The staff are very friendly, patient, and helpful. They are continuously making sure the place is cleaned after each guest. A lady can in alone with a smaller child and KENIA made it her business to come around, provide a high chair, and cleaned it to accommodate the lady and the baby. AWESOME JOB

The management team at this location is absolutely horrible!! They refused to assist me with a simple issue I had because they did not add one item to my order. I ordered dinner for my staff through the app, and I did not get a choice for delivery from them or DoorDash (I hate using DoorDash because they cannot ever deliver to the correct building at my work address). 10 minutes after my food was suppose to be delivered I called DoorDash support because I still had not received it. They determined it was delivered and started to contact their driver to figure out where. I called the other businesses at our address and found it was delivered to one of the hotels. I had to take my staff off register to go pick it up. DoorDash did correct it on their end and refunded my almost $100 order. Upon opening the order (which was still sealed) we passed out food to everyone and discovered one of my managers did not receive her chicken sandwich (2nd day in a row this has happened to me). When we called the restaurant, the manager, Jake, told me I had to call DoorDash to get it corrected. I told him they or corrected their mistake (the miss delivery) but the order was not put together correctly by HIS team so all I wanted was a sandwich added to my account so my manager could go pick it up and have dinner. They said since DoorDash is a third party delivery service I would have to reschedule out to them and there was nothing they could do. I repeated to him that DoorDash fixed their mistake, that he would need to fix his team’s mistake of not packing my order correctly. He refused since it was delivered through a third party that he couldn’t do anything. I did get his name and the owner’s name and will contacting the owner, Gabe, Monday morning. This is very unlike Chick Fil La and they are usually much better about customer service, but definitely dropped the ball tonight. I was trying to do something nice for my hard working staff and they ruined it.

I was at this Chick-fil-a location today. Even though it was lunchtime and very busy, everything was running smoothly and the customer service was top notch. There was a woman cleaning tables and even offering to refill your drink, she was so sweet and doing a great job. Delia took my order and was just so kind. Delia’s customer service is beyond exceptional and this location is so lucky to have her. I would drive out of my way to go to this location again, just to say hi to her.

This was one of my best experiences at any Chick-Fil-A, courtesy of Ian. He made sure I had a warm welcome and he just has such a positive attitude which is honestly rare these days. Kudos to Ian, hopefully a manager will see this and commend him for his awesome service.

Chick-fil-a often has good food always serving tasty chicken and waffle fries. What made this visit extra special was a lovely associate named Delia. She served me and my grandmother, was very kind and attentive even after we recieved our order. She also was very informative about how to use the app! I wish I still lived close to this location so I could come here more often!

That’s one of my favourite branches in Austin Texas, it’s closer to the shopping centre of the Southpark Meadows. It has fantastic Customer Service and the drive-through is so nice and smooth. Take your order fresh crisp and nice as vanilla coffee with Chick-fil-A sandwich with the menu was full of items delicious items. Set up your Chick-fil-A app to get more points and get free food , cheers

From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. It was busy and the GM Gabriel was manning a register. He was so sweet and kind. He made our lunch extra special! The restaurant was very clean and the food was great! We both had salads ( Southwest and Market) and a wonderful chocolate shake to split. Delia was smiling as she took our dirty tray and containers from our table. The whole staff seemed very upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Gabriel, you truly are an angel!

Service here is awful. Came here with my two nieces and was treated like I was a huge bother. I had a very simple order, was kind even after being spoken to like I was an idiot. They forget all of my Drinks which was not a big deal but when I came up to the counter to advise them the young kid just laughed in my face and then proceeded to get the drinks. I advised the manager ( woman) that her staff weren't very polite and she just rolled her eyes and said sorry. The person who took my order was also extremely rude and not friendly at all. First time coming into the facility and just such a terrible experience. Never have I been to a chick fil a that was ran like this. My normal experience is friendliness and being welcomed, just very unfortunate. No one seemed to care at all which is I fine I guess but just really is sad.

When I tried to tell her my order she interrupted me multiple times telling me to drive forward and then continued to walk ahead of me impatiently. Once I finally was able to order I asked some questions which she ignored entirely even when repeated.

