Been here twice and got the chicken sandwich. Great service and fast. Again, directly connected to my stay at Hyatt.

Google
Great location in the food court. Friendly staff and tasty food. They have a dedicated pickup area for mobile orders.

Forst time eating at this restaurant, it's a good alternative to fast food. The food style (Mediterranean) was a very healthy choice and very feeling. Everything was great about the food, but the wait time is unbearable. This restaurant seemed to be understaffed, some customers walked in and walked out due to the wait time.

Super tasty food and the staff were great and friendly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to the Chick-fil-A located at 233 Peachtree St NE on October 24th. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a side of hash browns, as I often do. However, this time the hash browns were very soggy, unlike the warm and crispy texture I’ve come to expect. When I politely approached the counter to request a refund for the hash browns, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Two employees openly laughed at my request, commenting, “he wants a refund haha.” Their behavior was disrespectful and left me feeling embarrassed over a simple refund request. It was only the female manager who ultimately stepped in and kindly resolved the issue by providing a refund. While I appreciate the manager’s assistance, I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed by how I was treated. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the level of professionalism and respect at this location.

I usually come here for breakfast and the staff is always nice especially Deborah but today there was a Latin woman wrking and she let a Latin man skip over everyone in line to get his food first then made myself along with everyone else that was waiting sit there for almost 10 minutes while she put together multiple orders. My food literally sat on the counter getting cold while she stood there doing other ppls food orders. Won’t be returning

Google
This chick fil a is a disaster. Never thought I would say that about a CFA but man, even after the renovation it almost seems like things got worse. Super slow drive through, and oddly not enough staff to keep up with the volume… which seems to never be a problem with cfa’s. I hope they’re not trying to cut cost by doing that. Only reason they get 2 stars is because all the other stores have been great.

Google
Whatever lady answered the phone at 6:29 am this morning on 1/3, when a customer requests something simple for a online order and you say it’s no issue.. when they get their food it’s quite annoying to see that wasn’t completed.

Yelp
Daniel the GM/Operator did a fabulous job in assisting me during my catering order for 75 people. Even with each modification I had to make, he made sure the order was correct & on time. The delivery person - Stephanie, was friendly & assisted with the set up. She still had a smile after walking up 3 flights of stairs. One of the seamless & correct catering orders I've requested. Especially for a 8:30A delivery. Thank you again Daniel.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Service has gone down the shitter lately. I wouldn't leave a bad review after 1 bad experience at fast food places because I have low standards anyway. This place deserves it. I ordered a 10 count chicken mini meal with hash browns and an iced coffee online this morning. Someone else picked it up for me. What did I receive? 7 out of 10 minis, no hash browns, and the coffee. Receipt taped to the bag was correct, the idiots that work here just screwed it up. Avoid this location if you expect competency.

Adam P.

Yelp
Service was pretty bad. I was directed to one cash register where a woman rudely told me she wasn't going to take my order. Waited for another person who took my order and then complained to her coworker that she didn't want to be there.

Isabel G.

Yelp
Bun on my chicken sandwich looked as if there was mold starting to grow and fries were stall and cold

Whitney N.

Yelp
Stephanie checked me out I was switched registers. I told her I had cash and card. She got mad because she pushed to tend button and didn't get the cash for me so I was up there for 15 minutes trying to get my salad because she didn't know what she was doing. Very nerve-racking and irritating when the person who's post to be taking my order is the attitude because they're doing the wrong thing.

Monica C.

Yelp
Giving this a 1 star because 0 stars is not an option Ordered regular chicken sandwich meal and took back to my room at the Hyatt to eat. The fires were practically brown they were so cold and stale, the chicken on my sandwich was absolutely GRAY. The meal was not even edible to say the least. I got to the restaurant at 7:45 on a Saturday night. In hind sight the amount of food that was cooked and sitting on the shelf should have told me that mine was not going to be fresh. So disappointed

Jerome B.

