We have our Christmas eve dinner here. The food is excellent. Service is beyond expectation. Highly recommend this Michelin restaurant.

Nice refined hokkien dishes. Especially like the pig trotter jelly, steam bamboo shoot with yunnan ham and chicken oil, red mushroom with tofu soup, crab roe rice and grilled eel.

This restaurant used to be my favorite in Xiamen. During my time there, I practically dined here every day. However, after the head chef left, the taste steadily declined.

第一次食閩南菜，仲要拎埋黑珍珠同米芝蓮，正到爆💓 膏蟹炆飯好濃郁，例牌都好大份😚～安格斯牛肉就好特別，一味三食🐮 記得食完要拎埋伴手禮呀🥰🥰

驚人好吃😋 必點：醃漬番茄、排骨湯每一道都超精緻，連檸檬蜂蜜水都好好喝，我個人覺得龍蝦螃蟹都還好，畢竟真的很難吃到一整塊肉，但是除了難以處理的海鮮外，每一道都無雷，安心點下去！

미쉐린 치고는 평범한 맛. 대단한건 없지만 그래도 만족하며 먹었습니다. 음식 서빙이 좀 늦고, 사람이 많으면 시끄럽 습니다. (룸에서 식사를 했는데 문을 잘 안 닫어 주더라고요)
