m unsure the service in store but the last time I was there, I don’t recall anything negative. Environment: Any spot that wants to name their business after Star Wars characters, I am completely OK with ^_^ The murals inside is trendy and such a vibe! I love floral types of milk teas. Chewy Boba's lavender milk tea is one of my favorites. It's just the right hint of creamy lavender that you taste right after your sip. It's not overpowering like some places make it to where you think you just drank a bottle of perfume. I like unique flavors so it's nice when I'm able to find a place who makes them well. I also enjoy their Jasmine, Okinawa, and Hokkaido milk teas as well. You're able to taste the tea. As for smoothies, our favorites are honeydew, mango and strawberry banana. And as for flavored teas, peach and mango with black tea. They also have yummy macaroons. I love the cherry blossom and earl grey flavors. My partner enjoys the Nutella and cookies n cream flavors. Their macaroon filling is thick and I like that. Chewy Boba has been our go-to spot since moving here. We stop by almost twice a week for their happy hour bogo deal. The staff are always friendly and attentive when serving us even when they are super busy. There is a gentleman staffer (he wears glasses) who always has good recommendations if you're ever in need of them. So far everything he had recommended tasted lovely. The store is pet friendly. My dog comes with us 90% of the time and one of the staffers is always considerate of her, she always offers cold water with our orders for my dog during hot days. Cookie looks forward to our walks for Chewy Boba because of it. They are so kind to her. I really appreciate it a lot. They have a lounging area inside with comfy soft chairs and also a couple of tables outside of the store. There used to be a lovely wall to take pictures in front of but unfortunately, it's been taken down and hopefully a new decoration will appear eventually. The store is in front of UNLV, in a big plaza with a decent amount of parking. There is also low ramps for easy accessibility.

I would have loved it if this place existed while I was going to college! They Boba is chewy and delicious. Their green tea drinks are perfect with the right amount of sweetness, but i would say their black milk teas are WAY TOO SWEET for my taste buds. The artwork is fun to admire as well.

I think it's a great place to grab a refreshing drink, prices were really good. Way better than Starbucks. Small quaint place and the person taking my order was super nice. We ordered a large flavored tea which was very good. I sat there with a friend I haven't seen in a long time for few hours and they didn't say a thing. We enjoyed our tea and conversation and left when we were ready.

Boba tea was on my mind once again and I stopped by Chewy Boba Company after my singing recital that was taking place down the road. I'm also currently a student at UNLV (which is right across the street from this establishment) and I never knew that this was here until it showed up when I was searching for nearby boba tea stores. I've been to a TON of boba tea places around town over the past year or so and Chewy was my recent discovery. It's hidden away in a small complex behind a Cupbop and a Bowlology, which is right next to one of the student housing apartments. While the parking lot is a little small, parking was still easy to find. The inside is cozy but has limited seating available. I ordered a large coffee milk tea with boba added in. While waiting for my drink to come out, I noticed a sign that instructed people how to prevent your cup from exploding. This sign is definitely helpful for those who are first time boba tea goers. My drink was delicious and refreshing, especially since my vocal cords were busy at work over the past hour. The boba, obviously, was chewy. After checking in here on Yelp, I realized that I was given a 10% discount off my purchase for doing so, but sadly I didn't see it in time. Otherwise, this was a great boba tea place. Since all my classes are really close by this semester, I might return here if I have time to kill in between classes.

Quiet facility, decent milk tea, & not too much to say on the workers because I only saw one. What I will say is that from this experience, it's a nice little shop that has its roots embedded in hip-hop culture. A great place to getaway from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Made a quick stop for some boba on a mid afternoon on a Saturday. We were on our way to the airport so we wanted something close by, this was just a few minutes away! There was a ton of parking out front. There was no wait when we went inside and we were greeted as we walked in. The store was clean and had a few tables to sit at as well as benches to sit while you wait for your drink. We ordered 4 bobas: taro smoothie, brown sugar milk tea, mango smoothie, and strawberry smoothie. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. I especially like the taro bobas, the sweetness was not too much and flavor was yummy. We will definitely be back to try other flavors!