Yelp
Terrible customer service from Liz at front counter, first off when I walked up to place my order no hey how you doing just what you want. I'm a patient at Emory right now so I have on hospital clothes which I guess threw her off because she called another employee over and asked her to stand behind her she ain't have time for it while I placed my order which was weird. Maybe someone in the management department should teach her better customer service ethics and to not judge a book by its cover

Scooty W.

Yelp
I've gone to this location twice within a week and unfortunately was helped by the same worker there. She's so unprofessional. If you ask her for anything additional like an extra sauce or something she catches an attitude. Her name is Yaz. If you don't want to work then don't work. This location is so convenient but I refuse to go back to this location because her customer service is horrible.

Ben M.

Yelp
Found myself an interaction with Lily (saw her name on the name tag). Pretty good service from the young woman, and I'll be coming back.

Ashley T.

Yelp
This has to be the rudest chick fil a I have ever been to. What happened to southern hospitality? Isn't this the south? I said thank you, and the woman (Clyrinda) just stared at me. I did not here "my pleasure" back. She forgot to give me a receipt, so I asked her for it and acted like it was a hassle to print it out. She then failed to tell me where to wait and watched me stand over by the mobile order pickup line for 10 mins before someone yelled that I was supposed to be in the other side. Not impressed by the demeanor of any of the staff members, especially Clyrinda. I don't know who the manager or owners are, but they should be ashamed of themselves for not upholding the standards of Chick Fil A!

Marcus S.

Yelp
Service was fast and there was no line at all. I suggest to go to this location if you want to skip the long lines

Wendy H.

Yelp
I was always discouraged by the long ass lines during lunchtime. However, on my last day in Atlanta, I came by at 11 to pick up lunch. There were no lines. The ordering process was quick. I ordered the chick fil a deluxe meal. The sandwich is everything people said it was. Juicy and crispy. Waffle fries were good. Service was polite and efficient. I know this company has problematic policies but I think you should try something once in your life. I did and now I can cross this off my bucket list!

Cecelia J.

Yelp
If you want cold food and rude service I recommend coming to this Chick-fil-A. I get it's fast food but it should be at least hot if not accurate in what you order. Which my order was both cold and not correct in what I placed.

Mosiah L.

Yelp
If I had reviewed this Chick-fil-A about two months ago, I would've rated it a four. The food is always good here, but lately the customer service has been slipping. Chick-fil-A is known for fast and friendly service. The service is still friendly most of the time and the food is still good, but at this location (in Peachtree Center) they take longer than they used to and some of the cashiers don't listen very well. For instance, I have ordered a fruit cup before and gotten a fruit punch instead. Recently, I've had to repeat what I'm ordering two or three times. This morning is another example of how the service has declined a little. I ordered the spicy biscuit (along with the fruit cup), but when I got to work I discovered that I'd been given something else instead of the spicy biscuit. I took the order back to them and they eventually gave me the right thing but not before I had to raise my voice a bit. The guy behind counter acted as if I was trying to get something for nothing despite the fact that I showed him my receipt and brought back what they'd mistakenly given me. Other customers were staring, but I was not in the wrong. I'm still not going to rate this location lower than a three for now because when I do get the right order, the food is every bit as good as what you'd normally expect from Chick-fil-A. They just need to speed things up the way they used to a couple of months ago.

Sarah W.

Yelp
I work next door so unfortunately only have this location as an option to choose from for my favorite grilled chicken options... my consistent experience has been SLOWEST experience w Chick-fil-A... doesn't matter if it is during the slowest hour or lunch rush hour, plan for 20 minutes to stand in line. Staff is not friendly, does not say "my pleasure," and there is certainly no "go the extra mile/anticipate needs" service. This franchise owner certainly needs to be more engaged with the Team. On the bright side, I will be back because of the brand, what the company stands for, and the grilled chicken... so there are plenty of opportunities grow and improve.

Ava S.

Yelp
order to the hotel near by and forgot half of the order, no straws and no sauces. extremely disappointed

Howard L.

