Nice ambiance. Tables are a little to close together but it's a pretty small place. Food was excellent. Only beer and wine. So if you're cocktail drinkers like my husband and I are you will be disappointed. Overall we will go back.

Google
This is a great hidden treasure, worth tracking down off the beaten path. Foie gras is scrumptious. Lemon ginger sauce on grouper is perfect. Chocolate mousse is a great closer. The presentations are remarkable, truly edible art. Helpful wait staff.

Google
Chez Guy is a small French restaurant off of Pine Ridge Rd. North of Chick Fil-A. The restaurant has a reasonable menu of French cuisine staples. If you reserve a table they place a placard with your name on that table. Service is solid as is the quality of the food. The last time we dined there I had beef bourguignon and my wife had sword fish and frites. Both were excellent. Check out this unpretentious establishment. You'll likely enjoy it and will come back again.

Google
We ate outside and enjoyed Warm Goat Cheese Salad, Beef Beef Stronganoff with Egg Noodles, Baked Salmon Baked Salmon Rice & Veggies, Duck Leg Confit. The Goat Cheese Salad needed more goat cheese. We topped it off with two desserts -Profiterolle and Peach Melba - scrumptious. The waitstaff was delightful making then overall experience enjoyable. A fun evening with good food!

Google
This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The service and staff are friendly, helpful, and truly care about making your dining experience 5 star. The food was delicious and the presentation very well done. We ordered the escargot and warm goat cheese salad to start. Both were perfection. It had been a while since I had escargot, and it was prepared really well, and was very delicious. For the main course we ordered the Duck Leg Confit and Half Roasted Chicken. Again, both were very well done. The duck was crispy, with a wonderful sweet orange sauce. One of the best ducks we've had in a very long time. The Half Roasted Chicken was so good, seasoned with Rosemary and it was very tender. Then we were bad, and ordered the Warm Apple Tart and Almond Pear Tart. Both were served A La Mode w/Vanilla Ice Cream. Decadent and divine. The tart was so light, and crispy. Everything was homemade, fresh and authentic. You would not expect, that a French restaurant in a strip shopping center, would be this high quality, but we're so glad we went to Chez Guy in Naples FL. As a side note, from a safety standpoint, I rate them a 5/5. They have tables set up for outside dining, and they were spaced appropriately for safety. All of the wait staff wore masks, and we felt very safe at this establishment, from a Covid standpoint. Overall, our dining experience was top shelf. I would 100% go back to Chez Guy Parisian Bistro again, and highly recommend this local gem.

Google
The food was really good ! In our opinion, the beef bourguignon needed to be more simmered and more mushrooms. The seafood gratin was also really good but guess what... only one shrimp and my brother ate it 😫😅 it could have more seafood... just saying. We will be back! Oh the dessert was great too!

Google
I'm not sure if Chez Guy qualifies as a hidden gem, but considering it's location, maybe it should be. My party of 4 want because their Restaurant Week menu looked very appealing. And none of us were disappointed. From appetizers through desert, presentation, quantity, and most important, the quality and flavor of everything we tried was excellent. Service was exceptional. We'll be going back soon.

Yelp
We had onion soup escargot duck a La orange and morel veal chop special, the food was delicious and service was great

Mel V.

Yelp
Very disappointed in the roast duck. Seemed dry & overdone. Instant potatoes! Shameful for a restaurant of this quality. Doubt you'd find them in Paris.

Ben G.

Yelp
This is an excellent French restaurant. The entrees are very good. My wife liked her onion soup I thought the soup was heavy and light on onions. The pate was excellent. Desserts were good. The three course dinner with a bottle of wine was a good deal.

Yelp
Great food and service. Our group enjoyed every dish that we ordered. Appetizers included the warm goat cheese salad which was very flavorful with dried fruit and nuts. Escargot which our friend loved and a Caesar salad. Main dishes were rack of lamb finished as ordered pink, roasted duck and beef bourguignon. The baguette that was served was very fresh. We had house wine and decaf cappuccino. We had a pear and an apple tarts for desert. We were not in a rush talking to our friend and the restaurant did not rush us even though they were busy. We were happily there for 2 1/2 hours. Chez Guy is well worth going too for an enjoyable meal

Tom F.

