Chick-fil-A

Good Chick-fil-A Location. Great costumer service, good and freshly prepared food (my chicken sandwich was super hot, even had to wait a bit until I could eat it). Everything seemed pretty new and not worn down. It seemed to be pretty well taken care off and clean.

This location has consistently gone above and beyond for my little toddler and it has made going to Chick Fil A such a fun treat for her! Between always being stocked up on crayons and coloring pages to having games at the ready it's always been lovely coming here. As a parent as well, the complimentary stick on placemats and the awesome staff make the whole experience great.

I want to give this location a full 5 star review, but I can’t help but receive awful service from a particular employee named Laquandra time and time again. I think her alternate uniform means she’s a manager of some sort, but she doesn’t carry the attitude I’m used to receiving at Chik-Fil-A (I’ve been a customer for 20+ years). Everything else is always so good, that is my only complaint!

We ordered catering for Valentine’s Day and our delivery driver, Sara, was the BEST!! She was so kind and so helpful, and one of our employees off-handedly mentioned we were looking forward to the heart-shaped trays, even though our order was too big to fit. Sara went the extra mile by driving back to her store and then back to our office and to drop them off for us!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SARA!!

Give my boy, Wilson, Carlos and Alex a raise. They all take my order right,Sometimes they get my name wrong. Not too bad. Once I got my bread and and it looked moldy but I still ate it😈.Another time. A female Employee was taking my order. She was rushing. Messing my order up. The line was not that big just relax. The line doesn’t matter the orders do.

I came in at 6:30 to order food. It wasn’t a huge order, 15 biscuits and 15 hashbrowns. The lady at the register rolled her eyes and walked off for a bit. When she came back, she told the manager that she had an order for 15 biscuits and hash browns and then finally came back over. I told her if the order size was a problem, I could go somewhere else. She said she had to let the kitchen know. I gave her cash and she walked off again to find out if they have change to give. Then they filled orders that came after me and I waited for 20+ mins to get the order. I realize it’s early but come on man.

I ordered curbside they brought out my order the first time wrong. I have a gray Jeep it clearly said on the bag black Mercedes so I took it back to them then proceeded to wait like 12 to 15 minutes, which is already long for Chick-fil-A. They bring me my order assuming it’s right I leave because my drink had the correct car on it. Well when I got home I ordered a chicken sandwich add bacon add cheese, which I paid extra for it and I got Jordan‘s order which is just a plain Chick-fil-A sandwich with no pickles. Yeah, this is probably the worst Chick-fil-A experience. I’ve had they need to get it together.

in the morning, the service is extremely poor. Orders were delayed for more than 13 minutes, and there were clearly not enough staff. Customers even had to leave their cars and stand at the door just to ask about their orders. Because of this chaos, I was late to work. Very disappointing experience — a restaurant with this name should focus on organization and speed, especially during the busy morning hours. I will not be coming back until the service improves.