I wrote a review about how they treated their associates, and it was not Bethany but her name came up. It is her relative who wrote about abuse and not her but everything that was said about putting associates in 107 degree weather with no covering or water is absolute truth. I saw first hand how they were pouring sweat and not caring about associates who got sick and sent home. Make that money but don't care about your associates. Non- caring and such disgusting behavior by their managers! SHAMELESS BEHAVIOR

Today I went inside to order and I witnessed a manager degrading an employee in front of me. The employee was filling up the sweet tea bucket and he spilled a little bit when he first began. The manager, didnt catch his name but he is white, bald with a mustache, said to him "I dont know how you pour things in Kenya, but in America we pour liquids into the bucket." and then proceeded to laugh along with other employees standing nearby. The employee awkwardly laughed along and then gave me a very uncomfortable look. Whether this was a joke between them or not, I'm horrified that a manager would speak that way to an employee regardless, but especially in front of customers. This is a disgusting way to treat people, and having worked in the service industry, I'm ashamed. Please do better.

I keep getting Chick-fil-A delivered to our house even though we have never ordered from C-F-A. When I call about it they say it is not their responsibility. It has happened 3 times in the last 2 months. Our address is clearly marked on each side of our drive way and on the garage. This store location does not care about their customers since they make no attempt to rectify the situation. it just keeps happening. I just got off the phone with their corparate office and have asked them to talk to this store but I was on hold for 20 minutes so I am not holding my breath. If they put on hold for 20 minutes that means they are not interested or they are receiving a lot of complaints. Either way not good.

I used to come here frequently till TODAY. They changed back to old system for HEARING people. They stopped using the curbside pickup. It means I can't order food online. Dump all speakers!! That's a huge disappointment. Bye .

They have associates in 107 degree weather getting heat exhaustion people in waiting line that are not under canopy taking orders so they will be faster. Several have been sent home with heat exhaustion. They have asked one to not come in the next day or the next. Others they didn't say that too. Water not within reach if you are standing in sun with no cover. Nepotism seems to exist and one person can make remarks and bully new people. These do not reflect Christian values. They say they are all about Christiany but don't take bullying from calling names to others as being against their values. Customers should be first, but with the weather being as it has been, do they put their own people at risk and not offer them at least covering and water if line is long. Where is the caring there? It is not. They don't walk there talk. I'm appalled and will make sure that everyone I know how they abuse there associates. 107 degrees is dangerous. May the managers stand out there with no shade or water in their reach. Let's see how that works for them. I am a Christian, but I do have empathy and care about others' welfare as should they. IT IS NOT HAPPENING!

Went through the line at 3:30 today. Told them chic fil a sauce and ketchup please at the end of my order. No sauce was placed in my bag. Now it's 4:36 and my food is probably cold and I finally have the sauce I wanted. It's not that hard. Get it right the first time people.

Lunch time at Chick-fil-A. Today Jay Jay passed his math time test at school and everyone in his class clapped for him. Took him for lunch to reward him, and they gave him free hot cookies THIS LOCATION IS OUR FAVORITE IN AUSTIN. Never heard of this before. My wife went over there to get drive thru to bring home. Long line as usual, but whatever. 3 and 5 year olds in the car, gets the order (happened to be all of the hot stuff) but they left off her Cobb Salad. So rather than having her pull to the side or whatever they tell her she needs to go back through the line to get it. They mess up the order and my wife needs to get back in line. Any time I have been to a drive through to order and they screw up, they have me pull to the side and bring it right out. She even asked another person and they said yeah, you gotta go back through. She had already paid for it. Guess the difference is she is Mexican and I am white. So she comes home with her fresh salad and everyone else's food is cold. Thanks guys

I door dashed my meal today ... I ordered 2 salads , nuggets for the kiddo, fries and lemonades.... I didn't receive my x2 salad dressings per salad requested... instead of complaining on the app... I just drove up there and figured I can show my receipt and receive my dressings since this was less then 5 mins of receiving it. When I arrived I waited in the long line patiently just to be told that I would have to purchase another salad in order to get any dressing.. I'm already sad because I paid a delivery fee and still had to stop what I was doing to drive up to the location just to be turned around. Kyle Richards, Austin chick fil a marketing director who was assisting me was very rude and nasty to me while I was speaking and turned and walked away from me when I was asking a question. I even offered to just pay for the dressing. I called the store after because this is not the chick fil a way... and Steven answered and transferred me to a manager who didn't want to give her name. In the mist of her answering I heard Kyle telling her what to say and them laughing. I will go there around 3 to 5 times a week and the place is always busy as heck. Today was different, they finally messed my order up compared to how I ordered it It's ok because they credited me a new FREE !! order and I plan on picking it up soon.

