I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A at Avalon! The staff are always so kind and friendly, and the food is always top quality. The customer service here is the best — they really go above and beyond. I also love that they let you bring your pet on the patio, and they even give your dog a treat! Such a thoughtful and welcoming place. 🐶💛

Had a great visit to Chick-fil-A! The food was fresh and came out quickly, but what really stood out was the service. The employees were all friendly and helpful, making the experience smooth from start to finish. A special shoutout to Bella she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s always refreshing to be treated with genuine care. Thanks, Bella and the team.

The customer service here from the women is unpleasant. I will no longer go to this location and would rather stop at the north point location right off the highway. My experience this morning was taken aback. After my encounter with the female shift lead (African American curly hair braces walked away when asked her name) or whoever she was that took the cake for me. Very rude very passive. They messed up my meal, I brought the entire meal back and they said they couldn’t honor a replacement. Wowwwww really? After a male manager over heard what was going on he said it was ok. The fact that i come here just about every morning and had to go thru such a hassle is definitely not the normal Chick-fil-A standard. The food is hit or miss at this location. Nothing is consistent. Which is why I’ve decided to leave a review. Prior to this incident I would just call and let them know. I don’t ask for anything for free but when you keep messing up now you’re costing me my time and my money. I was completely over ordering chicken minis at this location small and hard. I’ve went back on several different occasions to have mine replaced with fresh ones. Why keep eating here? It was convenient on my way to work. Now I know to stop off Haynes bridge exit.

Visited during lunch. Lots of cars in the drive through but it flowed pretty quickly. The only issue I had was I ordered a large drink but they gave me a medium. They corrected it immediately though. Everyone working was friendly and presentable.

I just left the restaurant my order was wrong. I asked for the 12ct nugget combo (fried not grilled). I don’t know what is going on but they really need to pay attention to order placement. I was also rushed when ordering. The gentleman in the drive thru seemed a bit bothered when I had to switch from my bank card to my credit card. When I called to speak to a manager I couldn’t reach anyone. I paid over 16 dollars and for the order. Either refund me my money on my credit card or replace my meal for free.

Maria is very rude. She worked the shift 4/1/25 around 10:30ish AM. I said good morning & she went straight to “can I get a name? What can I get for you?”. I would say thank you and she would be mute like I was talking to a wall. I was the only car at the moment so I don’t understand the rudeness but I do understand people have bad days - nonetheless she definitely did not give the CFA standards. Anyways, anything NOT relating to Maria, was great. Her coworkers were more friendly. My food was fresh and everything like napkins, sauces, straws, and fork were included in the bag. Service is super fast too!

This location has to be one of the worst in customer service and basic competency. I frequent this location as I work next door and today was just the icing on the cake of terrible experiences and free 50 app point sorry our mistakes. This location proceeded to make my meal incorrect not once but twice and then once a simple chicken biscuit with cheese was asking for too much I asked the manger overseeing training according to the name tag for a refund on my meal as this was now a display of incompetence and a waste of my time. She proceeded to inform me my meal had been refunded but couldn’t provide me with a receipt for proof. As of now we are still here with no chicken biscuit and no refund. Please choose any location other than this one.

This is probably the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The building is beautiful with high ceilings and lots of natural light. You get the same food and friendly service as you would elsewhere. I would definitely come back again. There's also a relatively large parking lot compared to other restaurants in Atlanta.

I ordered takeout from here this week. The delivery is quick and efficient. I also sometimes use their drive through and get the same experience. Overall this is one of the better chick filet locations.

Please don't start. Leaning the trash receptacle's.and Please don't sweep around customers feet when they eating. Remind your employee's to say my pleasure or you're welcome to customers. Keep the bathroom clean and make sure the food is warm before you serve it.

Don't eat the chicken sandwich, the chicken fillet is greasy on the outside and dry on the inside. The pickles are limp and the bun is soggy, and to add insult to injury, there is no sauce. I'm fine if you get anything else, but if you want to eat a chicken sandwich, you're better off at KFC or Popeyes, even Church's Chicken!

This silly "business" only filled my drink halfway this is practically wretched would not recommend avoid at all costs would rather drink pond water do not recommend did I say yet that I don't recommend

No senior discount (how much is a free cup of coffee?), no resident discount (every other restaurant in Avalon gives 10%), and they rang up my order to go son I was charged tax when there should have been none. These are all little things so why would I have to even bring them up? They could be fixed. Food was ok.