Chewy Boba Company is located in the University Gardens Shopping Center, very close by Cupbop with plenty of parking available. My husband and I stopped by here this past Saturday afternoon, a little before 12:30 pm since we were in the area. We were greeted by an employee upon entry. I ended up purchasing: Hokkaido Milk Tea, Large, $4.75 prior to tax- I ordered this drink to be made with no ice and 50% sweetener. I thought this drink was fine (although I a little sweet and probably should have requested 25% sweetness) but had that artificial taste. Most likely this drink was made with syrup (and not powder, as that would have left a gritty finish at the bottom). Since this drink had no ice, my drink was not filled up to the top. I was not informed by the employee about this. Some tea houses that I have visited will sometimes do this when requesting no ice and some tea houses will fill it to the top. The tea is very milk based in which you can't really taste much of the tea itself. ------------------------------------ (Total= $4.63 after tax and 10% Yelp check in discount) Wait time was pretty quick, about 5 minutes. Please note that there that college students get a 10% discount as well. I think if you like these type of drinks, then this tea house is fine. I think I would prefer something stronger in tea flavor that is well balanced and less artificial tasting.

The place is clean and chill, and right across the street from the UNLV Campus. The girl at the counter was very helpful, as we asked various questions. We had the Brown Sugar Milk, Cookies and Cream, Vietnamese Coffee, Pina Colada, all w/ boba and all was delicious.

Loads of great flavors. Tried 4, sea salt green tea, winterberry, honey milk tea and coffee with Japanese candy. Check in for 10% off. They also offer mini boba which is great. Overall the drinks were good and good price for size. Cute area for chilling.

Chewy Boba Company on Maryland and University is near US Postal Service and Cupbop Korean. They started in Orlando, Florida around the 1980s and became part of Vegas in 2008. The manager did mention a second location in Town Square which is smaller. The menu has a nice selection of milk teas and sea salt teas, flavored tea, slushies, and smoothies. I opted for Java Chip Frappe (large 24 oz, $5.50) which is a yummy coffee and chocolate blend, and it was perfect at 25% sweetness! There's also various macarons available, sourced from New York. Macaron flavors include fruity cereal, caramel, nutella, coconut, pistachio, white chocalate, pink lemonade, earl gray, and matcha green tea. Overall, friendly and accommodating service from Ailah, Jake, and Jay. Love the relaxing music and happy vibe, will definitely return to try the macaron!

This is one of our favorite spots for boba. The drinks are delish and not over priced. The inside has cool instaworthy spots and cool are pieces to purchase. I love getting their slushes and teas while my fiancé and our little one go for the boba drinks.

The gentleman that welcomed us in was very professional and inviting. He was also patient with my orders. The Mango boba smoothie with mango stars was alright. It didn't scream at me, the way I like mango smoothies not too sweet.

We've been in town for a few days and we had to find a boba tea place to satisfy our cravings We found this place on yelp so we decided to try it out. Glad we did, service was good, they were fast. More importantly, it passed my daughter's seal of approval. Place was small but clean.

I'm so glad the drinks come with dairy free milk! The boba was indeed chewy. I ordered the jasmine milk tea and somehow ended up with a large, so make sure you specify the size. I finished the whole drink and didn't feel much caffeine. It wasn't too sweet at 25%, but I wish the tea flavor was more fragrant.

Better boba than most places at a fairer price. Wide selection of flavors. Service is nothing to write home about, but it's not bad either. I liked the general atmosphere of the seating area as well.

Everytime we are on Maryland parkway we go to this boba spot! Their menu is limited compared to other boba joints but nonetheless provides delicious drinks. The service is alright friendly but not engaging. Some people have a knack for being in customer service but I noticed at most boba spots they aren't as engaging so it's nothing to Rant and rave about. The macarons here are extremely delicious! They stay soft and they have the perfect bite! The boba texture is perfect, it's not too soft and not too hard. If you're ever in this side give them a try!

I ordered the Green Thai Tea with Oatmilk and let me tell you it was amazing! And the price ? $5.31 for a small drink I give it a 10!

Chill lil boba spot located close to the UNLV Campus. I've been here several times and finally getting around to giving them a review. Prices are fair and boba is cooked just right. They have dairy/milk alternatives (soy and almond), but that's 50 cents extra. They also sell Macarons here for $2.25 each, $12 for a half dozen, or $23 for a dozen.

Update: I absolutely love this boba spot whenever I come to Vegas. Their boba is so fresh and steeped in honey. It's chewy and flavorful. The honeydew boba is my favorite - such good fruity flavor mixed with milk and tea. I personally suggest going 50% sugar here to enjoy the flavor of the tea and boba itself. Original: An absolutely fantastic boba stop. The flavor choices are large, but with all the customizations, there are never ending combinations to have. I got a classic honeydew boba with 50% sugar and it was amazing. The boba is extremely fresh (so chewy and sweet). The store itself is pretty neat with some boba graffiti on walls and even an "Instagrammable" spot to take a photo. Absolutely loved the quality of this.

