"Tucked inside The Canteen at The Citadel (4 Avenue of Remembrance), the campus Chick-fil-A has quietly served cadets spicy chicken sandwiches and waffle fries since last November, and neighbors are only now learning there’s been a Chick-fil-A within walking distance. I’ve seen it make its presence known with signs around Hampton Park and by posting hours in the I Live in Wagener Terrace Facebook group. Hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Thursday until May 25, and it reopens May 29 with hours 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Locals who crave Chick-n-Minis, nuggets, and strips no longer need to drive to the Calhoun Street location." - Erin Perkins

I had a wonderful experience at my recent visit! I placed a curbside order and approximately 13 minutes later I received my order. But after about 10 minutes of waiting I received a call from Drew apologizing for my wait and letting me know my order would be out shortly. When Drew brought out my order he was very kind and again apologized for the wait, which was not too bad in my opinion. Then later when I opened my bag, I saw that a free cookie was placed inside! Best customer service I've received in a while!

I ordered food through the Chick-fil-A mobile app and selected curbside delivery. I waited 40 minutes in the parking lot and nobody ever brought my order. No communication, no updates — absolutely nothing. I finally had to leave with no food and a terrible experience. Completely unacceptable service for a company that claims to care about customers.

I have never had bad food or service at any Chick-fil-A location until today. The mac and cheese was old and disgusting, the fries were made in old oil, the order took forever, and the counter was filthy so I can imagine how dirty the back was. I threw the whole order away.

I ordered a large Mac and cheese . I was charged 8$ and it’s literally only half full. My last 8$ and I get half a Mac and cheese and my Roomate picked it up so by the time I got I they were closed. If you don’t have enough Mac and cheese for a large don’t still make them pay 8$ that’s ridiculous and chick fila probably lost me as a customer for this one
