As busy as you would expect it to be as there are not a lot of fast food options in terminal 5, and the menu is smaller than normal, but the food was good and as I ordered it. No complaints, would go back again.

Sorry, I know the pic might look awful because it's half bitten but yeah believe me when I say it was ultra delicious. One of the best chicken burger I had. The lack of any sauce was bothering me at first, but then I found the beauty in it. It's just different to elevate the meat. Spicy, long marinated, juicy piece of fatty chicken leg tastes just great. It plays the main role in this spectacle. Two tastes: spicy, juicy chicken dancing together with a creamy, fluffy bun. It just works. Also it was 20:30 and it was still open, so even better! I am lucky guy.

Thank you, MJ for your great customer service going above and beyond and giving us information that was not necessary for you to have to go out your way for us, but you did and we had a great experience. Thank you for going up above and beyond management definitely needs to recognize you.

Very frustrated with this location. Ordered food. They forgot the chicken biscuit. Had to walk back across the airport to get food I paid for. Glad I wasn’t on my plane yet. Then when I open my biscuit this is what they gave me the smallest piece of chicken. Photo below. I paid $10 for this?

The worst chi fila ever the chicken the sold me was at least a day old it was so dry and the crust on it was very dark not appetizing at all especially for the price

Worst customer service of all chic fil a ive ever been two. I told the manager or food pass out person i had two OJs and he accused me of only paying one. My receipt clearly says two. Not only are they ripping off people they are rude as hell. Also they didnt even open on time. Update to review: I reached out to them and they never responded. They just responded for show lol

That’s the worst chick fill a I had in my life. No salad side options. The chicken sandwich was cold, lettuce and tomatoes were past due and cheese was cold, not even melted.

Jessica was extremely courteous and patient with me and my family during travels. Food was great and the team all seemed happy.

Good crew out here at the Terminal 5 CFA. Professional, kind, and fast is the only way to describe the staff. The little breakfast chicken bites, out of this world, with a sweetness to the bread that makes these seem like a natural breakfast treat. Even the coffee was good, which I was surprised by. There are no seats here, but if there were, I'm sure the ambiance would be a positive one.
