Chick-fil-A

I did the online delivery through the chic fil a App, I ordered one chicken mini meal with hush puppies and a frozen coffee, and then another Chicken mini meal with a side of yogurt and a cherry sprite. Everything tasted amazing but we were missing a count of the chicken mini’s and a straw but they gave us an extra hash browns 💔 how do I report this on the chick fil an app so I can get my money back? Please help.

The Kroger Blvd location is the absolute best around. The quality of the chickens and the fries is always on point. I have driven to other chickfila options around and they have hit or miss items. I appreciate the expert level chefs at this location and will drive 30 minutes back to this area just for the quality. I've been 50 times or more and they have only ever made a mistake with a drink being overly carbonated one time and we're willing to fix the mistake. That's it!!! I've never had an experience at a fast food restaurant as this. The atmosphere is always friendly, diverse, fast, and clean. I eat spicy chicken sandwiches, fried nuggets, and fries. Thank you for your excellent service!

I used to come here all the time when I worked in this area, but I'd always use the drive thru. I decided to come sit down with my kids on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't packed at all. I was able to walk in, order my food and get my food within 5 minutes. The downside is that the play area is closed. My daughter's saw the slide from the outside and thought that it was open. So they were a little upset about not being able to play around for a little bit. I am an advocate for play areas in ALL restaurants. It's needed for families.

This is one of my favorite locations. The staff is always professional, the food is fresh, and the property is well kept. It can get pretty busy around peak hours but nothing too bad. I would recommend this location.

I'm not sure what happened today but I ordered a salad. Didnt get utensils and the chicken wasn't cut into pieces. Is this something new.

Great customer service & fast! Loved this location. All the meals were HOT which we love. Definitely will be back. Chick-fil-A is good for the heart & love the heart chicken too💓

Many years ago, my first job was at a different CFA location, but I promise I’m not biased… :) I just went through the drive through and ordered a combo with a shake. Even though there were tons of people (like always), the line moves quickly (as always). At the window, my shake was handed to me, and then I was asked to pull up and wait because the meal wasn’t ready yet. So I did, and I sat there for probably 5-7 minutes with my windows down (because the weather is incredibly lovely today) and enjoyed my milkshake. When a young man came to give me my food, he said he was so sorry for the wait, and said there was a coupon in the bag AND they refunded my order. To which I responded, “that is completely unnecessary, but thank you so much”. Unbelievable service & thoughtfulness, which is why CFA is & always will be the G.O.A.T.

Food was great, restaurant and bathroom was clean, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were two older gentlemen going around making sure everyone had what they needed and refilling drinks if needed.

We always have such a wonderful experience at this location. Sometimes we grab food to go and other times we dine in. Food is always made fresh and correctly. We like using the mobile thru option on the app. You can submit an order from your table in the restaurant and they'll bring the food to you. It's always clean and the service is great!

They need to really post signs at the entrance if the Mobile-Thru line is going to be closed. Ordered Mobile-Thru on a raining busy day at lunchtime. The regular lines backed up, so I had to wait to even get to the Mobile-Thru line. When I got to it, it said something along the line of "For the safety of our staff, we've closed this line". That's all well and good, but announce it EARLIER. I had to go all the way around and wait in line behind at least another 10 more vehicles. When I finally get through the drive through, tell them I had a mobile thru order and to the window - the guys at the window weren't even ready with the order like they never got it. They then told me to park. Now for the "safety" of your staff, you just made your staff run out in the rain storm to give me a mobile order that would've been faster and closer to the building had you kept the line open. I waited an extra 10-15mins for all this, which during my work lunch affected my ability to get back. Very disappointed and not impressed.

I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich combo with lemonade, it was excellent. Also used the app to get my freebie of two chicken tenders. Had a bit of difficulty using the app because I don't use it enough but the young cashier was very kind and helped me, excellent experience!

