I’ve noticed that my sandwiches here have not been as great. The chicken was super thin and my large fries weren’t even filled up all the way. Again, great and friendly people but the food 👎 Update : decided to give it another try but the chicken was still so thin and not worth the price. (Last 2 pictures)

A lovely young man with glasses I believe his name was Carlos took my order. Now I normally don’t write reviews but this interaction really stood out to me and I knew I had to come on here so he can get the recognition he deserves. Carlos if you are reading this I hope you know your kind words made this old woman’s day.

The food was fresh and quick. The service was nice. I thought it was a little weird to have security guards at a Chick-fil-A but maybe it normally gets rowdy with patrons? Great outdoor patio to eat. Convenient location too

Went to this location during lunch. This location had four lanes of customers for ordering. Which makes scense , I guess, since I have never seen a chick fila not busy during lunch. Overall not bad for the lunch rush. Customer service was great. Order was on point .

Came here about 2 weeks ago and had a terrible experience. Customer service was non existent and my order was wrong/cold. Thought it may of been a hiccup, but went back today and I left very upset once again. Mac n cheese was old, bread had mold on it, and majority of the nuggets got thrown away due to being chewy (you know those pieces with the veins/etc). I am upset that basically our entire lunch was inedible. Will not be coming back to this location.

I love Chick-fil-A. The drive thru lady said my name was pretty. Thank you, how sweet. Always professional, fast, delicious (still hot!) and easy, especially with a mobile order. 5 out of 5 stars, thank yall.

Whoever she is needs to be retrained; no class, no manners, no customer service. My order sat there while she ignored me for so long. I will now avoid this place at night in hopes to avoid her bc I love chick fil food still. Be kind and compassionate next time please 🙏

Sean was fantastic. Very good customer service and when there was an issue he handled it with charisma and grace. Levi beat us at rock paper scissors. We will be back for a rematch soon.

This location sucks if you are getting your order through DoorDash. It's such a high volume location the quality control is sub par. It seems like almost every order from here there is something missing. I ordered the nuggets and didn't get any sauce. I ordered a coke and no straw. Ordered a mixed berry parfait and no spoon. No napkins. I think they are just in a rush to get the order out of the door they don't even double check, also the food here is often cold and stale. There are other chick fil a locations that have better standards so skip this place.

This location is very interesting. It doesn't have an indoor dining room but has outdoor seating. The drive thru is super super quick and they usually have at least 2 lanes open. The food is consistently good and the people are really nice. The nice thing about this location is that it is next to a P Terrys and a raising canes. So if you want a little bit from a few places it's easy to get. I actually got a P Terrys burger next door and got a chicken sandwich from here and put them together to make a super sandwich

First time at this location and I didn't realize they only had outdoor seating. Although it's a crisp 48 outside we opted to sit and eat our food rather than take it home. They have an outdoor ordering system that worked pretty well. The Chick-fil-A staff is always friendly- per usual. I originally wanted the spicy grilled chicken sandwich but apparently it's seasonal and no longer available. Big bummer. But I got the original spicy chicken sandwich; a classic with a side of fries and root beer. Although I would have enjoyed my meal much more if I was able to get my deliciously seasonal spicy grilled chicken sandwich, I still enjoyed the classic.

