Chez Bon Bon at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas totally exceeded my expectations — and that’s saying something, because I wasn’t expecting much from a hotel pastry shop. But this place delivered. We popped in for a quick afternoon pick me up and ordered their almond croissant toasted — and I’m telling you, it was next level. Flaky, warm, buttery, and packed with almond filling without being overly sweet. The kind of pastry you wish you could wake up to every morning. I paired it with a flat white and to my surprise, it was fantastic. Medium roast, smooth and balanced, no bitterness — just the right partner for the croissant. And then there’s Edgar. What a gem. He not only warmed up the croissant to perfection, but made sure the flat white had beautiful latte art and was just right. His warmth and attention to detail made the whole experience feel special. This is now my go-to stop anytime I’m at the Fontainebleau — for the pastry, the coffee, and honestly, for Edgar.

Such tasty pastries here!! They feel very high quality and made with good ingredients. The pressed croissant was crispy on the outside but also soft and chewy on the inside. The raspberry dip was so sweet and creamy. They had tons of other treat and quick breakfast options that all seem reasonably priced given the elegance of this resort.

stopped in here for an emergency espresso this Cafe is in the Fontainebleau hotel. it's kind of like a ice cream parlor mixed with a bakery mixed with kind of has an old school candy shop feeling from the 30s 20s. I was asking one of the baristas where the beans come from and he said that the whole Fontainebleau hotel is under contract with one roastery in Philadelphia. I think it's a good and a bad thing offered in the whole building. I'd like to see some diversity also some differences in roasting darkness medium light. I wouldn't actually allow such a inadequate roast to fully define this roasteries interpretation is a blend for their client the Fontainebleau hotel. until it's a somewhat bland way to communicate such an important request. but on another load I feel like the Fontainebleau hotel didn't really have a choice or preference a good flavor to represent then when it comes to coffee. the shop as well as every other shop in the hotel has a dark roast bean from this place. the espresso machine is a Eversys espresso machine a fully attic espresso machine that offers a built-in grinder just push buttons barely barista intelligence and intuition is needed here my Americano came out burn tasting there was actually a nice grandma on the top when I received it but overall a very bitter experience maybe if I ate a pizza before it would have changed my palate and offered a more unique experience. that's for now it's an underwhelming experience to have right before I go on a skate mission here in Las Vegas

We enjoyed our delicious breakfast here at the Fountainebleu on the first floor in the casino. It's a delightful French café with a French bakery and coffeehouse. What a treat! The ambiance is European with a Vegas flair. The dress code is comfy casual. You order at the counter after you have selected from various desserts, baked items such as croissants, cookies, avo toast, gelato, salads, acai bowls, etc. They are freshly made every day. Edgar, our server, brought it all to our table in a timely fashion. He was friendly and helpful. We shared the egg and bacon breakfast, plus I ordered my favorite, the chocolate chip cookie with a mocha coffee, and my daughter had the almond croissant and the Lovers coffee. We also ordered a croissant to share at our room for later. The service was great. There was a line, but it moved along quickly. We plan to come back again tomorrow morning and try some other goodies. They offer free 3 hour parking for their guests who drove to the hotel. The seating was very comfortable.

Located on the main floor of the Fountainbleu, this modern dessert shop has an assortment of baked goods, gelato, and slices of cake. Portions are generous and service was quick. The cold brew was tasty and espresso drinks were available. The bar seating allows you to watch the traffic coming in and out of the casino. Prices are a bit high but consistent for Vegas. Recommended.

Located within the Fontainebleau hotel, this 24-hour café has a lot of good bakery items, gelato, and sandwiches that tastes not bad. Usually this place is pretty packed during the day, but one can easily take everything to the room to enjoy, so lines have been fast. My favorite item was the strawberry cheese gelato, which had strawberry jam and a creamy taste. The croissant and the smoked salmon sesame bagel were good as well, with the croissant having filling that resembled such found in pineapple buns, along with the exterior crunchy texture, offered a good experience. The bagel came with a good amount of salmon and the smoked salmon was tasty. The blueberry cinnamon roll was huge and had a good amount of filling inside, and the texture was soft inside as well. However, the outside was dry to the point of having a hard texture which didn't turn out to be enjoyable. The avocado toast had a lot of creative ingredients such as radish, wonton pieces, and so on, and truthfully did not work out well. The flavors for the different ingredients didn't work with each other, so the avocado toast was only an okay experience. In terms of price, it was affordable in comparison to establishments around the area in the hotel, so one could find solid options to make oneself full, and I would give credit for such.