I really do love this place. Eat there at least once a week. But when you order on the app and you know that your order is 100% correct, thus simplifying their workload, and you drive home and the sandwich IS NOT what you ordered!!! Like how hard is it to read an order and put it together?! The quality of everything just sucks post pandemic. It's fast food. Not rocket science.

Been waiting all day for Veterans day. Person that took my order was just rude. The Sandwich was flat and tasted old, fries were cold and full of broken bits. This was not a good experience for my family on veterans day. This shall be remembered. The worst Veterans day meal I've ever had.

I usually LOVE this Chick Fil A.....but this morning I am quite disgusted. Please tell me why the woman cleaning the dining area looked over me TWICE and asked the women sitting two feet from me if they were doing good?? I tried to make eye contact to get a refill but she doesn't seem to notice me. No lady, I don't speak a lot of Spanish, but I DO understand when you asked the ladies right next to me if they were good. Guess what? I'm not bien. I'm offended. Rude. Not cool.

So you can order breakfast on the app before 10:30, but can't pick it up at 10:40 because that's when they stop serving breakfast...even though you ordered it 20 minutes prior. And nowhere on the app does it say that. So just a heads up, if you're running late and order before 10:30, you're out of luck. That makes no sense.

Wow, I'm surprised I never wrote a review for this chick fil A. I have came here at least once a month since I moved to Austin. My favorite thing to order is the spicy southwest chicken salad minus the cheese. It comes with: Slices of grilled spicy chicken breast, chilled and served on a fresh bed of chopped Romaine lettuce and baby greens, topped with shredded red cabbage and carrots, grape tomatoes, a blend of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, and a zesty combination of roasted corn and black beans. Served with Seasoned Tortilla Strips, Chili Lime Pepitas and Creamy Salsa Dressing (or guest choice of dressing). I like the creamy salsa or avocado lime ranch. Sometimes I even eat it without dressing since there is plenty of flavors in this salad. This location is almost always busy and sometimes you are better off going inside to get your order. I have had mostly positive experiences with order accuracy, employees, cleaniness, etc. My only true complaints would be the long lines but of course that means others love chick fil A as much as I do. Other items I would recommend are waffle fries, coffee, shakes, and ice cream cones.

The last 3 times I have picked up a mobile order there have been items missing and incorrect drinks. I left a message for the location weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. I guess I'll have to go to a different location. I've never run in to this issue at a Chick fil a before.

I put my beautiful Bernese Mountain dog to sleep today and went through the drive through to get something to eat. The associate who took my order was concerned about my ready eyes so I explained I just lost my dog. She refused to take money and comped my food. It was such a generous and heartfelt response from her and I truly appreciate people like her. Here is a picture of my girl and WE thank you.

I purchased a large order yesterday around 3:45 p.m. With as many cars that were there I am wondering why my order was very cool and my waffle fries tasting like they were made the day before. I don't live very far away from that location and surprisingly I was not in traffic very long. That was the worst $47.00 wasted. D.O.N.E.

I had put in a mobile order and was having a friend go pick it up, but i guess my phone is a little outdated/slow and it basically closed out an order that had already been payed for. I called the store nervously cause I know how busy they get, and on the second ring Ethan picked up and was the most helpful and kind. He made it so quick and easy for me, found my order, and had it taken out to the vehicle. Not sure if he was management or an employee but thank you Ethan!

