Chick Fil A is a nationwide quick service/fast food chain serving a wide arrangement of chicken dishes and drinks. Service moves quite fast, as they take your order in line especially during busy hours. You pay while in line as well, and they bring the food over to you when its ready. It was rush hour yet I don't think we waited more than 10 minutes. As for the food, its pretty much the same standard as other locations. The quality and price is good, and the chicken is good on its own or with their wide arrangement of dipping sauces.

This chic-fil-a is a great place to go for late night eats, and is ran like a well oiled machine. The queue was big but went down so quickly, and the food at the end of the wait was so worth it!

Today was my first time in Chick-fil-A in Boston. The service was so fast and so kind and helpful. My card didn't want to work so they made every effort to help me to get it to work so I could get my food. When it finaly worked, they not only were so fast to give me my food (which was super delicious), they gave me a new sprite (since they made the first one before my card was able to work), and they gave me the first sprite for free. The staff was very polite and made sure I enjoyed my meal. I left with a big smile! Truly amazing service!

Amazing chick-fil-a, did not disappoint at all! The chicken deluxe was fresh and tasty, just like how I remember it. The waffle fries are great, and of course the signature sauce is delicious. On top of that, great service and they take your order while queuing.

The cleanest fast food chain I've ever visited. The food and the chick-fil-a sauce were delicous. I recommended u to order the chick-fil-a chicken and chick-n-strips. The price was also affordable. The waitresses & waiters were fast and friendly. I really loved the christmas decoration, so beautiful.

One of the fastest Chick A Filet I ever visited, the Director expedited all customer orders. All the servers helped retrieve the orders from the kitchen and in the dinning area, the worker: Christian kept the dinning are very clean and assisted me with a cup of water. The sandwiches tasty excellent.

No one asked for this in line service. Let the customers order in the counter. It seems like over stuffed for no reason. Food was great as usual. Sitting area upstairs is very clean and cozy. Public toilet is clean and can be accessible only by personal code provided on the bill. Even trash cans are automatic here.

Awesome experience thank you for triple bagging the chicken for the trip to Germany and our new little mascot that will always travel with us.It was worth the log walk, they were great nuggets!!! More Chick-fil-A's in Boston!!!

This is definitely the busiest Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. The line is out the door and they have probably 15 staff members behind the counter. The service, however, is absolutely outstanding. We had staff come up to us to take our order in line. They have so much going on that they messed up my order (nothing major, they just gave me fries instead of mac & cheese). I went to explain the situation and without question they gladly gave me my mac & cheese and were super sweet about it. Additionally, while we were dining, an associate offered us free chips! This was so nice. The food was just ok. I think because it's so busy, they have to work so fast that everything is put together too quickly. My sandwich was decent but the chicken was lukewarm and the bun was very flat. The mac and cheese was good in flavor but too soupy in texture. Fries were average.

Ordered ahead on the app. Took a walk down the street to pick up my order. Line was out the door, had a hard time going past everyone waiting in line to use the order ahead line. So many people! My food wasn't ready when I arrived so had to wait about 5 minutes. Went outside to eat, it was a warm day, but the area is great for people watching. The chicken sandwich was a touch greasy. The Mac n cheese side was super delicious!

Chick-fil-A is a solid go-to for fast food chicken, with locations all over the country. This one runs like a well-oiled machine--during rush hour they were taking orders in line, had us pay ahead, and still managed to get the food out in under 10 minutes. Food-wise, it's exactly what you'd expect if you've been to any other location. Good quality for the price, and the chicken holds up whether you eat it plain or load up on one of their many sauces. Always a reliable stop when you're craving some quick chicken.

First, I will say the Szervice is great. No other fast food service has people coming up to you while you're in line to get your order. It's clean, everyone's working hard, and the premise itself would make it a top fast food restaurant. However, it's the food that's lacking in taste and how it settles. The chicken doesn't even really seem like chicken at all, but a commingling of chicken and something else made into a patty. Then with the slice of pepper jack cheese, that didn't taste good either. The mac & cheese was alright. It had a nice bruleed top. But the cheese mix tasted a bit chalky. Well, it's a great price, I don't think I would go back there for the chicken, but rather perhaps a salad. (Then why go to a a place called Chick-fil-a?) If the food quality was much better, I definitely be coming here again.

