If you have allergies please avoid this location. After requesting specific items and informing them of an allergy, confirming at the drive thru, and receiving a salad labeled as special with the allergy listed they still put the wrong chicken on it and I was unable to eat it. Luckily I noticed. I tried reaching out and it was brushed off. I’ve had several issues here with them getting orders wrong and completely forgetting items and it just seems to be getting worse at this location. The disregard for allergies is disheartening.

I ordered an 8 count nugget and only got 5 nuggets of acceptable size. The other three could not be considered nuggets. This is the second time this has happened to me in the last month so I am done with this location

It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to this chick fil a. Employees are still nice, but they seem to be slacking in the leadership department. I think there has been a change in Leadership and is shows the change wasn’t a good change. Orders get messed up more often when it’s busy. The leaders here need to step up and properly lead the team, especially when it gets busy.

I always go to this chick fil a. But for some reason it took me 20 minutes to get my food and be on my way. I went through the drive thro twice cause they forgot straws then I get home to actually get 9? Ish chickens supposed to 12! Not that hard to count and extremely disappointed since this food is already decently overpriced

One person is working and alk the other workers are busy gossiping ect instead of helping anyone here. Waited like 20 mins for 1 sandwhich. Ridiculous Hopefully the owner fixes this. 1 girl shouldn't be doing a millon people's jobs

I order Catering often for work, and this location is great. Today I showed up at my pick up time, and they had my Catering order already set up and they put a box of sauces with it. This is a great location to get Catering from!

Always a great go to for lunch. Spicy chicken salad is awesome, super friendly staff, very quick drive through.

The food and service were decent today. I did have to pull into a spot and wait a little bit for my food. I came at 9:30 am on a weekday. It wasn't busy, and I was the only car in the drive-thru, so I am not sure why I was waiting. It could have been because I ordered a chicken sandwich, and I guess it was still breakfast. I wouldn't think that would matter, really. It's all the same chicken. I ordered the banana pudding milkshake, and that was divine! I wished it had a few more banana bits and a few less Nilla wafer bits, but it was still really tasty. I just had to try it. I would say it was an overall good experience, but if I come again, I will plan to wait.

Friendly, spacious, and clean location. The fresh flowers are always a nice touch. All decked out for Valentine's Day today. Our meal was enjoyable.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, but I cannot honestly recommend this location any longer. After finding pieces of black plastic at the bottom of my coffee cup I was disgusted. I thought maybe coffee grinds, but no it had a plastic black sheen to it. Management seemed pretty neutral about the ordeal. I thought they might actually show concern,( who else might have ingested these pieces of plastic?) Just wanted to warn others be wary!

Food took forever. I ordered a 12-count nugget... It took 10 minutes to come out even though I was the only customer there. The manager didn't seem genuine, nor seemed to respect my time. The food wasn't good, and the prices are insane here. I am completely done with Chick-fil-A and stretch a fair warning to anyone considering going. DO NOT EAT HERE

Will not be returning to this chick fil a. I was there today January 30th at 8:35 AM. Ordered chicken minis and hash browns. Chicken nuggets were RAW. Don't matter if you guys are busy you need to ensure you are not serving raw product to your customers.

This chick fil A is always busy but they are fast at moving cars. The people who work here are very friendly. I ordered a grilled chicken club without the bun, the worker asked if I wanted it wrapped in lettuce. I hadn't thought of that, so I said sure! It was easy to hold because they give you lots of lettuce. I also like that if I ask for my regular, half Diet Coke half cherry coke they never blink an eye!

I went through this Drive-thru. We were in a hurry due to family commitments that evening. I got home and discovered that we were missing a Chick Fil A Sandwich and the nuggets that I ordered were breaded instead of grilled (my son has a severe food allergy and cannot eat the breaded). I drove back to the Chick-fil-a and walked in to talk to the cashier. I was hassled about not having the receipt with me (which I checked when I got home and no receipt was given) and then they only replaced the nuggets. I asked a second time for my missing sandwich to be included as well. At this point, the cashier got the manager and the manager (who looked like a teenager) brought my missing sandwich. I don't know why a manager was needed to approve a missing sandwich. For my trouble, I was given a cookie (...like I was a 5 year old). And there was a hair in my sandwich when I got home. This is terrible, terrible customer service. If you are going to hire kids to run a business, you need to train them in the skills necessary to execute the business. When your business screws up there is only one acceptable response: "We are sorry. We screwed up. How can we make this right?"

