The 33 Best Restaurants in Bogotá, Colombia | Eater

"Situated in a beautiful converted home from the 1920s, Chichería Demente is an unusual star in La Concepción, a neighborhood known more for its auto parts shops than gastronomy. The concept is inspired by piqueteaderos, roadside restaurants focused on grilled meats. The large, open kitchen is dominated by a cavalcade of grills, which turn out various cuts of dry-aged beef, pork tomahawks, and organic chicken with aguardiente and herbs. Vegetarians can feast on salads, empanadas, and stuffed zucchini flowers, making this place perfect for big groups of all kinds of diners." - Liliana López Sorzano

What a place, vibrant, atmospheric, great music, friendly staff, and great cocktails. The music was pumping and still felt like you could relax. People were also up dancing. The food was also great and I absolutely loved it.

Not cheap but prob best meal I’ve had in Bogota. Interesting mix of traditional, international standards and fusion twists Pancetta y Sandia is exceptional !

This is a unique gem nestled in Bogotá. The restaurant, though relatively new—about a decade old—occupies a magnificent early 20th-century house. Its menu is a delightful surprise, blending traditional Colombian ingredients with innovative culinary techniques. It's an absolute must-try.

I've been traveling to Colombia for over a week trying different foods even outside the region. This by far was the best restaurant that I've eaten at on the trip. The customer service, the food and the vibes and everything was absolutely incredible. If I can give it more than five stars I would. If you see this on the way on your trip, make sure to stop by. You won't regret it. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant. They were so incredibly kind. I will return on my next trip!!!

This is a mostly meat focused restaurant but I thoroughly enjoyed my vegetarian dishes. I ordered the artichoke salad and zucchini salad with cheese and loved them. Everyone at the table e joyed their meal and the atmosphere is great.

Got here for a friend gathering, reservation process was impeccable, reserved on line they confirmed via WhatsApp and all was set! The menu has so many creative options is hard to choose, but we went with a Bogota Mule and a Mamoncillo martini! Both amazing, for food we decided to share a lot of appetizers, tuna a dumplings were my favorite and the lechona empanadas were The winners of the table! Finally we were happily surprised with live entertainment!!! Amazing group. So happy we came here, very much recommended 🧡

Came in during on a weekday as we tried to a Sunday and it was completely packed. Reservations needed on the weekend. Loved the ambience in this restaurant, our server was great, very attentive and warm. Food and drinks were great, appetizers were small, the lechona empanadas were disappointing but overall we enjoyed our visit. Would recommend 👌