This review is for lobby attendant Sam. On Thursday me and a group of individuals who have disabilities visited this location for lunch. While the lobby was too busy and crowded (we had a few individuals in wheelchairs) Sam offered to take our orders. And that he did ! He went above and beyond taking our orders and even delivering it upstairs to all of us! He was so kind , attentive and respectful. Sam , great job , you made our day that much better. Oh and yes the food was YUMMY!

The staff was incredibly gracious here. They were very very kind even though I didn't know what I was doing. That being said... I didn't know what I was doing because the set up is super chaotic between the mobile order and regular order area. The space was designed for folks to walk in and order and is long to accommodate a long line...I don't know how they could improve it. You walk in and I think they expect you to order at the front of the store but there is no menu there and no one stopped me to tell me what was up. Anyway. The food was as expected for Chick-fil-A. Pretty good. Waffle fries are by far the best fries. They were sampling their peach shake when I was there. It was pretty good. The upstairs dining area and bathroom were clean. And you could see the staff makes regular rounds throughout the restaurant. Very well managed. Just weirdly designed and stressful.

This is the worse Chic Fil A. Their food is not consistent and their service is horrible. The managers are rude and very prideful. This is the only Chic Fil A I've ever had an issue with. It's all due to really bad management.

Fast service for a busy CFA. Nice second level dining area. Only bad thing: the bathrooms were being cleaned during lunch hours.

I was in town this week and saw for once that there was no long line running out to this store. Taking this as a sign of fate, took the opportunity to jump in and enjoy one of their famous chicken sandwiches. If you are coming off the street like I had, you stand on the far right side of the line. The middle line will be for those who have the App. and have placed their order on the App. If you frequent Chick-fil-A, I recommend downloading the app because people who did were flying in and out with their orders. Although I did not have the App, and waited in the normal line, it did move and within about 13min. I was up to order. I got the #1 Combo meal (Original Chicken Sandwich with a medium drink and waffle fries). The 2nd floor to this place is where you can sit and dine. The dinning area is very nicely kept, with staff stationed up there to frequently clean any area that gets dirty. There are plenty of straws and condiments that are frequently stocked and well kept. (You don't have to worry about sticking your hand into a bin of ketchup packets and getting your hand sticky from dried up ketchup that squirted out). The Chicken sandwich was okay, really nothing to write home about, and my box of waffle fries seemed to have been half empty. The sandwich is significantly smaller than from when I had last had this sandwich at their Natick Location before the Pandemic. I guess its the reflection of the times. Going to have to go back to Natick try again to see if the size has really changed, or if its just this location.

I'm not sure whether Chick-fil-A went downhill, or if there are just much better places to get chicken sandwiches now. This location is always packed with to-go orders, but I stopped in for a quick bite to eat while in the area. The wait staff here were really nice and the food was made quickly. We tried finding a spot in the upstairs dining area, but it was very dirty and smaller groups of people were hogging multiple tables which was annoying. After waiting a few minutes, we finally got a table and were able to enjoy our food. I tried the spicy chicken sandwiches with a side of waffle fries and the seasonal peppermint shake. The shake was delicious and definitely worth it. I was disappointed with the amount of fries that we received and the chicken sandwich itself was just okay. The spicy seasoning is at least slightly flavorful, but I feel like there's just not enough happening for me. The patty was very thin and not crispy, which is the complete opposite of what I want in a chicken sandwich.

Tasty chicken with a bit of tang. However the line was super long but they did do a fine job moving the line along with my main man Jake (his favorite sauce is chick fila sauce). It did take kinda long to get my food and I was late to my meeting :( but honestly that's my fault cuz I forgot about it oops. My chicken was cold cuz I didn't want to eat it in the meeting (cuz who eats chicken in meetings? (Asking for a friend)). Overall it tasted like chick fila and the service felt like chick fila service, shockingly.

