Easy-going place. Drinks are lacking and lukewarm. The way they presented the drinks was basic, and a bit messy even though it wasn't busy. They weren't stressed, a good thing of course. They weren't on top of things however; missing ingredients to make drinks which they didn't check until after they said what was available. There wasn't much to buy for food, a few old muffins, none of it standing out either. We didn't eat there.
You may study in peace unless you see a crowd together at the biggest table. They display books you can read and purchase.
It's a place you'd enter on a whim, unsure whether to stop by again but might think about after a first experience.
I personally decided to try visiting to meet a friend for the quieter space from the reviews I read through while searching for quiet café spots. I was pleased it wasn't crowded, but it wasn't as quiet as I hoped it to be. We are both soft-spoken. It would have likely have been a better experience if the biggest table wasn't occupied by the large group as they were quite loud. Nothing bad, just straining on the ears and we had to speak louder than was comfortable. We were there for a long while regardless, enjoying each others company.
