I was there for the first time. Staff friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The chicken was so moist. Hubby had mac and cheese. I've never had waffle fries so good. They serve rootbeer! I'd definitely go again.

So I had a very long day and decided to treat myself. To make it home and fine a very long black hair wrapped up in the lettuce of my grill chicken sandwich. There was not voicemail available to leave a message and the app doesn’t allow for help options. Now I have to go to bed without any dinner pure disgusting

Can't believe that I haven't left a review here sooner but everything here is great from the staff to the food and everything in between!!!! Everyone goes above and beyond to keep this business operating in a friendly and timely manner! I am in this location often for food of my own and also door dash orders. 5 starts given easily ! Good job guys and gals. Shout-out to a friend I made there Montana ❤️ she's awesome !!!!!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Chick-fil-A, thanks to Mr. Rodger! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel completely at home. His kindness and attentiveness truly set this location apart. He went above and beyond by helping us with seating and ensuring that any issues we had were quickly resolved. His customer service was top-notch, making our visit a 10/10 experience. If you’re looking for the best Chick-fil-A in the area, this is the one to visit—thanks to Mr. Rodger and his exceptional service!

Today I went through the drive-through and had the pleasure of running into this beautiful girl named Lara, and she is the absolute definition of exceptional customer service. I would return just for her and the kindness she showed with a beautiful greeting smile. I also was able to speak with the young lady at the window. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s a sweetheart as well. Overall, great experience, and they deserve promotions.

Please save yourself the headache. They never ever get your order right even when it’s a remake. You will not get the extras you paid for. Half the time they give you someone else’s order. I’ve ordered a chicken salad and have had to come back for the CHICKEN several times. I am convinced these people simply do not read the orders coming through. You get what you get I guess.

Holy..... chicken sandwich! Are you guys serious Chick-fil-A? My first time going and I dined inside. Multiple people cleaning...not in your face cleaning and not deep cleaning...apart of their job and actually doing it cleaning lol ...it was fantastic. They served me at the table and checked up on us like a REAL restaurant! Unexpected but, appreciated. Garbage cans you don't have to touch? Do you guys know me? Lol loved it and if the service and atmosphere are consistent throughout locations then I will keep my 5 stars for sure! I look forward to trying other items at several locations lol.

Decided to try out the new pimento sandwich and was not disappointed. It’s good. It’s not mind blowing. The jalapeños are so sweet it’s like pickles on it(not a bad thing, but I like heat). The pimento cheese reminds me of the dip/spread as a kid. Haven’t had it in ages. I didn’t get the spicy chicken, just regular. Unfortunately this location forgot to give me a straw and condiments asked for. I think we came during a shift change.

Hot & tasty I had the spicy chicken Breakfast sandwich the combo was neat and Tasty.....fast Service....biscuit sweet and hot affordable combo

We love coming to Chick-fil-A especially when Mr. Roger is here! He's a ray of sunshine and always makes a point to stop and check in with guests. We appreciate the excellent role model that he is and that his joy is contagious!

Customer Service was great, and the food was delicious. I had the spicy chicken deluxe with waffle fries. This restaurant is in a convenient location with lots of shopping, & dining. I would recommend.

I'll do mobile order, grab a seat and enter the table number and wait... it typically takes 10-15 minutes for the food to be delivered. What I don't get is, why do they deliver the drinks separately from your main order? That's the logic behind this?? I wouldn't complain if they actually delivered my drinks but they always put my drink in the mobile pick up area even though it says DINE IN on the ticket. I guess just because it's "mobile" order even though it's dine in, that's where it'll go. Dropping a star because of their weird system and this unfortunately is not a good customer experience. Always like their food and I've had friendly business but lately with my group of co workers when doing an order around $100 they get the order mixed up, wrong food items or missing on many visits. Just went back to get my order corrected and they still got it wrong again....the sticker label on sandwich said, "Chicken, Egg & Cheese Muffin" but yet in the wrapper it was a biscuit and no egg. That was one example

Consistently delicious! I go to this location once a week with my goddaughter because this is her favorite place, and I must admit that I'm hooked! I get the grilled chicken sandwich and she gets the nuggets and it's all always perfect. The chicken is very tender and generous in size. I love the pickles on my sandwich, and I appreciate getting sauce packets on the side. I love the fun logos and packaging. Cute messages in the boxes of nuggets and on the drinks. The sandwiches come in perfect pouches that keep them warm. And the brownie is fantastic! I wasn't expecting it to taste gourmet! This location can get very busy but I've never had to wait long. It moves quickly and the service is friendly and efficient.