I ordered delivery. All was as expected except the French fries were cold and were the dregs of the batch.

Got to love Chick-fil-a! Haha Their spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with a side of their Chick-Fil-A sauce always hit ! Tried their honey pepper pimento sandwich and I was not impressed. Lol I got it with their spicy chicken. Don't get me wrong, I actually love pimento cheese but... it was a little weird. I think it you were to add lettuce and bacon to the sandwich, it might be a hit! I will definitely give it another try. The reason for the 3/5 review is solely base on this location. It's always hectic out front due to all the delivery workers on their bike. They're just parked in front blocking traffic and making a big commotion . That just needs to be better.

It's a small shop with not a lot of indoor seating. There is a patio area in the front outdoors. The lines for food are long but cashiers come take your order so it's ready by the time you reach to counter. There chicken nuggets are good

Tried this place in the summer, but I just finally got around to writing a review. The place is pretty big with two floors. The line looked long, but it does move pretty quickly. I had the chicken sandwich with waffle fries and iced tea sweetened. I was a bit disappointed with their sandwich. The chicken I had was dry, and the bun seemed a bit stale. The iced tea felt a bit watered down, so it didn't have much flavor. The only thing I liked was the waffle fries, perfectly seasoned, and had a nice texture. I do like the seating on the second floor, being able to look out over the copley square.

Honestly this location in my experience is well run, fast and efficient with pleasant employees. Don't eat much fast food, but this does the job when I need it downtown

im usually a fan of this particular chic fil a. however this time i got it it was cold. service was slower then usual. the ambiance was quite. but from my past experiences have always been amazing.

It was Teacher Appreciation week at our school and our school provides lunch for our teachers throughout the week. Chick-fil-A is the meal that the teachers most look forward to. We worked with Diandra and she was so lovely. She made our week by including customized cards for the teachers and adding dessert to our order, which was totally unexpected and a wonderful surprise. She was personable and prompt in her communications and with any questions I had. It was evident when I met her that she takes joy and pride in her work, which was refreshing to encounter toward the end of a long and busy school year. Thank you, Diandra, and thank you Chick-fil-A!

Had a very weird experience with delivery recently. My friends and I always order Chick-fil-A on the weekends, we've never usually had any issues. About three weeks ago the fries came in pretty burnt, but before they were even delivered, the delivery service was so odd. It has almost scared me to not order again. The man that was delivering banged on the glass door so loud, I was scared that it was going to break. I did say leave at the door, but for some reason he didn't leave. we watched him through the window waiting for him to leave for about 10 Minutes, he was holding the bag for so long that by the time that he left it and we picked it up, there was a sweat stain on the paper bag. On top of this, the lemonade had zero plastic covering, I really have to question how this man drove with that, because it still had ice in it. Half of me thinks that he took a sip. I love Chick-fil-A and I'll keep ordering, but I just had to share my really really odd experience.

