Chick-fil-A

I ordered all the sauces but they don't serve. So I just went back and explained this situation thinking it was a mistake. But I asked for the sauce again. But I only got 4 sauces. Even 2 are the same thing and didn't get my favorite flavors. 2025.11.8. 11:45

Good Chick-fil-A with really friendly staff and quick service. The restaurant was always clean including the upstairs seating area. Definitely recommend this spot

One of the biggest Chick-fil-A’s, I’ve ever been to. Order downstairs and then you eat upstairs. Great views if you walk all the way into the dining room and sit over the street. Food is typical Chick-fil-A service is typical Chick-fil-A. The store was clean. It’s very large. And if you’re at Chick-fil-A fan, definitely try to eat here to experience it.

What was my fav place, now idk anymore. I ate here last for dinner on Tuesday. I ordered my usual: spicy deluxe meal with Chick-fil-A sauce. And got a Dr Pepper float to drink. All was good, until I bit one fry that tasted and smelled like spoiled fish!!! I still ate it. Then yesterday evening I suddenly had a bad stomach ache that made me feel lightheaded, nauseous, and my stomach made weird noises and hurt bad. Then I was having bad diarrhea twice! My bum was on fire. I never had issues with Chick-fil-A ever until that one single fry I ate!

Chick fil a 2.1/10: chic fil a sauce is disgusting, chicken nuggets WAYYY over seasoned, And the fries were insanely salty, although customer service was really good. Comfy seats chipped paint wall near where we were sitting. Elevator is VERY slow but there is people cleaning at almost all times. The water was good quality and I got a large and it should up to the title of large. Drinks were the best part of the meal. Final review 2.2/10

The food is good, but I hate that I had to remind a manager to wash her hands after putting her hands in her hair! But when she got my fries that pissed me off! I can’t stand it when people know better and won’t do the right thing. As of August 26, 2025 I paid this location another visit and it’s the same situation with managers and team leads not wearing gloves or hairnets violating state law. The sad thing is, you can see the servesafe certificates on the wall so they know better. They’re just being disrespectful to customers.

I stopped by here on a Tuesday morning around 10am while on the way to a walking tour. I placed my order for 2 chicken biscuits via app prior to arriving. It didn’t seem too busy and looked like they were short staffed. This was my first time seeing a CFA use a conveyor belt to have ordered come to the front. I assume the kitchen is in the back or somewhere else, like upstairs, out of sight. They have a monitor that tells you orders in progress and orders that are ready. When it says ready, that doesn’t mean that it’s at the front ready to given. I came to realize that it may mean that the kitchen finished preparing it. You should expect a few more minutes to receive it. It took longer than I’m used to as well. I love CFA and go there often back in NC where I live, as I was visiting on vacation. The sandwiches were smaller than I’m used to and the biscuit wasn’t as soft. It was fresh and tasty, nonetheless. They have an upstairs for indoor dining, which I didn’t go to as I didn’t have the time. This was an interesting CFA experience; definitely different than NC.

Stopped by the Chick-fil-A at The Shops at North Bridge and had a great experience 😊 ✨Natayja took my order and greeted me warmly right away 😊 She was very polite, patient, and helpful—especially when I was a little indecisive. She offered great suggestions and also made sure to let me know about the rewards I had available after scanning my Chick-fil-A app QR code, which I really appreciated ✨ 🌟 Customer service like this makes a big difference. Definitely a pleasant visit! 🌟