We come here often; the food is fresh, and the people are friendly. However, there have been more than two occasions when they forgot items from our order, particularly the French fries.

very disappointed in this chick fil la. ordered a sandwich with no pickles, says no pickles on the wrapper, and of course it has them on there. called the store and they told me that if I wanted a refund I had to come all the way into the store, if not they will just give me a reward. So I had to pay $6 in delivery fee and tip and didnot even get lunch. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHICK FIL LA!!! they don't represent chick fil la they way they should

Good location. We have a weekly "date night" there after work and as I work close by have gotten lunch for the crew there as well. Friendly service, Food as you've specified or they correct it quickly. A good welcome. They get it right. Haven't tried the drive- through, but it seems to move at a brisk pace as we sit at the high top tables, enjoying our meal and see the line pass by. The How can you go wrong with Chick fil a? I posit mostly you can't. Kudos to this location for getting it right.

Were went to the drive thru. The chicken strips were greasy and tasted like the oil needed to be changed. We asked for several different sauces and didn't get enough. Once we received our food, we were rushed through not even giving a chance to check on the order. This location has gone downhill.

These guys know how to make things work!! The traffic controllers of the fast food world! Even in this "challenged space" they flow the cars in and out of here. People dedicated to the direction of traffic. People dedicated to running the food. People dedicated to orders. Even a person dedicated to taking cash. All know they're jobs and all do it well! The food is chick fillet I mean do I really need to say more? The southwest salad is pure addiction! The creamy salsa dressing is to die for. The nuggets are the best in fast food bar none... and the chick fillet sauce (which there's a shortage of) is just a perfect compliment to the fries and the nuggets. (I'm not a big fan of the waffle fries especially without the sauce!) However the truly amazing thing is how they move people through the line! It is inspiring to say the least. Chick fillet epitomizes customer service for sure!

I came here for breakfast the other day and had the best chicken biscuit I've eaten in a long time-yum! What can I tell you about Chick Fil a that you don't already know? Service is great, the drive-thru is efficient, the food is delicious. There's not much else to say. 5 stars!

I've only been to this Chick-fil-A maybe twice, but always had a good experience. The location is nice and the flow is great. The drive-thru is easy to navigate. I actually don't think I've ever been inside, just the drive-thru. There's always someone ready to greet you and take your order. During my most recent visit, the team member had some issues with the iPad but kept a pleasant, positive attitude. The team at the pick-up window was also pleasant. Everyone moves quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with correct items.

Went to do curbside ordered online ordered chicken tenders with sauce ordered five chicken nuggets as my reward and I get home and no chicken nuggets no sauce for my husband tenders. I called and talked to someone she's going to give my rewards points back and send me a reward. This is unacceptable. It's not the first time they need to check the orders. I understand they're young, but after going out of your way in placing online and curbside and been up since 4 AM all we wanna do is eat and go to bed .

This could easily be identified as the nicest Chick-Fil-A in town because it's the newest and biggest location in the heart of Avalon. There are 2 drive-thru lanes to quickly serve every customer and ample seating both inside and out. Great location and delicious, signature food.

Went today for lunch and service was amazing ! I can't think John Carson enough he was so polite and going above and beyond, cleaning tables, greeting incoming customers as well as checking on customers food after they received their order! He is a one of a kind employee! Definitely recommend this location!

My absolute favorite Chick-fil-A in the area. Today's sandwich was hot and fresh. Mac n cheese was perfect and my sunjoy was made perfectly. They get extremely busy around 12:30 so you may have to wait in the drive thru. I use the app to order and always choose curbside for pickup. Quick in and out. People there are always very nice.