If you're looking for a solid and consistent fast-casual chicken sandwich spot that always hits just right, Chick-Fil-A is the place to go. I am not saying this replaces a sit-down, Southern-Style chicken sandwich spot. However, for a fast-casual concept- it is always consistent and on-point. If you haven't been, Chik-Fil-A is a fast-casual spot that specializes in grilled and pressure-cooked/fried chicken sandwiches, tenders, nuggets, and spectacular service. Politics and personal opinions aside, they truly strive to provide top-notch service. My go-to is the Regular Spicy or Deluxe SPICY chicken sandwich with a large, natural-cut waffle fry and a blue Powerade on-ice. I also love the Chik-Fil-A, Herb Ranch, and Honey Mustard for dipping the fries and sandwich. It has just the right amount of heat and spice. If you aren't a fan of a little heat, you cannot go wrong with their Traditional Chicken Sandwich. Order the Deluxe if you want lettuce, tomato, and cheese. The chicken sandwich is ALWAYS hot, juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. I've never had an issue with undercooked or overcooked chicken. The quality of the chicken is also top-notch for a fast-casual concept. In terms of quality, nobody comes close. The bun always is buttered and holds up to the chicken filet without an issue. The foil lined packaging keeps everything fresh and hot. I have had the nuggets and that is one item I am not a fan of, I find them incredibly salty and nowhere near as tasty as a sandwich. I typically order via delivery and the food is always accurate and packaged with love. I've never had a single issue with an order from this location. Order directions and condiments are always followed and included. If they could just figure a way to keep the waffle fries a bit more hot and crispy, I'd be thrilled. However, it is delivered so you must temper your expectations! They will also happily accommodate any requests you may have, within reason. They're well known for great service and this location is no exception. I have always had a solid experience. For those who aren't familiar, they are closed on Sunday. This is a company-wide policy and it's the way they've done things forever. Also, this location tends to be very busy. Sometimes, there is a short wait on deliveries as it's always busy. The food is made fresh, to order, and with love. If you're looking for a solid, consistent, fast-casual Regular and/or Spicy Chicken sandwich, you cannot go wrong with Chik-Fil-A. They always are a consistent and reliable choice when the craving hits. My only complaint is the size of the sandwiches has certainly gotten smaller, as has everything with the current inflation. It's also gotten considerably more expensive for a complete meal or simple chicken sandwich. I typically pay around $19 for a meal delivered, with tax and tip. I do not pay for delivery as a member with UberEats. However, I am happy to pay a bit more for quality and consistency. I know that Spicy Chicken will hit just right! Keep up the great food and great service!

Service was great Food well.. chicken nuggets were warm and either overdone or has a he's to them like they weren't fully cooked. The fries I took back & asked for hot fresh ones which we did not get first time around. Would have taken the chicken back too but alas we didn't Bathroom (woman's) was beyond filthy. Needed to wait to wash my hands as an employee was putting make up on and NO she did not wash her hands on the way out We'll be hard pressed to visit this Woburn location any time soon Do better chick!

Went here on Thursday and had an amazing time with my friends! The service was amazing and the employees were all kind. The line went by extremely fast because of the swift service. The food tasted amazing and the sauce was free! I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone around the area who's looking for a cheap, quick bite.

Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich didn't have what supposed to come with just plain and was cold the fries was very hot and good but I would t recommend the sandwiches cause are cold and they don't listen how u like it

Very friendly staff and well maintained, super clean and dining room is upstairs. Food came pretty quick and while in line the staff takes your order. All foods we ordered were fresh and hot.

So I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came out looking very good but I took a bite a it was very good but it went straight to my ass and I ran to the the bathroom and I sat down and it just ran out and I screamed

Pro tip always order ahead on the app. I've been here in the middle of the day and there's still been a long wait. The frozen coffee is absolutely wonderful.

Politics and shoving religious beliefs down your throat aside, I've always thought Chick-fil-A is the best fast food place. Growing up in the South, I always missed their chicken burgers after moving to Boston. I made it a point to stop by anytime I was visiting my family. Now that there's one in Boston, I don't have to wait for the holiday family visit to try them. While their burgers and waffle fries are some of my favorite guilty pleasures, their spicy southwest salad is my go-to item. Pro tip: ask the attendants to give you the spicy bell peppers from the Cob Salad as an extra. Add the papitas, the bell peppers, and the tortilla chips to the salad with a tiny bit of the avocado dressing and mix it up. The result is the best fast-food restaurant salad. The service is always quick, just make sure to check your order before leaving. It's not uncommon to have items missing when you order a few things.

I was really craving Chick-fil-a today and decided to go by this location to see if the line wasn't fiftyleven people long. Fortunately, it wasn't, although there were 10-12 people in front of me. There's a mobile pickup line and a separate Carryout line, which was interesting because I tried to mobile order on the app and it said this location is Carryout only. But anyway... When I walked in, a staff person came over to take my order on a tablet. It was an easy process. I was sad that they don't do half strawberry-half vanilla shakes here, but the lady did tell me about the seasonal peach shake, which was delicious and has great little peach chunks in it. I ordered an 8-piece nugget meal (the same thing I always get LOL). Both the chicken and fries were medium lukewarm, so meh to that. But the orders did come out quickly, which was nice. There is a good sized dining area upstairs, including a little bar area that overlooks Copley Square. Seeing that this is the only CFA in the city proper, it'll always be popular.