My friend and I went to this chick fil a last week just to get some food and they had their "Monthly Promotion" sign up: from 11am-2pm on April 10th you get a free 8 count nugget with the purchase of their new pineapple dragonfruit lemonade. I took a picture of the sign and put it on my calendar. Today around 11:45, my friend and I get in the car and drive to chick fil a. I pull my car up to the worker taking orders and tell him that we'd like to do 2 of the monthly promotion. The worker could not see the sign from where he was standing, so he excused himself and walked over to the sign to read it. He came back and said no problem, typed the order in on the iPad and even asked what sauces we would like with our nuggets. I pay and pull around to pick up the food from the window. A kind young man handed me the 2 lemonades, to which I said "thank you and I think we are still waiting on the 2 8-count nuggets, we did the monthly promotion". The worker responds and says that the promotion is only for mobile order apps (which it DID NOT say on the sign and the worker also did not mention this as like I said he quite literally typed it into his iPad). He then said it was his manager that made this rule so I asked to speak with her. She was very disrespectful and hostile, and was refusing to give us the nuggets even though it was HER worker that messed up. She kept trying to tell me that the sign said it was for mobile orders only (which it does not say as I have a picture of it and I double checked on my way out). I explained to her that her sign is wrong and that her worker messed up, but she must've been in a really bad mood because her mistake was not registering in her own head. At first she tried to bargain with us saying she would give us 1of the 8-count nuggets, but after some extremely unnecessary back and forth banter she finally agreed to give us the 2 8-count nuggets. Granted, this would not have been a big deal if we came for the lemonade, however the main purpose of our trip to chick fil a was the free nuggets that came with the lemonade. The lemonade isn't even that great honestly.

It's quick. Delicious. Provides jobs for students. Quick competent and friendly service. For a fast food chain, it's the best. I don't care for the OG corporate owners stance on sex preferences- I'm not sure why he needed to publically state his homophobia, but I don't think it's fair to boycott all of them as there are MANY franchise holders.

Very busy. The food tasted good but I was disappointed that they didn't put the correct sauces for any of our orders. The people were very friendly. There did seem to be a confusion on which car we were supposed to follow behind once we finished ordering, however that shouldn't have affected the sauce order. We had ordered mayonnaise and honey mustard but received ketchup and chick-fil-a sauce instead. Again the food tasted fine but the sauces sometimes make the sandwich taste that much better.

Good evening, To whom this may concern I'm sending a notification to let this establishment know I am using this very exact message and post on yelp, google, etc. about the two employees this morning who thought they had themselves a victim of fraud. Normally I come here and the same rep is in the takeout area but she wasn't here today. So I didn't think too much into it but it taking 10 minutes for me to get a chicken biscuit and some hash browns wasn't the big deal to me; even after sitting down in the same amount of time I usually do and opening my food it wasn't hot, the food tasted old at 640 in the morning the food is old, I thought to myself it just wasn't meant to be. But guess what this tidbit still isn't the kicker....why do I get a fraud alert that wakes me up not even a hour before I go to work.... For an online shoe store. Yes I eat my old breakfast I go to sleep because I work two full time jobs 80 plus hours a week....so indulging on a simple chicken biscuit when I came is a luxury because it's usually oatmeal due to the demand of my work. I call my bank after the alert and I have up to and somewhat over $1000 worth of pending transactions while I was sleeping. You tell me how I should feel? Never will I be purchasing from any Chick-fil-A again because now my PTSD that I got from war is triggered! The audacity to run an operation to take from other hard-workers and this occurred because the norm wasn't there sickening!! Just be thankful I'm working on myself and my bank stopped the fraudulent transactions!

Updated to 3 stars. I originally gave a 1 star for cancelling robot delivery to my location. I was pretty much ordering every day for a few days in a row and then one day the service was no longer available. I even got within a few hundred points of "red" level on their loyalty program. The food is good at this location as most Chick-fil-a restaurants and I don't understand why they can't send the robot another minute down the road to the next block to meet me. But that is okay since I just walk to where the robot will meet me and pick up my food there. Two days in a row now and I actually enjoy the walk over and back so I guess it's a good thing they canceled delivery to my door location. Want a 5 star review? Just update the robot to deliver to in my address at the courthouse and I will update my review. But really this place has great food and deserve 5 stars for the food. Just the delivery area deserves the 2 to 3 stars at a 1/2 mile radius for the more affordable $4 delivery fee.