Yelp
Had really high expectations....Grouper was too firm and chewy. Goat salad was very ordinary. Maybe got them on a bad night. Will not be going back. Tom

Yelp
I made a last minute decision to dine here and am so delighted as I had an exquisite dinner. Service was impeccable and each dish was delicious and transported me back to Paris. The salad was full of fresh ingredients and so good. The trout was excellent and the creme brûlée decadent. I look forward to going back soon.

Yelp
Celebrated a fabulous evening at this gem eating French onion soup, warm goat cheese salad, and beef Bourguignon! No room for dessert ‼ Next time...

Kate L.

Yelp
Lovely place for an authentic French meal. Service is always friendly and efficient. Food is delicious and consistent. Great Naples addition outside of the busy downtown

Yelp
First time visiting this hidden gem! Got there for an early 5:30p reservation. We were welcomed at the door by a very nice French gentleman. We were immediately seated at a nice table outside. Zack was our server. He was very nice and had some great suggestions. We had the steak and salmon. Both were excellent! Service was perfect! Bread is totally amazing!!

Margo F.

Yelp
two years in a row this is the #1 dinner we have had in Naples! perfection. grouper tender, toast chicken out of this world, filet perfect, duck cassoulet sublime, veal meda tender, tasty Caesar salads, lush profiteroles. lovely service
google avatar

Yelp
Forty five minutes in and we had our drinks but nothing more. One hour and five, we had appetizers. The room is crowded. No masks on patrons. No gloves on servers. But getting down to the food once it came: it was delicious. Perhaps the best duck l'orange Ive ever eaten. Roast chicken was crispy and juicy and a steak frite with shallots as a sweet accompaniment was buttery and cooked to perfection. Giant profiteroles with dark chocolate and a flaky apple tarte rounded out our meal. Hope we don't fall ill.

Yelp
The best French restaurant in Naples Florida. Fantastic service and delicious food and drinks. Nice relaxed atmosphere. So similar to a Parisian top restaurant. We just had Christmas dinner and it was amazing and delicious. We will return soon. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Chez Guy is one of the best French restaurants in Naples. It is tucked away in a strip mall, where you would not typically find a cute little french restaurant. The strip mall has stores like bed bath & beyond and other stores like that and is not a place where you would find a gourmet french restaurant. But those who have been hooked onto this restaurant are always surprised and keep going back. We came here today for a Thanksgiving lunch/early dinner. The ambiance was divine. It is open inside, but it isn't too open that you cannot hear each other talk or think. Most restaurants that have this don't do very well. The food was outstanding and the pre-fixed meal was also pretty reasonable. All of our meals were mouth watering and we all cleaned our plates. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant if given the opportunity to.

Yelp
We came during restaurant week to explore the menu. Atmosphere is simple and clean, and the service is pretty quick. Breakdown of our meal: Homemade pate is rich, creamy, and flavorful! Must try Escargots bit on the oily side with the garlic a bit overwhelming Duck A L'Orange was delish, perfectly tangy, citrus-y, and sweet. Cooked perfectly without grittiness or chew. Unfortunately had to send the veal back, pan roasting it wasn't the best choice for cook. Snapper we exchanged for was really good, with a nice blend of flavors. The restaurant week special definitely made the meal worth it!

Christine C.

Yelp
Food here is authentic and absolutely delicious. I think this is the best French restaurant I've been to outside of France. Everything was so good! I got French onion soup and half duck. My husband got scallops and beef. I highly recommend this place!

Yelp
Stopped in for an early Valentine's Day dinner last month and was blown away by their food. I ordered the veal and my fiancé, the filet. Both were extraordinary! We also had the escargot and French onion soup as appetizers... Best French onion soup I've ever had, hands down. Service was wonderful, as well. We struck up a conversation with our waiter, who is from Paris, because we will be traveling there next month... Turns out, he lives a few blocks from where we'll be staying, so he recommend some bars and restaurants for us to check out there. The decor is very simple and cafe-style. It's not an intimate restaurant. In fact, my only "complaint" would be that it's a bit overpriced for the atmosphere, but we'll definitely be back for our next special occasion. We loved it!

Yelp
Best Froze ever with vodka and chambord, went for my birthday and the food and service were top notch!

Yelp
We had an excellent dinner. My husband had the Beef Bourgogne over noodles. I had the salmon. We started with Caesar salad each and finisher off with a chocolate perfiorole. All were excellent.

Yelp
This place is a must try for any foodies out there who love French cuisine. Anna is the most amazing server!! We will be back thank u for the wonderful lunch.