Honestly, you can't go wrong with chick-Fil-A period. If you look at my banking statement it'll probably say I've spent 600 there this year. Literally can eat there breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. However, my review is in regards to THIS specific location. I usually go to the one on Ben white which is right next to my work. I've occasionally came to this location and every time was disappointed or caught of guard by something. It was this location that I met my first RUDE chick-Fil-a worker. I brushed it off the first time, ironically weeks later going through the drive through I was met by another rude window attendant. It wasn't until I drove off that I realized this was the same girl as before. Fast foward literal months, I mean like I haven't been to this location in 6 months probably. I go through the drive through for breakfast and it was the longest time ever! I usually go the one on Ben white where the drive through line is so bad, that it spills over into the frontage road and they have to hire people to direct the traffic. But even then with 20 cars in front of me, I'm out the line within10-15 min TOPS. Why is it that it took 15 min to get my order in the drive through with only 5-6 cars in front of me at 7:30 in the morning??? Not coming back to this location

As a gluten sensitive diner there isn't much I can get from here, but the few options they have are awesome! The grilled chicken nuggets are actually good and you cannot go wrong with the waffle fries. The salads can all be modified to be GF. Just read the labels and avoid the salad mixings.

Typically I am fan of not only this restaurant, but this location. Today I had the worst experiences I have ever had at a Chic-Fil-A. I stopped in at this location today, with my friend and his wife and young daughter as they had just arrived from their long move from Maui, Hawaii.. and were craving Chic Fil A. I had brought my 10 week old puppy in with me, as I went through a vehicle totalling car wreck last week, and she had received minor air bag burns, as well as my arm. Since then, I have taken her everywhere with me as she is nearly glued to me. I brought her in, because it is too hot to leave her in the the car. She is well behaved and sits quietly in my lap. As we got our food and began to eat, a young employee approached me and reluctantly told me that I could not stay inside with my dog, but rather needed to go outside and finish my meal. I agreed without arguing knowing this young man was just doing his job and was being very polite about it. He was doing the best he could of an awkward situation. My issue is with the the situation and lack of sympathy to human and animal needs. I understand that there is a policy that all customers must follow, but rather sometimes when it is 4pm on a June afternoon, and there is only a few solid metal tables with virtually no shade outside the restuarant to eat at, maybe corporate policy needs to take a back seat for a second before you send your young employee to go make a family eat their meal in the scalding heat on metal chairs that have been baking in the June sun all afternoon. We sat out there till we had a good sweat, then proceeded to pack up and leave with our meals half done. What could have been done, was to look at the 10 week old puppy, and the young girl and realize that maybe its cruel to make them eat outside in the heat, while a nearly empty 4pm Chic-Fil-A resturant sits in perfectly good A/C. I would understand if my puppy was causing trouble, but she just sat quietly in my lap. Odds are, most of the employees will remember her, and be able to vouch for us causing no trouble. I will no longer go to this location.

Always so consistent! I love chick fil a, and this one is great all the way around! They are always quick, and never get your order wrong. Depending on the time of day, you might have to wait longer in line than usual...but it will never be outrageously long. Recommend getting the spicy deluxe meal with chick fil a sauce! YUM!

Best fast food in the area! I've already been treated well. The "my pleasure" makes my day and has rubbed off on me. Other joints should take notes from the Chick. They're also very generous with their donations to school, clubs and organizations. I love they offer spirit night for schools to raise money. The food and customer service is always top notch! Keep up the great job guys!

I ordered from Doordash and this restaurant left 12pack of nuggets out of my bag, but gave me the sauce for them and left both orders of waffle fries out, but gave me the ketchup for them. For a restaurant that prides itself on customer service you have totally failed on the delivery experience! DoorDash did give me a credit, but that didn't give me food to eat at the time. You need to make sure your employees double check the orders because you had it correct on the sticker you provided with the sealed bag. This experience sucked and if your short on staff, take yourself off of delivery services!

I absolutely love this spot for chick fil a. A couple of months ago they had a makeover for this location and it's easily one if not the best location in Austin . They're lines are always speedy and the workers are so polite . Just what you would expect at a Franchise like Chick Fil A. This is definitely a place I recommend people first when they come to Austin .

Just got home after waiting 15 minutes in their cramped drive thru to some of the smallest, thinnest, hardest, dryest pieces of chicken tenders I have ever had in my life. Absolutely inedible! I slammed one against my counter and it made a noise like a block of wood. I will no longer go back to this location, and quite frankly might never give Chick-fil-A my money again!

Don't order curbside, I've done it every time and always watch the drive through line get their food so quickly but sit in my car for 15 minutes waiting. Staff are nice, but my order is messed up pretty frequently (stuff being left out). Really disappointed with curbside here