I just visited this location through the drive thru and ordered a Cool Wrap meal, but received no fries along with no straw for my drink. Plenty of ketchup packets though! Had a pretty bad day at work and I was looking forward to the comfort of waffle cut potatoes...they're a comfort snack for me. But it's alright, I got my main meal item. I just suggest the team slows down to quality check everything and not leave it up to one person at the window who's freezing in this cold weather season. It's the age old "quantity over quality" when getting cars through the drive thru as fast as possible, causes hiccups like this. Just support your fellow team members and think of the bigger picture, not time goals.

This is the Chick-fil-a I always go to. Service is usually solid but was especially good a couple days ago when my friends and I met one of the workers, Wesley. Super nice, very helpful, and a real funny voice impressionist. Thanks for making our night!

Good and filling fast food. I needed some place to eat early this morning when my doctor's appointment was cancelled for no good reason and before my work shift started. Good quality control. Food tasted as expected like my previous experiences to other Chick-Fil-A locations.

The drive through line is a complete mess and forms in any random direction out through the several parking lots, meaning if you get in line you block people in their spots which is a stressful mess. Also what's the deal with no breakfast? Wtf? Is the army of 15 year olds with their iPads the only ones running the joint? I also consistently get 9 nuggets when I order 8 which is pretty cool so I'll give an extra point for that.

food sucked. WAY over cooked. the service is nice though. I wouldn't go back. I don't need an over fried cooked to death multiple times chicken deluxe. I keep wanting to like them, but, no. no thanks.

The manager on shift around 7pm Sep 9 laughed rudely rather than helping me get what I need when I asked for gluten free - and then when they understood, they said they were out without apology.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted at the horrible customer service received today by your manager named Sarah and the director young man (didn't get his name at that point because it should have never gone to that point). I did a mobile order #5863378 that cost me for $153.72 and picked up at this location. I placed the order on my mobile app and drove to your location which is only about 3.5 miles from my job. I returned to the facility to deliver lunch to my team. I got all of the items out, and noticed for the two salads there was no dressing, I thought maybe I forgot to add that in the app, but on review of the app order it was supposed to automatically come with the salad. I also noticed we were missing one Club w/Colby Jack sandwich from a meal (we did receive the fries/lemonade). Since your location is so close and I knew this was a large order and mistakes happen, I felt bad for my CNA who didn't get her sandwich and those who ordered the salads with their missing dressings. So, I told the CNA to come with me and we'd go get her sandwich thinking it would be made right with us and no big deal. So we go back to Chick-fil-A. We pulled up to the drive through and the same nice lady who first helped was there again and I let her know that I was back, and we were missing two salad dressings and a sandwich from the mobile order. I also told her there was a mistake in the ice teas we ordered but not their mistake and I would order another iced tea and pay for it no biggie. She was apologetic and told me she was sorry they missed those and told me the tea would be on them. She said she would call inside and let them know and then told me to pull to the window. We pulled to the window and the same lady was there and said, "Oh I remember you, you were just here with the large order, what did we forget?". I explained to her just two salad dressings and one sandwich. She apologized, told me to give her one minute. She left the window and then returned and said, we need you to come inside. I was like okay, maybe they are really going to make this right with me, but why make me come inside? It's two salad dressings and one sandwich.So, my CNA and I proceeded to park, go inside, and wait in line inside. Once we were called up, they asked us what we wanted to order. I explained now for the third time that we just needed our missing two salad dressings and one sandwich from our large order. The guy said let me get the manager. A young manager with dark brown/black hair named Sarah(manager on tag) came over with a receipt in her hand and proceeded to say that she was the one who bagged our order and that there was no mistake in the sandwich, and she said, "I'll give you the salad dressing, but no sandwich." She then proceeded to say that I placed the order and hour ago. I pulled out my iPhone, went to the mobile order app, showing it was placed 45 minutes ago and let her know that not only did I drive here to get the order, but I also had to drive back to the office to deliver, unpack and then return again thinking it was no flipping big deal. She said that again she didn't make a mistake and we received the sandwich. Sarah was unprofessional and had serious lack of remorse, care, and clearly has never made a mistake in her life. The CNA asked her how she knows she didn't accidently get it in some other customers to go bag?! At this moment, I was completely floored and thinking this cannot be happening...and in my head thinking how Chick-fil-Ais always known for their amazing customer service and friendly staff, that this has to be not right!! I asked to speak to a manager. She proceeds to say she was the manager. I responded with then I need to speak to the person above you. She left and a young man with a director tag on (didn't catch his name because at this point, I'm thinking this cannot be happening over a sandwich and I'm about to lose it), comes around after a few more minutes with complete flat affect, no care in the world returned only to ask me for the story for the 4th time. Showed him my mobile app, the receipt and all the details AGAIN! He proceeded to say that if the sandwich was forgotten it would be in their warmer and since there wasn't one in the warmer, they didn't make a mistake. I stated and how do you know it didn't get into some other customer's bag?! To which he blankly stared at me. Horrible service recovery Mr. Director, your job is probably to smooth over issues on a daily, but you clearly too have no idea what you are doing!!! How the hell are you going to refuse to give me us a damn sandwich that literally costs your company pennies and I just spent $153 to feed my team of medical professionals caring for dying patients on hospice?!?!? I legit told him how awful and disappointed I was in both of their customer service skills, and this was not Chick-fil-Aservice standards and I would be filing a complaint with their corporate team.

