We stopped on our way to ValleyFair. The waffle fries are so flavorful & well-seasoned but not over seasoned. The chicken never disappoints that we finished eating it as we walked our way up to the park. The drive thru employees were very friendly. We were a little confused about exactly where to stop while waiting for the food at the pick up area. The lemonade 🍋 was like none I've ever had, so tasty. Not overly sweet and definitely not sour, it was perfect! Will definitely have to stop again. So happy to see a restaurant run by good people of faith thrive. The food is superb every time we visit!

This Chick-fil-A is awesome! Absolutely amazing staff, and the best spot to hit after taking my girls to train jiu-jitsu at M-Theory West right down the road in Chaska.

This is by far the best ,"Chick-fil-A restaurant I have been. Exceptional customer service. Wish all of them in South Florida will be like this one.👋

The food was okay, upgraded to get a strawberry malt as a drink. Couldn't taste anything. I had my daughter try it to confirm. Bland! Other than that, the sandwich and waffle fries were hot and delicious. Very friendly staff. Very clean store and restrooms. Waited less than 1 minute to place our order.

We have visited this restaurant several times because we enjoy the food and the service. Unfortunately, during our last visit, the young staff members taking orders inside the store were mocking people who were placing an order and spoke little English. They were making comments and laughing among themselves, while many of us watched from the tables as we ate. This kind of behavior is very disappointing, especially when it involves visitors to our state.

I normally love chic Fila. But today, at 8:50 a.m. I came here, and was shocked they had music that wasn't Christian, and very bizarre music. I asked the guy there, when they got rid of the Christian music, and he just glared at me and said we do a mix, and he kept glaring at me all the way out of the room. That was disappointing enough, but then I could not find one table clean in the whole restaurant, and this was at 8:40 a.m. So the one lady that brought our food, who was exceptionally nice, went and told the tall guy with a black mustache( I beleive) to go wash the tables off. He wiped off two tables, TWO mind you!!! Never ever seen a chic Fila this rude and lazy. The only one nice was the girl working today. Will not come here again!!!

We love Chick Fil A! Favorite for familiar after a long road trip. We come to this one almost every time we’re in town. Food fresh, friendly service. Someone was using wipes on a bunch of tables as we were coming in. Bonus! Cobb Salad was a winner. I love the spicy chicken deluxe. I discovered the siracha sauce this time. Yum!

Did drive through. Didn't seem that busy, but it did seem to take awhile. No real worries, however. Received all the food correctly, food was delicious as usual.

Insanely fast and professional service! Food tastes incredible! Drive thru system works perfectly And I was even given a free frosted lemonade

Don't get the line. But that lemonade freeze thing is the bomb. Wish it was 2-3 times the size though. Was gone within 1-2 stop lights away.

It is astonishing that people somehow do not use the Order Ahead feature. It is extremely fast, the orders or I was accurate and they somehow I was delivered fresh, hot food. Easily the most consistent and delicious fast food chicken we can find anywhere. We love the amazing service at this location, whether dining in or picking up. Highly recommended!

Amazing chicken! Affordable when you order ahead ! I like fries ! Often go there! Not open on Sundays, but that's ok!

The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was awful!! Just was not what I thought it would taste like! Waste of money.....will stick to the chicken next time.

The food is great here but i took my kiddo into the play area and i al less than impressed... napkins, random socks, and boxes left about in the play area just weird

They serve rubber chicken efficiently. I Have been there several times. My granddaughter likes the nuggets, probably because of the crisp deep fried coating, otherwise a no!

I took my boys to the arboretum and we stopped at Chickfila on our way home. Because of the pandemic, the store does not allow anyone inside. I came to the door to order inside but was asked to order from my app or go through the drive through. Thankfully, I was able to order through the app pretty quickly. They brought out our food and gave me a gift card for a free sandwich for the inconvenience and for waiting. (The wait wasn't very long) I like that this restaurant has tables outside. The staff is friendly. The location is convenient. I will come again!

I love that they serve items from the lunch menu during breakfast hours...if you don't mind the extra waiting time. Food was amazing, as you would expect. Served by a nice gentleman Anthony. Very professional and polite. Very clean inside. I always come back for the customer service. Not to mention the food. Love my spicy chicken sandwiched. Great job guys!!!