The food is good I just have an issue with there ways they handle refunds. I ordered a large Mac n cheese and paid for it online. They originally said they'd refund it and the turned around and told me I couldn't come get it another time. No so you car paid and I never received my m&c and if I do t come back I'm out. I'm not the millionaire here. Treat your customers better!

I would not necessarily say exceptional service. It was simply mediocre. The food was the same as other chick-fil-a places that I have been to. The Mac & Cheese was good, warm, and buttery. There is no indoor seating, and there is limited outdoor seating. Most people come here to go through the drive through. This location is good for college students who want a quick bite.

I mean when is anyone not in the mood for Chick-fil-A? I went through the drive thru after a long morning of moving out of my apartment. It was the ~perfect~ lunch to help me regain my energy. This location is ALWAYS busy but the workers are nice and so speedy. Obviously I'll be back :)

They cancelled my breakfast order that was put in at 10:25am and I had arrived to pick up at 10:32am. That sort of disregard for customers is going to yield a one star review every time and on every platform possible. Enjoy!

I love Chick-fil-a and love this location. My nuggets, fries and lemonade was as expected. But the #1 Chicken sandwich my Mom ordered was lacking the meat. The chicken was thin and stringy! Not satisfying! Not what was expected. Staff friendly and kind as usual. My Mom was so disappointed in her sandwich and said this was the worse she has ever had from this location.

Today, I unknowingly tried to use a coupon that expired a day ago. I was bummed, but continued to order my lunch, and then the employee paid for my meal! I didn't get his name, but he made my day. And if course it was a marvelous lunch, because the grilled market salad never disappoints. The service and the food here are equally incredible

Amazing service! Went in the morning and food was served super fast. I ordered breakfast and the line was not a big deal. Overall a fast Chick fill a in the morning!

This is probably one of my favorite chick fila's ever. It is always packed no matter the time of the day but the line moves pretty quick and the short wait is well worth it. The food is always super fresh and the staff is always very friendly. I have never had fries that were not fresh or a cold entree in the over 50 times I have been to this location. In my opinion, this should be the industry standard for Chick-full-A. I will be back many times!

Always packed here but pretty efficient! Small space and all just drive thru. Wished it was here way back when when I was at UT. Lucky kids these days. Happy to be able to venture here when visiting my son or UT. Food is always fresh here. Fries to the top too. That's a plus. Perfect sweet tea and sandwiches. Yum. Love Chickfila. Hadn't ever had a bad 1 well just 1 but not in this city nor campus lol Stop by and enjoy! They are all masked FYI

This location is truly just a drive-through. There's no dine in here. Yet, they do everything that a regular Chick-Fil-A does. They have the full menu. They have the same speedy, almost eerily friendly help that never gets an order wrong. I was in and out of their drive through in less time than it would take me to park anyplace else. Without leaving my car, I had a spicy sandwich customized exactly as I requested and was on my way back to the office. Like pretty much all of their locations, their efficiency and service puts them a step above most fast food purveyors.

Is taste like food. Works well when eat. Don't need hunt to get meal. Pay green paper. Food.

After living in San Francisco where you need to drive 20 miles out of the city to even find a chick-fil-a Austin was a breath of fresh air with access to tonnes of fast food chains that have hype trains behind them. I was kinda hesitant to try chick-fil-a at first since they use breast meat in their sandwiches (I am south asian and have a strong preference for dark meat). I was afraid it was going to be the same disappointment that popeyes was. But lo and behold they make it work! I'd recommend asking for extra chick-fil-a sauce in your sandwich if you're a fan of dark meat and it will be the best chicken sandwich you get from a chain. Pro tips: For this location they get REALLY busy around week day lunch. There will be cars backed up all the way to Nueces. If you can bike or walk you can get up to the window really quick. If you keep saying "thank you" they have to say "my pleasure" Their outdoor seating is currently all closed so you should plan on taking your food to go

Another trip to chick-fil-A and another long delay. Again asked to pull to the side and wait.... again Why is this Chick-fil-A so poorly run when ever other one is exceptional? What are they doing different than all the rest and why? It's close to my office or I would go to another location!

