Chicago Williams BBQ

The specialty of this small but very efficient restaurant is brisket. The service was very fast, the waiter was very pleasant and patient to our requests. The brisket itself was very test, soft, juicy. Two slices of this beef good portion for dinner. The crispy French fries were added value by side salad. We were doubt to find such an interesting and crowded place close to Kudam, on the small side street.

We had a reservation for a busy Sat night, and ended up sitting at the bar, which most probably had more space than the standard tables. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was amazing especially the brisket. Staff worked really hard and well as a team. Will certainly return in the future.

Friendly staff and we were served super quickly. The food was amazing — we tried the Meat Platters (beef brisket, ribs, smoked turkey, BBQ chicken half bird, pulled pork, and beef & cheese sausages) plus the Philly cheesesteak. For starters we had beef bites and french fries, and everything was really tasty and delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

Just off Kudamm in the heart of the shopping district. This restaurant sits amongst a long list of competition encompassing just about every country you can imagine. Even with all this competition, this place has found a very viable and attractive alternative to the normal fare on offer. Chicago Williams offers a small but well thought out menu which happens to include two of my particular favourites from the US. The classic BBQ Spare Ribs and the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich are truly worthy of high praise indeed. The sides on offer are also worth noting. The mash and gravy and the mac/cheese perfect in accompanying the mains. Drink selection in abundance, fantastic staff and a lively atmosphere make this an easy 5* recommendation. One thing to note, as it can bother some is that the staff are very attentive and your glass tends to be refilled more often than I have every seen anywhere in Berlin (or Germany for that matter). This type of friendly/attentive service is very deliberate as its more in keeping with the US than Europe and this restaurant is very much pushing that theme.

Unforgettable BBQ experience – all thanks to my cousin who recommended this place! Came to Chicago Williams BBQ on a cousin’s tip, and honestly? Blown away. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was chill, the music hit just right, and the smell of smoked meat told me I was in for something special. The highlight? Mario. Absolute legend. Friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made us feel right at home and even gave us great recommendations. You can tell the team here loves what they’re doing. The food? Just wow. Juicy ribs, tender pulled pork, killer mac & cheese, and that cornbread? I’m still thinking about it. If you’re in Berlin and even slightly into BBQ, do not miss this place. Huge thanks to Mario and the team — I’ll be back, and I’m bringing friends.

Extraordinary experience, top quality service and top quality food. 6 people showed up, no reservations, no problem. A busy night but still got good vibes and good service. Waiting 20 minutes for the table and were offered drinks while waiting. Fast service and incredibly good food. No doubt, 5 stars in every box. Thank you guys, I'll be back!!

Loved this place. Great food and good service. We had a sharing plater, and the food was tasty and lots of it. It's a pretty busy place, but we got a seat with no issues. If you are a meat fan then you have to go here.
