Great experience! Ordered on a whim after seeing this place on Uber Eats. They’re selling the Boston Pie cakes here and they are so good! Got the caramel shortbread cake which has a Lotus Biscoff type of flavor. Came well presented in a reusable bag. Also got the fried chicken sandwich which was nice and crunchy, veg was fresh and the chicken itself was very tender and flavorful dark meat. Next time I’d try one of the bento boxes as well!

Do not make the mistake of ordering from this place for delivery the amount of water from the condensation in the bag i could’ve filled my pool with. Unfortunately my food didn’t have an umbrella and left everything wet. I ordered the New Orleans style wings and their regular wings unfortunately the chicken wing quality is low like chewing on a rubber ducky the taste is boring. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the chicken wings and for whatever reason they put loads of raw garlic on the bottom of the container and the wings sit on top and absorb the overpowering garlic flavour. Also I didn’t realize when ordering but New Orleans style is non-breaded and seems to be baked or pan fried (don’t order).

The crazy love bowl was soooo good. Loved the mix of spicy salmon, wasabi sauce, avocado, and seaweed all on Japanese rice. Portions were big and exactly what I expected when I ordered. Interesting system for ordering though! A bit slow for my food to be prepared. Menu is small but the entree section is a bit confusing to read. Good experience nonetheless, convenient location, you’ll see me around!

Went here to get a build your own bowl… was so disappointed in quality of food and order. Basically anything that could be bad was…. Avocado in my bowl was all brown, mango was white/not ripe yet, only four little pieces of shrimp were on a regular sized bowl which normally there would be 6, and there was barely any sauce put on. Unfortunately I got takeout and could not go back to ask for them to fix but was very disappointed.

Honestly, I really didn’t want to leave a bad review because the first time I ordered takeaway, it was actually decent—the fish cake and bento were quite nice. But after visiting a few more times, things just went downhill. The second time, I went in with a mate and we ordered the chicken wings and the "Crazy Love." The wings still had a bit of blood near the bone—not sure if that’s undercooked or just how they do it, but my friend was put off enough to swear off the place. The Crazy Love tasted alright, but I watched the staff make it without gloves… I’m a bit of a germaphobe, so that proper put me off. Still, didn’t want to waste food, so I ate it. Third visit, I got the bento, and my friend had the poke bowl. This time, wasn’t wearing gloves when taking orders , but they wore them while prepping the food. Fifth time, my flatmate ordered delivery—fish cake again, but a few pieces were proper burnt. Gave them the benefit of the doubt though; mistakes happen. Last time (seventh or eighth?), we got fries and they felt like a smaller portion than before. My flatmate’s poke bowl which fruit in it, but the rice tasted way more sour than usual—I know they use vinegar mix rice, but this was too sour. Worst was the burger: the sauce had mixed with water from the lettuce, and it looked rank—like, this isn’t just me being fussy, it was genuinely unappetising. Ended up eating instant noodles instead. I’ve given this place way more chances than most, but the quality’s just too inconsistent. Sometimes it’s alright, other times it’s a letdown.

Next time I’d get the snack portion. I spent $20 on the regular size Torch It Norigo signature bowl (added cabbage and pineapple) and was a bit disappointed because it was mostly rice and not much protein/toppings and missing the ponzu sauce and crispy onions; I feel like a snack would be around the same size but with less rice. The torched salmon itself was quite good but overall the poke flavours were nothing to rave about. I’d also get sauce on the side because there was way too much, especially on the corn. Overall I’m quite disappointed considering the good reviews of this place and how much it costed me.

Got a snack size build your own poke bowl. Lots of rice and little protein, but very delicious. The popcorn chicken was good. Would definitely return and maybe try the regular size to compare the protein size.

Check the images, there are a total of 4 shriveled broccolis. Poke bowl was half the size too, for 30 bucks on top of it. Then we were berated for not realizing that we were entitled to a free snack. It was an extremely condescending experience. Just because the place is situated in a campus area doesn't excuse terrible service. Very dissapointed.
