I never have problems at Chick Fil A. Fast service, kind employees, and tasty tasty food. I love their breakfast biscuits the most. Tough to find parking when it is super busy though.

So the last couple times I've been to Chick-fil-A has been very different and they really stepped up their game! Where is when I was there previously I had to go and pick up the food from the pickup area. However, this time they had plenty of staff and they provided table service and someone even came around mid-meal to ask how we were doing if there was anything we needed. The table behind us requested water and that was brought right away by the same person who came around. I ordered additional chicken and they were able to take my card and I was able to pay for it and they brought it to the table. Totally different experience than when I had first gone to Chick-fil-A. The play place is clean. Everything is clean. If I could give him more than five stars I would. This is so much better. Good job!!

We had a great experience here. The service was great and the staff constantly topped off drinks and got you whatever you needed frequently. The food was great as well. The restaurant was well taken care of and very clean. The only reason for the 4 star is because the play area for kids is still not open. Over all it was great and we would likely return in the future.

Wonderful as ALWAYS! The service here is exceptional. The employees are thoughtful, generous, and helpful; the food is great. This is my daughter's favorite place to eat.

All these wonderful reviews! I must have caught them on a bad night. Service was terrible. After sitting behind a car for 15 minutes they came to me and asked me to move to a parking spot with my blinkers on. I tried to explain that were no empty spots and they got short with me and told me I had to move “somewhere “ so I cancelled my order and got my money back and they didn’t even apologize. Never going back!

We absolutely love Chick-Fil-A!! They are always so pleasant and really quick to take your order and they get it to you just as quickly, the food is always hot and your order is correct and served with a smile. It definitely makes you want to go back!! I recommend that people give them a try.

Every single time I go here I get the exact same thing a grilled chicken club no lettuce add extra pickles and every single time the don’t put the pickles it’s not that big of deal but I want my pickles man

The food was amazing! Thank you so much Chick-fil-A staff yall were amazing! The staff here were extremely kind they were so patient with us when my two kids didn't know what to order and maybe we were holding up the line but the lady that we had told us take your time! She was always smiling to us she helped us order and she was us an amazing person! So we're every other worker we encountered! This place is amazing!! I recommend coming here 100% you won't regret it!!

Don't preorder for carry out on the app until you get there. The app will automatically start your order--so if you can't find a parking spot to go in and get your order, you are out money. Not a great system. Save yourself some money and head to the mall!

This chick-fil-a is always busy but they are also efficient. My one advice is that they need to do more team building exercises on their listening skills. It is rather frustrating to give them my name, spell it for them even every single time, and yet they still never seem to get it right. I have been called Sarah, Janna; and even Janice. It doesn't matter if I go inside and speak to someone in person or at the drive thru they won't ever get my name right. I guess what finally has made decide to say something is the last time I was there I told them my name, they said Hannah? I said no but it's Hanna with an S in front. So from that conversation they put my name in as Karen? I think they were making a jab at me and I found it a bit rude to call me that just because I corrected them on my name. It is literally every single time they get it incorrect. Please stop asking for a name if none of the employees don't bother to get it correct. They seem to go by car color and type anyhow. So either have the employees learn how to listen better or just stop asking for a name. Thank you!

Always very skimpy on the food. Rarely get my order right. The manager is rude. The food is not worth going here ti get and having to deal with all this.

This is overall a great chic fil-a. The chicken sandwich deluxe meal I got was very fresh. The customer service was very professional as well, as I sat down we were asked if we needed anything. One of the best chic fil-as I've been to. The cookies were even warmed up.

Consistently skimping on the fries. I go here regularly but am going to have to try out the other local location and see if it's better.

Five start experience you expect from Chick-fil-A. Wonderful customer experience. Food is always served promptly and fresh. I've never left here unsatisfied. This location seems to be busy no matter the time of the day. Both inside and the drive thru move fast.

Food was great like the typical Chick-fil-A fashion it has. Service was polite and quick. Clean place and delicious food. It's one of the top ones I've been to. No complaints and easier in and out than most.

