"Martin Flores immigrated to America from Mexico when he was 16 years old with the dream of opening a restaurant. He founded Chicago’s Pizza, what he calls the “American dream pizzeria,” in 1991 and has expanded to three locations throughout Chicago, which are run by Martin’s children and nephew.
