The service here goes above and beyond what you would expect from a "chicken" restaurant The attention to detail in the restaurant was fantastic, so clean and tidy.. The vased fresh cut flowers on the tables is a beautiful touch. The staff were out of this world, everyone made us feel so welcome and were really attentive.... Jack the Supervisor, oh what can we say, but what an amazing young man he is. His pride for his work, restaurant and the company absolutely shined through... Oh yes, I nearly forgot the food.... Gorgeous, delicious, tasty and all so fresh.. The chicken is beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection... The grilled nuggets are absolutely out of this world.... Thank you so much for making our visit to Buffalo so memorable... We can't wait until our next visit to come see you all again. Please come to the UK, especially the North West of England... I stopped into this Chick-fil-A to dine in for lunch. I ordered a Cobb salad and sat to eat. Moments later, an employee comes over to ask “ would you like fresh ground pepper for your salad? “ I look up and she has a huge pepper grinder and goes “ just say when! “ 👉🏽 Keep up the good work with customer service Chick! The salad was amazing as well!

We love this restaurant. We think its the best of the "fast food" chains. Service is always a pleasure (pun intended!) inside and the drive thru. I love that there are fresh real flowers on every table. We have never had bad food. And I personal love their specialty drinks!

Today after a movie at the Buffalo Galleria Regal I visited Chick-fil-A for the first time. The restaurant was inviting so I dined in. It was clean with plenty of sitting. The cashier (Christen) was helpful and patient. Then I met Mary who brought out the meal I ordered. She was very friendly and welcoming. She treated everyone in a helpful manner. I requested a customer review form and she directed me online to this site. I will definitely be returning 😊👍🏻

bought a salad, a soup, and a lemonade. You can’t mess up soup and lemonade, but the salad was not fresh and it had an old faint smell. I took a couple of bites and threw it right back up. They sold me a salad for $13.39 just for it not to be fresh

Stopped briefly for lunch on our way to Cleveland. Ordered a market salad, sliced chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and waffle fries. Despite arriving at 2:30 pm, the drive-thru was bustling; all cars were at this place, not McDonald's. The line moved swiftly, and everything was incredibly tasty. The spicy burger had a delightful kick. The market salad was refreshing and satisfying combination of flavors, with the sweetness of fruits complementing the savory grilled chicken and the tangy cheese. The chicken nuggets provide a crunchy exterior and juicy, flavorful chicken inside. Overall, the combination of these items provided a balance of textures and tastes, creating a delicious and enjoyable meal.

The food as always was good. I did the app ordering for the first time. The app was easy. The worker who we experienced first was friendly. The one who gave us oir food at the drive thru, bot so much. I was made to feel like we interrupted hos chat time with the other associates.

Came in with a mobile order, food was handed to us but no our drinks, but we're told they were coming (attitude from first person) took asking 2 people to get our drinks. Get to the car to eat and our biscuits are burnt and hard, eggs are burnt (I've never had burnt eggs from a chick fil a before.) Harsbrowns were so greasy it would have been instant diarrhea. This was hands down the worst food I've ever gotten from chick fil a.

This was a horrible experience. I have order from chick fila numerous times. I've only had issues twice. This is the third time and this food was not good at all. The spicy chicken tastes old. I tried to eat it and ended up spitting out each bite. The quality of the chicken is not good. The biscuit is hard around the edges but soft everywhere else and falling apart. I also got a chicken egg and cheese on N english muffin. That had a layer of goo inside the chicken. I couldn't eat that. I've never gotten breakfast items before. I truly don't think I want to again.

I never really liked anything about Chick-fil-a except their fries. But the chicken sandwich looked good so I tried it and wanted extra pickles. This is what I was given. LOL It was actually hilarious. Their system for lines during Covid was amazing for ordering but I'm not sure if it's still like that in the drive thru. Wait times weren't terrible but pickle delivery sure was!!!