I had an amazing avocado toast and egg wrap! Alongside with amazing matcha and iced lattes! The pastries are made well and of good quality. I stopped here every morning of my visit to get lattes, matcha , and pastry!

I really liked their Ribbon Croissant 🥐. Coffee was okay 👌. It would be much better if they served the croissant on a plate instead of just handing it over in a brown paper bag.

I was craving ice cream after my dinner and decided to try Chez Bon Bon as I'm staying at the hotel. I was in line around 7 pm and there were 2 people ahead of me. 1 person had already ordered and the 2nd person was placing his. I checked our all of the desserts but decided to get 2 scoops of ice cream. I tried the Salted Caramel and the Strawberry Cheesecake. I also grabbed a Fiji Water. Both came to $20, typical strip pricing. The cafe was very bright and set up well. It was very clean. I want to go back to other items as the icecream tasted great.

This my second and last time visiting this overpriced Cafe. I ordered a pastry that is delicious but cost $12.00 and a Lovers Latte that didn't taste good at $9.00 totalling $22.76.

24 hours coffee shop with sandwiches, pastries and gelato on the same floor as the casino at Fontainebleau Service - great service from the staff members who were polite and kind to offer suggestions and samples of gelato Food - I ordered an assortment of pastries and gelato during my stay at Fontainebleau and would recommend getting the gelato, chocolate chip cookie, egg white wrap, and bacon, egg and gruyere croissant. I would pass on the pistachio dipped and chocolate dipped pressed croissants. They look very pretty and delectable but for $11, I would save it for other options. It was not as good as I thought it would be. Ambiance - Cute coffee shop with plenty of seating, but can be crowded during peak times.

This is a legit dessert place. They let you sample the gelato so you know what you're getting into. They servers are very patient and accommodating. The place is cafe style. They have desserts and sandwiches.

Loved that this place is 24 hours and convenient since I was staying at the Fontainebleau for a work event at the Convention Center! I was here in the morning to get coffee and got the pistachio cream latte. It was really good and not too sweet which I prefer in lattes! I also stopped by here around 2am and got a cookies n cream gelato. They didn't really have that many options for food after midnight but they have some sandwiches and ice cream if that's what you're craving! The line can get busy in the morning but that's expected.

12/18/24- My main reason to make this trip was to try the dipped croissant.. Staff was super friendly.. What an ingenious idea of the flattened croissant- half dipped cookie! I got the last dolce leche and three almond Tulie cookies.. Worth all the extra calories!

This is a very good place for sweet cravings, if you looking for croissants or gelato in the fountainblue casino this is the place to be, all the pastries are make to perfection the almonds croissants are my favorite, the service is fast and efficient to check out, i will definitely coming back.

Nice coffee and gelato shop to grab a small bite. We saw a variety of lattes so had to stop in. And then you see an array of pastries for your latte, a must. Fresh fruit cups, gelatos all ready early for all to enjoy. Great service from the staff to get your ordered items and coffee to you for you to start your morning. Seatings inside and a few tables right in front for you to relax and enjoy. We grabbed a table inside and did work while enjoying our lattes Nice place to ease in the morning.

Cute place to grab a quick pastry and coffee. They've got tons of options and variety, including gelato and bagels! I got the special Pumpkin Princess Latte and did really feel like a Pumpkin Princess as I drank it! The staff is really nice, attentive and serve your order really quickly (pickup at counter). They did a good job on the ambiance although you definitely still know it's in a casino....

This is open 24/7 which is the most important detail considering the general shop for junk food snacks and water and toiletries is not open yet... so unless you want to spend on mini bar snacks or walk across the street to the CVS, this is your best option for late night snacks. For that, I recommend the chocolate chip cookie. It's crispy and generous with the chocolate. 10/10. After trying the yogurt parfait, egg sandwich, orange juice, and cappuccino I would say everything else is mostly solid (the fruit cup is mostly unripe so skip that).

A beautiful spacious coffee shop. I decided to hang out at the casino floor in the wee morning hours. The casino bar was not serving coffee at 4am. The friendly bartender directed me to Chez Bon Bon. The shop has an array of salads, sandwiches, and desserts to satisfy your hunger. The food displays are appetizing and stunning for the eyes. I was happy to see the shop open 24 hours. The staff member behind the counter was friendly and ready to assist me with my coffee needs.