Snotty worker in drive thru line. Purchased $35 of food. I mentioned the Icecream cups were stacked on top of my hot sandwiches in the bag. I was going to ask for a separate bag for the 3 Icecreams but before I could she shook her hands at me and said she didn't have anywhere else to put them, three her hands in the air and walked away. Everyone is usually so polite, I was shocked. Hopefully someone reads this and removes her.

in finding chik file. fills their drinks max with ice and instead of calling waffle fries should be called waffle pieces. intook this photo after i ate half the pieces. next time ill lay out the pieces but this large order had 3 fully intact waffle fries. i also find its common practices to not fill the fry container to the top. usually 3/4 full. this happens everywhere pieces pieces. full if ice drinks and 3/4 full fries. chik file must be making tons of money off this. wnext time i order a combo im going to say does that come with wafffle pieces ornwaffle fries? or maybe ill just stop ordering fries and drinks altogether

My chicken wrap was soooo soggy the lettuce and chicken and wrap were literally melted together so soggy and inedible I think they gave me last Friday's chicken wrap

We came in with 70 plus kids after an orchestra performance and not only did they accommodate our group quickly and efficiently, but they continued to serve other customers in a separate line. The manager gave our bus drivers free meals, which they definitely didn't have to do. The inside of the restaurant was clean, spacious, and modern. My food came out right after I ordered it even though they were incredibly busy. The sandwich was fresh and the fries had just come out of the fryer. The toppings on the sandwich were particularly fresh as well. All in all, I'd say this is one of the best locations in the chain. Whenever I'm in the area, I will definitely visit this Chick-Fil-A again!

Ordered spicy chicken biscuits for breakfast. The meat was barely visible. No wonder this family is very wealthy. They don't give us what we pay for. There was more breading than meat. I might as well go to McDonald's.

Super busy location during lunch but as usual the lines go fairly quickly! They made a mistake on our order (WHICH NEVER HAPPENS) but they were kind enough to address it quickly! That's chic-Fil-a for you!

"Manager " Colton is a horrible leader with poor customer service skills. At this location when you ask for NO SALT fries, they put old salted fries back into the fryer to "cook off the salt". Unfortunately, this method doesn't completely remove the salt and makes the fries hard as ROCKS. As I waited for Colton to inspect every French Fry for salt, LOL, he then says to an African American team member, "just hand her new fries, YO". Yo!??? So unprofessional and unfriendly. Weird behavior and unlike any other CFA. STAY AWAY!

Does someone really need to review Chic-fil-A! Love coming here. My only feedback to them is to reduce the amount of sodium/salt in their food. I feel it's gotten a bit better but room for improvement.

I was out here and decided to stop by to get food since it has been over 2 months since I had chick-fil-a. I have to say this was the best chick-fil-a experience ever given the circumstances. Food was super fresh, they all had masks on, the didn't touch your card, you swiped your card even though they had gloves on, they had several management employees serving at the drive through. They handed you the food on a tray as not to touch the bags. I was empresses, food separated from the napkins and straw. Super perfect if your OCD, barely functioning during the pandemic. Very cautious and clean. Highly recommend this location especially now. Fries and nuggets were hot as requested.

The worse chic-fil-a I have ever visited. Because of my poor experiences in the past -- 4 prior visits -- at this location I haven't come back until today. The visit today insures I will never come back again. I've never had a bad experience with an employee at chic-fil-a until I came to this location. The manager (overweight man with brown hair) has the worse people skills, and was not willing to accommodate my child's needs. He is rude, cold and uncaring. The exact opposite of every other chic-fil-a employee I've interacted with in the past. Not only is this location's management horrible with people but this location doesn't care about the food it puts out. I've had multiple problems with my food at this location on more than one occasion. Cold chicken minis, hard and dried out egg white grill sandwich, cold french fries (2 times), and the list goes on. Chic-fil-a corporate should take a closer look at this location. The employees have shown my family they don't care about us as customers and are willing to serve us food in any condition.

This chick fil a is not only the worst chick fil a I have ever been to, but one of the worst food establishments I have ever been to. I've seen management in action here on numerous occasions and they are horrible. My parents came from out of town and had to complain to management about how disgusting the ordering counter was, to which they never cleaned after that. I intentionally try to avoid this chick fil a, but because it's close by, I end up there on occasion and every single time, multiple things in my order are incorrect. Specifically tonight, they rang me up for a deluxe sandwich even though I didn't order it. They made two of the drinks completely wrong (not the drinks we ordered on the ticket). The sticker is literally stuck to the cup. They just don't care to read it. They never have lemons available for tea. I know this is a minor inconvenience, but I have talked to the lead manager about it and he said they were trying to fix the problem. That was months ago and they still have that problem constantly. Every time I have been inside, nothing has ever been cleaned, and they always have a full staff of people, not all doing things. This is always late in the afternoon when it is not busy. I've witnessed the owner (wife) of this location not busy while the whole place was dirty and gross. Everything about this place is bad. I won't be going back, regardless of the close proximity. And I plan on contacting corporate about it as well. It's making them look pretty terrible, especially since headquarters are right down the street.

