Google
I've had this same bubble tea in Seattle, and the quality there was excellent, but the Las Vegas location is a completely different story. I've been here twice and tried four different drinks. The last time, I came with four friends, and none of us were impressed. The tea had no fragrance, no depth, and no real tea flavor. The brewing technique seems poorly executed. I ordered 100% sugar level, but it tasted more like 20%. My friend’s drink was also barely sweet, it felt like something went seriously wrong. Service was okay, nothing bad, but nothing worth mentioning either. Honestly, I won’t be coming back. It was a waste of money. I could make a better drink at home with grocery store ingredients, probably 10 times better. Paying for this just felt like paying for disappointment.

Google
Best Tea in Las Vegas! Beautifully decorated with a spa like atmosphere! Patented teaexpresso machine brews the tea! Best tea and boboa in Las Vegas! Soo nice in there!! In Cinatown! 😊 So happy we found this place! Totally impressed!

Google
Ordered four drinks: • Green Tea + Fresh Milk • Orange high mountain puchong tea • Dong ding oolong tea latte • Honey Osmanthus Oolong Tea All of us really enjoyed our drinks. Even though they were flavored, you can still taste the tea which is sometimes difficult to achieve so we really appreciated that. They also offered a free tasting of their Lishan Oolong Tea in 5 different roasting levels so that was really unique. I personally enjoyed the Morning Light and Dusk roast. Morning light was light and slightly sweet while Dusk had a good roasted taste to it.

Google
First time here and hearing of this wildly popular boba tea shop! Boasting of its award winning teas and tea tasting experience right in middle of Chinatown makes this shop stand alone to none. The location is very clean and they are focused on making every drink perfect to your liking! Very refreshing teas, great flavor, not sugary at all but perfectly sweet and balanced! You can certainly choose to customize your drink so do it to your liking of course. What I got was the cassia black tea w/ cream and the bubble milk tea. Strong, and fresh brewed black tea flavor hits you first then cream with a hint of sweetness to round out this tea. Secondly the bubble milk tea was very similar just with the boba added in. This makes me excited to go back and try out the other fruit tea drinks they have as well!

Google
Love the locations in the SGV and was happy to see that they had opened one in Las Vegas as well. The store was spacious and really nice. So happy that we didn't have to wait in line. The drinks were super tasty. I ordered the creamy mango tart which is my usual. It was perfectly tart and sweet. Also picked up a mango osmanthus, cassia cream, and volcano. Will be back to visit.

Wow! We came here to meet up with friends who were in town. Before this visit, I don't think I would have heard of this place. It's in one of the many plazas that line Spring Mountain Rd and the parking lot is busy but we were able to find a spot right away. Going inside it looked busy but there was no line and we were able to ask questions and place our order right away. We were offered a sample of the milk tea which was really smooth and creamy. I opted for the High Mountain Pouchong Tea Passion Fruit with boba and their "Perfect" sweet level regular ice. It was refreshing, light, balanced sweet not sugary with fresh passionfruit that you don't get tired of drinking. But one of the best part of visiting this store is the Tea Tasting experience which is free. You get a ticket with a number and wait until you are called. Danica was our "guide" and she really was knowledgeable about the tea and had a great presentation. Overall, the service, atmosphere, value, and quality of the tea is a good reason to stop here especially if you are new to bubble tea or tea in general. It's not snobby or pretentious so you can and should ask questions to learn more. Definitely try it if you're in the area. It gets busy but they do a great job of moving the line quickly.

Google
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Tea Experience! I had the pleasure of visiting 吃茶三千 and it was truly an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The menu had a great variety of teas, and I decided to try their 吃茶三千. It was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and with a rich, natural tea flavor. The boba was fresh and chewy, just the way I like it! The service was quick, and the staff even took the time to recommend drinks based on my preferences. The store was also clean and well-decorated, making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. I highly recommend this place to any tea lover! Can’t wait to come back and try more flavors.