We love Chick-fil-A but try to limit it to once a month, a quick synopsis of the last two visits via the drive thru, 1st visit 5 weeks ago I ordered 2 grilled chicken club sandwiches, 1 original and 2 fries, got home and 1 Club was missing, checked receipt and wasn't charged for the Club, oh well I better be more clear and check the bag next time, went back a week ago to the drive thru, ordered same being very clear this time saying 2 Club sandwiches, got food checked receipt and was charged for 2, checked bag and 1 was missing again, pulled over went inside telling them a Club sandwich was missing showing receipt and they gave me another, got home and one of the Club sandwiches was missing the cheese and bacon, not one for complaining here but there are growing issues with fast food restaurants these days but I understand, I guess

I was blown away by many staff members they had. It's the first time I had been there in a while and the staff was so kind, patient and friendly. My food was great quality and delicious. Easily a great fast food stop with good quality ingredients and fresh foods. Highly recommend this location

They are fabulous with listening attentively and repeating my order multiple times to make sure that it is right. Out of the years going there I have only had one mix up and brought it back and they happily remade it and let me keep the other food as well:) the prices sometimes can be high for just a piece of chicken with a bun but other than that well organized and clean.

My teenagers love chick-fil-A. I really like the original sand which with extra pickles and Mayo. My teenagers get the grilled nuggets. Waffle fries are very good. Food is always made fresh. Love the diet lemonade. I don't think there is a bad option in the menu. They also offering catering options which we have done several times.

I used to say this was the best drive through service around - then they did a big renovation & I was excited to check it out. Boy was I disappointed!!! One lane dedicated to mobile orders & the other for the drive through- only one person taking orders & no one confirming orders - this was done in the past. All took much longer & I didn't receive the sauce I had ordered - definitely not an improvement!!!! Spicy chicken sandwich is still good but will think twice before going there again!

Orderer a spicy chicken with Colby jack which didn't come with Colby jack and a regular deluxe which for some insane reason didn't have a patty on it. Waiting over an hour for a bag full of disappointment. Not happy or satisfied. Also forgot all the sauce. This is the second time somethings been wrong with our order for this location

I've never been here before and was unaware that people would be walking around and taking our order. This is fine it's interesting! it's just that I was ignored for the entire time and by the time I drove around to get my food I was ignored again and my chicken wasn't even fully cooked. Would not recommend coming here. And it's much faster to just go to McDonald's imo

What can be said about Chick-fil-A that hasn't already been said? I'll just tell you to stock up on the Chick-fil-A sauce and savor every bite! The Chanhassen location is sparkling clean. The management is so friendly, as is the entire staff working there. At some Chick-fil-A locations, the staff might say the right words ("my pleasure") but not really mean it. Here at Chanhassen, the service and friendliness are genuine. It's so refreshing to be at a restaurant that seems to want your business. Make sure to utilize their app for free rewards periodically. The play area is great for our children, too.

Chick-fil-A always has the best service of any fast food restaurant. I've NEVER been to one where the staff hasn't been super friendly and on the top of their game. Not sure how these kids are hired and trained but keep it up! Thank You.

What can say except ..... good chicken. Fast service. Friendly folks. Andrew runs a top notch place and it's a great place to work. Food is good and hot and quick. Orders are correct and dining room is very clean. Great, quick food. But no burgers.

Food was decent , the sprite tasted like carbonated water & the line was ridiculously long. Usually don't mind waiting but this time the sandwich was very skinny and the sprite was as mentioned before, simply unenjoyable. Besides that other times the food is usually good , but as of right now not going to go back for a while.

I love you, Chick-fil-A! Service is always amazing and the food is life changing. I've never had anything bad at Chick-fil-A. These guys are killing it even though we're in the middle of covid. In fact, I think they're doing even better than usual. Can't keep CFA down.

Great store and food. Only complaint it can be very busy at lunch time. Very efficient at processing orders fast, But still a wait. If you can avoid lunch rush hour. Limited parking during lunch rush.

Chick-fil-A has always been exceptional until the last 2 visits. Last time the bacon on the chicken club was barely cooked and had to remove and toss. Today I ordered the same and asked for crisp bacon. When I got home I found there was no bacon at all plus it was an unusually small piece of chicken. Definitely not worth $7.89. I hope this isn't a trend. I'll still give it 4 stars because of my good history with them. But it would have been 5. I hope these are isolated experiences.

Best service. Super nice. Forgot wallet and gave us a free meal eventhough we could have gotten the wallet. We are frequent patrons and love the place.

I asked for a five piece nugget meal with an extra side of mac & cheese with my fries and they gave me a kids meal without any fries and drink that was small so I'm very upset. ginger lady is at fault.