Super fast drive thru! I visited the drive thru for breakfast today and was in and out in five minutes. This location also has a really unique appearance. The chicken biscuit was perfect and buttery. Highly recommended, and would come again.

Awesome food as usual- Chick-fil-A There's a new drink: white peach tea lemonade. Mmmm! Chick-fil-A has always had delicious lemonade, but it's hard to find good white peach tea. Chick-fil-A has done it again with this one! I love this new drink. Christina (the owner/operator of this branch) treated us to a fabulous lunch with great service. The manager and quite a few other employees dropped by our table several times to be sure we had everything that we needed or wanted. Great service, great food, great people!

My 3 milkshakes tasted like lemonade I would have got this resolved but the store is closed. Very disappointed.

I wasn't too sure about the layout of this location while it was being built. The parking lot seemed too small and I was sure the lines would be terrible, especially during peak times. Fortunately, I was all wrong. This is now my fave Chick-fil-A just because I'm not in the drive thru line forever. If you have a chance, you need to go inside. It's decorated nicely and the service is even better when you go in, if you can believe that. The only downside is the entrance and exit. It's a little tight and coming out can be a bit of a challenge when it's busy. All in all, great location and great customer service. Let's not forget the awesome food! I love having a drive thru option at Avalon...finally!

Contradicting to Mari A.'s review about the SNOTTY workers, I had a great a great experience. All of the staff are amazing and very friendly. I had a very in depth order including multiple ice cream cones and they were more than happy to assist me. All of the workers love their jobs with fantastic attitudes about whatever comes their way. IN FACT, if you degrade these workers on this website then you have some serious problems. i would FULLY recommend this chickfila over any other location I have ever been to. They are able to adapt to whatever is thrown at them. ALL LOVE TO AVALON CHICKFILA!!!!!!

If I was a world-class athlete, I could run five separate mile sprints in less than 20 minutes. If I was an astronaut, I could reach orbit twice in a row in less than 20 minutes. If I was a rock star, I could play Live Aid's greatest set in just over 20 minutes. But I'm just a dad sitting in a drive-thru trying to buy dinner for my daughter. And it took 21 minutes. How's your life going?

Welcome to the Cathedral. This well-managed CFA location is squeaky clean and huge. With a friendly staff and efficient line, this location feels like CFA at its best. I really like the high ceilings and the open seating area. I normally wouldn't review a fast food establishment, but this is a premium experience. My one wish would be for them to make their bathroom bigger. The men's bathroom only has one stall, which caused a line to form with very few people in the store. I had to wait just to wash my hands! Coming in around 8pm on a Sunday, I enjoyed the atmosphere with a lot of people and the staff putting up Christmas decorations. Overall, a highly enjoyable dinner!

I come to this Chick-fil-a probably too many times in a week! I love the food and the customer service here. It's the best in the industry! I've tried all kinds of items on the menu here including their breakfast menu. My favorite item is the Deluxe Chicken sandwich with the roasted honey BBQ sauce. The sweet tea here is also the BEST! I must say that the main reason I come here is the food and their employees. Everyone is so happy and orders are always exactly accurate. I was very disappointed that the recipe of the chicken burrito changed as they took out the onions and peppers and added hash browns. I'm not a huge fan of hash browns though I still order the burrito in hopes they bring back the old recipe someday. That being said, I will definitely continue coming back as I love it here and appreciate the Purrell hand wipes before eating my meal. I also recommend downloading the app to collect points towards food type rewards. I look forward to going back to this location soon!

Never fail to mess up my order at this location. I only go here because it's literally right across the street, but I would choose to avoid this specific location if you are out and about. Nothing personal against chickfila, it just surprises me that this location specifically is always messing up basic meals with no alterations. This time - it was the wrong dressing. Also, shorted my mom on one of her grilled nuggets.

This location is in a very nice area and really close to my job, so I go here every other week. The staff is friendly and the service is always fast. The food food tastes like Chick-fil-A lol.