Google
The best milk tea I've ever had; nothing else compares. Must have it when you come Vegas. Update: There was a promotion that you buy 4 drinks get 1 reusable free cup like the one with a decent cup carrier on pic 5. When we received our free cup there was no cup carrier and we asked the store they said it was because they ran out of the strap. They usually come with the strap but just n/a today! Feeling upset, so I hade to minus two stars

Yelp
Popped by Chicha San Chen for a quick boba fix on a hot summer day. I came by Saturday around 4:30 pm and it wasn't crowded at all. There was maybe 1-2 people in front of me in line, so I was able to order pretty quickly. I got the ding dong oolong tea latte with less ice and perfect sugar for $6.70. Got my drink in minutes. They're quick here! I've had the ding dong oolong tea before at other locations, so I knew what to expect and it tasted like what I remember. Creamy with a strong tea flavor, and even at perfect sugar, their drinks aren't that sweet!

Yelp
Chicha San Chen is famous for its high-quality tea, grown in Taiwan's mountains and harvested in spring, and the difference is clear with every sip -- it's refreshing, aromatic, and full of authentic tea flavor. One of the highlights is their tea tasting experience, where the staff lets you sample different teas while educating you on their unique characteristics -- a must for tea lovers. The only drawback is the weekend rush; it gets crowded, and you might have to wait in line outside. Still, if you're looking for a premium boba and tea experience, this place is worth every visit.

Yelp
The ordering process for a beverage involves five steps, which I chose as follows: Osmanthus Oolong Tea, with Mango, Taro Ball, No Sugar, and Less Ice. It was served with the layers separated, with instructions to stir it well. The beverage was excellent, and I look forward to returning to enjoy other combinations. I've never seen a tea shop like this in my life. The place is immaculate. Unlike the hurry of a place like Starbucks, laboratory perfection is paramount here. This requires patience to wait in line, place your order, then wait for your turn in the queue. The process is fully transparent, with state-of-the-art technology on full display. There are about half a dozen employees preparing the beverages like technicians with college degrees in chemistry. Located in Chinatown, it has that vibe with a diverse mix of admiring patrons. When I looked online, this is a global chain mostly in Asia, with locations across the U.S. This location is currently the only one in Nevada.

Yelp
We ordered the regular black milk tea (their most popular item per the workers) with boba and the cassian milk tea. We liked the cassian milk tea better - it had a deeper richer flavor whereas the regular black milk tea was a bit plain and I think too creamy (wished the tea ratio was stronger). We ordered less sweet for both which was perfect for us. The boba itself was really good - it was chewy and sweet. The interior decor was super clean and modern aesthetic and service was good and fast.

Yelp
Comparing Chicha San Chen locations are verg necessary for us so having tried Cupertino and San Gabriel. We got to try the Las Vegas one. Thankfully the line for this one was very short. It was a reasonable wait of 20 mins and I got a osmanthus jasmine tea with mango. The quality of the tea and taste is very consistent here so it is a 10/10 here for us.
google avatar

Yelp
The best boba and tea I've ever had hands down. Quality is as good as you can get it. I got the cassia black tea with boba. There is a richness to the mixture. The sweetness is not overbearing too. The ingredients they use are imported and everything is made right in front of you. They even had a tea tasting showcasing the different types of brewing they do. It went from midnight to morning with the levels increasing in caffeine and boldness. The workers were also kind and well informed about their subject. It's a classier and more reformed approach to boba and tea. Definitely worth the experience. Lighting inside is also brightly lit and we came in during a rainstorm too but that didn't stop us Thank you again to the great staff

Yelp
Service was really good! Drinks are super fresh and fragrant super delicious Long line but I think it's fine - better than the one in NYC hahah
google avatar

Yelp
My first time coming here after my friends all raving about it. The place smells like freshly brewed tea so you can tell it is quality. We did the free tea tasting which is a cool experience, but their AC wasn't working so it wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been. I ordered their oolong milk tea with taro balls- their taro balls are amazingggg, but unfortunately I felt that the milk tea tasted more like milk than tea to me. Might have just been my drink but it definitely tasted just like milk. I would come back to try a different drink for sure!

