Quite disappointed, although the food was okay we were expecting much better based on the reviews. Food wasn’t spicy at all (even though we ordered dishes with a spicy pepper next to it). In fact, it was rather sweet.

Ordered the pork salt and spices and wasn’t disappointed with it ! It was salty and tasty, I got a huge portion for the price. It was enough to fill me twice with some rice. Kind and efficient service A good recommendation in the Chinese district

There is usually a wait or line to enter and we've been turned away a couple times because they temporarily stop taking clients to catch up with service. We finally got to sit for lunch and the food was fantastic and the service very friendly and professional. My companion tried the lamb dish and commented that it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I had the tofu dish and the tofu was crispy on the outside while soft on the inside. We finished with the pumpkin pancakes, which I think were the best part of the whole meal! They are rice flour based so come out a bit gelatinous in texture even though pan fried and they are just a little bit sweet. A perfect dessert option. There is also a wide drinks menu with beer, wines, sake, soju, and soft drinks. The prices are a little high for a Chinese restaurant, but well worth it for an occasional meal. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Food was below average. Salt and pepper squid was just done wrong. Huge pieces with batter lacking any flavor.

Our family's favorite Chinese restaurant in Montreal, every dish is delicious, the service is very good, the boss and the waiter are very nice, such a rainy noon, eating delicious meals, very happy.

This is another restaurant we tried as per the recommendations for Chinatown. The line wasn't huge but it moved very slow! I think for small places like these, there should be something like 30-minutes seating limit otherwise you start the experience with a negative feeling. The food comes super fast so that's not the issue. In terms of food, we tried General Tso chicken, salt and pepper shrimp and Hunan style beef. Shrimp was very good, beef was tasty but the chicken was ok. This restaurant also requires a generous amount of tip like the other ones around. Overall good to give a try.

Great food, and taste very delicious. For the the fried rice a bit greasy but still yummy. I have to wait standing to be seated even when there a lots of available seats.

Don’t judge the book by its cover that’s the first thing I have to say about this restaurant. When I entered i felt as if i might have a made a wrong choice. But all my assumptions were proved wrong by their service and food. If you are foodie and you like Chinese food this a place to go. 1) hour and sour- it was an ok soup. I expected a bit more heat in it. But still pretty decent. 2) pan fried pork dumplings- really juicy. Which was surprising to me. I thought it would be dry(that’s what I tasted until now). I would say this one is the proper dumpling I have had by far. 3) stir fried rice chicken & stir fried noodles chicken- I felt the fried rice had more flavour. But my wife liked the noodles more. So I had kept both on the same position. 4)hudani style beef- beef was tender and juicy. Overall it was really a great experience. And I might visit again. Also kudos to the server who took care of us. Exceptional service. Location of this restaurant is also a something catchy. You would get that Chinatown feel for sure. I wonder how will it be during the night time. Did anyone of you went during that time?
