Chiang Mai Thai Kitchen

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Chiang Mai Thai Kitchen in Etobicoke, and it was an absolute hit! We went for lunch, and although the place was busy, our table was ready thanks to our reservation. We started with the chicken dumplings, which were flavourful and delicious. For mains, we had the surf and turf and the lobster pineapple fried rice—both dishes were packed with authentic flavour and cooked to perfection. We also ordered from the kids’ menu for our son and got him the beef pad Thai. He loved it, and the portion size was generous. To make the day extra special, the staff surprised us with vanilla ice cream and sang happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful touch! Overall, the food was fantastic, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere made it a great spot to celebrate. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine—we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent Thai restaurant for Thai-cuisine lovers. I’ve tried several dishes here and have been satisfied almost every time. The food is always beautifully presented, and the prices are reasonable for the quality, location, and overall layout of the restaurant. The staff is professional, very polite, and the service is fast. Highly recommend!

The last time I was here, the food was amazing. So for my mom’s birthday, I suggested we celebrate it here this year. And wow, everything was even better than before! I was so impressed. Mom absolutely loved everything we ordered and couldn’t stop saying how delicious it all was. Special thanks to Osmar, our wonderful server, who went above and beyond to make her birthday extra special. All of his recommendations were just as great as he said they’d be. And to Gwyneth as well for checking and making sure everything's great. We’ll def be back!

We went to Chiang Mai in Etobicoke last night to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was truly such a delightful and memorable experience! The service provided by Irene was phenomenal, and we felt so welcomed. The birthday celebration was also so well done, with Irene singing for my mom as well. The food was FANTASTIC. I’ve been here before at the Liberty location, but it was a first for my family, and everyone loved it. We love Thai food and this may just be our all-time favourite place from now on. We ordered the following: Crispy fish Green chicken curry Malay shrimp curry Chicken pad thai Pineapple fried rice Shrimp+chicken basil fried rice Dulce de leche cheesecake The flavours come together so well, I highly recommend trying the coconut rice with the curries, as well as the pad thai. Spice was incredible as well. Thank you so much Chiang Mai for making my mom’s celebration so special!

We had amazing one year wedding anniversary at our favourite Thai restaurant. Our server Irene was really nice helping us decided on what to get on the menu. We had thai iced tea, malay bread, shrimp Islamic noodles and Khao surf and turf. Food was amazing. They even surprise us with an anniversary desert which was very nice of them. Overall, great place to go to for good food and for special occasions.

We came to this location on a recommendation of a friend and we are so glad to follow it. The food was delicious, freshly prepared and very nicely presented. The service was excellent. Our waiter Anh was so friendly, he explained the menu patiently. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Bottom line, a nice place worth to try again and again.

Authentic Thai food that tastes better than anything else. And the service was top notch. I recommend reservations ahead. Food was freshly made and beyond my expectations. I loved the calamari, papaya salad and pineapple fried rice we ordered. Great place to hang out with friends and family. The only problem I dealt with is the parking for my car. Really hard to find.

We had a good dinner here- reservations are a must, and parking is limited, so plan ahead. The food was delicious, and service was attentive and friendly. We arrived around 8PM and were bummed that some popular menu items had already sold out for the night, but what we did order hit the spot. The only downside was the rowdy group of 8-10 ladies next to us celebrating a birthday! They were super loud and a very unruly for long 90 minutes, making it tough to chat for everyone. Management didn't try to tone them down. Overall, though, we may come back for the eats and vibe.
