Yelp
I was at home the entire day working on organizing my closet. Although I was hungry, I did not have a stopping point. "Chicago's Pizza" was one of many places that showed up on Yelp with the key words "pizza delivery."
Instead having the food delivered to our residence, I placed an order for pickup to save the delivery fee. "Chicago's Pizza" has a large menu. Other than thin-crusted, stuffed, and gourmet pizza, they have appetizers, sandwiches, salads, soups, pasta, and even dessert. I kept things simple by getting two (2) small, 10-inch supreme thin-crusted and pesto lover, along with the veggie combo (breaded mushrooms, zucchini, and broccoli).
Our order was ready in approximately fifteen (15) minutes. Hubby left the house and headed over to the location a few minutes after the order was sent and confirmed. He was able to pick it up immediately after he got there.
The veggie combo was pretty decent, and the supreme thin-crusted met the expectation. However, the "pesto lover" gourmet pizza was unique and tasty, featuring pesto sauce "embedded" between the dough and large pieces of shrimp laying on top. The total was $43 and some change, with a plenty of leftovers for either breakfast the next day or dinner after work.
The "gourmet pizza" category might be their forte, and a menu and some coupons and meal deals that can be used when ordering on their website were thrown in the bag. I guess these gave us the incentive to patronize "Chicago's Pizza" again.
