This Chick Fil A is busy given its proximity to Wrigley Field. But don’t let the line dissuade you from coming in. They do a great job moving it through. I came in for breakfast a few hours before a Cubs day game and the first thing I thought when I walked in was “Oh god this is going to take forever.” I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. It helps that they have a separate station for rideshare pickups which is off to the side. I got the Sausage Breakfast Bowl which came with eggs, cheese, tater tots, and sausage. The only critique is that it could have had more sausage.

Great food. Great service. Clean location, but NOWHERE to sit and eat. I should probably only do 3 stars because of that. If Gallagher Way is open at Wrigley Field you can just go there, otherwise I have no idea where to suggest going. And even walking there means your food has plenty of time to cool down, but not in a good way. I hope they get a permit for an outdoor patio. I'm surprised there isn't a walk up window if there is no seating (I honestly didn't even look to see if there was a restroom). To get the food if you are driving and not a 3rd party pick up driver you will have to either pay for parking, or park in the neighborhood if it's before 6PM, unless you have a 383 sticker. Great food but incredibly impractical. At least it should stay pretty clean on the inside without drunk Cubs fans sitting and eating everywhere.

Staff seems nice but I have complaints on my order. This looks like a small mac n cheese in a large packaging, what the hell.

Food is great but received half filled large fries through a Doordash delivery. Seal on bag was still intact so it wasn't the driver.

Great food in a really convenient spot. Get the spicy chicken sandwich and lemonade and then me later. The service is really good here as well. The workers are very helpful and friendly it’s closed on Sunday, but nobody is going to the bars to drink on a Sunday anyways.

Worst chick-fil-a on the face of planet earth. I think they hire just about anyone to work here. My order is NEVER correct and is always over $20. Why did they even open this if they aren’t going to adhere to chick-fil-a’s other locations. This franchisee should be investigated.

Delicious, fresh breakfast. My favorite is the spicy biscuit with honey OR chicken minis with honey.

Best CFA in the city, especially compared to the two locations in the loop area. So happy this location was opened, they do things right. Update: unfortunately this location is seeming to fall right in line with the others. Food quality, specifically the nuggets we've gotten in the past few orders wasn't great. The chicken has been tough/has some gross bites and a couple of our recent orders were missing items.

I came here on a Friday night around 9 PM and there was not a soul in there. I order came out correctly and fast as expected. I ordered the honey pimento cheese spicy chicken sandwich and it was sooo good. I'm sad it's only a seasonal item. I sat on the window ledge to eat since there is absolutely no seating in here. This would have been 5 stars if there was some seating inside.

Wow what an awful location. I honestly didn't realize chick fil a could BE bad. I didn't think it was possible. While the person I interacted with was friendly, definitely not as friendly as usual and they were understaffed which was odd. It took about 8 mins to get my order so I expected it to be hot (also it was empty in there), but my fries were probably from the night before they were so old, and my chicken sandwich was absolutely laughable (see pic). If you're expecting this to be anything like a chick fil a, be prepared to be disappointed. This is like dollar tree knock off chick fil a but at full price. It will be my pleasure to AVOID this location in the future.

Ordered breakfast on the app, showed up and the employees refused to open the doors, or cancel any orders. They wouldn't even speak to any of the customers waiting. The business took money out of my account and refused to cancel my order or even give us the opportunity to speak to them. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a Chick-fil-A. No updates about why they can't serve us, or give us a refund. I ended up having to call Chick-fil-A support to get my money back, still haven't received a refund as they're "investigating" the situation. Update: After an hour they finally stopped staring at us through the window and came out to get everyone's information for a refund. This location absolutely sucks. You're better off ordering from a different location and paying extra through Doordash.