Yelp
Finally a Chi Cha San Chen in vegas! I have been to the 626 and Seattle locations and loved the quality of teas, so of course I was in line for the grand opening. The service is very friendly and always offering recommendations and explanations. The line can be long at times but the drink quality is worth it. Everything I've tried has been delicious but my favorites are the high mountain and lemon tart. If you have to go to one boba spot on Spring Mountain, this is the one.

Yelp
I wanted to try this place because of all the hype it's been getting and I wanted to see for myself. The interior is very modern and trendy. The white interior makes the place look brighter and the windows allows a lot of natural light to come through. I do like that the workstation has a glass in front of it so you can see everything that the workers are doing when preparing your drink. The workers were quick, efficient and very helpful. We did have to wait in line but at least it wasn't out the door. We were given a sample of a tea and I wish I remembered cause it was nice and refreshing. My niece tried the bubble volcano and I tried the creamy mango tart at the recommendation of our cashier. We both enjoyed our drinks. I will say it is on the pricier side for tea but this brand does pride themselves on quality ingredients so I do understand it. This place was fun to try and I am open to coming back.

Yelp
Chicha San Chen is the only boba shop I make it a point to visit whenever I'm in a city that has a location. They serve top class milk teas and I haven't found one yet that disappointed me. This location isn't nearly as busy as others. Popping in on a Tuesday afternoon, there was no line. Osmanthus Oolong Tea, Cream, Perfect Sweet, Light Ice w/ Boba ($7.95) - Good sweet flowery flavor with a bit of an astringent bite towards the aftertaste. It's exceptionally creamy, almost foamy, and has a good level of sweetness at perfect. The boba is a little on the firm side which affects the chew and bounce a bit. Still, they are smooth and have decent sweetness on the exterior. They do give a lot of boba for the drink - by the time I had finished all the liquid, I still had a couple of pearls left on the bottom. Milk Tea Rating: 5/5 Boba Rating: 4/5 This location has free tea tastings, but the station was closed when I visited. It's certainly something fun to do while waiting for a drink! The Las Vegas branch of Chicha San Chen continues the high quality as expected of the chain. This is the one boba shop that I will always visit when in Vegas. Bathrooms - Single unisex room that requires a code

Yelp
Such a charming spot! The tea here is lovely - so fresh and flavorful. You can really taste the quality and they offer tea tasting services if you'd like to sample more. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make it the perfect place to grab a drink treat to go..if you don't mind waiting. When we got there, there were a few people in front of us but as we waited for our order (about 10 minutes for two drinks), the line was quite long and running the length of the building outside the entry door. The person taking orders, Lloyd, was kind enough to offer his suggestions + top choices from the menu and a sample of the Osmanthus Oolong Tea too. We got the High Mountain Pouchong Tea with Lemon Juice and Grass Jelly. It was a refreshing drink with the perfect amount of sweetness. There are a lot of options on the menu, so I'll be back to try some new combinations! This place is must-visit if you love or have yet to try authentic Taiwanese tea!

Yelp
I've been here a handful of times now & always have a great experience! Service is friendly & space is open with some seating. My husband & I did the free tea tasting with Kelly, which was fun! They can do it for 4 people at a time & roughly takes about 15min. Kelly was sweet, informative & walked us through the different teas. I personally loved the Dawn, which is a deeper flavor. In terms of drinks, I really enjoy the cassia tea with cream & grass jelly. I also like their dong ding oolong latte with boba. Love that it's always brewed fresh. If you're looking for a fruity drink, I like the creamy mango tart. Definitely a go-to for quality tea in the Chinatown area!