I'll start off by saying, this is the first time I've had a not great experience here. From the time I pulled into the parking lot, to the time I got my food took about 35 minutes. Not the fastest fast food. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal with fries and an Arnold Palmer. Then my wife got the Cobb salad with chicken. The food was good. Standard chick-fil-a quality and tasted good. However, I had to park over in the lot and they brought the food out to me. That might be why they forgot all of the sauces in the order. Overall, not the best experience here. Will maybe go to the Losson/Transit location when I go next time.

This review is for the Cheektowaga, NY and Blasdell, NY locations. If it isnt one thing it's another. Multiple times of forgetting the sauce because they are so busy typing they dont hear a word you say. I had to drive back all around because they forgot my peach milkshake. When I get there there wasn't even a slight apology for the delay it caused me and now moms waffle fries are freezing and needed to be tossed. When I mentioned that an apology would be nice the employee couldn't get why I was annoyed. Clueless. They never have any menus so you have to guess what you want. Not everyone feels like going on their phone. This last employee taking my order couldnt even be bothered to say hello. When I said is everything all right - you look miserable. She, with disdain, said it's my allergies. First world problem my dear. There's no garbages in the line so when I asked the employee if she could throw a previous drink out for me she said I cant touch that. So now Im struggling not to have the drinks spill in my car. Both locations were good for about 1 week and have just gone downhill. The chicken used to be tender - now it's tough. If you dont eat the waffle fries in the car they are freezing and tasteless. The employees - I'd say 95% of them- have no personality. Just drive on by ...aint nothing special here.

Admittedly, we went during the lunch rush, but we got no sauces, no salt on fries. Just disappointed for the money. We were at the drive thru, they sent someone out with our order, but left before we could check the bag, and didn't want to waste time going in. So... we ate dry chicken stripe, and a sandwich with no condiments.

I was expecting a good experience at Chick-fil-A, which I normally get, but that wasn't the case tonight. I ordered a Five piece nuggets, four piece, chicken strips and mac & cheese. On the ride home, I open the five piece nuggets and ate them. They were pretty dried out and a little bit on the hard side not very fresh. When I got home, I had the strips which were the same as the nuggets also very small pieces. The mac & cheese was good. I have no complaints with Mac& cheese. I didn't finish the strip I threw two of them out. It has been a while since I had Chick-fil-A and I think it will be a while again before I go back.

Got the order wrong, replaced my chicken strips with a salad that I never asked for. Needs some new employees taking orders.

My husband is obsessed with Chick Fil A so we stop at one everytime we are on the road. This location (like all of them now that I think of it, lol) always has such a huge line! It is crazy! I agree the food is good, but I feel like they should need a location with a bigger lot as I am sure the Hampton customers and staff get annoyed cars are always in their way. We avoid the line by ordering on the app, but from what I hear they are efficient with their services of the car lines. They really are a good fast food option in my opinion, the chicken is juicy, the rolls are soft, the fries appear fresh cut, and I love how friendly the service is! I don't know what it is but Chick-Fil-A and Aldi always seem to higher the nicest, friendliest people, and this location is no exception. Everytime we come in everyone is helpful and kind. I definitely recommend the app. Like most fast food companies you earn points for each $ spent and can redeem on food, but what I haven't seen at others are these courtesy rewards, different from and in addition to the typical points. On our last visit, the manager of this location gifted us one of these courtesy rewards which was a free chicken sandwich redeemable at any location! Can't help but love that! We will always stop at this location when traveling through the area, and recommend you do as well, just prepare for a long drive through line, or better yet skip it with the app and maybe earn some additional perks!