I get lunch or dinner from this location about once/wk. They have only made a mistake once and when I reported on their app, they made it right with some freebies. Best chicken sandwiches you can get from a fast food restaurant.

We are so frustrated with this restaurant!! They always forget to give us something when we order in the drive through. Today they only gave us 2 of the three chicken sandwiches we paid for. Last time they forgot the dressing with my salad.

This Chick-fil-A is fantastic. Every time I go there the staff is so professional and polite. I've been in the drive thru with so many cars that I've been as far back as the street and still made it through with the correct order in under 10 minutes. Other fast food restaurants can take that long with just 2 cars in line and they could learn a lesson from Chick-fil-A. If only our government ran 10% as efficient, it would be a huge improvement

I am so very disappointed. I lived in South Carolina and Chic Fil A was my go to restaurant on the way to work. There is now one in Chanhassen,MN. I have eaten there a few times and enjoyed the sandwiches. But I used to love their chicken noodle soup. They say they only changed the noodles, but the soup even smells different. It was awful. I threw it in the garbage disposal. I will not order it again. So sad.

We go here about once a week and love it. It's a great place to go with little kids (my 2.5 y/o son calls this place "Chick-A-Lay!"). The food is great, the service is prompt, and the staff is very friendly (they always stop to talk with my kids). We bought the calendar for next year, so we will definitely be back. :)

Holy buckets. If I could give this establishment more than 5 stars I would. Tonight, I had a rough night and I said "It's a bad day at the Chanhassen Chick Fil A" after I had spilled soda on my shirt and had my card decline because I forgot to put more money on it so it was awkward for everybody. 5 star employee Matt overheard me and said "No, it's a wonderful day at the Chanhassen Chick Fil A". I smiled and I said, "Not for me" and he so kindly asked "Would ice cream make it better?" And I literally began to cry. You always hear that Chick Fil A employees go the extra mile, but tonight I was absolutely amazed. So thank you Matt, thank you Chanhassen Chick Fil a! Best dining experience ever.

I have been to this chick-fil-a many times and almost always do I have an encounter with Employee Colleen. I must say she is absolutely phenomenal. She is so polite and fun and continuously has a positive energy! She even recognizes me and a few of my friends when we come in. She radiates happiness and is so personable. This chick-fil-a is doing something right with their employees especially on this one.

Service SUCKS!!!! Twice we've used the app to pre-order 2 orders of chicken strips and 2 milk shakes, and walk in to pick up the order. Both times, we got our hot food right away, then waited more than 10 minutes (no exaggeration) while watching several other customers receive their food and milk shakes, before having to ask an employee for the rest of our order. In the meantime, our hot food was no longer hot. None of the employees offered an apology either time, nor did they offer to remake our food. I understand the employees are kids, but they're being managed by an adult.

Yummy! Hot and Fresh! There buns are soft and I love their many choices of sauces! The grilled chicken club is the best!

Delicious always, but kindness is only cool when it's genuine scripted kindness is uncomfortable. Let your employees be who they are encourage them, appreciate them. They will feel blessed and want to work hard and be kind to your customers

absolutely amazing, everyone was so kind and caring, the food was phenomenal and everything was clean!

I come every Tuesday and I have yet to be disappointed! The workers are all so nice and the customer service is spectacular.

Haven't had Chick-Fil-A since college so I decided to swing by the drive through for old times sake. The staff was really friendly, but I'd much prefer competence to friendly any day. I made sure to ask twice for Polynesian sauce, but when I got home not only were my fries old and stale but there was no sauce in the bag. Everyone knows that sauce is the best part of this place and without it I'm just left with an ok sandwich and dry fries with nothing to dip them in.

This is my #1 favorite restaurant of all time. I especially love the Chicken nuggets, which I eat by the 12-piece-box. One recently just opened near me, and it is always packed with other Chicken-loving people like me. One thing I don't like about it is the fake attitudes. They are always very cheerful and animated, but I can sometimes see in the cashiers eyes they don't want to be. I wish they would just be chill about that, because I once saw a person get scolded for not telling me to have a great day. Also, a MUST HAVE is to be OPEN on Sundays. Ik they are Christian and all, but I can guarantee many more would love to have it open on sundays. Other than those 2 issues, 5/5 stars

This Chick-fil-A is by far the best in the mid west. It may have the best worker in the fast food chain named Mathew westernhouse. He literally came to our table to refill our drinks, served with a smile, and was very fast. This helped my friends and I enjoy our meal before the big soccer game.

Meh. Wendy's, McDonald's and culver all have better chicken sandwiches. Also took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. Whaaaaat?