Yelp
Truett Cathy would be rolling in his grave if he saw how the employees here operated. Completely drained of any enthusiasm and energy and none of the classic "my pleasure" when you thank them for something, instead just grunting or just completely brushing you off. I was floored! However, that doesn't mean the food here sucks. It's typical just like any other Chick-Fil-A's food, so I have to at least give this location an average rating of 3 stars.

Emily R.

Yelp
This was the second time we visited this location -- first time was fine. The second time a friend of mine ordered a #1 with American cheese. When our food came out, the sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. I took her sandwich back to the counter and asked for it to be warmed up. They took it and offered to remake it -- great. Except when I took it back to my friend, it was even colder. She then went up for a third time and they were rude and short with her, but replaced the cold sandwich. But wait, the third THIRD sandwich was also cold and they were rude with her. At this time it also wasn't busy or a rush hour time.

Len J.

Yelp
I ordered two sausage and hash brown bowl and a 4 piece chicken mini The bowls were lukewarm at best and the chicken minis looked like a box of raw dough with a piece of chicken that someone had stuck their finger in There are so many other choices for breakfast near by and I recommend that you try them. Very disappointing break

Evan G.

Yelp
Chick-fil-A at Peachtree Center in Atlanta is a well managed Chick-fil-A location that is very convenient when you need that Chick-fil-A. They are very efficient at getting everything together even when it is a larger order. The staff here works hard to make sure that everything is right and I ha have had a really good experience every time that I have been here.

Joy R.

Yelp
Consistent at every location, you always know what you're getting a Chick-Fil-A. This location gets bombarded by locals and tourists alike but seems to run an efficient operation to keep up with the demand. While visiting Atlanta, we had to hit this spot multiple times for breakfast and lunch. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we made it through the winding breakfast line on a busy morning. Chick-Fil-A has mastered both efficiency and customer service. If you're visiting Atlanta and staying at the Marriott Marquis, definitely ask the concierge for directions to this location. A short covered walk, you never have to brave the cold or Atlanta summer heat.

Travis S.

Yelp
Worst experience I've ever had. The women here are the rudest employees I've ever seen. This experience was so bad I may never eat at a Chick-fil-a again. I would rather starve then spend money at this location.

Ernest H.

Yelp
Great food as always, friendly service and received my food quickly. The location can be difficult to get to unless you are staying in downtown Atlanta or your planning to take or arrive on the Marta.

Shalita L.

Yelp
I am very disappointed in this location 225 Peachtree St NE unit B4 where the Operation Manager is Gary Branch.. I went in to this location and order a Cobb salad..1st I was charge because I have allergic reaction to cheese and 2nd there was a live bug in my salad very disturbing.... The only thing that was repeatedly said to me is the lettuce was washed...BUT WHY IS THERE A LIVE BUG SIR????? I advise you to watch what you are eating. See picture below

Yelp
Food: 4.0/5.0 Service: 2.5/5.0 Value: 3.5/5.0 Decor: 2.5/5.0 Overall: 3.5/5.0 Yes, I'm the bum who lands at Hartsfield, Ubers into town, and the first thing I do is run to the nearest CFA (the good kind, not the financial kind) and orders two spicy chicken sandwiches at 9am in the morning. In other words, I'm legit :D. I heart Chick-fil-A. I admit some of it is groupthink, but most of it is me recognizing that they're in my food-centric mind a top 5 chain that does what they do right. Centrally located in the Peachtree Center complex.

Shunte C.

Yelp
I ordered a large order fries brownie it took 10 minutes for me to get my order when I walked up a lady ask do you have a mobile order ? I replied yes before she could finish helping me the supervisor you to count draw The supervisor begin to tell her that someone will help me She neglected to tell the customer which was being someone will be with me in a moment. A Different young lady came up and asked me again do you have a mobile order again I patiently waited for 10 minutes on fries once I ask for a refund the fries came I asked the supervisor what was the hold up she stated that the computer did not display the order and sometimes they do not see it tell the customer come up Chick-fil-A is getting too much money for this excuse instead of standing around gossiping about everyone that comes up and leave . They need to put their focus into their customers this is the only establishment that's does not say my pleasure . It's in the area try out any establishment but this one . You will thank me later.