Yelp
We had dinner there tonight. There were several things we were very disappointed in 1 we reserved A TABLE NOT A BOOTH one month ago. There were tables available but they said other people had reservations. So we were not as Important 2. We looked on their website no mention of a $78 limited menu Had to keep requesting water , bread, and ice No wine cooler for white wine 3. Staff appeared frazzled and not caring about customers 4. Chocolate cake was dry and just terrible. 5 place was overpriceand not worth the money. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!!

Yelp
Fabulous food & excellent service. An overlooked Naples treasure.

Yelp
This spot is off the beaten path and so delightful. We started with home made chicken mousse. It was to die for! I would go back for that alone! We each had a creation that modeled its perfection on the canvas of our plate. We didn't take pictures so you would not succumb to drooling all over you nice phones. You will just have to take my word for it. The chef owner came out and made introductions. I like this old custom to meet new and old friends. Alas, we did not save room for dessert this night so we will have to go back.

Yelp
French is spoken here! This place is a gem. Fabulous menu. Special decor and a kind of secluded location at the end of a strip center. Who knew? We dined for lunch recently and the reviews speak the truth. House made pate' on a baguette with cornichons and Dijon. I thought I was at a street side cafe in Paris. Crepes for dessert (we were forced....ha ha). Excellent service by the owners nephew. Can't wait to go back for dinner. Maybe next week? Don't miss this special place when in Naples.

Yelp
This was an excellent hidden gem. Tucked in a strip mall, this beautiful little bistro was really quite extraordinary. The hostess and waitress were affable and helpful. Started with a nice (reasonably priced) glass of Sancerre and a heart bowl of French onion soup. It was great - deep and rich. Next, escargot for me and house made pate for the hubs. The escargot was kind of overly garlicked (and I love garlic), but it was ok. Pate was perfectly balanced and creamy. Main course for me was veal with a mushroom cream sauce - heavenly. Balanced. Veal cooked to perfection. Hubs had the steak tartare. Heavily tangy with mustard flavor and capers. It was served with some fries which were good. The tartare itself was quite good. We were stuffed and skipped dessert which is kinda sad as they offer profiteroles and chocolate mousse... maybe next time.

Adam K.

Yelp
Stopped in for an impromptu lunch. French onion soup, vichyssoise, goat cheese baguette sandwich, and duck confit were exceptional. The dessert crepe was fun - enough for two (or more). Will be coming back.

Yelp
One of the best meals my husband and I have had in over a year. We had the escargot and smoked salmon carpaccio as a starter, for dinner we had the roasted duck L'Orange and the snapper Provençal, and for dessert we had the pistachio creme brûlée. The service was great and we will definitely return. C'est très bien.
google avatar

Terry T.

Yelp
Excellent in every way, exactly what a bistro should be, service is outstanding, the food is very authentic and well presented. They have a nice old world wine list, with the appropriate styles of wine for the cuisine being served. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
google avatar

Richard P.

Yelp
Had a wonderfully prepared salmon a la plancha for lunch. Served with haricot and broccoli everything was perfection including the slight underdoneness if the salmon. Service was authentically friendly and warm. The place was peaceful and nicely appointed with the exception of the paintings on the wall which I found absurdly distracting and painful to be around. These looked like they came from a garage sale from a Keene cult. One man's poison is another man's perfume so I couldn't dock a star for this, but I seriously hated having these child goblins staring at me during my lunch. I've attached photos to illustrate.

Yelp
We had Lunch here. Fabulous. The best lunch ever, this beautiful Gem in the Bed & Bath plaza is not to be missed. We where greeted non other than Guy himself. Chef/ Owner was very Gracious and his French accent/ kisses was so authentic and welcoming. Jessica, our server was outstanding. Raspberry Kir Royal as an aperitif. We stared with the Steak Tartar and a warm Goat cheese salad. We where in Paris in Naples. Just amazing! We then moved on to Mussels, yum and Steak frites, so delicious. Our tummies was quite full, we had to try his dessert. We shared the fresh berries Melba. Ohhhh my goodness! I am making reservations for Dinner with friends, they have to try Chez Guy. I Cannot wait to come back. It's that good.
google avatar

Yelp
Overall it was a wonderful dining experience. Personally I had the Mussels Parisienne and the Grouper Madagascar which we're both truly outstanding. The other three members also had equally delicious starters and entrees. Be sure and ask for the FoieGras, which I believed was grilled, also quite good. Our service was was also excellent. We appreciated our servers in-depth knowledge of all the entrees and wine selections. Even the Chef and owner came out to greet us. All in all we enjoyed ourselves immensely, which is what dining out is all about. We will be back!! PS: Since we were dining late, after many patrons had left the noise level was very low. Not sure what it would be with a full dining room.