Yelp
So, I guess I'm spoiled because my location of San Chen in Cupertino, Bay Area is way better than this location. This location, a few months new, is small, very hot inside (ac is turned off on an 87 degree day), and the lighting was slightly off. The staff isn't as friendly and they literally offer the free samples versus already having some out for grabs. No water cups for the public on display or for grabs, that we literally had to ask for some while we waited. The lines aren't that long, but it took forever to make one drink. I ordered the new cream tart, which actually isn't new because I've had it many times in the bay and must I say I was disappointed. The tea wasn't brewed as perfectly as the ones I drink at the Bay Area location, and there was so much ice! Watered down! And the menu is super limited! Not as many options approved at this location like in Cupertino! Bummer because I was really looking forward to trying my fave tea brand. Don't recommend this location unless they match the same quality and service as the Bay Area locations!

Yelp
The staff was so patient with me as I tried to figure out which drinks I want. I ended up getting myself a ding dong tea latte because it sounded fun. I added boba to it. I don't much care for the boba. I got the kiddos creamy mango tart drink. Was refreshing. I definitely like the vibe there. And being able to smell the different selection of their popular tea leaves was very cool.

Yelp
This place and their staff really went above and beyond for us. From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left. When we got there no one was there but when we left it was packed. The drinks are incredible if you love oolong tea. It all tastes fresh and it's real tea and ingredients, not a premade mix. The drinks also come with a complementary tea tasting, so definitely ask about that if you love tea. The place itself is so cute. Plenty of spots to stage photos of your drink, however it still felt comfortable enough to chill there for a while. My husband described the decor as "Modern but not too modern, with a vintage influence". My friend said they would give it only 4 out of 5 stars due to the price, but I think you have to take in consideration the machines needed to run this sort of shop, the training of their staff, and the freshness of ingredients. So I would still give it 5 out of 5 stars; although I would definitely love a larger size option!

Yelp
I want to drink the whole menu. Where can I get a taste of it all?? I finally was able to make it to this place! I was waiting for the hype to die down so I don't have to wait outside in line! The lines are better now ladies and gentlemen! Everything in the menu sounds amazing! I went with a popular one- mango green tea with konjac. I had mine with less ice and less sweet. It was perfection! Sooo good! The konjac was like white boba. It went well with my green tea. Boba just clear. Cooked perfectly. I have to come back to try the lemon tart one!! Tea was fresh!! Service was great. Staff was friendly but there is a wait though! Ambiance is chill. Get your tea and go! They have a tea sampling area but didn't get to do it:(
google avatar

Rewina T.

Yelp
Expect a line when you come in here. I came around evening time, 5-6pm on a Saturday, and the line was almost out the door! Thankfully the staff was pretty quick, so we didn't have to wait long. The inside is pretty bright with white lights, but the store itself is pretty small, can get extremely crowded and confusing on where to line up if people start to push. Once I and my friend got to the register, the staff asked if we wanted to try the osmanthus tea with cream. We both got a sample, and it was pretty good! Though I already came here with a game plan, I would definitely get that the next time I come here. My friend ordered the high mountain tea with orange added. And I got the cassia black tea with cream and taro balls. They also had a tea-tasting service to try, but there were already 3 people ahead of us, so we decided to try that next time, as it takes a while to finish. Once we got our drink, they asked if we wanted a free carrier, which was really cute but not needed at the moment. My friend thought the orange was too much in her tea, it tasted more like orange juice than anything, so be careful if you want to add that to your drink. The cassia black tea with cream was good! The taro balls were nice and chewy. The venue was extremely clean as well, though the parking here is very small and kinda hard for some to navigatejust be careful when you come in here around night time.
google avatar

Yelp
Very pretty tea production place where you can witness the process of how your tea is made. It almost felt like a mini tea making museum. I felt like there was more staff than customers. It's a very clean place and price seem little higher than other places. But tea tasted fresh and good.