I've been to this Chick-fil-A over a dozen times and have zero complaints -- the food is always delicious and fresh as I've come to expect from CFA. The service is always pleasant and the restaurant is clean. It's important to know what to expect when you are coming to this specific location. 1) This is a TAKEOUT ONLY location, so the staff does kindly ask you to leave if you loiter inside after receiving your order. 2) This restaurant is in Wrigleyville and is incredibly popular on Doordash and UberEats, so you should expect to wait ~10 minutes for your food if you order in person.

I have lived in this neighborhood for 20+ years so I am a pretty good as well as a fair judge of service being in the industry myself for 30+ years and would HIGHLY recommend this fast food option over the UnGolden Arches found further north one block away. The employees are courteous and nice not only to me but also to everyone else that I've seen come in including a Homeless Veteran that was in a wheelchair that came in to pick up a free sandwich that was offered to Veterans for their service which was a nice touch one day. They were very friendly and even helped him by opening the door for him on his way out even though the place was packed and very busy. I have never had a problem at this location and am surprised by how well they have done as due to Chic Fil A's reputation about hating Gays and considered a Right Wing supporter they have shown me that they treat everyone equally which is how ALL should be treated regardless of orientation, gender or political affiliation. The service is night and day compared to the other place up the street and after how I was treated at that location several times they will not receive another dime from me or my family. Thank you for setting a good example and model of how a business should be ran. Thank you for being the BEST option in the neighborhood in regards to fast food!!

I'd give this dog ass place 0 stars if I can. Ordered through DoorDash and had sandwiches and sauces. They didn't include the sauces in the sealed to-go order, so there's nothing the DoorDash driver could've done. I called customer service to see what I can do bc the driver said to just call chick fil a. Service rep said make another order and include the sauces. We made another order and they forgot the sauces again. I went to the store to get sauces bc I'm pissed at this point and the worker just ignored me when I tried to tell him what happened. I finally got the sauces and a "sorry bro". Man go fuck yourself. Do not go here.

They got issues in this place poor kids don't get no hours this chikfila takes to long to get uour order if free sandwiches day warning got like 4 supervisors no regular workers to many chief not enough Indians

This place is "It is what it is." Being especially in a higher cost part of the city one would expect high quality. Everything I got via delivery was old and cold, even though I live less than a half mile away. Thankfully, I used credit from DoorDash from a previous similarly botched delivery from a different place. I won't be back.

My pleasure? More like my service sucks. Disappointing. Frustrating. Sad. Do better Chick fil A.

I was not a fan of this Chick Fil A. Staff was rude, my food came out cold, and I was given the wrong food

Chick-fil-A is usually on point. The last couple times they have forgotten my fries/hash browns for my meal & specific sauces. Sandwiches are ordered with cheese, I receive them without cheese. The first time I let it slide, but two days in a row is not cool. Please do better.

Let's say I was very excited to get a Chick-fil-A close to where I live. I was the only one in this location at first. I ordered a CFA Sandwich plain just add pepper jack cheese and fries. I waited 30 minutes and still never received my food I finally asked to cancel the order and get refunded. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager did not give me any issue getting my refund. I try to never complain and I understand it's a new establishment and everyone should have fun at work but less play more work honestly. The one gentlemen working upfront was literally out of all 5 or six people the only one doing anything. I'm not trying to be a Debbie downer but this was the worst experience I've ever had with chick fil a.

If you go to this Chick-fil-A, expect to NOT receive the typical hospitable service that the CFA brand is widely known and respected for. I am shocked that corporate approved this location. While the food tastes as good as any other location, you should expect the workers to forget an item or two on your order. This has happened to me and several of my friends multiple times -- whether it be ordering at the register or via mobile order. At Chick-fil-A's in the suburbs of Chicago, it is apparent that the workers are giving their best effort and looking out for the customers to ensure they do not have an unpleasant experience. This is just not the case at this CFA. The workers are lazy, forgetful, and a terrible representation of what the Chick-fil-A brand has built over decades. They can't even say the iconic, "my pleasure!" Really hope an inspector from corporate visits to straighten things out. Until then, tread lightly at this location.