Travis R.

Yelp
Great tasting food, friendly staff, nice environment, reasonably priced...I mean who DOESN'T love Chick-Fil-A? That's how I use to think up until today. This location should be avoided by all means. I've been visiting this downtown Atlanta location once or twice a week for the past six months and my level of dissatisfaction has been slowing increasing. It doesn't feel like Chick-Fil-A's because most of the staff doesn't seem happy to be at work. The wait time for orders is much longer than usual and sometimes your order is wrong. The incident today actually started last week because half my order was messed up and I ended up giving it away to a coworker. The store was already closed by this point so it was pointless to call. Fast forward to today and I placed the same order. I tell the manager with multicolored hair and a attitude about the mishap and she makes me feel like I'm trying to scam them for a sandwich. I ended up cancellation the order and leaving. Now with no time to stop somewhere else to eat before work I'm going to be hungry and angry all day. I will make 1 more attempt to resolve this by calling the store manager Gary Branch but he likely needs to be out of a job because he's ruining their Brand by mismanaging this store. whatever the outcome of that phone call is I'm never eating at 225 Peachtree Street again. I'm tempted to abandon this food chain altogether and trash them on social platforms. Also avoid the Dwarf House in Hapeville GA...even worse over there.

Kashif K.

Yelp
While the leadership of this company seems to love to court controversy (recently, at least), they continue to deliver a very tasty chicken sandwich. Fried in peanut oil, the chicken has the taste of deep fried goodness without being too greasy. I alternate between the original and spicy chicken sandwiches (both equally good), but ask them to hold the pickles. I like the sharpness of pickles in hamburgers, but on a chicken sandwich, I feel like the taste of pickles is strong enough to eclipse the taste of the chicken. The "deluxe" version of their sandwiches includes lettuce and tomato, which again I like on hamburgers, but not on a fried chicken sandwich. Chick Fil A also has the best sweet tea, which I particularly enjoy as an Arnold Palmer, mixed with their lemonade. The sweetness of the tea and the tartness of the lemonade, with their powers combined, produces a very refreshing effect on my senses. The staff at this location is invariably friendly and welcoming.

Norma L.

Yelp
Got my biscuit in about 5 minutes, but it took another 15 to get the hashbrowns, so the biscuit is cold. Employees did not care. I work real close, and wont be going back. Momos for me.

Kate S.

Yelp
Chick-Fil-A's food speaks for itself: simply delicious! Reviews for different locations really end up being based off of the service and organization of the location. The Chick-Fil-A in Peachtree Center is always packed; however, they still move very quickly and efficiently. As busy as it always is, the staff and crew move quickly through everyone's order, and I personally have never had a mistake in my order. Even if the lines are long, I recommend you satisfying your craving for Chick-Fil-A while on your lunch break from work or a nearby conference or hotel. The line will move quickly, and you will be on your way in no time.

Tammara H.

Yelp
Using the mobile app there is beyond inconvenient. The place was utter chaos with stiff sitting on counter unannounced and new orders being announced. Waited 20 minutes from when I clicked the I am iam here button. About 150 people went through the line as I waited with 150 others for my mobile order. The line was deliberately the priority. There mobile order people were terribly unorganized and won't go back unless in line

Adria L.

Yelp
The same great quality I always expect from Chick fil a. I ordered my food using the mobile app (which I love!), but my order was prepared slower than the people who arrived after me and waited in line to place their order.

Peachz T.

Yelp
Some of the cashiers are great as well as the managers.....I have special diet beers n they always seems to b anke to help me out....but lately the fries n the hashbrowns have been greasy

Tami S.

Yelp
Today I ordered the spicy southwest salad. I've ordered this salad before and had it from this location at least twice before Chick-fil-a is expensive, and this salad costs $8.19. When I pulled my salad out of the bag to eat it I was shocked to see it was about half a salad, not even filling the container. This is the normal size container that it normally comes in. If it wasn't so late in the day that I finally was able to get lunch, and I hadn't been so hungry I would have taken it back. I'm very dissatisfied and will not purchase from this location again. The chicken was not in filet form, but shredded into the salad. There wasn't much of it.