I cannot believe that anyone would give this location less than 5 stars! I have been to this location at least a 100 times and never had an issue or anything less than 5 star service. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. And FTR Chick-fil-A is the absolute best fast food chain and I will die on this hill!!!!!

Slow service To many employees giggling goofing off. This should be a restaurant not a day care.

I get it, if you work in fast food you deal with a lot of crazy people and wacky customers, but when your food is actually not cooked and you're on your way to work unable to swing back to "show proof" of a bad order there was just an "oh well" offered. Thanks, glad to have been a customer.

Very SLOW service. Employees standing around. What happened to the Christian music??? This is NOT THE PLACE IT USED TO BE!!

First time at this location, grilled chicken wasn't too salty and tender. Salad was crisp. Very satisfied. Customer service was average (didn't hear anyone say my pleasure). Overall, satisfied.

Slowest I have ever been to. 1/2 Empty dining room but took 20 minutes to get food. So maybe the long drive thru is the better option.

This location has new mangers they are from McDonald's and you can tell the service is I don't care about anyone The operator is Sam he's older and about to retire his daughter runs the location in the mall she's good she runs it like old school Chickfal a There play area is still closed they say for Covid but all other locations are open This location needs to get together. Most of the locals go to mall location or other places like dairy o it's a new restaurant in asheboro they care

Horrible service. The manager isn't willing to help with any problem that we have ever had. I bought $40 worth of food and once we asked for sauce the girl rolled her eyes because we previously asked for extra napkins because our drinks were overflowing and we also didn't receive straws . Prior to one other visit when we got a free milkshake with a love note on the side of it. I'm sick of the employees and management at this location.

Chick fil a is the best fast food restaurant because it's axial chicken that's not stored in a fridge for years

Dirtiest and slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been in. There was food all over the floor, trash in the kids play area, and all of the dining tables were sticky. I ordered a one strip meal for my toddler and it was he size of a nugget...the 3 yr old noticed a difference. I saw one table wiped down the whole time we were in there. I always count on Chick-fil-A when in a new area for their consistent cleanliness but we will bypass this one from now on and I suggest everyone else do the same.

Saturday morning breakfast at the CFA. Polite and pleasant counter persons. A manager doing a great job of keeping things running smooth and speaking with the customers. Prompt service and good food with a healthy supply of smiles from the advertising with the cows telling us to EAT MOR CHICKIN. Why can't the other chains learn from Chick-Fil-A? They are miles ahead of any other place.

Does not offer dine-in! Will not patronize nor recommend anyone. Since the food cost as much as dining at some finer dining establishments, it's just awful that you can't sit and eat your expensive chicken and their chicken is not that great anyway it's more hype than anything. Go to zazby's better chicken or visit Kickback Jacks for a better experience. They had 25-30 teenagers running around a outside, so they can't say they don't have enough employees.

The food and service is excellent. They need to step up their game when it comes to cleanliness. The floor needed sweeping and the tables are wiped but why does the seats never get wiped and the table is wet from wiping? I don't want to sit on crumbs! And I don't want to put my food on a wet table. And I also don't want my feet on dropped food and dirty napkins. Carry the wipe dry clean towel and broom dustpan at the same time. When wiping the table wipe the seats. Dry off the table and the seats. Mop under the table when necessary ( dropped ice cream) Then sweep under the table and seats.

Food is good, obviously... it's Chick-fil-a. However, they always forget to put something in my bag. Today it was a fork. Can't eat a salad without a fork. Customer service in the drive-thru has gone downhill recently as well. Less than impressed.

Food was fine as usual, however the customer service was terrible. An older lady was no help at all and seemed put out that we had a bus of well behaved cheerleaders. When my food was delivered the lady delivering didn't even put it down in front of me, but on the other side of the table and muttered "PLEASURE" not "MY PLEASURE" - just PLEASURE. Not one person out of our 40 person group was asked if they needed a refill. Our hometown Chick Fil A is amazing and this service would not be acceptable there.