T-gal P.

Yelp
Delicious food but service needs improvement! After seating, had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and bring water. Waited another 15 minutes and I flagged down a server to take our drink order. Once our orders were taken, service improved but still slow. Wait staff took it upon themselves to refill our wine glass at no charge. Very nice!! French food takes time to prepare so we patiently waited. It was worth the wait! Delicious meal and beautifully presented dessert!

Yelp
My wife and I decided to try this new French Restaurant in Naples. We arrived at dinner time. The owner Chef Guy met us at the door and helped us select our entrees and beverages. He is originally from Paris and trained there before coming to America. He knows how to prepare great food. I couldn't resist trying the Steak Tartare. My wife had the Veal Tenderloin served with wild mushrooms in a demi sauce. Both entrees were excellent! We had a pear tart for dessert, fresh from the oven! Formidable! We will be back to try some of the other interesting offering on the menu. I highly recommend Chez Guy's Parisian Bistro!

Yelp
We had a wonderful lunch at Chez Guy, a strip mall restaurant near Skillets on Airport-Pulling. The interior is charming- white table cloth with cobalt blue water glasses and soft blue booths. Our waiter was Guy who pleasantly answered our questions on the menu. My wife had the goat cheese quiche; it had cherry tomatoes and olives and delicious crust and was served with a small oil and vinegar dressed salad. I had the lunch duck confit and white beans which were lick the bowl good. The bread had a great crust and flavor. We loved the meal and the friendly service. It's on our shortlist.
google avatar

Cory S.

Yelp
Food was great. Service was good. We brought a bottle in for our anniversary. $25 corkage fee. Only downside is the space is pretty bland. They did what they could but its just in a strip mall. Only say that so you know before. Just not a fancy place. We enjoyed it and will go back

Yelp
This restaurant was written up last week with a relatively good review in the Naples local paper- 4 stars - I think. So, We made a reservation for the following week on a Tuesday . Here is our experience: Upon arrival we noticed the atmosphere - blue , white tablecloths, austere though not sophisticated. It should be a "neighborhood fav - but the place was nearly vacant - 2-3 other tables filled besides ours ..... We had been to a pervious restaurant owned by the Chef and know the food to be superb the previous place . We tried to-ordered (for 4 people) 2 bottles of wine an appetizer, 4 soups 3 entrees ...... all of which would have been way over 200. The waiter took our order and came back to out table to say we would need to pay a split charge. Long story short - what part of French RUDE do u not understand? He said Angrily - U will pay split fee!!!!'n We felt insulted - too many gracious places to go In Naples for his haute Attitude!
google avatar

Brooks D W.

Yelp
Having been to the location, and living downtown, it's a bit of a hassle during season to get there...I go back time and time again, because the food is supurb...I'm not a review person but I feel that tasty simple French classics have a place in the joints that need to fill our community...oh wine beer only...list is what I can live with...service is personal and great...good stuff at Guy's...
google avatar

Callicles F.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic, from beginning to end. A very small yet perfectly sized menu that hits on all the quintessential French fare... escargot and mussels mariniere were perfectly executed... I was disappointed the scallops were unavailable but I managed to work through it. The duck confit with white bean casserole and filet mignon 'au poivre? Also excellent. Our server was attentive and gracious, and the Chef himself shook hands and thanked the whole room for their patronage. My biggest regret is that we did not have room for dessert, as we filled up on wine instead. I will return!
google avatar

Keri H.

Yelp
DON'T GO FOR VALENTINE'S WEEKEND! I've been here several times before before and had a great meal but this was not good and poorly executed. This lobster bisque was more like lobster soup with of touch of cream, poorly seasoned. This is normally great. Our apps were good though I had shrimp with no option for red sauce, just Dijon mustard, my husband liked his escargot. Our main meal was good, dessert was some kind of flat chocolate cake that was inedible. Hard, sticky, chewy, and no flavor. All of this for $79!l.pp. We were there over two and a half hours only because no one would wait on us. I would recommend this place any other time and have take friends there. The food is normally good with a French twist, but don't go when there is a special menu. No one came and asked is how our food was. This is a small place with probably 50 crammed in last night and 3 waiters that I could see. They're having the same menu tonight, skip it, save &200 and go anywhere else, but try it on a regular night.