The worst serviced chick fil a ever. I have no patience for incompetent high school workers. All they do is talk and no work. Fast food is supposed to be quick not take 30 mins due to lazy workers who just want to talk and mess around. Can we get some actual workers in here? TERRIBLE SERVICE

Went for breakfast last week and ordered a granola parfait. Had a busy day ahead of me running errands and was looking forward to eating before getting my day started. Had already left and parked somewhere else when I noticed they 1. Forgot my granola and 2. Given me a fork instead of spoon. What a waste of time having to go all the way back for something I PAID for, and for a utensil. Manager was useless too. Always check your bag before leaving

CFA's are nothing if not consistent, and this location is no different. Courteous staff, fast drive-thru process, and of course the food is great. Even at lunchtime I'm in an out in a hurry. Thank you!

This place is ran by high school kids. The cashier took our order, clocked out and left with a line of people behind us. No one was helped for 5 minutes. Food sat on the back counter and no one handed out the food. If your in a hurry or want a faster option this is not it.

I'm not sure what's going on with this location but unfortunately we've had a handful of not great experiences. In the past few months the drive thru seems to go at a snails pace. Like enough time that I could have made dinner at home instead of stopping after an extra curricular activity. Also few months ago I was treated really badly at the window for asking nicely if the dripping soft drink cup could be wiped before I brought into my car. The response was an eye roll, hesitation and then not doing it. It was so confusing?!?! We've also had food issues that include over cooked nuggets, soggy fries and forgotten items like sauces, straws, and napkins. Today we got lunch through the drive through and received strips instead of nuggets. Not sure if it was accidental or a sub. However if we were told it would be substituted we wouldn't have gotten lunch there because 7y/o are very particular. We've been to other locations like Highlands Ranch, Aspen Grove, Greenwood Village and never run into these issues.

I would normally suggest this location any day. But not any more! Their wait times in the drive through are 20 plus minutes and they have regularly forgotten stuff in my order or given me wrong items. The brand and food is always good but I prefer to get my correct order!

This Chick-fil-A has continued to struggle over the past year. The food still meets standards but service is terrible. Order accuracy is very inconsistent, and they often forget condiments and utensils. The drive-thru has also been an issue. There is usually only one lane open and wait times can be extreme. We will take our business elsewhere to other stores that have it down from this point forward.

Chick fil a is great! The food is consistent, the employees are always nice and friendly. I love a place that you can expect the same thing at every location! Chick-fil-A has a great formula for success, they just need to keep multiplying because they get SOOOO busy during prime times! But they handle the crowd well and move quickly. I also love it when I see managers taking to employees and they are treating them well! Other than the fact that my humor landed flat on the cashier, this was a great experience as always!