Yelp
Refreshing beverage in Las Vegas, Nevada... My niece saw the sign for Chicha San Chen and asked to go here. She raved about this tea establishment that originated in Taiwan. She said she had some in Dallas twice and once in Houston, someone brought a cup for her. Because my niece hardly ever asks for anything, I wanted to make her wish come true. I drove to this Chinatown location after dinner. We were really shocked at the long line out the door. However, i was determined to achieve our goal. We had found a space in the crowded lot already and we don't have this tea company in Hawaii yet. She eventually agreed to stand in line. The two gals taking orders were very patient, helpful, and efficient! There were many workers making drinks, so the wait wasn't as long as we expected. My niece got a boba milk tea while my sister and I got the green tea with real passion fruit in it! I got mine half sweet with less ice and it was great! I hope this company finds it's way to Honolulu. I think it will be successful! I liked the way they showed the research findings (about tea) on their walls!
google avatar

Lulu L.

Yelp
They made fresh tea! Employees who work there are so polite, they always make customers welcome! I recommend this place for tea because it is fresh made! Moreover, it is well managed! Really professional!
google avatar

Sharon K.

Yelp
Friendly customer service! There was no wait when my party arrived. I've been to their other locations in California, and this one has the same quality! The tea is freshly brewed! I enjoy the fruit tea and boba milk tea! There is indoor seating and place to hangout. There is small parking lot.
google avatar

Phuong Dung N.

Yelp
Overrated tea in my opinion. I got the jasmine milk tea and the tea was not strong enough, jasmine flavor is not noticeable. Staff was nice and friendly but cant compensate for the quality of the drink I got. Wont be back.
google avatar

Rachel W.

Yelp
I'm not sure about this consistent opinion I have of the west USA recipes but there's this strange too-strong dairy taste compared to the NY stores.
google avatar

Amanda Y.

Yelp
I've been to the Chicha San Chen in Los Angeles County so I know that I love the milk tea here! Visiting this Las Vegas location is exciting, since it is bigger and they even have a complimentary tea tasting station! It is very thorough and knowledgable, and I really enjoyed taking part in it! I highly recommend doing the tasting!! The drinks here are just as delicious and great quality as the one in LA. Service is friendly and the atmosphere inside is chill and the smell of freshly brewed tea filling the air is soo good inside. I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Pauline T.

Yelp
First time at this location and it's really pretty. They have a tea tasting station and I think that's amazing. Brandon is so knowledgeable so we learned a lot about the different tea they offer. I love the decor that they have on the wall. Drinks we ordered: Dong sing oolong tea Bubble volcano High mountain oolong with passion fruit Orange high mountain punchong tea Green tea latte with taro ball Drinks were delicious and refreshing. It didn't take long to order and to get our drinks.
google avatar

James L.

Yelp
Chicha San Chen in Cupertino is one of my favorite milk tea shops, so I was excited to see one in Vegas during my trip. The menu looks a bit different but the vibes and service are consistent with what I'm used to. Walker in a to a friendly and clean shop. The cashier was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had about the menu. Drinks were as good as at home. Loved it and will be back whenever I'm in town.
google avatar

Ebony R.

Yelp
Saw this place and had to try! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by their chant, and offered a complimentary sample which I politely turned down since it had dairy. I tried the Green Tea Latte with Taro balls. The taro was very fresh and wasn't the artificial taro a lot of places use. The tea is also sooo fresh. Hands down the freshest green tea I have ever had. They have really good quality ingredients. I loved that you can sub oat milk with any of the orders. I got here as soon as they opened up at 11 and was the first to order. Not even a few minutes later there were like 15 people in line! This place really does get packed fast and for good reason! The inside is really cute with seating available. The parking lot is fairly small so parking can get tight depending on when you come. Will definitely be back when I'm on this side!
google avatar

Krystal B.