Chick-fil-A is always a go to food for me. Fast, reliably yummy, and cheap. This place is also conveniently located next to UT campus and is one of the only things open in the morning. Me and my friends were looking for something that was open at 7:00 and CFA seemed to be the only thing. I ordered a 4 ct chicken mini and so did my friends. They ordered before me and their orders came out quick, but for some reason mine took wayyyyy longer? Maybe it was because I was on a time crunch (we had to leave soon) but I felt like I was waiting a really long time, even people who ordered after me were getting their food. So for that I have to lower the rating. My friend also said they forgot her food once at this location. The food itself was pretty good, not gonna lie. Those chicken minis were fresh and hot, really good with that savory chicken complimenting that buttery slightly sweet biscuit.

Yum! Can you believe this was my first time I've ever had Chick-Fil-A? My boyfriend, his buddies and I stopped here before a wedding as we were trying to munch on something quickly. I turned over to my boyfriend and said "get me anything with chicken, honey!" His buddy thought I was kidding. Little did I know that was all they served. Haha. My boyfriend ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken for us. Everything was tasty. The chicken was seasoned so well and it was cooked perfectly. The tomato, lettuce, pickle and pepper jack cheese definitely made this one hell of a chicken sandwich! This Chik-Fil-A has a drive thru and walk up windows. All employees were over the top friendly and continuously asked us how we were doing and if there was anything we needed. I'm not too sure if they had seating inside, but the patio out front was set up nicely with fans.

This location is poorly trained and follows few of the corporate policies-- namely the core 4. They rarely fill up the fries as well, might as well order a large if the boxes are only gonna be half full.

Drive through only. There is seating outside right next to a major road so it is pretty lousy but most people just order it and take it back home to eat or just order from a drive through. I've received good customer service and food every time. It's chick-fil-a so what's not to like ??

Solid chicken n biscuit sandy for breakfast. Lemonade was refreshing. Enjoyed the outdoor tables.

I don't get why people love this place. Last time I had Chik-fil-a was almost five years ago. I thought I'd give it a try again and see what it's all about. I ordered the standard chicken sandwich, large waffle fries and a large chocolate shake. The chicken was warm, but lacked a flavor. The bread was crusted, but the inside of the chicken was just a warm mush. The waffle fries were very good - I would go back just for the fries (but they aren't cheap!). The shake was yummy when it was nice as cold, but after a few minutes it just didn't taste the same. Maybe I ate too much, I don't know. Just a few tips: - two drive through lines - free WiFi - no indoor seating - if you're a pedestrian beware of clueless drivers

This cfa made my day. We went for lunch because we missed the breakfast time, and THEY GAVE US FREE MINIS and made a special spicy biscuit, I almost cried when I found out!!! I love you cfa on MLK

This chicken restaurant is the best fast food place. If you download the app then send you free treats all the time. That's how they get you tho because how can you not get more at chick-fil-A. The only problem with this place is they have extremely long lines but just order ahead on the app and it'll all be good. If you happen to want chick-fil-A and it's a Sunday there is canes right next door. It's not as good but on Sundays it'll have to do.

service was terrible, a girl with glasses and a bun didn't ask what size for my combo. then when they gave me my drinks it was a large and we asked if we can get mediums instead and then a chubby lady with glasses inside gave an attitude like what?? she mean mugged us for no reason. then a lady asked if we wanted a medium cups with no refund. bad customer service.

The literal worst service ever. Cancel my breakfast order because I arrived at 10:35 and they stop serving at 10:30 and I wasn't there before 10:30. Even though I placed the order well before 10:30. They then proceed to tell me I can order a 10 count chick-fil-a minis instead as that's the only full day breakfast they serve.. when I had placed an order for 4 count minis with a free reward. The person I spoke to said "You can buy the 10 count minis and it doesn't really matter that we didn't give you the 4 count because it was freebie anyways".