So I this is my second time here as it's a little far from my house but great experience both times. I will also share a tip for faster drive thru service... My first time here, they were fairly new AND it was Black Friday. Needless to say it was mobbed! You would expect workers to be in a frenzy and not super nice and personable but they were unbelievably calm and kind when I dined inside and I didn't wait long at all. Even the lady working the dining room was nice and helpful (I think I needed extra napkins or something). Today was my second day and I went through the drive thru. It was still very busy but moved relatively fast. I had played their mobile game and won free nuggets and placed my order thru the Mobile app. Here is my tip: definitely order thru the mobile app! There are 3 lines (although it will start on the road in one lane because they're so busy). The left and middle lane are where you order in line. The far right lane is for mobile orders and it was dead. So once I got off the street and into the normal lanes, I was able to bypass everyone in the other lanes! You will scan a QR code on a sign in the drive thru that confirms you're there and pull right up. It's great. Service was fast and friendly again! Love their nuggets, waffle fries, and dip both in their chic-fil-a sauce!

this location absolutely sucks, every single time my man & i come here our order gets messed up, it's either my order or his order an it happens every single time!!!! make sure you always check the bag before driving away or just save your money. always a waste of time @ this location. smh

The food is amazing! However, this location always has a very long wait time. I've even tried ordering ahead, but once you get there you still have to wait in line with people who are ordering there. Honestly, that's the main reason I don't eat here much. I hate waiting for food, especially fast food! Their chicken sandwich is perfectly breaded and cooked, you can tell it's fresh! I'm also a fan of their mac & cheese. It's the perfect amount of cheesy and baked. Their lemonade is really good too, despite being full of pulp.

The lady who took my order was unfriendly, gave me the wrong order after repeating multiple times. Overall did not enjoy my food.

The fries were super soggy and disappointing. When I got our drinks, the cherry coke was spilling out of the cup and made a huge mess in the truck...The chicken sandwich was sooo good though.

I had the chicken soup which was excellent except for the salt. I could barely eat it. They need to knock off the salt. I won't order it again.

This was my first time to any Chick-Fil-A and I will say I was slightly skeptical to come here but ended up being pleasantly surprised. The place was pretty crowded on a Monday night at 8pm! A gentleman took our order as soon as we came in on an iPad. It was a little tough to read the menu from as far back as the line went but I went with the original deluxe with fries. We got to the register and paid and sat down. Afterwords someone brought the food right to our table! I also enjoyed that I got to pick from about ten different sauces of all kinds. I was pleasantly surprised with my sandwich, it wasn't insanely oily or deep-fried which I liked. The waffle fries could've been a bit warmer. Next time I want to try any of the grilled chicken options. I rated Chik-Fil-A based on the fact that they are a fast food restaurant and gave it 4 stars as compared to other fast food restaurants. Pleasant service, clean tables, decor relating to Buffalo, and a variety of options with a good taste.

What a cluster fu...nk! This place gets too busy to handle. Packed lobby, a line around, huge line inside, and long waits on orders. I stayed at a hotel next door and walked over. Huge mistake, this place was packed, loud, and hot. They were out of things on the condiment bar so the manager came over, picked things up off the the floor, pushed the garbage down with his hands, and then started restocking things without washing his hands or getting gloves...gross. Then he went and started refilling straws and working behind the counter touching everything. That really grossed me out, I didn't want that guy touching my food and he didn't. Everyone was polite and the food was good.

Food is always good I never had a problem with it. It's always tasty and fresh. The ambiance is pretty nice, never been inside always did the drive through. The service is very structured and nice and patient.

Ordered ahead on the app to pick up in drive-thru. They've asked us three times the name on our order. It finally came and my husband got a spicy chicken sandwich when he ordered a deluxe. The grounds are beautiful and the drive thru process efficient as far as getting cars through.

Can't believe I'm reviewing a fast food chain-but today laying in my bed in this terrible cold my tummy is craving their spicy chicken sandwich which is literally da bomb. I'm so happy buffalo has welcomed this amazing franchise to their city and can't wait for them to open up a few in Toronto. So a few weekends ago I happened to be in Buffalo and my daughter leaving all the fancy restaurants which her mama picked for her opted to dine here.I was a bit torn since I wanted something fancier and I have had their food so many times while living in Minneapolis, I gave in-got there during the lunch hours-lines were ridiculously long but we were able to find a spot-lines moved fairly fast and food was out in no time.Well-done team and the manager!! I took a bite of my sandwich and omgeeeeee I had totally forgotten how freaking good it was, better than any sandwich I had tasted in a while.The spicy chicken sandwich is huge and so filling.I think dining here was the best decision-love how they have their condiments bar with fancy packaged mayo and ketchup and honey mustard and much more. !! The kids meal with the chicken bites is so fresh and delicious too.And the shake was perfect. Next time I'm in Buffalo meet me here.LOL.

ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and kids meal and added a 12 peice chicken nuggets asked for xtra sauce along with sauce for the kids meal missing a fry that i paid for and didn't get any chick-fila-sauce no utensils that was asked for and overall rude customer service.

Came in for a mobile order with simply just a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. Line wasn't too long but still waited 10-15 mins to get to the window. Then we get to the window and the people at the window were rather rude in the way they told us we have to pull into a drive thru spot. Waited there for 10-15 minutes and got cold food. This chick fil a is awful compared to the one 10 minutes away.

Been to Erie a few times, now we have it here! Had to try it and so glad we did. Forgot what I was missing. We came at dinner time on a Saturday during Christmas shopping so we were expecting a crowd. The drive thru line was long so we parked to eat inside. We waited about 5 minutes to get inside the building. And about 30 minutes to get to the counter. I didnt think that was bad at all. Most tables were taken but there was only 2 of us so we had a small table. We did order a couple sandwiches for my son who was working and they had bags at the counter so we grabbed one for leftovers. this was a great idea. We only waited maybe 5 minutes for our food. Oh and I forgot fresh flowers on the table. And it was table service. Now to the food. Chicken was so juicy, plump and delicious. I actually forgot how good this food was. Sandwich comes with a couple pickles. No need for sauce, it was that good. We also ordered chicken nuggets. Pieces of chicken not processed mushed chicken that you get at the other places. We asked for the chikfila sauce for dipping. So good tasty with a little something and not spicy. Employees were so friendly and attentive. And I am sure they were exhausted and tired but they had that unwavering spirit as expected. Come try and enjoy the experience. I will over and over.

So I finally had the opportunity to try this place. After all the hype, and the long lines. I can now give my review, regarding this place. Since the pandemic, the option to eat inside is no longer available to you. So of course it's only drive thru. The lines are insane and they have always been. The sandwich is ok, and the toppings were fresh. I really enjoyed the soft bun. As for the taste of the sandwich, I will say it was ok. I have had better chicken sandwiches, at other locations. Would I eat here again, probably not. I just don't feel this sandwich, was worth the long lines.

This is the slowest Chick Fil A location I've ever seen. I've driven the east coast from Daytona Beach, FL to Buffalo, NY and I can't believe how incompetent this location is. The manager doesn't know how to handle small volume let alone when it's busy. The need new leadership in the worst kind of way.

By far the worst Chick-Fil-A that I've ever been to. I've been in line for over 45 minutes. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and when I got to the window, they just handed me my receipt and told me to pull up to spot 1 and I'm still waiting. Finally went inside to get my money back and they just hand me my bag of food very rude-like and I told them forget it I just want my money back. Horribly managed. Will never go back.

What bad things can I say about Chick-fil-A!! First of all their service is always amazing and they're very friendly!! The food is always so tasty!! This is probably the only fast food restaurant that I dine in at and it's because of the service and how clean it always is!! By the way they stop serving breakfast after 10:30 which is a bummer but it's ok. They also have an indoor kid play area which is great!! I'm a huge fan!

Food was good but service was atrocious. A standard order for 3 ppl at 8pm took over 25 mins. Bathrooms were a mess.

I love chic-fil-a Spicy Deluxe sandwich and the waffle fries are the best. I stopped by just to get a frosted lemonade! Its so delicious! If you never had one you should totally try it! Only thing I don't like is how busy it is whenever I do stop by.