Yelp
Came here around 11am on a Thursday morning when they opened! Ample amount of parking within the packed plaza. Upon entering you're greeted with a clean and classic interior (white and brown, tan and wood accents). I'm glad to see that they have some popular options in addition to the menu for those who are unsure of what to order or what is most ordered for their first time. The lady at the front was helpful and patient as we ordered a plethora of different drinks to try as well as some to gift to my mom. I always enjoy when you can customize ice and sugar levels as well. The drinks: Wow. The tea is so well steeped/brewed and the flavors are delicate, yet bold. I love that the drinks we ordered were not too sweet, even those that we did not manipulate with less sugar. The green tea latte with taro balls (less sugar, less ice), was refreshing and I had never had taro balls before. They were soft, warm, and fresh! Probably now one of my favorite toppings. The creamy mango tart was just the right amount of sweetness, again not overly sweet, as this particular drink does not allow for changes in sugar level. We were told they have their particular ingredients and levels and they were absolutely right that it is perfect! I cannot wait to come back to try the rest of the drinks! They are delicious, and beautifully aesthetic.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is very refreshing. So new and so clean inside. The lighting is beautiful in here. They have lots of options for tea. The employees were very attentive and greeted us when we walked in. I can't wait to try the drinks that they made us. The sample we got was the CAS + Cream tea & it was delicious!

Yelp
I first tried Chicha San Chen in its San Gabriel location. The line was overflowing out the door and the service was subpar. My husband and I didn't understand the craze especially with the crazy prices. However our experience at this one was fantastic. It helped that it wasn't insanely busy when we arrived. Service was friendly and informative since there was no rush. We got to sample the osmanthus oolong with mango and it was so good it convinced us to get it. We wound up getting the osmanthus oolong with mango and coconut jelly and black tea with oat milk and taro balls. Both drinks were so good. You could really taste the high quality flavor of the tea. I loved the taste and texture of the taro balls. That was unique. I will be getting that more than boba balls. You can adjust the level of sweetness and ice for your drinks. We also did the sample taste testing of tea leaves ranging from dawn to midnight roasts. It was fun and interesting. We will come back.

Yelp
Decided to stop by here since everyone has been raving about it and since it was really close from dinner. The place itself is very clean and minimalistic, so I appreciate the aesthetic! Staff was super friendly and offered a sample of their black tea with cream with was really good, we actually got a drink of it. The menu itself is kinda confusing to understand at first but once you look at it for a minute you understand it. They have a popular menu which helped make a decision easier instead of creating your own. Their green tea with passion fruit was super delicious and refreshing makes me excited for warmer weather. The place can get busy, arrived with only 2 people in the store and after ordering a whole crowd came in. There is a promotion of buy 4 drinks get a cute cup for free.

Yelp
An upscale boba chain found in a lot of cities, but this one in comparison is a little bit cheaper than the ones I visited in Bellevue, WA etc. Do note they advertise a lower base price and they nickel and dime you to a $7-8 drink but it comes nowhere to other Chichas where I dropped close to $10 after tax for a drink. We got the oolong mango tea with konjac and it was refreshing and the konjac had a nice texture and consistency like crystal boba. Line was a bit long but expected for a popular boba spot.

Yelp
Bringing family to visit, it's so great and delicious! Highly recommend the honey lemon!

Yelp
My family and I were excited to visit Chicago San Chen in Vegas! We initially discovered them in Berkeley CA and was very impressed with their quality of beverages and tea tasting experience. Vegas' Chicha San Chen is a smaller branch compared to Berkeley's. But their beverage preparation is consistent in both locations! Excellent classics milk tea bobas made to perfection. My only complaint is their limited parking and dining area. They should consider expanding their space to include more lounge area for guests.

Yelp
I have been waiting for legit months for this highly anticipated boba shop to open haha. It isn't technically a Michelin star store, but it does have an award from the International Taste Institute for their tea, which is crazy. Because of their tea quality, I like to say that is why their drinks are at a higher price range. I love this store's workers as they're super friendly and knowledgable about their teas, which I appreciate since I had questions about the loose leaf teas they had for sale. Now for the drinks and boba. I have been here multiple times to try all the tea bases, and the basic green tea is my favorite. It is super clear without too much of an earthy aftertaste. My favorite is the green tea with cream! This boba's texture is my favorite in the US. It also has an actual sweet taste to it, since some places the boba is just a tasteless add-on and not apart of the drink experience. I would love to come here as my daily boba drink, but I will save it for special occasions to not break my bank haha.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to grab fresh brewed tea!! Lots of options and you can customize your order.