Heather G.

Yelp
I work nearby and tend to try to avoid this CFA b/c of so many things. Over the last 4 years, I have noticed that the customer service here isn't up to par with the other locations. They have young women here with the WORST attitudes. I've attempted to speak with a manager about the attitude I received from an employee yelling at me to "move forward in the line" as she rolled her eyes & that got me nowhere. You can just tell the manager/supervisor has no sense of leadership and he comes off as timid. I'm sure these sassy girls run right over him so that's probably why I have seen zero effort out of any them throughout the years. I think it's worth mentioning the fact that they ALWAYS (and I'm not exaggerating) burn the biscuits in the morning! There hasn't been one morning I've received a soft, moist, buttery chicken biscuit. They're always rock hard and it's honestly the saddest way to start off your morning. The service, in general, is pretty slow & it doesn't matter if you place a mobile order through the app because you're still going to have to wait a good 10-15 minutes. There's no sense of urgency from anyone throughout the morning/lunch rushes and if there's a convention in town you might as well choose somewhere else b/c you'll be waiting for quite some time with them. The main issue with this location is the fact that I saw a roach on the counter this morning. A few other customers & I saw it and one of the sassy girls grabbed a napkin & killed it. I can tolerate crappy service when I'm in need but a roach? That's where I draw the line.

Scott H.

Yelp
First time to a Chick-fil-A. VERY busy during the lunch rush, but the restaurant keeps the line moving and the food coming very efficiently. Had the spicy chicken delux sandwhich. Was nice and tasty. Good for a quick/cheap bite to eat.

Adam R.

Yelp
I am a little confused as to why this one is listed as being downtown. I am writing this review based on what my receipt says the address of this one is, but it is located between West Peachtree and Peachtree and between 3rd and 4th Streets in an office building next to AT&T. Even http://www.chickfila.com does not have a listing for this location. Did I find the nexus of the universe? Where am I? Anyway, cosmic disturbances aside, this is a great location for a Chick-Fil-A. Near MARTA and a lot of office buildings, there is definitely some potential for some foot traffic...assuming you can find it. There are no signs that I could see, and you would never find it by looking online. I rarely eat breakfast but really wanted some Chick-Fil-A chicken biscuits. The lady was very nice as most people who work for Chick-Fil-A generally seem to be. I was in and out within three minutes which at least when ordering to go is a very good thing!

Tamrisa M.

Yelp
This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been too. Every time I go they mess up my order. Grilled chicken sandwich no tomato, meal no drink, sauces missing, fries or hash browns are always too greasy. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because it's Chick-fil-A but I think I need to give them a break.

Sharky 3153 Second Channel Y.

Yelp
This place has terrible service I ordered my food 10 minutes ago online and when I came to pick it up the lady working there told me I had to wait for the other 20 people to get there food ordered so it looks fair to the people in line even tho I ordered 20 minutes ago would not recommend

Dale K.

Yelp
After an intense night of drinking in the ATL heat (which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.. being from SF and all), my hangover demanded that I get a juicy, moist but still slightly greasy chicken sandwich with criss-cut fries (and some sweet tea) from C-F-A. Honestly, I don't know what kinda crack they put in this chicken. Or maybe it's in dem pickles they put in there... but I just can't get enough of these little critter burgers... I used to chow down on these things as a kid in SoCal... but in NorCal... I think the animal activists of the Bay Area has scared off these God-fearing chain (yes.. they actually are closed on Sundays... the Lord's Day!) away. Probably think we're a bunch of weirdos.... Anyhow, I penalized one star, cause the service here (as well as most other parts of ATL) stank!

Christopher Z.

Yelp
As others have stated, per Chick-Fil-A's website, this site doesn't exist. But it is hidden at the bottom floor of the AT&T building across from the North Ave MARTA stop. Great chicken and biscuit breakfast sandwich. Sodas are refillable if you bring it back to the counter. Although it is packed right a noon, they have all 4 registers open and the line moves fast.