I was here back in May to pick up some lunch. They were only doing take out orders. Although they did have some tables just outside the restaurant. I had placed my order on the mobile app ahead of time. Once I arrived, I checked-in on the app by tapping the sign on the wall with my phone. They had an employee near the entrance to help those having tech issues. I then proceeded to wait for my food. After a short wait, I got my food and was on my way back to my hotel room to enjoy my food. My food was just as you'd expect from any Chick-fil-A. Everything was delicious.

This is the first Chick-fil-a in Boston proper so excited to hear that it opened up finally. Definitely order on the mobile app to save time. (You will have to check in on the app when you arrive for pick up. The workers are friendly and help you out if you are struggling like I did.) Food is comparable to other Chick-fil-a and I recommend the original chicken sandwich. The shakes are on the sweet side and the waffle fries are decent. The space itself is narrow, but it does have a nice 2nd floor to hang out and clean bathrooms. The bathroom does require a code so make sure that you ask them for it. (It changes on a daily basis.)

The food was good, the woman working the counter, was very polite and pleasant; but the fact that there's no place to sit down and eat, during breakfast service is not good. I had to eat my breakfast in the rain,on the restaurant patio. The the tables were wet and two supervisor in pink shirts walked by without whipping any of the wet tables.

Love their chicken sandwich and fries never let me down. Service is always fast and staff is always friendly. It also depends on when you go, it can get a line worse then McDonald's.

Definitely order on the mobile app to save time, and remember to give the workers a shoutout because they are so quick and hard working! Anari, Abraham, and Aliah made our day by being very generous with the sauces, having cool cow masks, and explaining the scanning system perfectly :) I recommend a spicy deluxe with pickles on the side so that the sandwich might be freshly packaged and less soggy. I also ordered the half sweet and half unsweetened tea which is a bit on the sweeter side but we can always dilute it with water! So so excited to have a Chick-fil-A in Boston and thank you again to Anari and Aliah who are the MVPs! They're the best!! Update: in all honesty, the manager Carlos unfortunately did not handle the influx of people too well by waving his title pretentiously, not having his name tag visible, saying, "this is what I get paid to do" in a not-so-welcoming tone and not letting my friend and I stand where we have been waiting for 35+ mins.

April 2023: 5: I would recommend this location. I searched for a local restaurant and found that this one was nearby and within a few minutes away. I was able to see the red signage as I approached from an adjacent street. The first thing I noted, there were cars parked adjacent to the front of the strip mall type area and double parked in the street. This restaurant has no parking lot and no drive-thru since it is a true city location. There was a line inside upon my entry. In a true Chick-fil-A restaurant fashion, my waiting time was minimal and I received an accurate order. I was greeted upon entry. The workers were capable and competent. I am impressed that this location is keeping pace with other locations outside the city limits. My food orders were all great. One of my guests was an out of the country, first timer to a Chick-fil-A restaurant. She really enjoyed the birthday meal we thought was a perfect gift. The ice cream and cookie was a score as well. Good job guys and gals. Thanks for making a good birthday meal, a great one!

Great store with fresh ingredients, friendly and efficient staff. They really got things working quickly. The store is clean and easy to get in and out. They have the ordering and pick up on the first floor and two floors above for seating,

Last time ordering from here. The fries are never completely cooked, my sandwich is always sloppy, dry buns or the wrong chicken and my drink has never been what I ordered. And today there was a hair in my sandwich box Oh but wait why is there no sauce in my order today. That's kinda the glue of the whole experience Once Uber brings your food they won't refund you. This is a horrible excuse for Chick-Fil-A and after today I will not spend anymore money at this location. I've given it 4 or 5 chances and everyone failed.

It's Chick fila so everyone knows what to expect. July 2023 breakfast time no lunch served. Somewhat of a line but moved very quickly. I saw plenty of mobile orders going out and everyone was friendly. Food tasted the same as any other store and it looked very clean inside and in the back.