Yelp
The hype around this place is real. Tea is fresh and delicious, and toppings are great as well. This is a must-visit spot!

This came out of nowhere for its opening! I had more high hopes for this place but unfortunately, I can't say I especially love this but I do like it so far. I'd definitely come grab 2 drinks if I'm in the area. The tea taste is quite subtle so I'm hoping the taste might get improved a bit in the future. It's definitely more milk than tea tasting. I've tried the classic fruit tea and creamy mango tart since my sis got them but I knew I wouldn't like them so I'll stick to my tried-and-true milk teas. I ultimately prefer drinking milk teas so my preference is either the green milk tea or the dongding oolong tea. The one thing I am currently absolutely loving are the taro balls!!! At least one of the 2 drinks will now always have taro balls. I've been trying to get email receipts but one of the cashier keeps blocking me from entering in the email address in time each time -- I just want it for future reference.. sighs. Please.

Yelp
Honestly, I'm sad that LaPostte is gone, but this place served good tea. It's just aesthetically-pleasing esp with the little cup holder. I've enjoyed the teas I've tried during my ties here. As for ambiance, it's really bright and clean. It's more of a quick-social, grabngo place. Not really a place to sit and relax in as it can get loud.

Yelp
Hallelujah for finally having a Las Vegas location! We've attempted to try this place at multiple other locations and it was a nightmare/we couldn't. Went for grand opening which was about a 40 min wait, but went on other days and it was less than 15 mins. Pretty straight forward menu and the service was quick and nice. We've tried their honey osmanthus oolonog tea, dong ding oolong tea latte, creamy mango tart, and orange high mountain pouchong tea. We loved the tea flavor in all of them and tea taste was forward compared to other boba spots. The orange high mountain though was a little disappointing since it tasted mostly like a watered OJ. Place was clean and minimal. The parking outside is pretty limited so we can see that being an issue (maybe good to find additional parking in the plaza next door and walk over). We would definitely come back though and say it's in our top favorites along with Brew Tea Bar and Sunright Tea Studio!

Yelp
Went twice during our trip. Got the mango tart minus mousse and cassia black with cream. Lovely mango flavor but oolong tea not there. Cassia milk tea was lovely. No issues with service.

Yelp
I was ecstatic to find out that Chi Cha San Chen opened up a location in the valley! I was surprised that there was barely any news of it until they soft opened. I first tried them during a SoCal trip and I loved their tea quality! During their grand opening, we didn't have any plans so I grabbed my husband to go with me. The total amount of time that we waited in line and for our drinks was about 40 minutes. 26 of those minutes were waiting in line to order drinks while the rest was waiting for our drinks to be made. And in actuality, our drinks sat on the counter for a good 5+ minutes before we went up to ask for them. Anyways, I decided to get their Osmanthus Oolong Tea with passion fruit and boba at less sweet while my husband got their Creamy Mango Tart. Since the Creamy Mango Tart is one of their specialty drinks, we couldn't make any adjustment to the sweetness, which was fine. The osmanthus with passion fruit was way sweeter than the creamy mango tart even though I got it at less sweet. It was so sweet that I could not taste the tea flavor at all. I do like that they use real fruit for their fruit teas and I do like the texture of their boba. My husband's creamy mango tart drink was pretty good. The mango flavor was delicious but like my drink, I could not taste any tea flavor to it. Even though they said the drink was sweet, I didn't feel that it was too sweet. This was a completely different experience from when I went to their SoCal location. The drink I got at their SoCal location was also less sweet but the tea flavor was phenomenal in it and broke through any and all sweetness to it. Since this location is still new, they are probably still working out kinks. I'll eventually give them another go later and hope that their tea flavor will shine better.