I always love Chick-Fil-A! They have the best customer service, they're always speedy, we call it "controlled chaos" every time I approach Chick-fil-A. :) It always arrives hot with a smile from the Chick-fil-A employee who delivers it to my car. If you choose the dine inside, their customer service is so good, they won't even let you get up for extra napkins or sauces. They will deliver it right to your table for you! I get the chick-fil-A deluxe chicken sandwich for lunch- the best around! I love the chicken mini biscuits for breakfast. I drizzle them with pure honey- which is unheard of from a chicken place (which usually provides a high fructose version of honey!) Their crunchy potato rounds are amazing, not to mention finishing it off with some of their homemade lemonade! So good!! You need to give Chick-fil-A a try! You will be in love with the food and the customer service!

I know, it's just chick-fil-A - but I had to drop them 5 stars because at 1:30pm on a Friday, I was able to get through their line in 5 minutes, no lie. They have real people talking to you and taking orders, and the line moves so fast. Very friendly and everything was perfect - my fries and sandwich were fresh and hot. Yum!

I stopped in here for lunch as it was conveniently located just off of the 94 freeway. I found an open table and ordered my food on the mobile app. I ordered a grilled spicy deluxe sandwich with Colby Jack cheese, and iced coffee with vanilla. I also used a reward to get a free Chick-fil-A sandwich. Shortly after placing my order, an employee stopped by to let me know that they didn't have 2% milk for the coffee. I let her know that I'll take it without the milk. Besides the missing ingredient for my drink, my food was pretty on point for any Chick-fil-A. The employees that I came across were all friendly and kept the dining area clean and tidy.

Drive thru is a crazy, too long and not as well managed as drive thru's in Georgia (Apheretta, Atlanta, Silver Springs etc.). This operation provides food best and fastest if you park and go in. Nice customer service. Seemed well staffed. Reasonable wait. Food quality is good though portions seem to be shrinking. At least not over-salted like some other Michigan CF are. I like nuggets the best. But avoid that drive thru scene! Too long. Walk-in counter service is best.

ordered online - M I S T A K E This gets a 1 star cause They ASKED FOR IT LITERALLY, WHILE I WAS THERE I Ordered Online and Paid for my order, got the receipt by email and then drove 20 minutes to the location - only to find out they don't get the electronic orders in their store - until you show up with your receipt. WHAT? I waited in the drive through line watching car after car go through ordering and getting food and leaving in minutes. ME - NOOOOOO, 30 minutes, no exaggeration. There were more than 10 people involved in getting me my order and the first one said, Hey are you taking photos ? while I was taking a pic from inside my car of their menu.. Why are you asking me about a pic of your menu telling me you never consented to having your photo taken ? ma'am, uh do your job and get me my food. She was person 3 and because of her I waited an additional 15 minutes, no kidding. NEVER ORDER AHEAD - They Won't Get It, and You Will Regret It NEVER ASK FOR ANYTHING SPECIAL - Not even Sauces cause they will forget what you asked for and certainly even if its on the online order just not give it to you. Imagine ignoring items and saying you are expecting a real review.. NEVER BELIEVE THEM WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE, HAVE and SHOW Them A PAID RECEIPT AND THEY SAY - NO ORDER HERE.. I took the time, called into the store while I was waiting for them to find my order and Lo and Behold someone found my order. That didn't help either because that only confused the 8 outside people looking for 2 chicken strips and a kale salad.. yeah all this for 2 chicken strips and some soft kale ? Co'mon Chick-fil-a, you always do good when I'm down south, so why when you come to my state do I have to be treated like a stranger begging for something ? Heres three take-aways from this fiasco 1. I paid you and ordered in advance so I could get my food hot and be able to enjoy it. NOOOOOOOOOOO, 2. I had to take it home and found out it contained only one sauce I ordered and three chick-fil-a sauces I didn't ask for. 3. AS well Cold Chicken and Cold Fries when you ASKED FOR FRESH DOUBLE DIPPED DOUBLE FRIED.. Wrapped in Foil to Keep it Warm - You put it in a cardboard box which was soggy from the moisture and meant my double dipped crunch was .. NONE Nahhhhh You don't leave a bad review, so I won't I'll just leave a total review. That's much more useful for folks who drive a whole 3 cities away 20 minutes each way, for a chicken strip. Nahhhhhh thats it Chick-fil-a, you got the truth which is all I asked you for. May it serve you well after you've had a chance to Rewarm and Toss it away since it was not worth the ordeal. yes the food was basically rewarmed and terrible, no crunch and well a whole wasted hour and $9.00. Butterah, you did do me one favor, you made me look for the copycat recipe and boy howdy tomorrow I'm having Chick-fil-a ON SUNDAY AT MY HOUSE good sunday to you folks in Allen Park Mich cause you all need to read this and accept your roles and grin since you got what you asked for - An Honest Review. Your Service leaves much to be desired, and your cold food after ordering online expecting it to be fresh and warm, WE Know, Yeah We Do..