Long outside lines that move fast. We went inside and staff was decent but a bit confusing. It took a while to order and get my iced coffee (came out after food). Breakfast was good, especially the spicy biscuit. Bathrooms were clean!

So disappointed. Went here with another family and a bunch of kids excited to get food and play in a play place. Play place is CLOSED. So took our business to a different location with an open play place.

This service was amazing and they always came to our table. This one person was very nice. I loved the table there it was hand crafted. The food was a good to would go again.

Rest of the food was fine but I'm very unhappy with the fries they gave us. Paid more for large fries with the combo meal, and the picture speaks for itself. The medium was literally the same amount of fries as the large. They stuffed the top of the large fries with the Chick-fil-A sauces instead of actually giving us a large fry serving. Extremely disappointed.

Okay Chick-fil-A:.. you guys are raising your prices on food but lowering the quality of it... Shouldn't be paying almost 10$ for a meal and get a filet this thin and small.. that's a filet cut in half .. if prices are raising the quality of what we get should be too.

I love chick-Gil-A one of my to go places on Fridays, when I am at work! They always get things right.

Very fast service. Lots of indoor seating. The parking lot is a bit small tho. My fries on several occasions were saltless and soggy so I don't visit here often anymore.

The staff are wearing masks. Tom brought us our food to the car for curbside. He was very friendly and nice. The food was fresh and hot. The only reason you're not getting 5 stars because the worker in the drive thru handing off food to the customers dropped it. Instead of her picking it up, she called Tom from inside the store to come outside and pick up the food from the ground and other trash. Tom is an older gentleman. The person that dropped the food for the handoff is young. Respect your elders!!

Delivered to the wrong address. Called Yelp for help. While Yelp was trying to figure out what happened. I discovered my order on the neighbor steps. Let Yelp know, I found my order. Nothing they could do, food was almost an hour late and cold. No text or call when food was delivered.

Excellent service but if the new antibiotic chicken is here, it's thin and gristly. The fries were soft, not crispy. Not what I expect from CFA.

You know the drill at Chick-fil-A. They have customer service down to a science. They do one main thing and do it right! They train their employees to be polite and efficient. This location hits all the marks. I went to the drive thru and ordered the chicken wrap, with those addicting waffle fries and a split tea; the turn around time was less than a minute! How do I feel about this well oiled chain restaurant? It's "my pleasure" to give them my business.

This place is the best of the best chick-fil-a I ever visited with my nation wide military service. Looks like Mr. Tom is supervising this place. He checked and asked everyone in the building that everything is all right. I was just hungry and I didn't even expect this place have nice service because they are super super busy even out side. But EVERY SINGLE STAFF in this place... they are absolutely nice and kind. I highly recommend this place if you eat something around this area. Thank you for your service. I have been to this Chic-fil-a a few times. I always get hot fresh food. But on my last visit, the first time I have ever upsized my fries and I got played! The my deluxe chicken sandwich with extra cheese, no pickles, and extra chic-fil-a sauce was on the bottom. The fries were laid down on the side and looked like there was a lot of fries but when I pulled out the fries box, the box was half empty. You can see what I was so upset about this because again I upsized because I was craving waffle fries. Man, oh man. What a complete letdown. I really like this location and I like the service and the staff. I never have issues but this was a epic fail.

Drive thru line was pretty long so I ordered a mobile order. I discovered you can get their chicken sandwich without the butter on the bun and save yourself about 40 calories (this was my cheat meal but I was trying to behave a little). My food was ready by the time the car was parked. Food was hot and delicious per usual. Restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and speedy. Another good day at Chick-fil-A!

I am so serious my opinion, but I don't believe no other fast food restaurant has the best customer service professionalism and kindness as Chickfla. And the food is always fresh and delicious. I had a taste and craving for their food and I ended up at this location great decision I must say. Will return nothing but positive vibes and yummy food.