I know that CFA staff are notoriously nice, but the workers here go above and beyond. I love their ice- it's probably even my favorite thing on the menu! They'll gladly give you a cup of just ice if you ask. This place is my guilty pleasure. Yes, the company is evil, but what company isn't? The milkshakes are awesome, and they'll always offer a "pup cup" for dogs. I love their waffle fries so much. It's just good junk food, how can I say no?

This location is so busy, they don't actually care about you or your business. Showed up for breakfast two Saturdays ago only to find the dining room closed. I ended up eating my burrito at one of their standing tables outside in 30-degree weather. They left me a voicemail after I complained, I called back, they "took a message" and I never heard from them again. Miserable customer service and an even worse dining experience. 0/10

The long anticipated Chick-fil-A finally opened in Boston. It's understandable to expect long lines/wait times. I personally waited 20-25 minutes in a line to place an order physically at the store (they also take online orders). No biggie. Finally received my food and left without checking as it was very busy. Got home, opened the bag and realized I was missing my fries. Quite disappointing but whatever. Rest of the food (sandwich and mac and cheese) was cold but good. Fine I'll take that. Now here's why the 1 star. Halfway through the mac and cheese, found a strand of hair in it. Now that is not cool. Because of that, and all the other *little* things just made this overall first experience quite Hopefully they step it up the next time.

One of my favorite fast foods & most certainly my favorite breakfast I love the scramble burrito its amazing! Service is decent could be better but I won't complain.

The chick-fil-a in Copley is in a great location is always has a consistent line of people waiting. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich which has decent chicken, bun, lettuce and pepper jack cheese. I also got waffle fries, and nuggets, and iced tea. My order came out to close to $15 which is pricey for fast food. The food was a bit greasy and not particularly delicious. With fries, sandwich, and nuggets they only gave me two sauce packets which was not enough, ideally it should have been at least 3 (one for each item). In addition, they messed up my drink order where I ordered unsweetened but gave me sweetened tea. I told them and they quickly fixed it.

We came in with a group of 14 in a rush to catch a train. We ordered so much food when it was super crowded. Adeline, the employee taking our order was so patient and helpful. She should get employee of the month. It was a very stressful situation and Adeline's hospitality made it easy. Thanks!!!!

This is my 2nd and possibly my last time I will patronize your establishment! I went into your Chic Fila restaurant located at: 569 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02116. I ordered 5 chic fila sandwiches. I was in the carryout line, I decided to get out of this line because it was to congested and it wasn't possible to social distance myself , (Due to Covid-19 and Monkey Pox concerns)from everyone. A heavy-set back office caucasian woman named "Corrin Griffith" started asking me questions in a condescending way!! She made up some nonsense about blocking mobile orders?! She had poor "people skills!" She scolded me like I was her child! I asked her what was the problem? Because I wasn't obstructing anyone's ability to bring out any mobile or uber eats/grub hub orders! She gave an attitude and caused a random young male customer waiting for his order, to start lecturing me! I did not know this man, but she was acting like a narcissist and wanted me to know she was in charge! Even though I spent almost $30 on 5 sandwiches, and wasn't arguing with your staff or other customers! I felt embarrassed and unwelcomed at your restaurant!! It felt a little bit racist too! Because of the way I was dressed! This occurred around 8:30ish pm on 9-27-2022. I do not believe I will support a business where my credit/debit cards and cash, are the only things that are welcomed...But not me! Very terrible experience! I'm not coming back!! Respectfully Yours!!

Every time I make the mistake of eating here they mess up my order horribly. I highly recommend never going here, it's a waste of money and time.

This review is for the Chick-fil-A in Copley Square, and specifically for the Cobb Salad with avocado-lime-ranch-dressing! I really liked this salad - I ordered it after hearing the ads on a local radio station, and the salad was very good - flavorful fried bite-sized chicken pieces with lettuce greens, roasted corn, shredded cheese, crispy red pepper pieces, and tasty dressing. It was very good for "fast food". I will be ordering the Cobb salad again when I want a quick and easy meal to-go. The service was friendly and very fast.
