Chick-fil-A

Good Chick-fil-A Location. Great costumer service, good and freshly prepared food (my chicken sandwich was super hot, even had to wait a bit until I could eat it). Everything seemed pretty new and not worn down. It seemed to be pretty well taken care off and clean.

I ordered curbside they brought out my order the first time wrong. I have a gray Jeep it clearly said on the bag black Mercedes so I took it back to them then proceeded to wait like 12 to 15 minutes, which is already long for Chick-fil-A. They bring me my order assuming it’s right I leave because my drink had the correct car on it. Well when I got home I ordered a chicken sandwich add bacon add cheese, which I paid extra for it and I got Jordan‘s order which is just a plain Chick-fil-A sandwich with no pickles. Yeah, this is probably the worst Chick-fil-A experience. I’ve had they need to get it together.

Give my boy, Wilson, Carlos and Alex a raise. They all take my order right,Sometimes they get my name wrong. Not too bad. Once I got my bread and and it looked moldy but I still ate it😈.Another time. A female Employee was taking my order. She was rushing. Messing my order up. The line was not that big just relax. The line doesn’t matter the orders do.

Love this new Chick-fil-A! There were mostly young kids/adults working here. They were nice. My food was fresh. Special shout-out to Carlos! He was so helpful and sweet. Made sure everyone in the eating area was taken care of. I'll definitely come back.

in the morning, the service is extremely poor. Orders were delayed for more than 13 minutes, and there were clearly not enough staff. Customers even had to leave their cars and stand at the door just to ask about their orders. Because of this chaos, I was late to work. Very disappointing experience — a restaurant with this name should focus on organization and speed, especially during the busy morning hours. I will not be coming back until the service improves.

Two times in less than a month I have had to turn around and go back to the store to get my correct order. The staff can’t even make eye contact and say hello. When I returned to the store to get my correct order the lady I handed my bag took it and walked away without speaking a word to me. The young guy said “I told you we gave out the wrong one again” … will not return to this location.

I’ve been to every chick fil a in metro Atlanta. Was excited for this one since I live couple blocks over. The customer service is sub par but more importantly the food is not anywhere near chick fil a standards. I’m not even sure how it’s possible but the chicken isn’t even the same chicken. Just go to the Roswell road location

Nice busy popular Chick filla place in Buckhead area plus cause it’s in a really busy area of Atlanta u do have some strange people come inside here homeless people & visitors locals as well anyone