3 times now I've Doordashed from here and it is NOT the same quality. I am not referring to freshness only I'm referring to stale bread and 1/2 empty fries. The bag was sealed every time, so no, the door dasher did not eat them! If you want your customers to come in person you' probably should provide quality products even when it's not in person!

I experienced a great service today. The workers were all working together, it was a lot of people and it only took 5 minutes to get thru the line. Order was right and food was hot. Way to go team. Great job. Thanks for your service.

I love Chick-fil-A, and I hate to leave a bad review. I'm doing this in hopes they notice and fix the problem. I ordered my food and asked them to mark a food allergy, which means the kitchen staff is supposed to change their gloves and handle the food with care to avoid cross contamination. Sometimes though, kitchen staff does not follow these rules properly and carelessly serve the food, not weighing the consequences of their actions. I have an allergy to gluten (celiac). The food I ordered does not contain gluten. However, I got horribly sick. This means there was carelessness in the kitchen. Please take food allergies seriously, you guys. They're no joke and they can really make people sick. I'll avoid your restaurant and opt to go to other Chick-fil-A stores for the time being.

I cannot believe this location did not honor Veterans Day. I saw where Chick-fil-A locations were offering a free chicken meal from 5-8PM on Veterans Day. So I went to buy my family dinner and I thought mine would be free, but this location was not honoring veterans? Hard to believe as much business this locations does.

Their staff is always so attentive and delightful. I order catering sometimes and it's so nice they bring it to your car.

To me Chick -fil-A is just ok! I went to drive thru today around 1 pm, they have a few associates taking orders outside. The guy in the far right hand lane was not overly friendly- I did get a standard my pleasure. I think I was more friendlier than him. As soon as he swiped my card he turned around and started talking to the lady in the next lane. Not the famous service you would expect.

So, first visit in the newly renovated Chick-fil-A. Not impressed. First, it is a nightmare to get into the parking lot. But the worst is the inside. They aren't keeping this newly interior any good by not keeping it clean. The floor, the tables, nothing. I'm sitting at the center bar and it is sticky with something. Don't get me started on the flies. Doesn't appear that the previous meticulousness has returned. I'm going to return to this store on a later visit. See if this is just a fluke.

This is far and away one of my favorite Chick Fil A locations. The service is always excellent and my food is almost always perfect. Even by Chick Fil A's high standards for customer service, this place is fantastic. If you want something yummy fast, go there.

Best Chick-Fil- A in this RVA. The staff were so nice and very warm with a smile. Store is super clean and plenty of tables. You will not be disappointed.Everything is absolutely amazing here.

We have had two awful experiences back-to-back at this particular Chick-Fil-A location where it appears as though the employees need a refresher course in customer service. Our last visit, we had an issue with part of our order and I asked for a manager and an employee posed herself as the manager until she really needed a manager, who I still never got to speak with even though I asked for them! Today my husband had an issue with an employee lying to him about how they could or could not prepare his order and another employee came from behind them and said they could prepare it how he requested but it would take an extra minute. Knowing Chick-Fil-A's values, this store has been an extreme disappointment and let-down and my family will not be coming back to this particular location.

You can't ever go wrong with Chick-fil-a. Tried the breakfast bowl this morning and it was really good! Most of us get the same thing every time so wanted to mix it up!! Glad I did.

This location is always fabulous! When other non-CFA restaurants would let us, the manager allowed us to bring in a cake for my daughter's birthday this past March. The employees are very nice! When you dine-in they walk around and check on you, occasionally take up your trash and get condiments, etc if you need them. Today I asked the manger what was new about the "New"chargrilled sandwich. He asked if we wanted a sample. To my surprise he brought us two hot fresh full sized sandwiches! Oh and yes they were awesome!!! Thanks! Keep up the good work and thanks for always providing a great dining experience!

As I know that most of these restaurants have very friendly employees I have to say that the location Kroger Center, has the best! There is a entire crew over there that is extremely helpful from Ricky to Roxanne to Chris! This is my go to Chick-fil-A because I know that I will receive extraordinary service!