I was so excited about the new opening of Chick-Fil-A around Galleria. It took me a while to visit since it was always packed and the lines are always so long. The lines are still long, but not as long as it uses to be when they first opened. I ordered for mobile pick up with some friends. My friends received their order in less than 10 minutes of ordering. On the other hand, it took me a little over 20 minutes to receive my order and they forgot the fries. Their employee Cheyenne (I think, an individual with glasses, brown/dirty blond hair in a bun) was very attentive as soon as I asked her for assistance with my order. She was taking care of packages of sauce when I asked her about my order. She showed urgency checking for my order on the order screens and was very kind and welcoming. As for their food, I had the spicy chicken sandwich and an ice cream cone. Both were delicious and their honey roasted bbq sauce was delicious. I also found the new Heinz ketchup sauce contain very convenient as they are dippable.

Chick-Fil-A's food awesome!! I usually frequent on the way out of the Galleria. It's very convenient. The first few times I've visited, the line has been out the door (or out to the street if you're in the drive-thru. Every time, it's been worth the wait. I usually order the regular chicken sandwich with the waffle fries (so dope). I ordered the Mac and cheese once, and it was pretty good. Not great. Their un-breaded chicken nuggets are also delicious. The sauces are my favorite part!! I dip the chicken in it, and the fries. The ranch is my favorite bc it's garlicky!! Also, the Chick-Fil-A sauce is pretty dope, too! Great location, fast service, efficient, and delicious. Just as fast food should be. It's definitely a great once-in-a-while treat when leaving the mall!!

Lots of chicken choices, nuggets, strips,club,salads and wraps.The shakes are very good, thick and tasty.They have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate & the cookies & cream which I tried, also for the holidays they offer a peppermint chip.

Chick-Fil-A is a terrible corporation with disgusting values and shamefully hateful views......that being said, I'm a total hypocrite who isn't strong enough to stop eating here. I stopped here on Monday and ended up spending a half hour or so waiting in the drive through because of how busy they still are after being open for a while now. When I finally got to the ordering screen the staff was super friendly (i don't think I've ever encountered someone who wasn't super friendly working at a Chick-Fil-A). I ended up ordering a chicken chunks meal with waffle fries and a vanilla ice dream on the side. The chicken chunks were absolutely delicious and I still can't think of a place with better tasting chicken then this place. The XL waffle fries are another top notch thing this chain does really well. They are the perfect amount of soft, crispy, and flavourful. The ice dream.....well, I've been ordering these for over a decade now and a small always came in a small drink cup. Now this was my first time coming to the Buffalo location, but I was really confused when they handed me a black container with a ketchup cup size of ice cream in it, like, what is that? Overall, this horrific chain once again knocked my stomach on its butt with its delicious food. This company might be pure evil, but the food is heavenly. If you are like me and pretend those problems aren't real when you get hunger, this place will satisfy that chicken craving you are having.

With fast and friendly service they offer chicken clubs, salads, tenders, nuggets, and delicious wraps.I tried the limited time only Peppermint chip shake, it was amazing, thick and really put me in the holiday spirit.They also offer chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and cookies and cream shakes.

So since the opening of Chik Fil A I have been twice.. how horrible, right? My first visit was 12.5.18, they had been open for a few days and a friend of mine said she was only in line for 13 minutes so I decided to take a Chance.. kind of a mistake... I made it there about 25/30 mins after she and I talked and I was caught in the "ending breakfast starting lunch" crowd.. once I made it to the front of the line it moved pretty fast, I ordered on the app so they knew my name and had my order ready by the time I got to the window.. My only complaint this trip was I asked for extra condiments and they didn't give me any.. My second trip was much better (breakfast) I ordered on the app again and I was only in like for about 15 mins. The order was made perfectly and all of my condiments were included..

