I have used Chewy for a couple decades for all of our animal needs. Raising Exotic cats in New England is made easy when you can order such a variety of items and receive them so promptly. I recommend them highly!

Wow!!!!! We’ve been ordering our pet food and supplies from Chewy for years, and their customer service has always been exceptional. Sadly, our sweet pup Divi passed away at 16.5. When I canceled our autoship and selected that she had passed, I assumed that would be the end of it. Today, I received a beautiful fresh bouquet of flowers and a handwritten note from Chewy expressing their condolences and reminding me of the love I shared with my pup. Such a thoughtful, compassionate gesture. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. Thank you!

Their website is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to search, compare, and discover a wide range of products. The Autoship option keeps you stocked on your pet’s favorites and offers great discounts for its use. One feature I love is the ability to alter the Autoship date if I find I need something sooner or want to wait a little longer before delivering again. The Chewy app is just as convenient, letting you update orders, add or remove items, or change Autoship dates on the go with ease. In all the time I’ve been using Chewy, I’ve only had one issue with an order — and their customer service handled it quickly and effortlessly. It is clear they genuinely care about their customers and their pets. Chewy has become my go-to for reliable, fast, and stress-free pet shopping. And just like in the advertisements, my pets get excited the moment they see the Chewy box waiting in the entranceway!

We had to say goodbye to our sweet 17½-year-old Jack Russell, Chief, this week. I contacted Chewy customer service to cancel his autoship for probiotics. I figured it would just be a quick cancellation and that’s it. Instead, Chewy not only refunded the order that had arrived days before he passed, but they sent us the most thoughtful message of sympathy and a beautiful bouquet of flowers in Chief’s honor. We were so touched. It honestly brought some light into a really hard moment. Chewy, you went above and beyond, and I’ll never forget it. I’ll be a loyal customer forever and recommend your company to all friends and family with pets. You don’t just treat pets like family, you treat people like family, too. ❤️🐾

I cannot say enough about this wonderful company! I have been using them for several years with great service. I recently lost my 14 YO morkie and had to call and cancel an order that had already been scheduled for shipping. They reimbursed the full amount, sent me a most endearing sympathy email and a small bouquet of flowers. Thank you so much for being a wonderful caring company!!

I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars because this company... Truly amazing. In today's world you just don't see the personal care and kindness that these beautiful humans show. After our boy passed I updated his profile to deceased and never expected anything out of it. Not even a week later we received a hand painted rock in memory of him. I'm blown away. Thank you chewy, truly.

I needed help with an order that was inadvertently submitted automatically through an auto-ship oversight on my part. I tried to correct it on my own through the website and the app to no avail. I ended up calling their customer service telephone number bracing myself to jump through several hoops to get the help I needed — the first of which would be trying to get to a live person. Well, when I tell you, it felt like Christmas when, after just a couple of rings, a live person answered! I had a question that I didn’t think would be easily remedied and I certainly didn’t think it was going to yield a positive result. I was literally going out on a limb and not entirely sure they could help me because the item had already been shipped. The woman said yes your order has already been shipped but let me see if I can get that refunded for you. Never expecting to hear that, I thanked her profusely. The end result was that I was refunded and they told me when I received the item I could keep it for emergencies (it was expensive dog food) or donate it to a local rescue. I can’t remember receiving this kind of Customer Service in today’s world. I was totally elated!! Thank you very much Chewy!!! You will have a lifelong customer!

I Love Chewy for my pet's food. I love getting auto ship and they have a huge variety of different foods that my dogs love and lots of other things for my dogs too. If by chance my dog doesn't like something, Chewy will give me a full refund with no questions asked. Chewy is extremely convenient and they have the best prices. I have been taking care of my pets with Chewy for over 20 years and I will continue forever.
