"I noticed a Taiwan-founded bubble tea chain has opened its first Oregon location at Cedar Hills Crossing in Beaverton, serving freshly brewed tea drinks with toppings such as konjac and taro balls; it opened on September 6." - Janey Wong

So good!! Tried the bubble milk tea and the creamy lemon tart and both were delicious. You can really taste the freshly brewed tea. There are so many drink options that I’ll definitely have to come back to try more. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything here. Highly recommend! 🧋✨

I had the taro milk tea and really enjoyed it. The bobas were fresh and chewy, and the drink itself was delicious. The space was clean and nicely set up, which made the experience even better. I do agree with other reviewers though about the fact that the menu is pretty strict and there is little room to customize your drink — I was hoping I could add foam to my tea which wasn’t possible. I know this place focuses on tea (and does it really well), but I wished there were a few pastry or snack options to go with the drinks. That would make it more inviting to stay a little longer. I also loved that they offered samples to tried from, it’s a fun way to explore new flavors. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying a different tea! 🍵

Tea based drinks. Tons of options. I find it very hard to decide what to take. There's a digital kiosk to help going through the list of options and for ordering but it wants your phone number and name even before it lets you scroll through the options. I wish this was done better.

As a bubble tea connoisseur, I never set my expectations too high when trying a new spot—but this place pleasantly surprised me! Located in Cedar Hills Mall, right next to Powell’s Bookstore, it boasts excellent cleanliness and friendly customer service. The flavors were impressive, and the boba had the perfect texture. While navigating the menu was a bit tricky, I appreciated the variety of options. Since I prefer my bubble tea less sweet and enjoy mixing flavors, I was delighted by how it was served—in a super cute hanging-style basket! The atmosphere was chic and slightly bougie, making it an enjoyable experience overall. I have gone back to treat my staff!

Great milk tea. The space is very bright and spacious. No decaf tea options but very helpful staff. We didn’t get our whole order fulfilled (no grass jelly and didn’t want any sweetener) but the tea was good. Great spot for large groups and very fast service.

CHICHA is located in the heart of cedar hills and is a place I have been meaning to check out on the recommendation of my friends. It has a very modern vibe with phenomenal interior lighting and a clean design. The menu is simple yet customisable at the same time. You can adjust both your sweetness and ice levels. The staff is very friendly and even offers free samples when you’re checking out. It seems that it recently opened which is why service is a bit slow - the line is out the door and they’re working on efficiency for getting your order to you. I tried the regular milk tea as well as the volcano. I personally preferred the volcano as the milk tea seemed slightly bitter even at normal sweetness levels. The boba was very fresh soft and chewy. Pricing is certainly on the higher side $6-7 for a single drink. Overall, highly recommend the new spot on the block. I will definitely return to try new flavors.

Delicious boba and flavors!!! Very unique offerings including taro balls. They packed the To Go bag so well and securely. The place is super cute, too. I would definitely go back.

I got the oolong tea with coconut jelly and passion fruit syrup, I asked for half ice and half sweet but it was still full of ice and pretty sweet for my taste , best time I’ll ask for 25 percent and see if it’s better. The tea taste is super light , for some is good and for some it might be too light . Will come back again as I live nearby and the location has plenty parking , wait time on Tuesday night only about 5 minutes. Clean and nice decor