Great food and service and one of my go to spots. however, I went through the drive through yesterday and 2 of the employees were very rude. the girl just seemed like she hated her job and she didn't smile once. her attitude was disgusting and she looked at me like she hated me. there was a guy working who seemed rather annoyed but he wasn't nearly as bad as the other worker. food is typically great other than sometimes not receiving the correct amount of sauces you ask for; or sometimes none at all. definitely frustrating when you're bringing food to work and then you find out you don't have everything! typically a great place that hands out gift cards when the line is too long, has a wonderful staff (other than the girl I talked to yesterday), and serves delicious food!

this place smells like complete and utter ass. it smelled like throw up and i couldn't even enjoy my meal in peace.

This location is currently under renovation and closed until late April. We love this location because they have so many family friendly events and their service is what you'd expect of Chick Fil A. They are very generous with their freebies too; they always give out cards for free menu items at their events. I've even been there when breakfast ends and they've offered anyone in the restaurant the extra breakfast sandwiches and hash browns! Their playplace is not our favorite (Stratford Hills is) and it can be really challenging to even get into the parking lot during the lunch or dinner rush because there's only one way in and the drive thru line usually clogs that up. Hope they'll be improving these two things in their reno!

I eat here 3 times a week when I'm in the area for work. It's never been noisy around the 5-6pm period despite it having a children's play area. The service is on par with sit down restaurants because they go around making sure that everything is clean, asking if people need refills, taking your trays for you, bringing your food to you. Excellent service. The food quality is always consistent and everything is made to order so if you want a salad without a certain ingredient, you get what you want

This is the best Chick-fil-a I have ever been to...hands down. I use the drive thru often and they are ALWAYS super fast and friendly. Even at lunch time the wait is never long. Today I used the drive thru for breakfast. It was very crowded and I waited a total of 10 minutes. 10 minutes is not unusual at a lot of fast food places but this was the longest I have ever waited at this particular one. I wasn't upset , because like I said,I have NEVER had to wait long in the past. When I pulled up to the window, the young lady handed me my food and said" it's on us, because of the delay". Wow!!! Customer service at its finest.

Normally I wouldn't leave a review for a fast food place but this Chick-Fil-A is probably the worst one I've been to in the area. Usually CFA has service thats above and beyond the standard of most fast food places and I've never had a bad experience at one until I came here. The first time I came, a teenage girl at the drive-thru window was talking to her co-workers about how she's going to be celibate (like whyyy are you talking about this in front of customers???) and I kid you not one of the male employees either dropped something or messed something up and literally yelled "F**K". Both of these happened within the same 20 seconds of me sitting at the drive thru window. I get it, they're probably in high school doing their first ever job but these aren't the kinds of people that should be representing your business. The last 2 times I went there (this evening included), my order was messed up both times. First time I got the wrong nuggets and today I got the wrong sandwich even though the nice girl on the speaker read it back to me correctly. I added a star to the rating because they don't constantly bombard you with "my pleasure" at this location. The one on Hull Street by Wal-Mart and Home Depot is a 5 star place everytime I've been there so it's likely management at this one is a little more lax.

This location stays busy throughout the day. If you are very impatient like me and dont want to wait in the long drive thru line, you can park in the lot, walk in, place your order and you will be out of there in less than 2 minutes with hot food. I wrote a review about the location near Stratford Hills Shopping Center off of Forest Hill Avenue, and this Chick Fil A is far superior due to the great customer service and fresh food.

My favorite fast food location in the area. Very very fast and a lot more accessible than the mall food court location near by. Staff are very friendly! I come here at least 2 times a week.

Always a good meal. Staff is always friendly and the place is clean. Be sure to try the breakfast menu instead of the same old breakfast junk at the other fast food restaurants.

The food is always hot and fresh. My kids LOVE the playland and the chick-fil-a cow. I love the clean dining area and great customer service. It's a perfect place for a family night out.