What an array of yummy food and clever coffee and teas. Great service and friendly super helpful people. And it's open 24 hours. Nice amount of tables to relax and enjoy the ambience

This coffee shop is located in the Fountainbleu (where you get 4 hours free parking!). Lovely coffee shop with other nice options to eat as well!!!! Service friendly & swift as well! Fountainbleu is a beautiful casino with high end flair!

Located in the Fountainbleu hotel, Chez Bon Bon has some breakfast, snack and sweet items. I had the bacon egg and gruyere cheese sandwhich. I also had a fruit cup and ordered some cookies to take home. Like i said this place is in the hotel so be prepared to play more than you would see outside of it because the price for one bag of potato chips was $7. I dont know if they are sprinkled with gold or anything but that is expensive. Convenient if you want some breakfast or snacks just prepare your wallet. The people there are nice and helpful.

This place is so perfect for being open 24 hours! One thing to know is that not all items are available 24 hours. The place is extremely cute and well decorated. The staff is extremely patient and kind. Food overall comes really quick. Great place for salads and chocolate croissants along with fresh fruit.

One of the best bakeries in LV! Located inside the hotel Fontainebleau & every dessert is delicious. The coffee is great 2! The to-go packaging is so cute. They're open late and it's the perfect late night snack or early morning breakfast.

I was really impressed with the quality of the coffee here and the pricing. What you would literally pay at Starbucks. You would pay the same price and get better quality coffee here! I loved it was open 24hrs. You want ice cream, coffee, a pastry or a little sandwich you got it! Staff were always pleasant! Great place.

There was a fly flying in the pastry section and I saw it sitting on the pastries multiple times. I know it can happen but when I let the manager/employee know they DID NOT seem to care.

The baristas are lovely! It's open 24/7, so great for a late night snack. They've got both savory and sweet options. I got the bowtie croissant with raspberry and a latte with cute art :) There's lots of seating and it's kept pretty clean!

Great place for a morning bite/drink. The line is super long in the morning. I've only had their drinks and it's pretty good. I LOVE the iced vanilla latte and the matcha butter ball (white mocha, butterscotch, strawberry, match)! I've also tried The Lovers (vanilla, spiced brown sugar, cookie butter) and that was good as well but not as good as the other 2 that I mentioned. So... if you don't know what to get, you can't go wrong with iced vanilla latte (tastes kind of like Vietnamese coffee) and the matcha butterball (not too sweet but also not straight up bitter matcha). The only thing I wish they would have on their menu are descriptions of the drinks. The drinks are only listed as their names but does not have a description so if you want to know what some of the specialty lattes are, you have to ask. Pistachio cream: white chocolate and pistachio Almond bliss: coconut and mocha Matcha Butterball: white mocha, butterscotch, strawberry, matcha The tables are usually all taken during the morning rush hour but just outside the cafe are plenty of couches and coffee tables to place food/drinks on.

I was happy to find this place to get a quick bite and I truly enjoyed the customer service and my Sandwich , however, I got really sick :( the sandwich was the only thing I ate for the day so I know it wasn't completely fresh BUT the bread was phenomenal. Being how sick I was, I'm not sure if I'd give it another chance (for food)

A great spot to grab a coffee or pastry while staying at the Fontainebleau. I did every day and also snagged a Greek Yogurt Parfait. Reasonably priced offerings and it's spotless. Service is excellent. The dining area is relaxing and everyone just seemed relaxed. Id stop by here again when I'm Vegas.

Proper espresso served in an espresso cup and saucer. Good croissant. Ridiculous pricing, but it's in a ridiculously expensive Vegas hotel. Service is excellent. Love this place.

Had a really good cortado here! The line gets a little longer in the morning, so bring a little time. Also perfect to get some breakfast to go.

When you're at Fontainebleau, this is a must go to if you want a quick bite or just a coffee booster. My hubby and I came in the morning. We both needed a little boost to start our day. You do have to walk a little far inside the hotel but it is definitely worth it! They have a cute display area to showcase pastries or other breakfast items. The menu is beautifully posted and the workers are more than helpful to explain drinks or recommend their favorite breakfast items or pastries. There was a long line but it definitely picks up. Once you order there is beautiful seating both inside and outside. Our order was: Chocolate croissant: Fluffy, buttery, and chocolately goodness. Can't go wrong ordering this. Honeybun latte: my hubby loved this. I wasn't a fan of it but I must say if you like a bit to your coffee definitely get. The Lovers Latte: Definitely my favorite. It was creamy, fresh and went down so smooth. I got a HUGE boost of energy to gamble! NY croissant: SO GOOD. It was a little messy since there was chocolate in every bite. BUT SO WORTH IT! Overall, it was our first time visiting and I would do good back. I recommend to anyone who is staying at the hotel or visiting!