Stephen M.

Yelp
I've noticed at lunchtime the lines are long for Chick-fil-A. I've had lunch here several times. First time I had a grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich tasted great and the chicken was moist. Then I had grilled chicken nuggets and regular chicken nuggets. Both nuggets were cooked just right. Also, had a shake. One thing I like is that Chick-fil-A will take your order while you're standing in line. This allows them to get a head start on cooking your food. The Employees were very friendly and courteous. This store is located within the food court at the Mall of Peachtree.

Bill S.

Yelp
I've been coming here for breakfast all week and the morning staffing is awful. Long wait in line with only 1 or 2 people working and manager that apparently doesn't care. Food is typical CFA. Service leaves a lot to be desired. At least act like you care...

Todd B.

Yelp
I was there during DragonCon which was an insanely busy time. There were around 50 customers at this small counter. They were extremely professional and efficient, getting my food in under 10 minutes. My order was correct and fresh despite the chaos that descended upon them.

Simone T.

Yelp
A very busy location but super fast and friendly. Try out the mobile ordering. They do a fantastic job it's so convenient working a busy day trying to find a minute or two for food

Montrice W.

Yelp
There is NO WAY ANYONE can give this CFA anything other than 5 Stars. No matter how busy, it's never long before your food is up. Best service EVER! Always an on top staff with a smile.

Michelle O.

Yelp
We were in town for DragonCon. Was very excited when I saw Chick-Fil-A in the food court! Super nice staff. Food is absolutely amazing!!! We pretty much lived on this while in town.

Danielle M.

Yelp
Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. Cow Appreciation Day is one of my favorite days of the year. I love to dress up and getting free food is the best! This year was no different. I convinced fiancee to meet me at 7am at this CFA for his first CAD. We paid for parking, donned our spots, cow noses, and tails, and headed in. There were no decorations, posters or anything showing that it was CAD. That's fine... we went to the register, I ordered a #1 breakfast meal (biscuit and hashbrowns), now for those of you who don't know about CAD, if you are 'full cow (spots, nose, tail, ears...) you get a free meal. If you are partial cow (a spot or two) you get an entree. The man at the counter just told me that I can get a biscuit, I have to purchase the hashbrowns. I said, ok that's fine, I'll just take the biscuit then. I asked for no butter, and the man just looked at me quizzically, and said "no butter on what?" I said the biscuit... as that was the only thing I had ordered, he said, "oh I thought you ordered a burrito..." not entirely sure what was going on in that previous conversation... but ok. Fiancee ordered a biscuit and hashbrowns. He paid and we sat down. I realized that the man had charged us for 2 hashbrowns, even though I told him I didn't want one, oh well. He also gave me a buttered biscuit... again, oh well. Not worth it. Fiancee went up to get some more water and stood at the counter styrofoam cup in hand, lid off... the clear indication that he wanted a refill. One employee looked right at him, made eye contact, turned around and walked away. Fiancee turned to the next employee who was standing at the register, who proceeded to just ask the person who had just walked into line what she could do for them. Fiancee was obviously there first, she just ignored him. Not sure what the issue was here, but this was by far the worst experience that I have had at a CFA. If this were my first time going to CFA, I would probably say that I would not have gone back... I am always so impressed at the level of respect, courtesy, and general disposition of most CFA employees, but this was very disappointing, especially on Cow Appreciation Day!!! Note: I did not write this review because I did not receive my free hashbrowns... that is not the intention of the review. Just disappointed in the manner of the employees that I encountered here... it was as if I had walked into a McDonalds...

Sarah H.

Yelp
Lots of cashiers so the line moves pretty fast. They also have 2 lines that feed into multiple cashiers to make it efficient as possible. Food is good, as always at a Chickfila. Friendly staff. The only downfall is you only get 1 refill and they mark you cup so they know. If you get water they also mark your cup with a "W."