Worst Chick-Fil-A ever. Management, employees extremely disrespectful. This locations customer service resembles a McDonalds. Threatened and blown off my management. Long waits and cold fries. If anyone knows the name of kid with blonde hair, please comment it so I can continue with my formal complaint. However, the kid who took my order was pretty cool, everyone else SUCKED.!

customer service was good in all but it's like every time I go they mess my order up I got a 12 count meal and they gave me 3 chicken tender I've worked at fast food before it's not that hard to get a order right for the amount of money I'm paying to I get home Look and it's the wrong thing it's like McDonald's is doing better at getting my order right lately just disappointed

it makes me so sad to see the reviews that customers had put out since March. I wasn't a customer but I had worked there. us employees have been treated worse by this new operator. So, I started working in December under corporate. I should note that I am blind. Corporate was really awesome. I got to do a lot of cleaning, salad, preparation, etc. then when Cody came in, I was only given three hours a day. Everyone's hours were getting cut so right away I thought nothing of it. I tell him how much I need full-time, since part-timers only work 14 an hour, and he tells me there's not enough for me to do to work full-time. I then say some thing to which he stutters about hours. He then began to stop allowing me to do the things I used to, because I was doing them wrong by his standards, and no one gave me feedback. I wound up only allowed to wash trays for an hour and a half a day. I even got a verbal warning for calling him what he was, ablest, and he even threatened disciplinary action on me. He doesn't care about his employees, and just cares about the money. it was very obvious he didn't want me there. In fact, when I put in my two weeks, I was told they, kind of, enjoyed having me there. Also, no one should want to have to have feelings of wanting to die because of being treated so poorly and being so poorly discriminated against, and that is what myself and another friend of mine had went through. if you don't support ablism, do not order from there was even a day where they had asked people to come in for extra hours on our group chat, I responded 30 seconds later saying that I would be in and I would get ready. I receive a call they don't need to come in because they have enough people even though I literally sent the message 30 seconds after it was sent. They also deleted my schedule for that whole week and blamed it on the tech issue. or work for this store. also, I don't know if the one person who wrote the review about letting their bags sit there and having to wait for so long, that one upset me so much, because I had actively tried to call out orders. The problem is that I have to ask someone to read me the name. In corporate it was no problem, they took them four seconds for me to tell me the name and then continue to do what they were doing. under Cody, though, one of his directors was telling me that I didn't have to. I continue to do it, and essentially receive the same thing. So, to those who have received poor service, just know that some of us have essentially been told not to help out. sorry if this review is lengthy and a bit disorganized, but everyone deserves to know how absolutely awful this store is. Most caring company in Centennial my ass.

Their lobby has been closed forever. Keep saying"next week". Also food is lukewarm to cold. Long line in drive thru. You order and you still have 15 cars in front of you so your food is not hot by the time you get to the pickup window. The Chick-fil-A in Highlands Ranch is running smooth. Lobby is open and drive thru runs smooth. Lousy management at Southglenn location. We love Chick-Fil-A, just not this location.

Lately I have just been so disappointed in this place. I asked for well done fries, they are soggy. I HATE pickles and got pickles on my sandwich. So I paid $9 for something I'm going to throw away. I'm super bummed!

Don't count on this location. They haven't served breakfast since May on top of that, their lobby is still "under construction" since May. So your drive thru line is beyond crazy and yet y'all still slow as hell. You wait 20-40 min in that drive thru every time! Yet we see employee chillen in the lobby that's apparently in "remodel" ...who's your owner? Like fix this dude

This was my least favorite Chick-Fil-A. It's unfortunate that I did't take down the employees name. She was not the usual type that works at their restaurants. It wasn't my best experience. The building itself is set up backwards, you have to walk completely around to find the front door. I wasn't happy with the treatment nor trying to find the front door. So many other Chick-fil-A's to visit that I WON'T waste my time nor money.