It was good until the walk out update..Now it taste worse than processed. It lost the flavor tastes like cardboard greasy cardboard it's over done with y'all im breaking up. No more tri-weekly contributions for this place.

Miss Pat just made my day. :) I had never been to a Chik-fil-a, so I didn't know what to expect. It was PACKED at 11am. I watched the staff operate like a well-oiled machine, each person had their job and was busting out the orders with zero chaos that usually accompanies restaurants. And why is everyone smiling?! My food was yum but I may be more likely to stop at this location because the service was great.

Everyone at this location has to be in Xanax the way they move and talk 100 employees at work yet they move like turtles!

My sandwich was not crunchy as usual the lettuce wilted The waffle fries I could taste the grease and they were very salty.

Chick Fil A is my absolute favorite spot to grab a quick sandwich and fries. Some may say CFA is overrated, but I always say it's worth the wait. I've been to this location 10+ times since they opened. It's the only Chick Fil A in the area that offers mobile ordering AND curbside pickup. There's no need to wait in the drive thru for your mobile orders here! Simply order your food (I live a half hour away and order when I leave my house -- The app knows your location and will start your order once you're closer to the restaurant.) Service here is hit or miss, unfortunately. I've been here when the line seems miles long and was greeted with a smile (under the mask, of course) and it was perfect. Other times the employee bringing out the food seemed too bothered to even be kind. As mentioned before, I live a half hour away. I have a system on how to keep the food fresh and warm (I bring a hot/cold insulated bag) and it's never once been cold by the time I arrive home. Will some say I'm crazy for driving an hour to get Chick Fil A? Probably. Will I still drive to get the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and poly sauce that I crave? ALWAYS!

Arrived to the location in the morning and asked to get me sandwich from the regular menu and both cashier Christina and guy in an blue shirt without a badge who introduced as a manager refused to serve regular sandwich, claiming that they can not do it until 10:30am, even that I told them that I will wait if it will take extra time. Other locations where always accommodating my request. Also place was empty at the time and there it was not possible to say that they can not do it because they where to busy or something else. Place was empty so it was impossible to claim that they where busy. Poor customer service.

I order ahead in the app for pick up. It was always seamless and my order was correct 9/10 times. Easy to maneuver and you can easily make modifications to your items. Most recently tried drive thru today for the first time and it was a long line. But the staff was friendly and they had a good system in place that made the line move quickly, I love the honey roasted bbq that comes in packets. Definitely worth the wait. Yes

I visited Chick fil A in Allen Park, MI on November 2, 2023. I used the drive through option. I ordered my food from a young lady. Food was fine. A few days later I noticed a charge on my account that I had not made for $29.08. I called customer service, who took my information. She suggested I call or visit the store to inform them of what happened. I went to the store. I was told the person that could help me would be in at 3. I waited around in the area. It was 1 at the time. I went at 3:15. The person didn't come in. No one called me to inform me of that. They had my information, as I had provided it on the first visit. Today is Monday. No one from this company has contacted me to rectify this issue and refund my money. This is horrible customer service. I am beyond irritated by the way this is being handled. Beware of the Chick fil A in Allen Park.

This restaurant is amazing despite the volume of customers that are present. There were two lanes where you ordered and paid and gave them your name. When the two lanes were merged into one, another worker asked ypu your name and gave you a receipt with your items listed. When you got to the drivethru window, your order was ready. Its very efficient system. We took our food home close to 1 hr away and it was still warm and needed only 20 seconds to warm the fries. The food was delicious as always. If you get the buffalo sauce, it is very hot according to three of my family members. I'll stick with my favorite the Chickfila sauce. We visited this location while at another event nearby but it is popular with family and friends. Great job Chick-fil-A as always very happy with our visit.

Located on "The Hill" local customers have been waiting for this opening and it is finally here! Home of the original chicken sandwich, the food served at this location is consistent with other locations. The food is made with real ingredients and is easy on the go. The restaurant is located next door to Taco Bell and across the parking lot to Mejier. The Hill is a very busy area for customers to enjoy lunch or dinner. With all of the competition, Chick-fil-A is a nice addition to The Hill.