I've had a five-hour layover in Las Vegas and decided to head downtown. I didn't have a definite plan, so I just caught the bus and got off in a dark area (this stop was shown on the map as being closest to the university district and to a popular, bustling area of the city). The first thing I noticed, besides the darkness, was the only sign lit in the place - Chewy Boba. I had been dreaming about this drink all day because I'm addicted to boba! When I went inside, I was greeted by a friendly employee who gave me a briefly tour of their drinks (the number of which, in my opinion, should have been reduced a bit). I ended up getting the Honeydew milk tea (I asked about the milk and learned that they use non-fat which is great). But I completely forgot to ask about the percentage of added sweetness, and that was half my mistake, half theirs. I think establishments should always ask this question, because not all people like overly sweet, even if it's a recommendation from the place. To sum it up, I liked their chewy boba, the freshness after the melon, and the way everything came together.

Excellent customer service is always provided, and everyone is friendly and helpful. I was very basic and only had milk tea or taro, don't be to try and always ask what they recommend! I'm currently addicted to sea salt green thai tea.

I been a costumer for a long time and didn't experience such a bad costumer service like today when they serve my smoothies with egg custard that looks nasty like egg yolks at the bottom I asked the to change me the drink at least one the one that looks the worse the argue with me telling me that that. Does how it looks, so I told just make me A new one please so supposedly they did when I was driving home and drinking it I feel it look at the cup any the custard was there they only swap it from cup so don't trust this guys when make your drinks, don't blame the franchise but the workers

Nice boba spot pretty close to UNLV. Got their avocado smoothie and passion fruit orange and guava ice blended with boba. The avocado smoothie was refreshing with its sweetness and creamy texture. The passion fruit orange and guava drink was excellent. It was very sweet with all the three fruits combining to make a magical concoction. The boba was excellent with its chew. Glad to have stumbled upon here on our last day in Las Vegas.

Chewy boba has become one of my favorite spots for their consistent quality and good prices I usually come once a week during happy hour. If you live in the area and don't want to drive to Chinatown, you'll def get the bang for your buck here :) Usual drink: wintermelon green MT with mini boba. (MINI BOBA ALWAYS!)

Usually when I come here the service is amazing and ive been coming here for years now. I walked in today and the dude with the messed up hair was mopping and then met me at the counter. He didn't welcome me in and literally just started at me behind the counter didn't even ask if I was ready to order or nothing. He was rude asf and had the biggest f****** attitude and dirty ass look. I'm never one to make a bad review unless the customer service and the employee is HORRIBLE. The owner needs to watch who he hires because some people will make your company look so bad. If you hate your job or even if you're having a bad day, why do the customers get the end of it?!

This review is solely based on the Thai tea I ordered. I went in right when they opened and ordered a Thai tea (size small). I have tried other drinks here and have liked them all, and decided to try their Thai tea as I wanted something different. I usually order my teas at Brew and am always satisfied, so I expected the same. Unfortunately, when they handed me my Thai tea, I could tell solely based on the color it wasn't going to be great. When I made it back to my office and drank it, I tasted absolutely no Thai tea. It tasted like milk, just milk. Quite dissatisfied to say the least, but at least I now know not to order this again.

Got an avocado smoothie boba on 1/11/24 at 6pm. Thing was full of ice. Not the usually boba I've come to expect from this place.

Pretty chic spot on the inside. I ordered two drinks, one hazelnut milk tea and one guava black tea with boba. The guava tea was for my wife, but I'll be honest, when I tried it, I wished I had bought it for myself. It was really really delicious. The hazelnut milk tea hit the spot. The shop itself is really well kept. The mural that's painted inside really adds flavor to the personality of the shop. Nothing bad go say about this place at all. They were quick with the drinks also.

I've had a lot of boba in my life and I really think this is one of the best boba spots I've ever tried! I got a honey black tea with sea salt cream and couldn't believe how good it tasted The boba was cooked perfectly and the drink itself wasn't too sweet or thick The sea salt cream also didn't hurt my stomach which I was worried it would I will 100% be back

Such a cute place with yummy boba tea! The gentleman greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. He offered his assistance with any questions and was kind enough to explain the difference between their milk and sea salt teas. I went with the sea salt honey black tea. The name of this place couldn't be anymore on point - the boba is very chewy and delish! I'm super happy with my choice and would order it again! The fun artwork and cute directions on how to insert the straw are a fun touch!

This is a must stop place for my family each time we go to Vegas. I recommend calling your order in ahead of time instead of using the online ordering which adds an excessive fee from Door Dash (in my opinion). Boba lives up to its name, and is truly chewy (just the way we like it).

