The wait was long for a mobile order pickup that didn’t come through their system. Then I was accused of trying to steal the food via nonpayment. The manager Alanis made me show my personal bank account transaction as proof even though I had a mobile order number. Also, arguing with customers over sauce is low. I’m never coming to this location again. Too ghetto. Also. No customer service was followed at this location.

The best fast food around! Stop wondering why they have two lines at every drive-thru moving faster than the single lines at every other fast food place in the nation. Closed on Sunday because working Sunday is against the Christian beliefs, that made them number 1!

Always getting orders wrong, went today and got two spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese and bacon and they didn't put the bacon on my sandwich and this isn't the first time either. One time I asked for lemonade and when I got back to my destination to drink it it was not sweet or good it tasted water down. This is the worst chick fil A ever in Atlanta. And they never greet you unlike other chick fil A restaurant especially the ones in white areas which is always better than the ones in the hood.
