Chez Bruno

I am absolutely delighted with this restaurant! The atmosphere is truly special, warm, and inviting. The service was excellent! As for the food, it was genuinely outstanding and full of unique flavors. An ideal balance between price and quality. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

We had such a memorable experience at Chez Bruno. The setting is relaxed yet full of charm — like a long, sunlit lunch at a countryside retreat. We were lucky to get a table on the terrace, which made everything feel even more special. The team was warm and attentive from start to finish. We went for the large set menu and loved the generous portions and thoughtful presentation. A lovely surprise was the house aperitif — a light, rosé-style drink with fruity notes, refreshing and perfectly suited for the start of the meal. The only small disappointment was the meat — we ordered it medium rare, but it arrived quite dry and a bit cold. As for the desserts, while nicely done, we found ourselves wishing for something more homey and classic — like a tarte Tatin or a beautiful mille-feuille — to match the soulful vibe of the place. Still, we understand that the menu reflects a more Michelin-inspired approach. The highlight of the meal was the generous use of truffle throughout — refined and full of depth. The truffle sorbet with champagne was absolutely delicious: elegant, unexpected, and truly unforgettable. This is one of those places that should be on your list if you want to experience the atmosphere and explore the many expressions of truffle. There’s also a lovely boutique on-site with a great selection of truffle-based products and local wines, including those served at the restaurant — all beautifully presented and reasonably priced.

We discovered Chez Bruno during our family holiday in the Var, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is elegant yet warm, the cuisine refined and truly memorable, and the service attentive throughout the meal. A beautiful place to enjoy exceptional truffle-based dishes in the heart of Provence.

While celebrating our honeymoon we stopped by Chez Bruno for a very truffle forward dining experience. Food was delicious it what made the evening more enjoyable was the member of the staff we met. He was kind and super nice, even when we showed up an hour before opening. Had a great time and if you love truffle then you will love how truffle is incorporated to ever dish.

Everything from the drive to the actual set up of this villa was beautiful. We arrived almost an hour earlier our reservation, but was welcomed with great hospitality. Place is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed every dish and interaction with everyone on the staff were perfect and very professional. We never knew so much about truffles, so together with amazing food got an experience and some education. One of the complement was a Tenor, who added some magical touch to the whole experience. Thank you so much.

It’s absolutely amazing place with fantastic food. It’s worth the trip from St Tropez or Cannes, whether for dinner or lunch or for special event!

What a fabulous excursion from Cannes. Do you like truffles? Do you hate them? Who cares, you go here for the pure experience of trying to enjoy them!! Highly recommend.

The most amazing lunch! The Truffle King did not disappoint. The local and ambience was stunning with some of the best service I have had. Stunning presentation of all the dishes. Our Valet was very warm and welcoming, a wonderful first impression.

Wow. We were lost and came here completely by accident while trying to find a decent lunch place. Driving in, we were greeted by a very professional valet and we immediately realized we bumped into a fine dining restaurant. Not knowing what to say and with two cars behind us, we decided to go with it. We had no idea we'd be dining on what felt like an endless amount of truffles for an extraordinarily reasonable price. In fact, before our trip to Provence, we paid over three times the amount charged here at a two Michelin star restaurant in Berlin. The food and service were not even half as good. The food and wine here were beyond excellent and the chef (grandson of the original chef and owner), also came around to greet and chat with the guests. While the chef and his brother (working the front of the house) speak English most of the staff do not. However, they were very effervescent and patient and made it work with hand gestures and some pointing. Highly recommended and worth a detour to visit this special place.

One of the top ten food experiences of my life. If you love truffles you should go here immediately. Situated in a valley of grapes and olive trees, up a gated entry with sculptures you feel liked you stepped back in time. The chef owner greeted us as we sat under a vine covered terrace. It was a busy Saturday lunch, please make reservations if you want to go here as it's a bit of a drive from st tropez. The food not only tasted amazing it looked beautiful. You want to chew slow and savor the bites as the plates are small but the food is rich and you don't need a lot. I never felt like I needed more. I only have amazing things to say and I would recommend it over and over again. Don't be afraid to ask for some adjustments if some items don't suit your tastes. Enjoy!

The best truffle restaurant I know in Europe, just outstanding. The pomme de terre is a classic and one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. Their house red wine Truffe et Confidances is great price-Value. Very cosy to also stay overnight in their hotel.

Truffle paradise! This meal was a once in a lifetime experience that I was able to share with people I love. We had about 7 courses and each one was incorporated with truffle shavings. My favorite was the truffle ice cream - it's an acquired taste but surprisingly the incorporation of truffles with sweet cream was perfectly balanced and refreshing after a hearty meal. Chef Bruno (or his son or brother?) Came and greeted our table himself. We spent almost 3 hours with this lunchtime meal and it was one of the best meals of my life.