The streets at southglenn was previously my favorite chic fil a location to frequent, but lately that has drastically changed. This location has gone tragically downhill REALLY fast ever since the store was bought out by a private owner. Not only is the food not thoroughly cooked (which is a huge health hazard when working with chicken!) but ever since the change in management happened, all of the wonderful employees have disappeared and now hardly any of the staff speak English. Not only does this pose a problem when ordering and receiving correct orders, but it makes getting any sort of customer service damn near impossible! The wait times are also now drastically longer (Probably somewhat in part due to language barriers and the great staff being gone) and the establishment as a whole has gotten much worse. The new owner, Cody, is inefficient, rude, and unwilling to help in any way. I have even witnessed his treating his own employees poorly and that was in front of customers! This establishment is going downhill fast! So much for the Chic Fil A name being associated with good standards and morals; Cody has done a phenomenal job of tarnishing the Chic Fil A name and disgracing the franchise as a whole! Too bad they let just anyone buy these establishments; I will not be going there again!

I work at Whole Foods and I come here often. With mobile ordering, it's even better. I just wait in the parking lot and they bring me food! As for this location, it's the best Chick-fil-A I've been to. They always get my order right, they are quick, and they have some good cooks. The fries are crisp and slightly salty. The chicken is fresh and hot. So good. If anything, they might overload on condiments in the bag, but far better too many than too few! This area is a mix of mostly upper and middle class folk. Keep that in mind as you read reviews

After a hectic day of work, I arrived at my happy place- also known as The Chick-Fil-A of SouthGlenn. Despite the boiling hot temperatures the employees were enduring, I was greeted with a gleeful smile at the menu board. I placed my usual order. A Spicy Chicken Deluxe. I was kindly asked which sauces I would like, and ordered the classic Chick-Fil-A sauce as well as the most tangy and delicious sauce known to man: Honey Mustard. The wait was short and sweet, as one expects from any Chick-Fil-A. After a quick and friendly exchange with the girl at the window, and of course the iconic "my pleasure!", I parted ways with my beloved local drive thru. In just a 5 minute drive home, my car was filled with the mouthwatering aroma of freshly fried chicken and waffle fries. I got home and started to unbox my well deserved dinner when I noticed... Four Chick-Fil-A sauces, and NO. HONEY. MUSTARD. Could it be? After a whole year of visiting and returning almost every other day (besides Sundays of course); my home away from home; THE Chick-Fil-A of SouthGlenn, for the FIRST time, had betrayed me? I made my way to my fridge and by the grace of God himself, found a singular Chick-Fil-A Honey Mustard packet from a former visit. That's when I knew that The Chick-Fil-A of SouthGlenn had been looking out for me this whole time. From giving me an extra Honey Mustard with my previous order, to leaving out my sauce of choice today, they somehow KNEW I had just enough Honey Mustard to make my long and hard day of work all worth it. For that, I can never repay them. I praise thee, employees of Chick-Fil-A SouthGlenn, and wish nothing but the best for every single one of you. If one million stars were an option, you would deserve them ALL. God bless and have a wonderful rest of your shift. It is, truly, MY pleasure.

I've known Chick-fil-A to be homophobic and racist in the past but still give them my business because I've personally never had a single of their employees look down on me but today that definitely changed. I don't know what's up with the people that live on this side of town but the majority feel that because they live on the "nice" side of town and have a bit more money they can treat anyone however they please. This was my first time using the app for a mobile pick up and I decided I would pick up inside because I figured the drive thru would be hectic this time of day as it usually is at my normal location. After finally finding the door I walk in to two employees taking their break that immediately stop talking to each other upon seeing me to start frowning at me and won't stop even after I smile at them. Cool. Can't please everyone right? I keep walking past them to the front as 4 employees and the manager hawk eye my every step to the front. I smile again, I'm returned again nothing. No hi there! No welcome to Chick-fil-A! Just a weak half smile back from the manager. I felt like I was about to be interrogated for wanting to eat here! Words cannot describe how uncomfortable and unwanted your employees made me feel today. I've never been to a Chick-fil-A where even when it wasn't busy not a single employee didn't greet an incoming customer or at least SMILE at them so they feel welcome? No matter how much you may not want minorities to not reside in your neighborhood, you can't treat them like less than human when their giving you their business.

I went in for lunch today the food is good but the GM on duty around 1:05pm is uhm.. annoying should i say. One of the cashiers was getting a little frustrated and instead of resolving the issue the gm kinda put the cashier on blast in front of me and some other guests waiting in line. I dont remember the GMs name but shes a real trip.