My friend and I are huge Chick Fil A fans due to our frequent business trips to FL. Upon hearing stand-alone locations were finally opening in Metro Detroit, we knew we had to be there when the first one opened. The place was packed. The drive thru line snaked through the Meijer parking lot. The indoor line snaked through the restaurant. (Pro tip....find an empty table and order from the app. You can slip the line and they bring your food directly to your table). Food was excellent as it always is at a CFA. I cant wait until the Novi and Northville ones open!

Everything was good until we opened our bag and received looked in a drink. The lemonade had something black, maybe some twine of some sort. My large fry was the same amount or less then the medium we received. I'm done talking about it. I told myself I was done with Chick-fil-A. But this time is forrea. Stop buying this MSG filled chicken just to be hungry a hour later.

I love chic fil a but I can't stand how they make their restaurants so small and their drive thru multiple lanes. I mean people can't merge on the highway while driving but you expect them to merge at the end of your drive thru. Dumb. Also, this location ended curbside service which is also dumb and that one thing alone causes me to choose not to eat here when I would have if they had curbside. One lane of the drive thru should be for mobile app orders only instead of making us wait. Or just bring back curb side. I mean you place an order at 8am you join the line @ 8;05am your still in line at 835am for the mobile order you placed at 8:05am . Fuck this. I could have sat down at a real restaurant got served , ate and been on my way. But I made the mistake of placing a mobile app order to this fast food chain and I lost 30 fucking minutes. Get it together.

Chick-Fil-a yummy chicken nuggets! Download app, order headed, pull in and pick it up! Buy $17 meal package so you can enjoy later, or next day! Worth the money! Worth the trip!!

Normally Everything is okay but the last few times have not been great at all. Whenever we order a large fry with anything we get, they NEVER fill the box. Might as well give us a small fry at that point. The wait is always horrible. Food will be ready for 10-20 minutes and we sit and wait and when the food does come out, it's cold.

Re. the CFA review from May 2020....so after complaining to CFA the local franchise owner called me; was very gracious; we had a nice convo. Unsolicited - he offered to refund our meals for the visit in question. ......I didn't ask him to do this. ......He was under no obligation to do this. ......He volunteered to do it. That was very nice and gracious......but fast forward 30+ days.....the credit card website still shows zero credits back from CFA. Honest mistake? ...or were we duped? Dunno.

I have been to other Chick-fil-A out of state but this one seems like a knock off version. This is my second time coming here. Each time there was always a line. The first visit the food was okay. I was expecting the food to be fresh and hot since it was a long line. The process of ordering was smooth. Customer service is great!! The second time around our food was so salty we could barely eat it. Don't know if they are burnt out from the long lines or what. I will most likely only visit for the milkshakes, that's it!

First thing here and spent $30, not a problem but I was expecting more from the experience. Food was decent but not fresh or hot . Drink spilled right way because lid was not secured.

I did not expect the lines to be so ridiculous on a Wednesday afternoon but it was. Nonetheless that's not my problem with this location. The line and wait were long and that's not their fault but it was the lack of good management and communication and attitude I got that makes me never want to come back here. First of all, my order was taken and I asked for each type of dipping sauce. I ordered a side salad with avo dressing with my meal instead of fries. they ended up giving me alllllll their types of dressings for my "one SIDE salad", charging me for each one, and no sauces at all for ALL the chicken. Seriously? Common sense hello? That was a mess and on top of that I did not get my fries with the meals i ordered so, I had to hunt Someone down to help me with that after all that wait. I told the girl standing taking orders that she took my order wrong and over charged me too, she had an annoyed/ attitude filled face then disappeared for a bit, I didn't even care for a refund at that point I was so irritated and just wanting my sauces so me and my mother could finally sit and eat something. Completely disorganized, sassiness is not cute, and over priced, under delivered. Go to KFC folks, bigger and more flavorful meals, no bang for your buck and definitely NO southern hospitality. I've been to plenty Chick-fil-A's down south in Memphis, Missouri and Kentucky, amazing experiences every time! This is so far from that in every way.

Since COVID-19 I have been placing curbside pickup orders. They are definitely stepping their game up. I got all the sauces requested via the app. And just like that they have won me back over. It took for a pandemic for them to really get the hang off things. I understand they were new to the area business was booming of the moment they open. And now they are able to keep up with the rush a little bit better. Thanks to all the employees who had to run in and out in the rain to get the customers their food. We definitely appreciate you.