The interior is immaculate and very welcoming. It's the best chick-fil-a I've been inside (and I've been to a lot...) Very open floor plan. The service, food, and everything else is perfect as always. We both ordered the spicy chicken deluxe. Yuuuummmmmm

Newer chick fil A. Parking lot and outside look very clean as a drove through. However I came on a Saturday at 2 and I was guessing maybe they were short staffed. The drive thru moved a little slower than normal. How could I question Chick fil a? It was a traffic bottleneck. Window service with a smile from Holland! My Cobb salad was yummy!!

First time at this particular location. The service time was pretty fast but the customer service wasn't the usual "Chick-fil-A" customer service. I ordered chicken nuggets and a larger Arnold Palmer, food was good!

Come on... you can't be a southerner and not be seriously obsessed about Chick-Fil-A's chicken biscuit and hash browns!! My addiction started one early morning my sophomore year of high school at Roswell (GO HORNETS!!!). My best friend's dad started taking us to early morning band practice for marching band (band nerd alert!!) and one morning he decided to go to this magical place I had never been to... CHICK-FIL-A!!! "Raul, would you like some breakfast?" I thought "well... this sucks... I have no cash...". I was getting ready to say NO THANKS, but it was too late... we were on our way to CHICK-FIL-A. We each got our chicken biscuit with an orange juice and it has been one of my favorites ever since. The biscuit... moist and fluffy with a slight crisp on the outside and a buttery taste. The chicken... perfectly fried, never overdone or with too much crust, always the perfect taste. The hash browns, perfectly golden and crispy begging to be eaten along with the chicken biscuit. Biscuit bite, 2 hash browns, sip of your OJ... aaaaand repeat. I would always look forward to early morning band practice because I knew where we were going to first and I always made sure I had my cash. Why do I tell this story? I asked myself the other day "when did I first start paying attention to what I ate and looking forward to trying something new and different?" I think my answer is... Early morning drives to CHICK-FIL-A with my best friend's dad driving his van, along with his 2 sons and myself...  3 kids talking about how delicious the chicken biscuit you are about to eat will be. I would like to share feedback about my experience at this location. I will always come here with my family every time I am in this market. John at this location has always been an extremely friendly team member. He remembers myself and family and has gone the extra mile in each visit. I would like for John to be recognized for his outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I will forever comeback to this location due to John's customer service and attention to detail! Thank you John for making our experience a memorable one!

Twice now while petsitting across the street, I have ordered carry out from the CFA at Avalon on my app. Both times I walked over two minutes later and my food was waiting to the side at the pick-up station for me neatly laid out, with my name clear on the order. And each time, the order has been perfect, down to the right amount of sauces and the light ice in my drink. One of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've ever seen (can be said for most CFAs!) and this location always seems to be busy and yet they are incredibly efficient!

When in Atlanta, do as you should and visit a Chick-Fil-A! It was a late evening after an Apple store visit, and this was easy with a baby. Service was top notch as usual. Food was the bomb.com and the place looks huge on the outside! They even have a kids play area that I wish my baby could have enjoyed. Speaking of which, these were the first chicken nuggets she actually gave some attention to. Of course she enjoys the fries every single time. This remains my favorite fast food joint!

This Chick-Fil-A (Avalon location) is awesome!! I've been coming here since opening day and they continue to be consistent on offering great food and great service. When it first opened, I felt like a VIP when stopping in for breakfast as most people driving down Old Milton Parkway may not notice their drive through hidden in the back - not many people were originally using this service. Word has definitely caught on! At lunchtime, they do a great job of having employees take the orders while customers are waiting in drive through. Speeds up the process tremendously! They are speedy!!! ;) My family frequents fast food chains, and hands down Chick-Fil-A is our favorite! It starts with a great product, then great courteous service with a smile, and ends with you receiving your yummy correct order! Other chains just can't compete with this process. It's a running joke in our house that you must check your food bags for accuracy before leaving any fast food drive through! As Joe Pesci mentions in the Legal Weapon movies you can sometimes get "******" in the drive through! Due to Chick-Fil-A's excellent record of zero incorrect orders, they are exempt from this process! We know the order will be correct when we come to Chick-Fil-A! Keep up the excellent work Avalon location! I'm a customer for life! :)
