Didn’t see any Michael Jordan jerseys for sale at this Sports store in Chicago. Peculiar. When I asked the cashier about it he said “you have to go to the stadium.” Ok, so I responded “yall got sold out?” assuming that’s what happened and he just repeated “you have to go to the stadium.” So I responded in his same dismissive tone “ok, I will have to go to the stadium.” Pardon me for assuming a sports store in Chicago had Michael Jordan jerseys for sale. Cashier just had to sass me and act like I’m the crazy one. Just a simple question bro no need for the sass. Not a single other soul in the store at the time too so it’s not like bro was busy. My advice is to realize that many people are visiting here from out of town, so try to treat them with respect and good customer service because people DO have time while on vacation to write lengthy reviews if motivated enough. To the cashier bro, sorry I had to write this review but I simply wanted to match your energy. Stupid games stupid prizes. Learn basic customer service, sassy boy.

I was in the store(on Michigan Ave across from hockey store) 7/29 at 2:36 pm. There is a bin of poppers FOR SALE. A small child popped one popper, one time and the lady at the register 1. Yelled loudly "don't pop the poppers" 2. Looked at her coworker with a face that could literally only convey disdain and that someone would have to be an idiot to pop a popper that is not only for sale, but down at a child's level. She had yelled so loud that literally everyone in the store turned and saw her looking at them like that. The parent of that child immediately got his entire family and left. My child and I were considering buying a $100 Bulls sweatshirt and immediately put it down and walked to another store to spend our money. I hope you look into who was working and make them aware this is unacceptable behavior. That kid did nothing wrong but if it were my tender child, it would have ruined his trip.

Great store for sports jerseys and other souvenirs! Friendly staff. The store has two floors, with the second floor being the women's section.

Went into the store to look for a specific hat today. The "customer service" at the door and at the checkout counter could've been way better. I mean, at least Acknowledge ALL your customers. Especially those spending over 60$ on hats. Its a good thing they had the hat I was looking for because I seriously considered buying it somewhere else.

This location had multiple options (e.g., styles, sizes, and color combinations) that we were able to get for the sporting events!

I visited from Scotland & when returning home there was an error with the size of an item I purchased. I contacted them via the webform and received a personal response within hours. Came in again to purchase St.Patrick's Day bling.And sure enough THEY HAD PLENTY.Planning a group kayaking trip with about 50 other paddlers.Came here to buy my bling because I ALREADY KNEW they would have it.And I was right(as usual). Cant wait to paddle on the Chicago river on St.Patrick's!!! Come thru!!!

Cool shop with apparel for all Chicago sports teams. Huge selection. Reasonable prices.

Stopped in here for some souvenirs. Found exactly what I wanted, some Chicago t-shirts and the price could not be beat, only $10.95. Good quality. The store has all sorts of other stuff on its two floors. The owner/manager is a bit gruff but hey it's a big city. I would return to buy more stuff.

For Chicago sports fans this is a great place to pick up all kinds of logo items - Bears jerseys, Sox caps, Bulls T-shirts, or Cub pennants (for the wall - not the one that really counts!). Staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable.

I wanted a cubs sweatshirt and came in with my two friends. The woman working the floor was extremely rude - making comments as we were speaking amongst ourselves. Also we were followed around the store, which felt like blatant racial profiling.

I am really impressed with how Chicago Sports handled an issue I had with a shirt I purchased. I bought a cubs shirt and the first time I wore it two people pointed out a small hole in the sleeve that I hadn't noticed before. I had been on vacation in Chicago when I bought the shirt and didn't have a chance to return it before heading back home. I called them and they sent me a brand new shirt along with packaging for me to return the old shirt to them. Thank you for fixing my issue!