Kathy M.

Yelp
I highly recommend! Great food and a great value. I had a baked Brie and ham on a croissant. It was delicious! My husband had the quiche Lorraine. Also wonderful. We will be going here more often! A great find!
google avatar

Sylvie L.

Yelp
I have been a fan since the opening. Best quiche in town!!! I discovered the Duck Cassoulet last week. OH MY LORD! This dish is to die for! I am still dreaming of it and planning to go back to get it again. Cute French inspired decor, good service, good wine selection.

Steve H.

Yelp
I call this an opportunity lost. Went here last night with my wife as first time customers in my ongoing quest for a good steak frites meal and I was happy to see I could also get an order of escargot. I was disappointed with the escargot as I thought the garlic butter had an unpleasant taste and I was also disappointed with the steak's red wine and shallots sauce. Both the snails and steak were cooked to perfection and for me a more tasty garlic butter for the escargot and a glop of a simpler béarnaise or buttery Roquefort on the steak would have been preferred. I personally like to dip my frites in the juice from the steak which I couldn't do here. I'm assuming the red wine and shallots sauce was the chef's effort to raise what should be a simple steak frites entree to a higher level and that didn't work for me. Both the garlic butter and steak frites sauce left unpleasant aftertastes. As a side note, my wife thought her salad dressing was too thick, possibly due to a addtion of a thickening agent. On the plus side we chatted briefly with Guy, the chef/owner(?), and was impressed with his friendly manner. We were also impressed with the staff's friendly, professional, timely service. Unfortunately the inside noise level was so high that that our waiter even commented about it. I wasn't expecting a quiet "hear the tinkling of knifes and forks ambiance" but something better than "leaning across the table trying to read lips ambiance" was too loud for me. A few relatively inexpensive noise reducing panels suspended from the ceiling could go a long way to enhancing the dining experience. Based on this one experience we probably won't be back.

Susan R.

Yelp
Not the best atmosphere but the food is always fabulous! We've been here numerous times and believe it or not we've had no complaints! Chef Guy is always ready to great his guests when he's finished in the kitchen and he's gracious and grateful to all of his patrons. A special place for a great French meal.

Beth F.

Yelp
We love this place and I'm overdue to submit a review...Chef Guy is so wonderful, hospitable and his food never fails to satisfy...our regular server Tony could not do anything to improve his impeccable and attentive service...we love seeing him every time we dine here, always a smile on his face! Can't wait to go back - my grouper Madagascar was so wonderful and the pistachio creme brûlée was a perfect way to end the meal...
google avatar

Monica N.

Yelp
Just had a fantastic lunch here! Tasty food and great service from Claudia. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered : quiche Lorraine, crepes, steak frites, and the best dessert I've had in a while; ice-cream profiteroles. We'll be back!
google avatar

Earle P.

Yelp
Very disappointed, went to Chez Guy on Valentine's Day with a reservation on open table. When we arrived the only option was a 4 course dinner for $78. When I asked if we could only have 2 courses I was told you could but still had to pay the full price. They should have told us that upon making the reservation. Very rude people, too many choices in Naples to put up with that.

Pat B.

Yelp
Bravo! Take out was so easy, safe and clean. Everything was delicious especially the salad, fish and duck. Fruit tarts were Devine. Can't wait to be able to dine in next season. Oh must compliment the staff. They were extremely patient and helpful when phoning in my order!

Yelp
A great find. Being a lover of French cuisine and having had a craving for steak tartare for sometime my wife and I put Chez Guy to the test one lunchtime- we were not disappointed. I had the smaller lunch portion of steak tartare which was served with a well prepared salad, it was excellent. My wife had the quiche of the day with a similar salad accompaniment which she thoroughly enjoyed. This left room for dessert- profiteroles was the choice, do not miss this dessert is all I can say. We look forward to being regulars and our next visit.

Anne J.

Yelp
I discovered this gem of a parisian bistro in a BBB strip center. Walking in the decor is fresh, friendly and tasteful, but the food is the star. Chef Guy is a master of fine French Cuisine. The menu both lunch and dinner has something for everyone. Quality is top notch. Don't miss this great experience!!

Danielle S.

Yelp
Love everything about this cute, personal and attentive spot. Owners are genuine and warm Food the same Loved the homemade pate!