Probably the dirtiest Chick-Fil-A we have ever been in. They weren't even that busy and had about 10 employees behind the counter. Not one of them out in the dining room. The girls at the counter could clearly look out and see all of the trash on the floor. Also the floors were so greasy that someone could easily fall. I finally saw a manager come out from the back as we were leaving and I casually told him that the dining room needed some attention and he said where and I said everywhere and he didn't even say thank you, I'm sorry or we will take care of it. He kinda huffed and turned around to find some someone to sweep. Man Chick-Fil-A this is not the standards you usually set! Won't be back to this one. Imagine if the dining room is this dirty what the kitchen must look like. Not sure how they have a 97 grade.

Food was good as always had to wait on food and they gave us a card for ice cream that had expired already not a big deal I mean I didnt gain or lose anything just thought it was kinda funny because they asked us to pull up and wait and the card was supposed to be because we had to wait im assuming it expired on the 31st of last month todays the 13th

Waited 11 minutes for my food with no explanation as to why or apology. I did not have a complicated order and when i got my food I could tell it wasn't fresh so don't see what the hold up was.

Best chicken sandwich! Always worth the wait. The drive thru is bizarre, driving around and around the building with a "traffic cop" employee directing all the cars. Lol

I go here almost everyday and it is the best place on earth (yes better than Disney land)

Ya this place needs to start moving North like ASAP. No reason it would do poorly here. Good chicken and AWESOME fries, only complaint is the white bread buns fall apart and their hours are alittle weird. (closed on sunday????) Atleast try this place if you come across one, i've only seen them up to the Maryland/DC area.

I travel a lot for my business and Chick Fil A is my go to for breakfast and lunch. I use the app regularly and most always have a good experience. Today was not one of those times. I went to the counter to pick up my mobile order and realized I had forgotten to add sauce to my order. I stood for a moment and was ignored by one cashier. The young lady filling mobile orders brought one up to the counter, looked me in the eye and turned around to go back to what she was doing. I continued to wait while cashiers ignored me. She turned back around as the lady from the dining room was coming to the counter. I said to her, "You looked at me right in the eyes and ignored me". Her answer was, "I have a job to do. That's her job!" Pointing to the lady from he dining room. I was shocked and asked if she was really speaking to a customer like that. She repeated what she said. The lady from the dining room asked me what I needed. I asked for a manager. The young woman came back up to the counter and said she was a manager! At that point I just walked away. I won't be back.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at the Franchise. I'm visiting from Virginia, we're the service and food are top notch. Its sad and disappointing. The Nuggets were soggy and the fries were hard and cold. SMH.

I've eaten at many Chick-fil-a restaurants. Yes it's expensive for what it is, but it's always consistently good and fresh. This one did not disappoint in the least. Clean, efficient, and with neat, courteous, well spoken employees. Not a saggy pants, face piercing, tattooed extremity, foul mouth, or sideways hat to be seen. I'll go back just to see that refreshing sight. Worth every extra penny, and more, in my book. I know, I know, don't judge on appearances, yada yada yada. But sue me. I personally don't care to have someone who looks like a thug or skank handling my food, because I figure if they don't care about their appearance, they surely don't care about hygiene or my food. Call me judgmental all you want, but when I'm in Asheboro needing lunch, you'll know where to find me.

Good food as to be expected! The drive-thru service was fast and friendly. The grilled chicken sandwiches were cooked perfectly, the sweet tea wasn't overly sweet and the coffee is amazing!

It doesn't get any better than Chick Fil a's food, service and quality! Always my first fast food choice!! This particular one is no exception just added the southern hospitality charm!

Last two visits to this location have been far from satisfactory. Service at counter was not very nice and when asked about a certain item she replied she didn't know and that's as far as she went. If she didn't know why couldn't she ask someone. I walked out and didn't order at all. Lost business....

I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A. They have really good chicken minis for the morning and good lunches. It's never slow or bad service I Highly recommend it. My family goes there a lot. If you like chicken then you will love Chick-Fil-A. #Eatmorechicken
