The customer service was great. The reason I couldn't give a full 5 stars was because they ran out of kids meals toys and the Honest Kids Organic Apple Juice with no type of compensation, which left my 3 and 4 year old girls pretty disappointed.

The food was great and also was the time in line. I got work( I work over night) and was hungry so I headed straight to chick-fil-a hoping the line wouldn't be soooo long at 7:45a and to my surprise it wasn't!! Hallelujah Thank You Jesus!! 💃💃💃I got in and out within a few mins 2 mins!!!🙌🙌🙌 Now thats what I call "fast food" " fast service"!!🙌🙌😄😄😄

Drive thru order taker must have come from McDonald's (not a compliment). I have two teenagers who work at Chic Fil a in a different state and they were appalled. Corporate office needs to check this location. Food was delicious as always!

Super busy and a rather long wait to order and receive the food. Employees are very friendly but they either need more help or organization is necessary. The condiment counter was well replenished but you have to ask for ketchup.

I love chick fil a, but this location and staff are horrible, I had to wait 15 minutes for a cookie and cream milkshake, even though I made a Mobil order and nothing was wrong with the machine,and no,they were not busy I was the only one standing in the pick up area for about 5 minutes before a few more customers came in and got serviced before me. Even some with a similar order.

I was just shaking in there about to scream but I styaed there and kept my composure. Okay this was by far the worse chick file experience I've had! First it started with the sucky greeting from the cashier ( so upset I dont remember her name) she acted like she couldn't get my order together , once she finally did get it I stood to the side and waited as usual. I'm waiting waiting waiting 15 mins go by now mind you all i ordered was a 6 count grilled chicken nugget meal with a mint watermelon lemonade. So now I'm thinking what's going on four people got there orders then another guy as this is happening the manager " is telling the crew make sure you do this and that so now I say excuse me to the manager I've been eating for a while I was here way before them she looks at me with this unbothered look and say you have grilled nuggets they take longer I'm like okay. I said but I don't even have my lemonade as she's walking off so I see her making the regular lemonade and I say I have a watermelon mint lemonade now she says to the crew I need to see everyone for a meeting once the line is down and she starts to make my watermelon lemonade then she hands it to the young guy over there picking up everybody slack in the corner by the lemonade but even he was moving slow he proceeds to go to the back and never come back so I'm watching my Lemonade on the counter and im thinking really I need to get my money back and go now a whole nother five minutes pass when the manager passes me my bag and walks off as I'm saying I still don't have my lemonade she walks over to where her and ole boy left it and poured the lemonade gave it to me and walked on. I got my things came to car and wrote this. Cause I'm like wow. The only reason I gave them a two is because my food was fresh as always .

worst customer service of any chick fil a I've ever been never had a problem at any chick fil a until I went to this one make sure you help the cashier to get your order and your change right he was incapable nor did the little assit manager make it any better

Love this place. I always get good service and the food is so good. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich. And I love the Chick-fil-A sauce on my nuggets. I recommend it to everyone.