Susie was kind and attentive. The whole team showed great communication and their dessert and sandwich options drew me inside. Their crepe was done quick and there was plenty of seating. This shop is located closest to the Las Vegas Blvd entrance near the convention center and the restaurant vida. It is open 24 hours and has great options for anyone looking for a pick me up, either sweet or savory. The place is modern as it matches the ambiance inside the luxurious hotel. The inside of this crepe was filled with thinly sliced strawberries and hazelnut spread dancing around with the tasty paper thin crepe which was quite large but so good you won't want to share.

I came here to get a latte nearly every day while staying at the hotel for 10 days. I had a different latte each time. Also had their sandwiches and my friend tried most of the pastries. Everything was so beautiful and delicious! I can't wait to stay at the Fontainebleau again just so I can have another strawberry lavender latte and croissant!

As a 24 hour cafe inside the Sahara, this place is actually casually quite chic, offering a wide range of sandwiches, pastries, coffees, gelatos and other ready to go items. Prices are a little on the higher side but not outreagous considering the quality and how appealing everything looks and tastes. The only drawback is I wish they had a quick purchase line for people buying a quick pre-packaged item or bottled drink because you might get stuck behind several people wanting to sample gelatos and asking a zillion questions.

We really enjoyed our visit to Bon Bon. The coffees, ice creams, and pastries were all excellent, everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We also loved that they had seating both inside and outside, which was a nice plus. Prices were okay for Vegas standards, about $6 for a scoop of ice cream ($8 for two) and an extra $3 if you want a chocolate dipped cone. Overall, a great spot for a sweet treat or a coffee break!

The only pastries in Fontainbluea. The bowtie crossaint is cute but the layers outside are too hard and taste less, inside too sour and too much jam. Cheese cake is good but definitely over price. The $7 black coffee is horrible bitter but tasteless. Not much choice for French desserts. Always a lot of people in the morning only because nowhere to eat. The only thing I love is the chocolate pressed croissant. It is big, crispy and yummy, but is a little bit too dry though compared to those I tried in other bakeries.

This place reminds me of the patisserie in the aria but a lot smaller. They have a crepe station where they make it fresh for you! Prices are not as bad as expected and cheaper than the aria bakery actually. Croissants and pastries are $7 here and they are so large. The plain croissant is enormous and very fluffy and crisp on the outside! Many drinks and also salads and toasts. Decent seating area. I did notice the bakery in the food court is a smaller replica of this one. All staff was super friendly and there was no wait at all.

After dinner, we decided to check out the new Fountainbleu Hotel and Casino. After walking through the beautiful flower displays in the lobby, we headed into the casino and checked the gaming and restaurant offerings. Since we didn't have dessert during dinner, we were looking for a place to get dessert. A worker overhead us and recommended Chez Bon Bon on the second floor. It is a 24 hour spot that served desserts and savory items where you order at the counter and enjoy your food in the dining room. The four of us decided to get two crepes and two ice creams to share and bring some desserts home to enjoy. Dulce de Leche crepe - we were looking forward to this crepe, but they were out of bananas. How can you be out of bananas? The workers said he could use strawberries instead of bananas. We thought about it and decided to order it. The dulce de leche was not overly sweet. It was topped with blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries and crushed pistachios and whipped cream on the side. It was delicious but we will be wondering how it would have tasted with bananas as it was supposed to have. Hazelnut & chocolate spread, strawberries crepe topped with candied almond slices and whipped cream and strawberries on the side. Delicious and filled with strawberries and the spread. Double Chocolate - rich deep chocolate. Delish. Mango and raspberry sorbet - both were full fruit flavor. A nice 24 hour café, perfect for some late night sweets. Or if you need a sandwich or salad.

Bowtie Croissant - raspberry flavor, on the denser side, still very crispy through the shell, yumm. Chocolate Croissant - they heated for me, def better warmer, delicious as well. Want to come back to try their crepe and Cappuccino Cup next time. Staffs were sweet and friendly!

Ice cream at 1 am, why yes? Why not? This place is a cute vibe, the ambience was giving Paris pier. Truthfully I was more gagged for the uniforms than the ice cream, thats why they get a 3. The gelato flavour was not hitting. Outside of that the girls at the counter were such sweethearts.