Oh my stars. I have never had any problems with Chick-fil-A but this particular one seems to now know how to do what they are supposed to do. They on the regular Miss things from people's orders, never offer an apology when a complaint if given. I have never seen so many mistakes made at any other Chick-fil-A. Corporate needs to come visit and teach this store the meanness hard work.

What am I missing here. I stopped in and tried it for the first time. It's a standard run of the mill , fried chicken sandwich. The waffle fries that everyone raves about are the same ones you can get at any other restaurant. It wasn't bad, in fact the service was friendly and helpful. A+ I just don't get the fuss over the food.

Very disorganized bunch of children! Placed an online order at the restaurant to pick it up when It said, sat there for 1hour and still no food. I wont be coming back ever and don't recommend this restaurant. I love their food hate their service!!!! No need to eat a chicken sandwich that bad. Fuck chikfila!!!!!!!!

I have to say that I'm ashamed of how much I enjoy this chain's food. For awhile the only Chick-fil-A restaurants that were available to us were inside a hospital, inside a mall, inside universities, or inside an airport. We haven't been fortunate enough to have a standalone restaurant in the Metro Detroit area, UNTIL NOW! I didn't come here right away. I figured I would give it a few days and let the lines die down. Unfortunately that wasn't gonna happen anytime soon. I came after work to pick up something for dinner sadly enough. The drive thru line was crazy long to the point where they needed people to direct traffic because the sheer volume of hungry customers was obstructing the roads around it. I finally made my way to the entrance and the line was as expected. Took me approximately 40 minutes to get my order in, but I have to say I was very satisfied by the way the employees handled the orders and got food out efficiently with little to no disruption. I always loved Chick-fil-A for their customer service and consistent quality food. Of course it's not perfect. The restaurant is controversial to some, which I can understand. Sometimes it's easy to overspend here as the chicken tenders, for example, are criminally small and $5 only gets you 3 of them in which can easily all go in your mouth at once, so you end up spending another $5 just to fill yourself up. Despite those minor inconveniences I enjoy their chicken wholeheartedly, and would gladly eat here more often once it gets less crowded.

Customer service was great fast and accurate!! Food was very good food . I enjoyed my food I got chicken sandwich meal with strawberry shake!! Awesome food

I love this location they are always proficient! I love doing curbside pick up, it's easy and fast. And you know that this location is always busy. I promise doing curbside is worth it and the food is yummy and hot. I highly recommend this location, and of course the classic chicken sandwich lol.

Missing sandwich on my order.  Called restaurant to have item removed from my bill, since I had already drove home.  Restaurant person took my name and phone number and said the next time I come in (within 30 days), they would give me "the" sandwich.   Unacceptable. I don't want to go back.  Why would I?  They missed my order the first time.  Let alone the idea of going back within 30 days.  I don't love your restaurant, I don't want the feeling that you owe me something. I paid for something you didn't give me.  Give me my money back.  Cause technically, and ethically, that's stealing.

So i just wanna Start by sayin, Yelp wouldn't let me post a video so i had to post screenshots OF my video. Now, i went through the drive thru and from by my pics I'm sure y'all could tell i couldn't wait to eat that mf food.

Our meal was delivered incorrectly. But Mohammed did help us get our correct order. He checked in on us while we waited to get the correct order. Overall great customer service from him.

Normally I am very pleased with this location, but they've really started to fall off! I ordered a large fry and a medium fry...and they had the same amount of fries in them, what a rip off! Then they tell you in the app that there is a shortage in sauce so you can only have one, or but the entire bottle can you say scam?

I love Chick-fil-A food but I am extremely disappointed in this location. Shortly after my last visit to this location my charge card was used for NUMEROUS fraudulent orders through my app account. Upon looking up the orders, the telephone number on the orders that were belonged to an employee at this location. I attempted to contact the location a couple times and left a voice mail message. Management did not care enough to call me back. My advice is to watch your account! It has been a headache working with my bank and PayPal to clean up all these charges.

This locations parking makes absolutely no sense. If you have a pick up order you have to wait in the long drive thru line. The need to create a separate entrance into the parking lot. I don't even like coming to this location because it's so hectic and poorly organized. Makes so sense.

Long line. Went pretty fast. Didn't get the mayo I wanted but whatever. Chicken could have been better. Not crispy. Soggy breading on it. It was OK. I'm just going to skip chick fil a for now. Other people seem to love it. Just not for me.

The crew was great and attentive. Shout out to them for such a positive attitude delivering food curbside even though it was pouring and the parking lot was insane.