This is one of the fastest Chick-fil-a restaurants I've been to. Especially considering the volume of customers they always have. The line will be around the entire building but it constantly keeps moving. I have no idea what the other reviews mean by it moves slowly. I live right behind this mall and I go here all the time.

Usually this chick fil a is fast, efficient, and friendly. However my most recent experience was shocking. At 6:30 on Saturday evening my family and I went through the drive through and ordered. We drove home to discover one of the bags was lacking all of the main entrees. 2 chick fil a sandwiches and a chicken strip. We had all of the fries and sauces (the wrong sauces at that). We simply drove back to chick fil a and got in the drive through to speak with he person who took our order. We had our receipt and received food to show what was missing. The carline people were very understanding and apologetic. They said they would handle it at the window. We were kind and polite the entire time just hoping to get what we properly paid for as fries and sauce are not an adequate dinner. The people working in the kitchen, prepping the bags were called over and denied the mistake. Then a woman came to handle it and gave me two sandwiches. Unfortunately by the time this was resolved we just took whatever and left. We still were missing the chicken strips and all of the fries were cold as we didn't eat them to prove our receipt and what we were given. I was simply shocked because this establishment is normally so on top of it and considerate of customers.

I was visiting Denver and was starving and went into this place last night. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A before but I thought I would give it a try. I got a grilled chicken sandwich that was surprisingly good. It was hot and fresh not like your typical junk fast food. The food came out quickly and I appreciated the nice service. Sometimes these fast food places are so rude, but I had a good experience here.

I came here for breakfast before work on a Friday morning. I was hoping to go through the drive thru and grab something quick but as I pulled up I saw about 5 cars ahead of me. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, hold the cheese and add bacon. Wait time was about 8-10 minutes from the time I placed the order to the time I got my food. Came to work to find that they neglected to hold the cheese. Not a huge deal, but I did drive 20 minutes out of my way to get to this place plus wait in a longer than usual line just to get a wrong order. Food was good, but would be aware that there may be a wait and your order may not be correct!

Say what you want about Chick-Fil-A, but they have a good business model. Their fried chicken is consistently good, their sides (like coleslaw and carrot salad) taste fresh, and their waffle fries are delicious. Lately, I've been a fan of the Asian chicken salad, which has fried chicken, legitimately fresh Romaine and other greens, mandarin oranges, cabbage, and tasty dressing. Like all locations, the employees are Southern-style friendly (I really wonder how their staff training accomplishes this so well everywhere), and it's common to see managers stepping in and helping with everything from drive through orders to lemonade filling. This location is still fairly crowded because it's new, but the double-lane drive through keeps things moving, and the inside is actually very nice, and doesn't really even feel like a fast food joint. With a few exceptions, this isn't exactly low-calorie, and it's a little more expensive than a lot of their competitors, but I also believe the quality is better. They recently resized their drinks so the small is now only about 12 ounces-- this feels like a rip-off, but I guess I shouldn't complain about pop serving size in the same review when I warn about unhealthy fried food, so oh well. I probably won't be here regularly, but I am very excited to have a ChickFilA in my part of town.

I can't believe that I'm excited to go to a fast food place. That never seems to be the case excited to go to Chick fil A anywhere, although I do like the food. So with that being said, this location is so fantastic, because it is not slammed like all of the other locations are all of the time. It is busy, just not ridiculously busy. The employees at this location really should be a prime example for all of the other chick fil A restaurants. They really seem to care about getting your order to you and having it correct the first time. All of the employees are professionally dressed forums and for some reason they just seem sharper (better trained?) here than at other locations.

I cater a great deal of food from Chick-fil-A throughout the Denver area for my work. Every location with the exception of this one does an exemplary job. This place consistently is very late with the food, consistently does not include plates, utensils, cups, serving utensils etc., even with reminders to do so! If you are catering food from a Chick-fil-A I would encourage you to go ANYWHERE else but this location.

The Chick Fil A location at Southglenn is amazing!!! I never have issues at this location but last time I went they forgot my lemonade, no biggie! I sent them a message letting them know what had happened and today I received a sweet written letter from the owner with a gift card for a free meal! This location really goes above and beyond with their customer service!