Led by Joseph Leibowitz and Patrice Caillot, members of Fontainebleau Las Vegas' executive team, it is inside the brightly lit space that guests will find everything from Sandwiches to Viennoiserie plus a full-fledged Crepe station ready to prepare Ham and Cheese or Strawberries in Cream. Serving La Colombe Coffee at prices comparable to Starbucks Monday morning found business slow, and although the Blueberry Muffin was fairly basic one would have a difficult time deciding whether a thick Almond Croissant, Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish or laminated Cinnamon Roll is best as all compare favorably to Dominique Ansel and Bouchon.

Well, Chez Bon Bon in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach is always friendly and efficient and a decent value. In the Fontainebleau Las Vegas . . . it's friendly and a decent value. Great pastries: tasty, some that are kind of unusual. Not efficient. There are a few tables outside and a few inside - quite comfy, actually - but most people grab stuff to go. I'm really torn on this one: five stars for value, four stars for food quality and friendliness, two for efficiency and three for the eating space. That's 3.6 stars averaged out . . . I'm rounding up to four, but it's really between a three and a four. Buy pastries here, don't miss out. Pack your patience and a smile, though, because it'll take a minute.

Beautiful , inviting coffee place located at the Fountainbleu. We went in for some lattes to go. Employees are efficient, and drinks came out rather quickly. My chai latte was great. My friend was interested in one of the 8 "specialty lattes" but besides the name, there is no description. So just based on the name she asked what was in about 4 of them. She didn't want to have the employee recite more so chose one. She enjoyed whichever drink she got and said the employee was very helpful. Lots of delicious looking pastries, breakfast items, desserts. They also have salads and wraps. I thought the pricing was fair, especially for being on the strip.

I stopped in one morning for coffee cake and a orange juice. I was pleasantly surprised at the delicious goodie Chez Bon Bon had presently on display. The service was excellent and professional. I choose my items and proceeded to pay. It was clean and all employees were professional. I went back another day to find nothing had changed. Very nice place to eat a quick breakfast or a light fare. I delighted to know it is open 24 hours

Quick visit to try gelato 1. Don't have employees touch up on the gelato decorations by working on them with shoulders facing customers. 2. Why not removing the cheap paper Joy sleeve and instead using a napkin- bow tie wrap around! 3. Quality was very good 4. Coffee prices structure doesn't make sense. You should charge more for espresso based drinks and less for brewed coffee significantly less. All prices are like 6/7 Clean and good customer service though

my favorite place to eat but not cheap! i got a sandwich,a cookie, 1 shoop of gelato and a strawberry cup it was $45. welcome to vegas. everything is soo delicious here. def check it out if you are in the area

Their breakfast pastries are pretty good. The regular croissant was very flaky & airy. Best to get it warmed up. Fresh OJ in a bottle for $12 was ridiculous but good. Can't go wrong with fresh OJ but the price is steep. Fruits in a cup was ridiculously priced too but it is as expected at a Vegas hotel. Service was great! No complains very friendly staff. A great place to grab something quick to snack on

If you're staying at Fontainebleau and want a quick bite or breakfast, you need to try Chez Bon Non. It's like a coffee shop that serves pastries and coffee. They have a big counter where you can pick a variety of pastries and chocolate delights. Hot or cold beverages are also available. You'll enjoy an early bite before you start your day. This place also has 24-hour service. So no matter what time of the day or night, when you feel like having a bite or beverage, you can stop by and enjoy their menu.

Open 24/7 very handy place to grab a coffee after your long night at the club.The service is ok, as it is new, some of the workers are not as good as they should be. A lots of food to choose from. Serving Creperies only until 11 pm so be aware.

This place looks beautiful and their pastries look amazing, but found everything to be lacking.. Firstly, only the guy in black (supervisor?) was helping people in line.. So I stood there like an idiot even though two other employees made eye contact with me without saying anything. Then finally one of them, after 10 minutes, tells me I need to move forward to the register to order.. Great, thanks. Once at the register, they didn't know what the ingredients were in the 'special lattes'.. The menu doesn't tell me what is in 'The Lovers' or 'Seasonal Latte' and thus felt like a guessing game. Ended up with two iced specialty lattes which really tasted like just milk and flavor syrup.. Also got a 'roll croissant' which turned out was filled with ridiculously sweet caramel.. Not my jam. Also, they have typos in their menu lol

I have a couple favorites! I enjoy the matcha overnight oats as they come with berries and candied ginger on top! I also must mention the curried chicken tartine because it reminds me of a Waldorf chicken salad blended with a savory curry that compliment each other. Of course there are amazing pastries and tarts, but the two have no comparison to anywhere I have been!
