I would like to share some feedback regarding our dinner experience last night at your restaurant.
We ordered the whole grouper and lamb curry, but the waitress mistakenly brought us the order from another table instead. When she placed the dishes, she only mentioned “fish” and “curry,” so we assumed it was our order and started eating. After about ten minutes, we realised that the dishes were not what we had ordered and that there had been a mix-up with the other table.
It was already late, and we were quite tired after the flight, so we decided to keep the dishes that were served. However, what disappointed us most was that the waitress never came to apologise or offer any kind of solution. When we asked for the bill, we were charged the full amount. We politely asked if a discount could be considered given that we hadn’t received what we ordered and that the service was not handled appropriately, but we were told “no” because we had eaten the food.
We understand that mistakes can happen, but we would have appreciated a more understanding and professional response from your staff. I would be grateful if you could look into this matter and let us know how you intend to address it.