This place seriously made me cry. Granted I'm 24 weeks pregnant. But how can you mess up an order so badly when it took you 7 minutes just to put it in the little iPad. Got home, wrong food, starving baby in my belly. I'm so sad.

Love me some chick fil a! So happy this place finally came to an awesome and closer location. It's the perfect way to satisfy your fried food cravings. The sweet tea-best in Colorado. The chick fil a sauce- addicting!

This is my go-to chick-fil-a. The workers are always kind and accommodating, never getting an order wrong. Our food is always fresh and there location is handling the coronavirus very well. I would sacrifice my first born for this chick-fil-a.

I've always enjoyed the service I get here but today really made me smile, I think the drive through worker was named Greg, that's what was on my receipt, he was so kind to me, a little conversation goes a long way when kindness is truly lacking where it isn't expected. I felt like I was chatting with a friend. Made my day. Thanks Greg :)

Worst experience ever waited in line for over 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of us, got ice dream cones that the must have made right as we ordered, sitting in the window for 15 minutes on a 75 degree day, had bought 2 small and 1 large and all were the same size and half melted so they ended up taking the one that was supposed to be large and made it a tiny bit bigger but gave the other 2 melted cones back my husband said this is the worst experience ever and the girl at window says thank you come back as my husband as he said I will never return to this location ever.

I come here quiet often and I always get the same thing last time I came through the drive through my card didn't work so I assumed I could just read them my card number and they could punch it in to the system because I've done this multiple times at other chick fil as and I've been a cashier before so I know for a fact there is a way to punch in the numbers. I finally go pay and I explain this to the young girl that was working at the register she doesn't really understand what I mean so she goes and asks someone else. I keep trying to tell her all she has to do is type in the numbers and it takes about 5 minutes before they both tell me that can't be done for security purposes while staring blankly at me like they expected me to come up with a solution to this problem. I said I had no other way of paying but I did have my card information on me with money on my card and the girl just told me no again. I was confused and asked what we should do then and she said well I can give it to you right now BUT just make sure you come back and pay later. I have absolutely no problem paying for food that I'm eating and I Of course did return the next day and pay it but working in customer service for multiple years this is not a good way to treat a customer who frequents here more often than not. It was around $11 that I owed and while I did appreciate them giving me the food they could've easily said my meal was taken care of and next time I would just need to make sure I had another form of payment because I can't just give them my card number. That's how you handle a situation like that because in any company keeping the customer coming back is more important than having them pay for $11 and never return due to poor customer service. It just seemed like they were more concerned about the money which was not affecting them in any way than they were about me as a customer. I'm not mad that I had to pay I was intending to pay anyway it was just kind of shocking how their main concern was making sure they had $11 instead of making sure I understood why they couldn't take my card information and keep me as a customer. When I went back and I paid the next day I asked for a manager and it was another young girl who didn't even ask what happened or didn't even bother to hear me out I started saying I needed to pay because apparently they can not take my card information. Instead of further explaining to me she just took my money and said okay cool! I came back tonight because they messed up my order from the drive through and so I asked for one of the managers and the "manager" that helped me tonight was the same girl who couldn't figure out if she could take my card information about a week ago. This company puts young kids in charge who have no idea how to handle responsibilities such as customer service. They don't understand how to prioritize customers. The whole point of good customer service is to keep people coming back not to make sure they pay $11 worth of food once and then never come back. I asked another girl there if there were any adult managers and she explained these kids were all "shift leaders" it's great to give kids responsibilities but there should always be at least ONE adult to make sure these kids are handling things well. I can't take a place seriously where the "managers" are kids who look confused all the time and don't look older than 16. There needs to be someone there with the capacity to understand how to handle different situations. 14-19 year old kids don't have these skills mastered yet and that's the only people working at this chick fil a. This place is a complete mess there's no adults to take care of things. I do not recommend going here probably the worst chick fil as I've been to in all of Colorado! PS: their drive through takes at least 25 minutes on a normal looking line. Slowest drive through ever.

Chick-fil-a is known for their customer service... they're always super fast and friendly but NOT THIS ONE. They are so slow and not the friendliest.