Dropped my food bag in front of me in drive thru. Picked it up and didnt bother to look inside to check if anything was ok or broken and just went ahead and gave it right to me.

The drive thru is usually fast but I find it quicker to park and order at the window. It sucks how there's no indoor seating so I only go here when the weather is good. There's a ton of birds that congregate here and are not afraid to get right next to your food. So you'll have to constantly shoo them away. The service here is great. All the employees are extremely patient and friendly. The spicy chicken sandwich is actually spicy here! At other locations, you don't even taste the spice so it's typically not worth paying extra. I'm pleasantly surprised. Everything thing else I've tried tastes the same as usual. This location has so many promos going on. There are always deals for UT students on the Hooked app! They even have their own chickfila app where they'll sometimes give treats.

Stopped here for breakfast. The chicken biscuit at 440 calories was well spent. Nice, friendly fast service.

I spotted this while walking from the Blanton Museum of Art. My friend from Turkey was with me and I pointed out to her that Chick-Fil-A was a southern staple from Atlanta ,GA and that she has to try it. From the get go, I realized this was a converted Checkers(or maybe Rallys). They only had outdoor seating and you could order at the window so if it's a rainy day, I wouldn't recommend coming here unless it was through the drive thru. I've been vegetarian for the last 3 years so I had two fries and my friend had the grilled chicken sandwich meal. We ordered sat down and within 5-10 minutes we had our food. Exactly what I expect out of a Chick-Fil-A. The food was standard, waffle fries along with Polynesian sauce and BBQ....hits the spot every time. My friend seemed to really like it. She said the fries were especially good. On a normal day I wouldn't go to Chick-Fil-A, but if you're looking for something quick then this is the place for you. Chick-Fil-A always hits the right spot.

Food is good like any other Chick-fil-a, however I recommend using the CFA app because you get so many rewards when order on the app at this location! Food is always hot and fresh and they've only forgot my order once out of the 3 million times I've ordered from here! Nice employees and amazing management.

I cant believe this place!! Pretty much every time I go there to get waffle fries they give me a half full one!!! I ordered large waffle fries and this is what I got!! (Shown in pics) and when I decided to call to complain no one answered even tho they were open and I called about five times!!!! worst customer service ever!!! Not cool.

The people are very nice but wow they had me pull up in the drive-through when they were out of the wrap that I originally wanted and I had to wait 25 minutes for a single chicken sandwich. They gave me my fries and drink but I spent 25 minutes blocking the drive-through lane and didn't even get so much as a 'sorry for your wait'. I was on my break from work and did not have enough time to spend most of it waiting for a single sandwich and not receive so much as an apology or explanation or the unusually long wait

Came here today and have to admit I was disappointed with my Spicy chicken sandwich. It was oversalted and underspiced (underspicy). Normally, it's spicy enough that I have to eat it with Chickfila sauce. The lack of spice accentuated the taste of soggy sour pickles and led me to wonder if I should just get no pickles in the future, but I wonder if this was really due to the smaller portion of the chicken in the sandwich today. The chicken was about only three-quarters of what I usually receive, so yes, it was easily noticeable. This also makes me question if they are starting to discriminate against people who don't order sides. They had fast and good service, but today, they would have forgot my frosted lemonade if I had not reminded them. Normally, when I come here, I receive great and efficient service, experience very short lines, receive abundant sauce and on-point spicy chicken sandwiches. In the future, I may have to forego the spicy chicken sandwich altogether or look for an alternative elsewhere.

The worst Chick-fil-A to ever exist. I live right next to this location and nearly get in an accident every other day because of how long the line is which flows into MLK. There are so many workers but it's always disorganized and chaotic. No one is very friendly (which is expected from Chick-fil-A) and something is typically wrong in my order.
