I came to get a lettuce wrapped Chicken Sandwich, the cashier seemed new, which is completely understandable. I asked for the sandwich wrapped in lettuce and was like “this location does that right?” The cashier’s response was “ I have no idea,” which again is understandable, but at that point is when he should have said let me check with someone real quick. I was going to settle for the bread, but then a more seasoned worker came over and I asked if they do the lettuce wrap and she said yes and proceeded to teach him how to do it on the register. After leaving, I get to my destination and the sandwich is not wrapped in lettuce which was really disappointing. Please let the cashiers know to be more inquisitive with customer requests and ask those who are more seasoned if they are new workers and please follow through on such special requests. Things happen, but customer satisfaction is the priority so I just wanted to offer this learning lesson for the team.

Order two meals, nuggets and Mac & cheese and rushing they completely forgot one whole meal , i live 30 mins away , i didn’t check the bag because i do not have this trouble with other Chick fil A locations

I will start by saying I am biased as I love CFA and could eat it daily! However, for this review I will try to remain objective :) Stopped by here yesterday mid-day, half-way through a 6 hour drive home and was greeted by the most friendly staff. Granted, almost all CFA staff I encounter are friendly, but to work at a travel stop and come across tons of different personalities daily, is, I'm sure, quite challenging. However, these ladies, including the supervisor, were smiling, engaging, prompt and truly appeared to care about getting our order correct. I was very impressed with their attention to detail again, because I think working at a travel stop must be so much harder than a stand-alone restaurant. When we were finished, I returned to the counter to thank the ladies for making the stop so enjoyable. It brought pleasure to my day to feel taken care of for those 30 minutes by engaging with CFA employees and of course the food, before returning to the road. Thank you employees of this site! Great job!

That’s second time they missed something. Today I ordered 2 meals, I got two 1… I didn’t check cuz believe you! Also the same situation 2 weeks ago… I thought that just an unintentional mistake. Now I see this is sequence…. And again that’s my meal, not my wife but mine((((

Amazing food but workers don't know how to do simple substitution refund. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this place!

This is located in a New developed rest area I Came her at 3:30 pm ordered 3:37 food was ready it's pretty busy there can be always a line I think people below gave it bad rating because they are new restaurant in location and they get very very busy so they probably had to wait longer for their food due to employees being new or not trained properly or understaffed at that time however at this time there were at least 9-10 people working there maybe thats why it was pretty quick for me!! I had about 8 people waiting in front of me and things moved quickly

Waited 10 mins after ordering for my simple order of 12 nuggets to come out - and this was at an off peak time. Nuggets were dry and flavorless. Honey mustard sauce has a funny taste.

I would like to open my review by stating that my experience was totally my fault. I know better when it comes to this location. The service and quality always leave much to be desired, and if it weren’t for a craving from my girlfriend I would never have visited. Everything here is subpar. I don’t know if this is due to it being a Rest Area franchise or staffing. It may be a combination of both, but a lot of this location’s deficiencies are due to its staffing. The employees here lack urgency and courtesy, and I have yet to see a group less dedicated to upholding the quality and customer service that should be expected of a Chick-Fil-A. The fries are never fresh and always taste like they are made in old oil or in an unclean fryer. I exchanged my fries during my most recent visit (today) and was given another batch of fries of even worse quality. To make matters worse, the exchange was performed by the manager, who was clearly unconcerned about the issue, evidenced by her seemingly being perfectly ok with giving me even worse fries lol. The chicken products are just “ok”. Normally, I wouldn’t even care this much, as I never come here. But, after spending nearly $40 (in this economy!) on food this unsatisfying, I had to leave a review in an attempt to warn other potential customers. This place will never get another dime from me.
