Upon personal visits, this chick fil a has great service (despite any wait times). My favorite is coming for breakfast. This boosted the rating one star
However, my low rating is not in response to personal dining but a catering order I had placed and how management customer service dealt with this issue. I placed an order in March for a seminar I was hosting. I catered grilled chicken sandwiches, salad, cookies, lemonade, tea, etc. To my horror, we discovered hair in the salad during serving.
I reached out to the store about what we discovered and the discomfort we experienced with catering food that was unsanitary. I was reassured by David that the store would isolate the time and pick up of the order as well as assure it would not happen again. They also offered to refund the salad order in the form of a giftcard, as a minimal apology. A few weeks after contact, I received the envelope from David (torn open & no gift card). I spoke with USPS, who told me that the letter seemed to be received that way. After reaching out to David again about the mishandled letter, I never heard from any representative from chick fil a again (March to July 2019)
Save yourself the trouble--don't cater from chick-fil-a! At convenience, I thought of recommending chick fil a catering to my colleagues for their events, but in light of the issues and their response, I will be warning them to stay away!
Advice: if there's an issue, make sure that it is dealt with and not half-arsed. Issues from your order may arise, but they will not be corrected. Correct the issues and don't ghost your customers.