One of our favorite Boba and macaroon spot in Las Vegas. After a long day at work we made the trip across town to pick up some delicious Boba. Upon entering there was just 2 customers in front of us so the wait was not long at all. Peppermint w/Boba was the go too on this trip and of course did not disappoint. Service was prompt and pleasant as always and my drink was the perfect ending to a long day. Boba portion is very generous and always the perfect texture, trust I've had Boba from other shops and sometime you get a few hard Boba but Chewy never disappoints. We love the milk tea, Thai tea, Passion, winter Melon, Peppermint, mango, strawberry, and peach. High suggest stopping in to find your favorite flavor with or without Boba pearls and while there you should pick up a few macaroons too. Coconut is my go too, but the Creme Brulee is also a fan favorite. You won't be disappointed.

Chewy is def one of my favorite boba places in Vegas. I moved from SF a few years back and was deprived of good boba until I found this place! I love that you can customize your drink... they let you mix multiple flavors in one drink! I usually combine lychee and kiwi with green tea (optional black tea) and add boba. It's just soooo goood and refreshing! I've tried other flavors as well and every single one that I've tried is just as great! The staff are really nice and the service is always fast. The store ambiance is pretty chill and the decor is hip. Walls are painted with their spin-off of characters from Star Wars and they use this as a theme for their brand. These same characters can be found on t-shirts available for purchase on their retail shelves. But since it's COVID, everything is online. You order online and you just pick it up in front of the store. TIP! Happy hour is from 6pm-8pm everyday, buy one drink, you get the second one for 50%. Before COVID, they let you sign up for their rewards program but now, I'm not sure they still do it. With it comes a free drink though after you buy 10 drinks!

I use to give 5 stars for this place , but today I was disappointed, the main entrance was open , but the 2 kids that were there needs to know what excellence customer service is , if the place was closed they would make sure that nobody goes in and tries to place an order , it would not had like 10 minutes and they could honored my order , rather they decided to say that they aren't open yet , very rude . I will not go back to the store anymore. I am sure I will find a BOBA place that knows what excellent customer service is , it's a shame that they would let people like those 2 kids work there n such place . I don't know what there problem is , Filipinos have good traits , apparently , the kids don't care ....

A tucked away boba spot in a good location for the college kids. Cool art on the wall. Nice and quick service, good prices. Boba was a great texture and the honeydew was delicious. Would def come back!

Gave the brown sugar boba a try to compare with Tiger Sugar...and it was pretty good!! And definitely less expensive which made it a double win!!

Awesome customer service! The boba shop is always clean when we visit. We've tried the original milk tea, jasmine milk tea, and brown sugar milk tea with boba and have enjoyed every drink so far. They have a happy hour on weekday evenings so take advantage of that!

I was super excited to come here... the selection of teas & non dairy options were excellent, as was the cleanliness. Sadly the macarons are not made by them, & are not the style I prefer, so don't recommend those... but ease of parking & off strip makes this a solid option for a tea fix. And of course being gluten free I'm just thrilled to have a treat option, even if the style is not my preference (texture & sweetness not traditional for a macaron, but then hey u might prefer them not traditional.)

Besides being near enough to walk for me, its a clean cheery small place that does a great order pickup business. Service is fast and friendly. Got the taro milk slush and it hit the spot. Parking is easy if you need it.

Located at a more quiet and calm part of Vegas, the boba is sweet and flavorful, service was quick and polite, and the place has very nice variety :)

The cashier was patient, and answered any questions I had. Wish the lavender was stronger flavor, but still a good choice. The passion fruit popping pearls were very soft and flavorful. Would definitely try another popping pearls next time. Now I want to try them all.

The place was super cute and clean, service was a little slow... probably took us 10+ minutes to get our drinks but there was 3 groups ahead of us. Really loved the taro/honeydew smoothie with boba in it. Definitely worth the wait to have a fresh and cold drink on a hot day

I'd give them a 5 star on the regular but on today This day june 24 2023 I ordered an ice coffee with coffee jelly's. And to my disappointment no JELLYS. This was their second time making my drink because it was to sweet to begin with and I had trusted it being done right and I walked out , to my car To find no jelly's in my drink. Chewy boba regularly does so well but today I am double thinking a return

Great Boba Cafe right across the street from the UNLV campus. Visited during the Covid-19 pandemic and they are very serious about practicing contact less pickups. Drink orders must be placed through the website prior to you coming to the store. Once you arrived at the store, you call them to let them know you are outside waiting for your order. An employee will come out and leave your order on the table outside for you to pick up. I ordered the Honeydew Milk Tea with lychee jelly. The Honeydew had a great flavor to it (not too sweet) and lychee jelly was very soft. Drink prices are very affordable ranging from $3.35 - $5.25 depending on the size and type of drink you order. Add on items are an additional charge.