Yelp
Definitely my favorite spot in Vegas for boba. Received a pleasant gentle and formal greeting by the staff. It's the spa of boba shops-- therapeutic & relaxing atmosphere. Received a sample of one of their teas & smell a variety of their tea leaves. Very quality-tea, clean place. I loveee all the details of the store, from the interior design, thoughtful minimalistic decor, staff uniforms, packaging, drinks??? It was definitely an experience. Elegant, classy, quality-tea, thoughtful. Make sure you listen to when they explain their menu & options. I had a mix up with my order because I thought the tea selection came with milk already (my mistake) so it went over my head to pick the option "creamy" but Jenny & staff were kind enough to make me a new one. They definitely set the bar high. Great job

Yelp
Happy they opened one in Vegas, for my pre-edc boba runs! Ordered these 4x drinks to sample a variety of their menu!

Yelp
Came on a Sunday afternoon and thankfully I was able to find parking, as Chicha San Chen shares parking with some popular restaurants in the same plaza. This place can get busy, as I noticed a line of people behind me after I placed my order. The inside is bright, clean, and smells good. They have a TV screen that rotates the items on their signature menu, and so many drink options! You can even customize your drink starting from the type of tea and the flavoring added. At my first visit, the staff was friendly and let me try a samply of their High Mountain Pouchong Tea, which was sweet and refreshing. I ended up ordering the High Mountain Pouchong Tea with Orange, less sweet, less ice, with boba and the Dong Ding Tea Latte, less sweet, less ice, with bob (for husband). The High Mountain Pouchong Tea, at less sweetness, was still sweet but it very good! The orange flavor tasted light and paired well with the Pouchong tea leaves. The boba was also perfectly cooked, and it made the bottom of the drinks warm. My husband thought his Dong Ding Tea Latte was good, not too sweet and had a unique milky tea flavor. It was cool to see the staff extracting the essence from the tea leaves using a special machine; you know how fresh the tea is! The inside has seating, but I imagine they can get busy. With the amount of seating and noise level, this is not a place where you can sit and study/read for long periods of time. They also offer tea tasting during certain times of the week, and they have their own merch on one wall (loose leaf teas, cups, infusers). Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Chicha San Chen for authentic tea!

Yelp
Chicha San Chen is a well-known boba spot with a sleek and inviting interior. I visited on a Saturday evening while the line stretched out the door, it moved fairly quickly. The shop itself isn't large, so not many people can sit inside, but the service was efficient given the crowd. The drinks are on the pricier side, and I'd say the quality caters more to sophisticated tea enthusiasts who truly appreciate the craft. While I enjoyed my experience, I'm more likely to stick with my favorite boba spot, Brew Tea Bar, where they also focus on high-quality tea but better match my personal taste.

Yelp
I had heard great things about this place from some of my bay area friends so I was stoked when they finally opened a location here in Vegas. If you're a fruit tea lover, this place is a must-visit! I tried the Creamy Mango Tart and the Orange High Mountain Puchong Tea, and both were absolutely amazing (can't even pick a favorite). The flavors are fresh, vibrant, and well-balanced--just the right sweetness. While it can get busy (and loud), the wait time is totally reasonable, and the staff keeps things moving efficiently. All tables were busy when I was there on a Monday around 4pm. The only downside is parking, which can be a bit tricky, but it's well worth the effort. If you're in the area and craving high-quality fruit tea, this spot should be at the top of your list! (Or anyone that's a tea/boba lover), just WOW!

Yelp
New coffee and tea spot! This place opened just about 3 days ago and the hype is real! Waited in a line that was going out the door - about 40 min from waiting to receiving our order. Victoria, our counter server, was polite and even offered us samples of one of their tea options! Overall 9/10- Space is very small with limited seating and table space, as expected for a shop of this nature. The tea options are unique and refreshing. A pleasant experience.