So the food is great. And the employees are great. The problem is that the great employees seem to have a lot of difficulty getting the great food to the customer. I'm not talking about a long endless wait in line though you get that too. No, what I'm talking about is when you place an online order and go through the drive through, I highly suggest you do not move away from the window until you verify that everything you've ordered is actually in the bag. Two of the last three times I've placed an online order and went through the drive-through to pick it up, I have been missing multiple items. Even though in every instance I was assured that everything in my order was in the bag.

I wanted to give Chick-Fil-A a try now that it has opened in Buffalo and the hype machine made sure that both my wife and I were excited to try it. We downloaded the app so as to not wait in the 1-hour drive-through line and ordered via the app. About 10 minutes from the destination, we hit the button that said "we were there" and to begin preparing our order to try to time it right. My wife parked in the hotel parking lot next door, while I waited outside where the mobile app pickup was being called. About 10 minutes later, we had our food! The hype is real. That chicken sandwich did not disappoint. That Chick-Fil-A sauce is delightful too. Overall, it's just fast food - but it's definitely one of the better chicken sandwiches out there.

Ohhhhhhhh Chick-Fil-A, how I love you. I am so excited that we finally have a Chick-Fil-A here in Buffalo. Having to take semi-annual trips to Erie, PA was getting to be a bit much lol. Honestly, everything here is good. My personal favorites and recommendations: -chicken strips -waffle fries -superfood side -lemonade -Chick-Fil-A sauce (dip everything in this!!!) -chicken biscuit w/ grape jelly (breakfast) -hash browns (breakfast) -cookies and cream milkshake The staff was very friendly and efficient at this location, which was a pleasant surprise considering they had just opened the day before I stopped in. The place was very clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful and provided excellent service with a smile! Food is super fresh too!

I finally checked out Chick-Fil-A. I waited in that loooooong drive-thru line to see what all the hype was, I'd say worth the wait! I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal and my fiancé ordered a Spicy Deluxe sandwich with no tomatoes. The drive-thru attendant was extremely polite and so friendly! Asking me if I was 'Miss Katie' for my order, that manner was unexpected at fast food restaurant which was refreshing. I rate my visit a 4 because although my sandwich was correct I expected it to be spicier, there was no 'kick' to my chicken. And my fiancé's order was the wrong one. They gave him an original Chicken sandwich versus Spicy Chicken. Overall I would visit again and see if they can make an extra spicy chicken sandwich.

I would wait for the hype to die a little before you head over here. It is about an hour long wait for both the drive thru and in person ordering. The app, I have heard has mixed timing; I think if you are ordering less, you get it faster through the app. There are cops around to direct the crowd around the hotel and mcdonald's there. Their spicy chicken sandwich is good; as it is the same in other chick-fil-a locations. My go to sauces are the chick-fil-a sauce and polynesian.

Chick filet a is what a fast food chain should be. Their courteous staff puts competitors to shame. They must be trained to respond "my pleasure" where customers say "thank you" because they all did. And they said it with a smile. I took the risk and visited at lunch rush. The line was through the door. They were so efficient we ordered within 10 minutes and had our food within 15. They are a well piled machine. Training matters!!!! -and this chain knows it. Food was served hot, accurate, and full of flavor. Best waffle fries I have ever had. Chicken had consistent texture throughout.combo meal was $8. Very fair price. I will be waiting to return, however, until the hype subsides.

I anticipated a long wait but to my surprise the drive through was efficient even with two lanes and cars backed upped to the road. Staff is very nice and polite and my order was exact. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and the seasoning was on point! Best "fast food" chicken sandwich around. They even gave you an option of gluten free waffle chips. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Would have given five (5) stars but the waffle fries were dry and needed salt.

Wow! This place is amazing! This was my first time to the famous chain and I was very impressed. The people are super friendly, the restaurant and bathroom was clean and the food is excellent. Special shout-out to the manager who was especially gracious and helped with the menu selections. I am a fan now!

I decided to stop here and get my free Chicken Sandwich, it is so so good and the customer service is outstanding with a smile. It pays to take the surveys that come on the receipt FREE is GOOD!!!!