I was at first hesitant to go here. I thought it would be a small, outdated store with jacked up prices for Chicago sports wear...especially since it's on Michigan and Wacker. I was so wrong! The store is very clean and is 2 floors. I walked in and asked where women's was (totally missing the huge sign pointing upstairs). The security guard pointed me upstairs. Once I got up there they had a ton of options for women. I was looking for a Bulls shirt and found so many I liked but finally settled on just one and swore I'd be back for more. They do have a fitting room... yes it's basically a large closet with a mirror but it has a chair, a door, lighting and a mirror so that's really all I needed. I was suprised at how reasonable the prices were too. Most items I liked/tried on were under $30. Everyone I encountered was very nice and courteous. I will definitely be back here for all my Chicago sporting needs in the future. I would recommend stopping here before anywhere else. Great selection, prices and people.

The selection is just ok and the service is horrible. I asked for women's Bears and Hawks stuff when I walked in and the women said "Upstairs" and pointed at the other employee. The other employee took me upstairs and then sulked. I was struggling to reach a shirt hanging on one of the high racks and she just sat there sulking. I wanted to say "Don't worry, I'll get it, I'm freakishly tall and have monkey arms. You just sit there and sulk" but instead I was polite. Then I asked "is there a fitting room" and she pointed to the closet that had a curtain over it, a desk lamp sitting on the floor, a chair, and no hooks or anything. I had a lot of trouble keeping my coat, shirt, the shirts I wanted to try on, and my purse on the chair while changing. By the end I gave up and didn't pick up the shirts when they fell to the floor. I really didn't want to give them my money, but I found a shirt I liked and I've been having trouble finding a Bears shirt that I really liked. So I begrudgingly gave them my business. That will be the last time though. On my way out the bouncer looking guy was standing outside the store in front of the door. I opened the door, he stood there. I said "'scuse me", he stood there. I said "Excuse Me!" a little louder, he stood there. I said "EXCUSE ME!" louder, he looked at me, moved over two inches, then stood there. I literally had to squeeze around him.

Excellent selection and prices. A little too much cub crap vs. Sox gear, but plenty of deals to make it worth it. These guys operate the Merchandise trucks outside Sox games, so if you cant find it at the game, they have it. Home of the $5 ex sox players tshirts.

Great selection of Chicago sports merchandise and good prices on everything (definitely better than at the park or stadiums). Happy I stopped in on my visit to Chicago! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good souvenir.

Got exactly what i needed for myself and to bring home to others during my baseball visit to the Windy City. Will be back!

There are 3 locations for this store. Two are on Michigan avenue (The one closer to the hawks store is 2 stories and has a vast array of team gear) and the other is at Navy Pier. I am always pleasantly suprised when I visit their locations because the apparel is always top notch without trying to burn a whole in your wallet. I would like to see more of their website updated, but overall I always suggest people visit this store.

Somewhat conveniently located on one of the darker streets of downtown, this place is not to be missed for sports fans. T-shirts, caps and towels are sold at very reasonable prices. And best of all? Everything here concerns the Bulls, the Bears, the Sox and the Cubs. So if you couldn't see them live, buy a souvenir here and tell your friends in Boise that you did.

When your store closes at 8PM, you need to allow people to shop until 8PM. We knew exactly what we wanted and it was 7:53PM and the girl working said we couldn't come in to purchase. She "had a lot of clean up to do." Give me a break. Worst last of customer service we've experienced on an otherwise awesome first day in Chicago. Too bad my sweet nephew won't have his Cubs shirt to wear to the game tomorrow.

Great selection of shirts, prices aren't crazy. Picked up a couple of shirts from there, and would go back in the future.

Pretty good/great selection, lots of stuff shoved on the walls so you have to browse for a while before finding anything. Prices are reasonable, much better then stadiums/arenas. I knocked off a star because of the poor Bears selection. I know it's off season, but the Bears are one of the most popular teams in America and they were carrying ONE style adult men's Bears t-shirt! And judging by the Bulls selection (if you are looking for a Taj Gibson shirt, this is your place!), I'm sure the variety of Bears stuff is outstanding when the season comes around!

Went in for one thing and walked out with a ton of stuff! Great selection and reasonable! The staff was great, helped by sales associate Colleen (?) and she was totally honest about what would look good on me....I appreciate honesty! Will definitely be back!
